Deuce and Clawdeen break up like literally right after and part as friends. (Cause deuce is going on some Gorgan ritual for a year)

Clawdeen and Toralei have another duo scene where they interlock hands AGAIN.

we end with the fucking grim reaper appearing and Frankie waking up dramatically (YES FUCKIBG FINALLY A MONSTER HIGH MOVIE BASED ALL ON OUR NON-BINARY FRANKIE)

I'm watching the monster high life action movies because I wanted something to hate on while in my mood but like, they're actually really good? They're cheering me up a lot and reminded me of G1 a lot, which I watched as a kid and still rewatch often today. I wish that Ever After High would make a comeback as well and the two could crossover again.

Also, could I ask anybody who knows if the animated series is part of the same canon as the two movies? They look a lot different, so I'm not sure.

The monster high fandom needs to do better

You don’t have to like G3, that’s fine. But the amount of disgusting comments under everything to do with the live action and the G3 cartoon is horrific. You all need to understand that you can say “this isn’t for me” and move on. IGNORE IT. You have years G1 and 2 content you can interact with, you don’t need to engage with G3 if you don’t like it.

By all means criticise the story or writers because all art is subject to criticism and that’s ok. But DO NOT harass or mock the live action actors or voice actors. It’s despicable behaviour, they’re just doing their fucking job.

Understand that G3’s target audience is the CHILDREN of the next generation. Gen z grew up with G1 and 2, Gen Alpha is the target audience for G3, not us. That doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy it, watch it etc, but it does mean we have to understand that we aren’t the target audience and therefore there’ll be parts we don’t like. The fashion of G3 is what kids and younger teens would be wearing today, not what us gen Z kids were wearing in the early 2010s.

So let me lay some rules of fandom etiquette out for you because apparently y’all can’t fucking act right:

DO NOT MOCK OR HARASS THE ACTORS

If you don’t like something, say “this isn’t for me” and move on.

By all means you can criticise the writing etc but do it in an analytical, unbiased way.

Understand you as a gen z and older are no longer the target audience. You can enjoy G3 all you like but remember, you’re not a kid anymore.

BE KIND

Monster high is literally all about embracing differences, and yet the fucking fandom can’t embrace the differences in a reboot? Hypocrisy at its finest.

Oh and p.s. DO NOT BE TRANSPHOBIC TOWARD FRANKIE OR THEIR ACTOR CECI JUST BECAUSE YOU DON’T LIKE THE REBOOT. THATS FUCKING VILE.

You want to know what I would throw my money at real fast, replica versions of the monster talismans. Spirit Halloween sells Clawdeen's moon claw necklace (the were talisman so natch I bought). If I had the slightest creativity in me, I'd find a way to make them myself.
