Hi hi hello! Happy hunkering to you all.

Among the millions of quarantine activity ideas out there, I have seldom seen skincare mentioned. The horror!  You see to me, skincare is a legitimate activity. It takes a good bit of time, can be quite therapeutic and makes us humans better-looking. You see? It’s perfect.

As promised, I am here to present my current skin care routine. I am very excited…

let me put y’all onto my fav lip balm the brand’s Mongo Kiss and it’s literally just a stick of solidified organic oils without any chemicals n shit and every person I have ever recommended to has fallen in love with it ITS SO GOOD!!! they have a variety of flavors (I’ve tried yumberry and vanilla honey, 10/10) and even an unflavored one if you’d like that, and the price is great!! it’s $2 at Walmart and a pack of 3 was $5 and the tube itself is big and chunky so it lasts you a WHILE

opinions on lip balms ?

ESSENTIAL. altho i have trouble finding ones that are good. like theyre either too oily or too dry. i like beeswax lip balms but they can sometimes be a bit dry. im currently using mongo kiss vanilla honey lip balm. its a good summer balm but definitely wont be strong enough for winter. also when they taste too good i accidentally lick it off my lips constantly 😔😔😔

I won a Daily Goodie Box on January 12th. I received it today. Included in this box: Flathaus Fine Foods cheese straws - These were addicting. They're rich cheddar crisps with just a touch of heat. Ecolips sent yumberry and vanilla honey Mongo Kiss Lip Balm. I love these. They moisturize without leaving a greasy, just applied feeling. They're perfect for this cold, winter weather. I chose to use Nature Nates honey and Pure Lyft clean caffeine with my Bare Organics Superfoods tea. I love tea. I particularly enjoyed this combination. In retrospect, I'll likely use orange flavored Pure Lyft next time. I usually use organge flavored Vibrant Health in my tea. I enjoy the combination. Coco Luxe Life 💯% Coconut Water is sourced from fresh coconuts and no sugar added. Ordinarily I use these products in recipes. When I do consume them as a beverage, I pair them with something sweet. Skinny Crisps Gluten Free brownie crisps were perfect. Coco Luxe Hydration was refreshing; and, a good source of potassium. Skinny Crisps brownies were interesting. They were crisp but not too crisp. There was a chocolatey decadence to them that I could sink my teeth into. A product I like to keep on hand is Natralia Eczema Moisturizing Lotion. It definitely alleviates itching and dry skin associated with irritation and allergic reactions. However, it's not effective for pain and discomfort. It's also not recommended for itching associated with healing. To be clear, the skin isn't broken. However, it is dry and covers an area that itches because it's healing, think healed scrapes or winter burns. Natralia Anti Itch Soothing Cream includes a topical analgesic that helps to alleviate discomfort. It also contains menthol to cool affected areas. It seems to be a great multi purpose product. I'd be interested in testing it further to see how effective it is on other issues.
