Negli otto giorni della mia inaspettata vacanza, incredibilmente sono riuscita a star fuori da tutto.

Mi sentivo bene fisicamente e mentalmente.

Che non è proprio scontato, per me.

Adesso si ricomincia

Ad avere quel senso di ansia

Di oppressione

Mancanza di respiro

Ecc

Stanotte ho dormito pochissimo, poi ho cominciato a pensare.

Perché un diciassettenne stermina la propria famiglia?

Chi non si è accorto del suo disagio?

Non so,ma vorrei sapere.

Poi penso perché una persona, esce di casa con un coltello? Sapendo già che vuole uccidere qualcuno. A caso. Perché?

Mi faccio la seconda tazza di caffè.

E penso, perché sono così?

Ansiosa, paurosa.

Perché è la pre menopausa, la menopausa, il tempo che passa, la gente, il mondo malato.

Vorrei scappare, portare con me i miei cari. Trovare un posto, dove io non debba avere paura e ansia. Dove sentirmi al sicuro.
