Would the “I adore you in Hopes tier” be on par with “the vibes are immaculate tier” just different game specific?

More or less, yeah. It's also for ships I feel are better in Hopes over Houses, or ships where their only real interactions are in Hopes but needs a bit more in general to really make me ship it a lot.

"The Vibes are Immaculate" are for the ships I ship very strongly, or I feel their dynamic, or even potential dynamic, is so good it beats out all the lower tiers.

"Soulmates" are OTPs.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU HAVE A PAIRED ENDING" are either for characters that should have gotten a paired ending from their supports, or from characters who should have had supports with each other in general.

And the rest of the tiers are pretty self explanatory from their names.
