Don't know how I didn't know this till today but A24 and "The Iron Claw" director Sean Durkin made a Zine that features so much about the real family and how they made the movie but also they have posters in each one of Zac, Harris, and Jeremy done in the style of posters that Kevin, David, and Kerry actually did for WCCW!!! 😀 They look so cool and similar to the ones my Dad saved as he's got a whole bunch of those old wrestling magazines he saved from back then. Sharing a few Tweets of the posters.

Also wanted to let those who watched the movie there's also an episode of "Dark Side of the Ring" that was all about the Von Erich's and it was first time Kevin opened up about it. I finally was able to watch and it went into so much detail and things that were left out or slightly changed in the movie. Also I've seen Kevin's sons Marshall and Ross wrestling lately on AEW/ROH but in this doc they were getting their start and realized how much his sons resemble his brothers, especially Marshall with David and Ross with Kerry (more so Ross clean shaven as he's got a beard lately). Which again I'm hoping AEW signs them soon and since they'll be back in Texas next month.

Also curious if Zac, Harris, Jeremy, and Stanley are going to show up on AEW too instead of WWE as I saw A24 signed a new deal with WBD so their movies will go to Max/HBO for streaming/TV and they own the networks AEW airs on and MJF played Lance (as did a few other AEW wrestlers as others in a few scenes too). So if they show up on a wrestling show it'd be there especially if they sign Marshall and Ross. 😏

hear me outttt… he’s hot first of all but look at him. like he looks a lil rough on the edges but in that suit it’s like yes i guess he could pass as someone of higher eco standing, but there’s that uncertainty in his eyes. there’s something about him where you can just tell he hadn’t grown up wealthily- he also has a really cute tooth gap so it’s like perfect little imperfection to me.

you guessed it, he’s also hot!! naw i have a lot of love in my heart for harris, but the brooding look he gives sometimes just reminds me of charles switch after bun’s murder.. the versatility of harris’ roles reflect this as he’s a smiley lil guy one second and then BAM fuck everyone he’s done with everyone’s bs. his eyes also kind of have this look where there’s a lot going on in his head, but he doesn’t necessarily express that in real life all the time. almost like as though he’s taking a step back from life and letting autopilot take the reigns (aka dissociation), @ozmatippetarius has a really eye opening post on his character so go check it out! also this mirror pic reminds me of scenes where characters in movies are trying to gather theirselves together but fail miserably in the end- love you charles <33

ok this one could be problematic cause of her hair length, but she looks like such a doe eyed damsel it’s almost hilarious knowing that the character she plays (cate dunlap in gen v) is a little mastermind after being portrayed as the emotionally fragile girl throughout the series. similarly, through richard’s eyes we see camilla as this fawn that is always in need of some type of saviour, a secondary character yet is idolised by richard for her beauty. we come to find that she’s not as secondary as richard portrayed her to be, as she turned to be manipulative conniving to achieve her own ends. maddie is also just incredibly beautiful so

another pretty boy (pretend he has glasses)📣📣 all i can think about is just that arrogant sort of look on mikes face in challengers, and how it must run in that family. but also how cute he is- i believe it was henry (correct me if im wrong) describing the various times they’d tried to do the ritual, but once they were on a sort of hill in makeshift tunics, and bunny just sort drunkenly rolled down the hill and was giggling uncontrollably. yeah all i can see is mike faist and his smile for that one 😞😞😞 also, there’s a sort of pleading look in his eyes in the first pic, and it makes me envision the moment of his death where he realises that he’s been betrayed by his entire friend group. poor bun (my feelings for each character are fluid😜)

just picture him with glasses and. like. sorry i have the biggest crush on finn and henry, so this was inevitable but if you’ve watched AHS omg. finns acting is INCREDIBLE, he portrays every character in such totality im like half convinced he actually morphs into them. but look at him, especially in that movie he was in recently- he knows how to play the nice guy but in reality he’s a psychopath and liar. henry plays the role that everyone expects him to be: the gentleman with an astounding moral stance and definitely isn’t going mildly insane!! i don’t know, henry just astounds me in his ability to maintain his many faces and all it takes for him to crumble was julian’s exit. i mean, did he even crumble if his death was so perfectly executed and planned too- the perfect greek tragedy. he’s so real. anyways, henry and finn are both hot chameleons 🔥🔥🔥

About to go on a little rant here but you can tell most WWE fans don't watch AEW as so many last night bashed AEW for not promoting "The Iron Claw" as WWE actually had ads during their broadcast of "Smackdown" for the movie now being on Max. Now, I love that WWE is finally promoting the movie as they didn't at all when it was in theaters. However, AEW actually promoted the movie back in December when it was first released. They even had Kevin and his sons Marshall and Ross on there, and the sons actually have had multiple AEW and ROH matches (the most recent in February in a trios match with Dustin Rhodes). AEW also talked about the movie during the commentary for those matches, they showed the trailer multiple times during the ad breaks, mentioned how MJF and Ryan Nemeth were in the movie, the various wrestlers at AEW posted online when they saw the movie, and even when Will Ospreay fully joined AEW a lot of us fans realized and posted across social media how he and Harris Dickinson could pass for brothers, especially how Harris looked as David but also when they were both young starting out in wrestling & acting. Both companies should be promoting the movie as it was amazing and all wrestling fans should watch it. But to say that AEW didn't isn't true at all. Plus, it get some being baffled that AEW didn't show ads this past Wednesday during "Dynamite" about the movie being on Max, which is owned by WBD just like TNT/TBS is, but I actually expect it tonight during "Collision/Rampage" since the movie just only showed up on Max yesterday. Just seems it's being used as another excuse to bash AEW when again now both companies have promoted the movie now.
