- Simple baby is 100% the type to pretend like he wasn’t dying to see you after such a long time

- leans against the glass windows of the airport as your flight finally lands, heart drumming rapidly against his chest in contrast to the small, relaxed grin on his face as he counts down the minutes displayed above the terminal

- you knew that he was waiting for you, but that doesn’t stop him from scanning the crowds seriously- almost as if he thinks you would have forgotten that he was

- so when he sees you decked out in flight clothes, hair tied into a messy bun with a rolling suitcase behind you, the grin that overtakes his features matches the excitement in his heart as your head turns back and forth to catch a glimpse of him

- decides to wait for you to see him first, slipping his hands in his pockets and watching amusedly as you look around in confusion for his face

- shakes his head when it takes you a minute, the bright expression on your face when you finally meet his eyes making the captain jut his head to the side like come here you

- takes you in his arms tightly when your pace quickens in his direction, taking you off guard at how hard Dai held you to him as his grip grows impossibly tighter, the ache in his chest finally relieved when you laugh softly into his chest

- “I’m back, Dai.” “It feels unreal. But you’re here.”

- glides his fingers through the hair on the back of your scalp to look at you fondly before chuckling at your teary expression, lips finding your forehead

- “You’re finally here.”

Sugawara

- Definitely the type of boyfriend to have been spamming your phone throughout your vacation, making sure you were eating properly and taking care of yourself without him doing it for you

- lowkey it kind of felt like he never left, but you still missed seeing him in person

- So when the day came where you finally arrived, Suga arrived at the train station early in a white-collared shirt with the cuffs rolled to his forearms, anxious to see you as he continously scratches his cheek and runs a hand through his gray hair

- so when the train arrives almost an hour later, Suga is leaning against one of the poles with a small smirk on his features in front of the doors, holding a simple sheet of copy paper with your name on it

- heart does a backflip when you emerge passed the giggling onlookers at your boyfriend’s sign, watching your expression become one of exasperation before shaking your head and rushing into his now outstretched arms

- catches you by the waist, not ashamed to give you a little spin as a relieved laugh slips the setters lips, happy to finally get to see the tangible you as you pout up at him

- and lowkey make sure you didn’t lose any weight because dammit he told you to eat properly

- “Suga, I said no signs-” “Awe come on, you know I did it because you told me not to.”

- ignores your playful glare to cup your cheek gently, the other hand on your hip as he holds the sign in place with an easy grin before taking your head gently and tucking it into his neck

- “Miss me?” you giggle into his neck as Suga sighs, smiling into your hair as if he could finally relax, breathing out the tension in his chest

- “You have no idea, angel.”

Asahi

- Omg this poor baby kept telling you not to text him too much or even call because he wanted you to enjoy yourself on your vacation without worrying about him

- so you did what he asked of you, albeit hesitantly, but in reality Asahi felt more lonely without you than ever

- Has the day you return marked on his calendar, and when the day finally comes, he’s at the airport bright and early, bringing along one of his jackets and some snacks in case you were cold or hungry from your flight

- taps his foot in anticipation while waiting for you, jaw slackening when you exit your terminal with the sun in your hair and bounce in your step as he straightens immediately

- tightens his grip on his little bouquet of flowers he had brought, nervous smile crossing his features when you spot him

- Baby is a tall boi what can you expect

- Walks to meet you halfway, stumbling over his words at the sight of you after so long, in the flesh as you bounce up to him, glint in your eye as if you were meeting and falling in love with him all over again

- “H-Hey! How was your flight, I brought you some-”

- eyes widen when you let go of your things and throw your arms around his neck, tension in his arms relaxing as he wraps them tightly around your waist, one of his hands still holding the flowers as the sack of snacks and his hoodie falls to the floor

- whispers “I missed you, God I missed you.” over and over again into your shoulder as he melts into your embrace, honest words filling your ears as you giggle

- “Asahi. I’m here now, alright?” You whisper back, quiet enough so he can hear it, grinning like a maniac into his embrace

- Pulls back with a closed-eye smile, slight moisture in the corners of his eyes as he strokes your face with his thumb gently, leaning down to touch his forehead against yours

- “Welcome back.”

Nishinoya

- Lmao don’t get me started on this boy, he’ll want to be calling you via FaceTime every night during your time away, even if it’s just to say a quick goodnight to each other before you turn in

- If it’s different timezones this mf doesn’t care, he’ll wake up early just to wish you goodnight

- 100% will show up to the airport with a shirt that has your name on it, bonus points if that shirt has a picture of you on the back

- Doesn’t stop bouncing on the balls of his feet until your flight finally lands on schedule, and pushes his way to the front of the other people waiting while ignoring their strange looks when you emerge among the other passengers

- “Make way people, Y/N L/N is entering the vicinity.”

- lmfao the people waiting with him are like: yo is she famous is he a fanboy

- runs to meet you, and you laugh before letting go of your rolling luggage to run as well, definitely not expecting Nishinoya to hug you so tight he’s lifting you off the ground and spinning you in circles

- “Oh my god you’re real. I’m touching you.” “Noya...what are you wearing-:

- deadass tucks some hair behind your ear before kissing you, soaking in the familiar feel of you while not caring about the onlookers who were either passing with worry or smiles on their faces

- but you care lmao

- “Noya, not here!” “Now that’s not fair.”

- smirks at your blushing cheeks when he takes your face in his hands gently, brown eyes glinting as he brushes his nose with yours

- “All those months and not getting to kiss you? You better believe I’m about to get my fill now, babe.”

Tanaka

- This boy would absolutely be the most extra, more extra than Noya if you can believe it

- Is the type to claim he can’t come see you, but lowkey makes the arrangements with your family to actually be the one to show up when you’re least expecting it

- I kid you not Tanaka will pull up in this nice-ass car (probably borrowed, but who cares), shades on and everything while waiting for you outside the airport, leaning against the front of the vehicle like some hot-shot while holding this extra-ass sign for you

- so when you exit the airport looking for your parent’s car, imagine your surprise when Tanaka is leaning all cooly against this car you’ve never seen before, lifting his shades slightly when you approach him with an eyebrow quirked

- lmao a whole ass crowd gathered too your mans really outdid himself

- “You Y/N L/N?” “Babe, what are you doing?”

- scoffs, ignoring the racing in his heart before opening the car door for you, and you amusedly get in before Tanaka nods all mysterious-like to the crowd before getting in and driving off, the silence heavy between the two of you

- “So that was quite the greeting-” you’re cut off when he parks immediately, leaning over the console to take your face in his hands and kiss you like his life depended on it, hand entangling in your hair as you smile at the desperate movements like a man starved

- “All that just for me?” You whisper breathlessly as Tanaka’s eyes scan your face, pulling you into a tight hug over the console, and you promise you can hear him sniff as he mumbles against your shoulder

- mans really got out of his cool character real quick-

- “Thank you for coming back to me.”

Hinata

- Apricot-haired baby definitely talked Kageyama’s ear off on how much he missed you, and couldn’t wait for you to come back for the summer you were gone

- Probably led to Kageyama texting you in addition to your boyfriend’s sweet ones, begging you to cut your trip short so you could save his sanity

- But if I’m being completely real Hinata would probably over-sleep on the day you were set to arrive, waking up just as your train pulled into the station

- couldn’t sleep the night before because he was so excited awh baby

- And let me tell you this boy would run like the earth was cracking in his wake, jacket halfway on his body and probably the wrong shoe on each foot

- Deadass I’m not kidding, he made it to the station just as you were able to hail a taxi back to your home, seeing you from a distance and instantly zooming over to prevent you from getting in

- Shoves through a crowd of people, wanting nothing more than to see you, so he jumps high while calling your name out above the heads of onlooking passerbys before he finally catches your attention and breaks into yet another run

- “Y/N! I’m here, dammit-!” “Shou!”

- collapses into your arms, breathing heavily from that random burst of physical ability that was borderline inhuman as you laugh, lowering him to the floor as he lays in your lap, chest heaving

- “Shouyou, you ran through traffic to get here again, didn’t you-” “I...I still made it...didn’t I?”

- Takes a strand of your hair in his while looking up at you, breathless before chuckling through strained breaths as you worriedly cup his face

- “I hafta be the first one to see your pretty face, you know?”

Kageyama

- Awkward sweetheart definitely made it a point to text you maybe once a week during your vacation, simply asking you how your day was and if you knew when you were coming back from your cruise

- would shrug when people ask him if he missed you, saying a vague “I guess so” when in reality he would sit in the sand by the docks you had left in, just kind of staring out into the ocean while missing you heavily

- it even became a stop in his morning jog omg awhh

- so when he finally worked up the courage to send you the text asking when you were for sure arriving, he fist-pumped the air when you said it would be in the next few days, but the captain manning the ship wasn’t too sure and you might not be able to text him due to bad signal

- Still visited the docks every morning, worry growing when a week passed and you still couldn’t text him back

- On the day following a week, he’s thinking about how much he actually missed you, morning jog dwindling to a walk as he strolls in deep thought, hoping everything was okay

- but when he arrives there’s a boat docked, all passengers seeming to have left already except for a single girl sitting on the dock with her feet in the water, causing him to still in place just as the girl picks up her phone

- he feels a buzz in his pocket, and knows.

- And then he’s running again, the sound of his footsteps causing you to smile as you lift your feet in the water and back onto shore, standing to greet him before he grabs you by the shoulders

- “I was worried! So worried, and you...you couldn’t contact me, and...” “Tobio.”

- visibly relaxes at the way you said his name, simply hanging his head and tugging you tightly into his chest, afraid you would dissappear as you smile softly, feeling the blue-eyed boy quiver slightly in your embrace while tightening his hold on you

- “I’m back, Tobio. I’m back.”

Tsuksihima

- Prideful blondie is way too full of it to text you first during your time away from Japan, but you honestly had hardly any time to text which led to the emergence of Saltyshima at the lack of communication

- “Why don’t you just text Y/N, she’d probably love-” “She’s fine without me, so I should be fine without her.”

- lmao even he knows he doesn’t mean that

- so when you finally text him, he can’t help but grab his phone a little too quickly to see that you had sent him your arriving date, and he can’t help but scoff a little before sending a message he would regret: I’m not coming.

- resists the urge to hit his head against the wall regretfully when you reply back with oh:(

- so low in behold, imagine Tsukishima’s surprise when he finds himself at the train station, hands shoved deeply in his pockets on the day of the event he “wasn’t coming to”

- sighs when your stop pulls up, wondering if he could make this out to be some freak-show coincedence when the doors slide open and passengers file out, his hazel eyes latching onto your familiar head of hair immediately as his chest rises with an emotion he wish he could tame

- and then you walk past him, seemingly absorbed in your phone as Tsukishima blinks, literally not believeing his eyes before fighting the urge to call out to you when his phone buzzes

- I’m in Japan! Can’t wait to see you<3

- Sighs, leaving you on read as he watches you stall in place, signalling you had seen that action before he rolls his eyes, walking behind you while thinking Screw it.

- “Oi. Did you really just walk past me?” “Tsukki...?”

- Eyes widen when you tackle him into a tight hug, burying your face in his chest as you cry a little, Tsukishima staring down at you as if you were some kind of alien before a smirk overtakes his features

- “Someone missed me.” “Of course I did! A-and you said you weren’t coming...”

- Rolls his eyes as he wipes the moisture from your eyes, tilting your head up to meet his stare before he sighs, pulling you into him and resting his chin on top of your head before mumbling lowly

- “Ugh. Turns out I’m not fine without you, so be grateful.”

Yamaguchi

-really misses you, and is the type to look at photos of the two of you before he sleeps, wishing you would come home sooner while brushing off your inquiries off on whether he was doing fine without you

- “Trust me, she’ll love it.” “H-Hinata? Are you sure it’s not too much?”

- Takes his friend’s advice and purchases a big teddy bear, carrying the large stuffed animal with him in both hands as he embarrasedly looks away from all the strange looks he was getting in the airport upon his arrival

- I can’t he gets fuckin lost-

- deadass can’t find what terminal is yours despite your instructions, the large bear skewing his vision definitely not helping so he’s literally wandering the airport half-blind with this big ass teddy bear and a growing frustration of wanting to see you already

- Until he bumps into someone, like lmfao it was bound to happen sending them falling on their ass with a slight oomph

- “I’m so sorry! Are you..” “Way to say you knocked me off my feet, Tadashi.”

- apologizes profusely before setting the bear down, not caring of blocking the walkway before kneeling down at your side, still trying to comprehend that you were there in front of him, in the flesh

- on the bright side he was going the right way

- “Y/N...” as he gently reaches a hand out, retracting it slightly before it can brush against your skin “It feels like it’s been forever-”

- “It’s been months, dummy. Now will you please help me up so I can kiss your stupid freckled face?” as you clasp his hand, Yamaguchi’s eyes beginning to water when your familiar form fits perfectly in his as soon as you’re standing

- you embrace him tightly, the freckled boy realizing just how much he missed you before hugging you back, not realizing that tears were streaming freely down his cheeks like a broken dam as you smile, knowing all the times he brushed you off it was for your sake

- “I’m home, Tadashi.” as he sniffles, muffling the coming sobs into your hair before quivering gently, holding you even closer as if you would leave again

- “I’ve been waiting, Y/N.”

Tales of Symphonia thoughts pt. 5 (?)

Under the cut because there are many thoughts and it's long!👇🏾

Colette is ALSO being sketchy, but not in a way that makes me think she's gonna do something bad, it just sounds like she's found something out about herself that's too dangerous to tell anyone? She said in a solo skit that she can't tell anyone about her body. After every single thing that her poor body has been through (like the Toxicosis, being turned into a host body, being trapped in their weird thing by Rodyle, etc.) how horrible must this new information be that she feels like she can't share??? Not that she usually shares her issues anyway but still.

Firstly, Corrine... 😥 That totally broke my heart. I don't have much else to say about it, I just feel very bad for Sheena and her loss.

I am so so happy to finally have the flying things (I forgot the weird name), those boat controls were driving me insane. I mean, admittedly the controls aren't great either but at least there's barely anything to run into and no piers to have to line up with.

I hate that Sonic the Hedgehog looking mf, I want him gone. Especially after what he did to Colette and Presea :(

Speaking of Presea I love her and I think she's precious and her whole story so far hurts me. The skit where she was asking where all the time has gone and how she's supposed to get it back was so sad.

Regal is a murderer apparently. I figured something like that, I mean who would keep themselves in shackles and talk about how much of a sinner they are if all they did was rob a gas station or something? I wonder why he can't/won't go into that one resort town with the amusement park and such. Does it have something to do with his crime? Bad memories or something? Or did he just get banned?

Yuan is pretty and I think his hair color is neat, not much else to say about him still. I've seen him a lot of times but I still can't tell what exactly he's trying to do other than presumably get Lloyd's exsphere.

Zelos is sketchy as hell. Why did he wander off so casually in a base to look around?? Huh?? I smell a rat.

Raine is being kinda sketchy too for that matter. There was clearly something on her mind after we resculed Colette but she said it was nothing.

Parts of this game's jokes and dialog have uhh... not aged well, especially in regards to Zelo's flirting and the ages of some of his "hunnies"😅I know this is an old game, these are all fictional characters, and I'm probably just too sensitive but Zelos using pickup lines on child NPCs (like characters I would presume from their models are 10 or younger), treating Presea like one of his hunnies (I know she is technically an adult but she is teeny tiny and does not have the lived experience of an adult), implying that Regal has a crush on Presea (please no...) and that it's okay because "age doesn't matter", etc. is kinda rubbing me the wrong way. At this point though I just try to pretend not to see it. I mean, what more can ya really do? For my own sanity I've just convinced myself that he just loves the sound of his own voice and the attention he gets from being a beautiful celebrity so he plays up the charm, even when there's no real romantic intentions behind it. Not to mention the additional benefits I mean, technically I guess it works since every lady he talks to gives him gald and items and he graduated top of his class because all his hunnies did his homework for him.😅 So let's just go with that...

On that note, I am kicking myself for not realizing that Zelos had the ability to get items/gald from female NPCs. I've been playing entirely as Genis because of his increased walking speed thing but man, all of the money I could have saved on gels and holy bottles if I'd just played as Zelos sometimes...

Oh, I recently switched to Japanese voiceover and I think it has greatly improved my experience now that I can hear the skits. After weeks of Zelos hate and slander (and the prior paragraph...) I feel like I actually find him kinda charming and funny now as opposed to simply annoying, the voiced skits and his goofy and expressive JP voice have helped a lot. Honestly I kinda just love everyone more now in general, I never realized how flat the silent skits made the characters feel as a whole, I feel like I've cheated myself by not switching sooner. I actually like all of the Japanese voices (minus Colette for some reason) and prefer them to the english, especially Regals 😳I do miss Robin Teen Titans as Lloyd's voice a little though.

Once again I miss Kratos very much and I want to see him again. I'm still wondering what his whole deal is, he keeps trying to help us. Does he not like working with/for that pretty angel guy (whose name I cannot spell) and is thus going against his orders? Or are they actively working together to help us? Very confused, can't wait to know what's up.

And that's all for now!

My current favorite characters change every two seconds but right now I love Sheena and Regal the best. I think Sheena is so cool and she's also quite funny. Regal seems very soft and I love how calmly and quietly he speaks, I can't wait to learn more about him soon. He also is just a very handsome guy, like just look at that man😳 I still love Genis (prior favorite) too though!

Also "Presea smiled!" is my new favorite screenshot, she's so adorable! She deserves to be happy. Opposite vibes of my other favorite:

probably not the best person to ask LMAO i don’t consider myself even kinda good 👍🏽 uhhh from a complete and utter casual

honestly, you’ll have a ton to do from ar1-40 so that’s smth to think about

AGAIN I AM NOT A GENSHIN PERSON. IM VERY MUCH A CASUAL SO THIS IS ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AN EXPERT. ALL FROM VERY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

1. Enjoy playing the game bc the end game is hella boring LMAO. don’t try to rush everything bc u will run out of stuff to do. Pace yourself if you can. Do story quests and explore, learn the lore. the game is pretty and it’s fun to run around

2. it’s worth it to get your energy up by looking for the the anemoculus early game. it’s easy to do with maps online and costs practically nothing.

3. DO NOT PULL FOR EVERY CHARACTER LMAO. save your primogems for characters u really want (im guessing ur not trying to spend real money on these mfs) you’ll get more character as time goes on and there are a lot of good four stars that you’ll get as you keep playing. they do a lot of giveaways and that’s another good way to get decent characters.

also the main free characters you get are not nearly as bad as people say, in fact w enough effor they’re actually quite good especially imo kaeya and xiangling

4. have a very basic understanding of the gameplay mechanics before going in. I’ve played a lot of video games in my time so in my opinion, a lot of very important genshin mechanics are not explained as well as they should be. id suggest looking for a YouTube video that explains the most raw basics tbh

some stuff you’ll wanna know: how to level up your character, what talents are, how to build a good team, etc.,

5. people will tell you not to worry about artifacts early on, this is kinda true. you don’t need to worry about the nitty gritty but having a few decent ones early game helps you proceed and fight.

6. focusing on elemental damage/reactions will make your life easier late game but i run physical damage razor so don’t take it to heart lol.

7. spend your primos wisely seriously holy fuck that shit is a black hole for ur sanity

He’s definitely the Mayhem in All-State Commericals though: Satan, smiling without a care in the world and in the background, mammon has driven his car into the house of lamentation and every one of his other brothers are screaming because he distracted Mammon into crashing

What’s next for Bonnie Bennett?

So, I’m sure this is the biggest question we’re all supposed to be asking after Enzo’s tragic death (RIP). I have a theory about what’s in store for Bonnie with this storyline and how her story might end.

Before I jump into it I have it issue a few disclaimers:

1. I don’t actually watch TVD lol the only time I’ve ever even watched even part of a season was the beginning of season 6 and I barely lasted a few episodes. Everything I know is from talking to actual fans, independent research, and watching youtube clips of some scenes. I’m giving this disclaimer because not watching means I’m not 100% about all the mythology and what not so there is a chance I’m missing something or I have interpreted something wrong.

2.I ship bonenzo and I don’t actually care about anything else but bonnie and bonenzo

3. This is purely conjecture so read at your own risk. I have zero faith in the TVD writers, however I like to think that Bonnie isn’t going to be the only person screwed over in the finale, so for the sake of my sanity I have to be optimistic. Basically none of this will happen, some if it will, or they might shock the hell out of all of us and almost all of it will happen. So again, read at your own risk.

Now that that’s out of the way here’s my theory:

Under the cut because of length

Here’s my basic theory: Enzo’s death triggered dormant physic powers in Bonnie, powers that she’s had since season 1 that she mistook for being a part of her magic so she never explored them further. Her psychic scream created a new dimension, much like what happened with Cade when he created his hell dimension. This makes Bonnie extremely powerful and the key to defeating Cade. Bonnie will actually be the hero in the end, saving them all from Cade and she will get her happy ending when she resurrects Enzo using her new abilities. Bonnie will also end the series immortal, but not as a vampire, so she will get her forever with Enzo.

In season 1 Bonnie thought she was psychic when she could sense that Stefan had a darkness. This was never really explored further and she then discovered she was a witch so I’m assuming bonnie just assumed that what she sensed was a part of her witchy powers. But what if it wasn’t? (we know it was at the time since TVD writers have like ZERO real foresight but let’s just pretend that was never supposed to be the end of that for bonnie or that it was the end and they are now gonna retcon). Bonnie always having this ability but never actually coming into the totality of those abilities would explain why she all of a sudden has this immense and strange power. Bonnie having the ability to create a new dimension would also make sense based on her bennett line. The Other side, which was basically a purgatory like dimension for supernaturals was created by Qetsiyah, the original creator of immortality and Bonnie’s ancestor. Maybe these powers need to be triggered by something really powerful, which for Bonnie was Enzo dying. Bonnie showed a level of despair we had never seen from her before when she screamed over Enzo. Her despair was DEEP and her feelings of grief was intense.

I’m sure people who don’t ship Bonnie and Enzo would roll their eyes at the thought that Enzo would be her trigger over other things like her grams dying, loosing her other family members, loosing her closest friends, even her own multiple brushes with death, but if you think about the place Bonnie has been in mentally this season and where Enzo’s death pushed her it makes sense why it would be his death that triggers her. Bonnie has experienced enough despair to last multiple lifetimes. Her pain over the course of the series has been immense. However, every time she’s lost someone she’s always managed to find something to hold on to. There has always been some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. The only time the feeling of loss and hopelessness has even been close to this level of unbearable was when she was trapped in the 1994 other dimension and being tormented by Kai and wanted to kill herself. Even after that she was able to come home and reclaim at least part of her life.

However during her last brush with death last season we learned that a part of Bonnie has been slowly dying inside. She was so exhausted with death that she wanted to give up when she learned she was poisoned and all she wanted to do was spend her last moments happy instead of afraid an in despair, When she lost Enzo at the beginning of the season we saw Bonnie confess to Caroline that her feeling of loneliness is so profound that it makes her feel like she doesn’t want to live anymore. Of Course we know that she went on a mission to save Enzo from sybil and succeeded but that doesn’t mean that those feelings Bonnie felt went away. A part of why she has been living in the moment with Enzo so much this season is because she’s lost almost everything in her life, and has gradually been loosing herself because of it, and she wants to hold on to what she has, which is this pure love with enzo that finally gives her the future that she always wanted. She told her grams that she was this close to having the life that she always wanted. That hopefulness is crucial for someone who has experienced as much as bonnie has and who has the type of deep feelings she expressed earlier this season. It’s been the only thing besides Enzo’s love that’s been keeping her going at this point. That’s why this loss is so powerful for Bonnie. It’s the final straw in a long list of painful moments for her. She saw a future in front of her, one that was brighter than the dark and painful past she has lived. It was right at her fingertips and she fought so hard to hold on to it because after everything else had been stripped from her it was all she had left and then it was gone. In the blink of an eye her it was stolen from her. minutes before his death bonnie heard him tell her he loved her, they talked about their future, she had bought a house for them, finally after all the pain and suffering Bonnie Bennett was going to get her happy ending even if it wasn’t the absolute perfect happy ending. Then it was gone. We can debate if it was fair to bonnie to be in this position (it wasn’t) but that doesn’t negate the fact that her feelings are real and are actually common when you’ve lost as much as she has.

So bonnie, in her despair basically triggers her latent powers and creates a new dimension, we can call this dimension “heaven”, since it fits with the idea of Cade’s dimension being hell. Now if I understand Cade’s situation right he created the hell dimension via the psychic scream, being the creator of this dimension makes him immortal, and he can pick which souls he wants to take.

So bonnie has without knowing it created this new dimension, and that’s where Enzo is. Bonnie is going to be unaware of this tho. In the still for the next episode bonnie has taken enzo’s body to a woman, the woman appears to be a witch, which means bonnie is more than likely trying to resurrect enzo. This is why I believe she didn’t get her magic back and instead made a new dimension, if she had her magic she wouldn’t need an outside witch. So bonnie sets out of a mission to bring enzo back and thinks she has to use magic.

So how does she figure out what she’s done? Enzo appears to her. She might think she’s hallucinating him or seeing his ghost. I read some bts tea that said MN was still filming for some of the upcoming episodes and is contractually going to be a part of more episodes to come. Enzo communicating with bonnie via her psychic powers would explain that. Initially she mistakes it for a hallucination but then realizes that it’s not, that she can actually communicate with Enzo. I read some spoilers that said Cade starts to take an interest in Bonnie. Her ability and power would explain that. Bonnie would slowly discover the truth and how she can use that to bring enzo back and save her friends from Cade, and Cade tries to stop her.

Eventually Bonnie would learn the truth about what she is now and she will be able to harness that power to defeat cade and bring Enzo back.

Part of her journey to discovery will be learning that she’s now immortal. There have been spoilers about a potential deadly situation coming up for the MF gang. Bonnie has been wearing a vile of Enzo’s blood around her neck just in case for a good portion of the season. I think Bonnie might end up on the brink of death again (you know the writers hate her so of course they would subject her to that shit again) but she doesn’t die even though she didn’t drink the blood. So she would put two and two together and discover that she’s immortal. Her immortality is important because she and enzo recently had a discussion about their future, she rejected the idea of turning but they had planned on being human together and growing old together. They were bummed out that they weren’t going to be able to have their dream because they needed to use the cure on Cade. If bonnie does control this dimension then she can bring Enzo back, and she will be immortal, so they can live immortal lives together and Bonnie doesn’t have to turn into a vampire to achieve that she she doesn’t loose a part of herself that was important to her just to be with Enzo. That’s Bonnie’s happy ending but unexpected ending, an immortal life with the man that she loves.

Not how Elena’s curse fits into that I’m not sure. I think that her immortality via psychic dimension might be a potential loophole around the curse. Since from what I understand the loophole said there was no magical loophole then technically it would work since Bonnie’s immortality wasn’t technically achieved via magical means. Even if it’s not then Kai is coming back so maybe he undo the curse even though I hight doubt that.

The only other option is that....Elena actually doesn’t wake up.....which I think actually works better with this theory than her actually waking up.

Based on the bts stuff a lot of dead characters are going to appear in the final few episodes. Elena is going to have scenes with her deceased father John Gilbert. We know quite a few other dead characters make an appearance as well. I think this might be explained by Bonnie’s “heaven”. Bonnie’s dimension is a world where the people she loves....like Elena can be happy and at peace. I think that Damon might actually die in the finale and that’s how he gets his happy ending with Elena. They both are taken to Bonnie’s “heaven” where they can be with the rest of the people they love and be happy and at peace with each other together. They did something similar on TO with the mikaelson family this past season only it was an astral plane. Freya designed it and made this world where they can all be together and safe until Hayley can cure them and bring them back. Bonnie could in theory do the same with her “heaven”. Damon and Elena get to be reunited, and Bonnie gets peace knowing her two best friends are together again and her life is no longer linked to Elena. She brings Enzo back from the dead like Cade did Stefan when Caroline killed him and she gets her happy ending. It won’t be the perfect ending, since Damon, who she cares about a lot and Elena both die, but she gets to live knowing they are at peace, and she gets to be happy for the rest of her immortal life with Enzo. They travel together, they buy another house, they live their own lives, no longer having to sacrifice their happiness for other people, and no longer having to deal with the ideal of possibly being without each other later down the line.

Elena actually “dying” could also explain why some of the characters who aren’t dead....like Jeremy, return to MF. They gang would actually give her and Damon a burial, and Jeremy would come home for that, as would some other people we haven’t seen on a while but are alive. They all say goodbye to Elena, and say goodbye to damon, then everyone is finally free to move on with their lives. Stefan gets to live his life with caroline and Bonnie gets to live her life with Enzo.

I know it sounds too good to be true but I prefer to Hope for something like this at this point, since I really can’t handle the thought of Bonnie being miserable and alone while all of her friends get their happy ending. This is my theory and I’ll hold on to it for as long as I can lol

[MF] I AND I, Anomaly, CTD and settings sorcery

A crash to desktop, or CTD, is a common phenomenon in the Stalker series. You find yourself immersed in whatever activity and boom the game crashes mid nut. With most other games, this would be unacceptable. With Stalker though, it is just another day.

I am looking to travel beyond Zaton at the moment, because for some reason, traders on this beached vessel are not at all interested in buying artifacts. This is not normal I know. Possibly the result of a few patches recently applied, or I'm simply playing the game wrong, the latter more likely. Either way, I wrote this off, as another bug, and continued exploring that world. And with regards to the regulars that frequent this ship. Well, I've since taken all their money, and it is time to seek new stalkers for trade. Zaton has been good to me, but now I'm artifact heavy, customer shy, and It is time to move on.

That Transporter, what's his name? Pilot I think. He claims that he can ferry me to the Yanov Station in Jupiter, but that action item is not available in our comm. Another unexpected bug. The plan to burden myself with loot, then travel to Yanov, is now dead.

But plans change, and boy do they. Fast forward through some real life activities, events, and now the game refuses to load my last moments in the zone.

"The hell you mean it won't load." A little something I muttered to myself, as screaming would have been a bit much.

Tried again, same problem. Tried an earlier save, no love. Fuq!

I load a session from before Zaton, success. Attempt to travel to Zaton, fail. I try a number of DX9 settings as the next graphics level, is not properly supported on Linux. Still no love, the sandbox is broken once again. Hitting that delete button was difficult. But, a user got to do, what a user has to, and besides it's just a game right.

Decided to create a new character, and what the hell, let's try some DX11. It's a bit laggy I know, but does work, and will get the job done. Tweaks will be applied in the long run, so feels can be shared, as well as karma whored.

Enter the developer.

He kindly suggests I share the corrupt files with him, as this could help locate and correct the problem areas. Fantastic I reply, and proceed to restore the saved games from Trash. There are quite a few, but I'm only interested in the latest. Curious, I attempt to load one, the intention, to generate that error message once again, but this time, the game loads fine.

"What?"

Tried another and another and they all loaded nicely. I now feel a bit foolish, and am beginning to question my sanity. I would like to think that switching engines, triggered a sandbox change, causing the CTDs and settings sorcery, to somehow work to my advantage, but that assumption is based on pure ignorance. At least I can continue my characters journey onwards and towards the next break in momentum.

Pilot still won't commit to his Yanov promise, but his Outskirts option is available. Maybe I'll burden myself, and travel there instead. What could go wrong?

The Endless Road [MF]

How long I have travelled. How far I have come. Yet there still is nothing.

It wasn’t always this way, I used to live a normal life, a life of fun, happiness and pleasant times…

Where did it all go wrong? Why am I stuck here? On an endless road; a road of desolation and suffering. I do not remember when it was that I first came to this road, has it been weeks? Months? Years? Have I been here all along and my normal life was a mirage? These questions run through my lonely mind as I travel down the road through darkness on foot.

The road is old, worn and cracked, the scenery around the road from what I can make out in the darkness is a barren wasteland of dirt. The only light is a dim, flickering road light on the side of the road every now and then casting a dull warm white light in a spotlight on the road ahead. It’s unsettling not being able to see anything except the road ahead, but I have no choice but to keep going forward, hoping to find an end to this seemingly endless, dark and lonely road.

There has been no people or life in sight for ages, the desolation is getting to me, it feels like I’m carrying a heavy stone in my chest instead of my heart. I want nothing more than for this to end, for me to find purpose again in my life, to find a way out.

It felt like years before I noticed any life. But then, I saw her. There was a person walking down the road in front of me! Was this reality? Or was my lonely mind playing a desperate trick on me to stop my loneliness from devouring my sanity? I took the chance anyway and called out to her to hopefully get her attention and hopefully prove to myself that she was real.

It turns out she was real.

She was just as shocked as I when she heard me call out. She told me that she thought she was travelling this dark road alone and that she was grateful that she was wrong.

We became friends as we travelled the road together. Her name is Ruby. I told her my name too, Ashton. It isn’t so bad anymore when you have company. We both were equally puzzled as to how we ended up on this road. It seems we both had a similar experience of suddenly being stuck here and not remembering the events that lead up to this moment.

As the weeks rolled on it seemed we weren’t getting any closer to anything...there was no shops, no pit stops, no petrol stations, no toilets, no pay phones, no vehicles, no roads turning off. It’s almost like the road and the scenery repeats itself over and over again, like an endless, repeating roll of film. Ruby was getting tired of this never ending journey and she expressed her frustrations more often as we journeyed down the road but she was trying her best to be more positive than negative. I was also getting tired of it but the more further we went, the more I felt like just simply giving up.

Ruby wouldn’t let me give up. She felt that maybe this road was a trial that was set for us to conquer. I thought that was crazy. How could this be a trial, and if it were a trial how would this kind of thing even be legal? Just taking random people, removing their memories of how they got here and making them walk an endless road for all eternity.

Which makes me think actually...why is it that I haven’t felt the need to eat, drink, sleep or use the facilities? Now this was another mystery that couldn’t be explained. Are we even mortal? Are we human? What are we? Where are we? Who are we?

When will this end.

Ruby and I found something peculiar today on the barren road. There was something akin to smoke coming from a crack in the bitumen a couple of metres in front of us. We both ran quickly over so we wouldn’t miss it. It was so exciting to see something other than dirt and road.

When we got close to it though we both heard a soft wailing. It sounded like a person crying in despair. It crept into my chest and my heart felt even heavier than before. I felt the deep despair the smoke voice was emitting and I stood there motionless, just staring into the smoke for God knows how long. I woke out of my suffering to Ruby shaking me with a concerned and worried face. When she saw that I awoke she almost cried and hugged me. I hugged her back and asked what the hell just happened, because I don’t remember much...except that immense feeling of despair.

Ruby told me I started looking dead. Not dead on the outside but on the inside, she described me as having lost the light in my eyes and the will to move forward. She had to drag me away from that smoke. I wondered though, why was it that Ruby wasn’t affected? Was she immune to the power of whatever that was? Ruby didn’t have an answer but she said we must keep going. We were walking for a while before I brought up anything again. I asked Ruby what she thinks that smoke was and she asked me with concern if we really should be talking about it since what it did to me wasn’t pleasant. I didn’t care, the smoke couldn’t harm me anymore since we weren’t near it anymore right? Ruby reluctantly agreed and she told me her idea of what the smoke could have been. Ruby said that she thought the smoke could have been energy left over from people travelling this road who stopped and let despair take over.

To be honest that seemed logical, but it also scared me. I almost succumbed to despair because of it. If Ruby wasn’t with me...if she wasn’t there to save me from my despair...I would have become a waft of despair; a tiny smoke trail emitting from the bleakest road...left behind as the only memory of me.

III Time rolled on and I noticed Ruby was starting to seem a lot more cheerful despite our predicament we were stuck in. I asked her what has got her so gleeful and she didn’t know. She just told me that her heart was feeling less weighted and that she felt as though the road will come to an end soon. Oh how I wish she was right. The road didn’t end, but Ruby vanished.

She left the road with no trace left behind. I was now completely alone once more. Maybe Ruby was right? Maybe this is some kind of demented test and Ruby just passed hers? That’s why she left right? She wouldn’t just leave me like that. She was my only friend I had here with me on this road of desolation. I kept on walking forward despite everything. I wasn’t in the best of moods, my heart still heavy within my chest and I was weakening by the day, I just felt like I couldn’t go on anymore. But something in the back of my mind told me to not give up just yet, that it’s not worth it and the world still needs me. I thought of my friends, my family, my pet, the things I would be missing out on. Remembering the good times I had as a kid and before I somehow ended up here helped me alot and thinking about Ruby and what example she showed me in the short time I knew her for. I remember her always saying to never give up and that all things come to an end even this road. I kept those positive thoughts in my head as I travelled onwards, I even walked past more smoke whilst thinking of the positive thoughts and it affected me less and less. I also felt as though I was going to find the end of the road. I felt the road is only endless if you believe it is. Ruby believed the road would come to an end, and right after that, she disappeared. I have hope that the same will come to me if I just keep my spirit positive. As I walked on, the road started to appear less dark, the sun was rising in the distance which is surprising since it has never risen ever, the whole time I was walking this road. It brought a smile to my face. But what I saw next was even better, I saw life, I saw trees, I saw insects, I saw flowers, I saw the ocean in front of me. I saw my friends, family and my pet waiting for me on the dock.

I started running forwards at a fast pace, the fastest I have moved for centuries with a feeling of relief welling up in my chest, I felt lighter than I have ever felt before.

Then I woke up.

Was it only just a dream? Life went on like normal. It’s like I was never gone. My family said that I seemed a lot more livelier recently and less tense. They were right, I felt better than I have in years. I felt as though my mind wasn’t clouded by anxiety and depression any longer. My spirit felt liberated and I felt like I could work on my problems I have been facing instead of putting them off because they’re not important or ‘as bad as they seem’.

If you don’t believe there’s an end to your suffering, you’ll never find the end. If you forget what’s important in life, there is only darkness to see. I think Ruby was right. This was a test, a test of the mind. My mind wanted to be stronger, it wanted to escape from my endless despair, self doubt and pain. Thanks to Ruby and my willpower I have finally been set free. I know Ruby is doing fine too, wherever she is in the world. I owe my life to her.

Just remember always; there’s always hope, even in the darkest places you can find hope. From that tiny sliver of hope; even more can spawn. Ruby was my first sliver of hope and the more I believed, the closer I got to the end. The more life I saw, the more happiness I felt. The truth was revealed to me. I have been set free. The End
