[ad_1] Washington: US President Donald Trump has ruled out deporting Prince Harry from the United States despite ongoing legal scrutiny over the Duke of Sussex’s immigration status, The New York Post reported. In an interview published Friday, Trump made it clear that he has no intention of intervening in the matter. “I don’t want to do that,” he said. “I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.” Trump’s remarks come as the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, continues its legal battle to obtain records related to Harry’s visa application. The organization has raised concerns over whether the prince disclosed his past drug use, as detailed in his memoir, Spare, during the application process. Nile Gardiner, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, emphasized the importance of transparency in the case. “Anyone who applies to the United States has to be truthful on their application, and it is not clear that is the case with Prince Harry,” Gardiner said, according to The New York Post. The lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security alleges that Harry may have received special treatment from the Biden administration after he and Meghan Markle moved to California in 2020 following their highly publicized departure from the British royal family—often referred to as ‘Megxit.’ Trump also used the opportunity to praise Harry’s older brother, Prince William, calling him “a great young man.” The two reportedly met privately in December 2024 in Paris during the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral. The meeting highlighted Trump’s starkly different relationships with the two royal brothers. Harry and Meghan have been outspoken critics of Trump. Markle previously labeled him “divisive” and “misogynistic” in public statements, while Trump has repeatedly ridiculed the prince, claiming he is “whipped” by Meghan. “I think poor Harry is being led around by the nose,” Trump remarked in a prior interview, as reported by The New York Post. As the legal battle over Harry’s immigration status unfolds, Trump’s latest comments add yet another layer of controversy to an already high-profile case. Calls are increasing for President Donald Trump to release Prince Harry's U.S. immigration records, following allegations that the Duke of Sussex may have misrepresented his past drug use when applying for residency. The conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation, is at the forefront of this demand, emphasizing the importance of transparency and adherence to U.S. immigration laws.

In his 2023 memoir, "Spare," Prince Harry openly discussed his past use of substances such as cocaine, cannabis, and psychedelic mushrooms. This revelation has led to questions about whether he fully disclosed this information during his visa application process, as U.S. immigration law requires applicants to declare any history of drug use. Providing false information can result in serious consequences, including potential deportation.

Previously, a federal judge ruled against disclosing Prince Harry's immigration documents, citing privacy concerns. However, the Heritage Foundation argues that the public interest in ensuring immigration laws are applied fairly and consistently outweighs these privacy considerations. Nile Gardiner, director of Heritage's Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, stated, "I'll be urging the president to release Prince Harry's immigration records and the president does have that legal authority to do that."
President Trump has previously expressed disapproval of Prince Harry's actions, particularly his and Meghan Markle's criticisms of the royal family. In February 2024, Trump remarked, "I wouldn't protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That's unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me."
The situation remains dynamic, with potential implications for Prince Harry's residency status in the United States. The Heritage Foundation's push for transparency underscores the broader debate over the enforcement of immigration laws and the balance between individual privacy and public interest.

Happy Valentine's Day from The New York Post "Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to controversial political operatives through their charity, according to documents reviewed by The Post." 🥰
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been spending big on high level Democrat party aligned sources, according to public records, including hiring a ‘disinformation expert’ who worked at a company involved in every high-profile US election since the 90s.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry paying big bucks to Dem operatives via their charity – sparking calls for a congressional investigation
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been spending big on high level Democrat party aligned sources, according to public records, including hiring a ‘disinformation expert’ who worked at a company involved in every high-profile US election since the 90s.
The move could further widen the divide between Harry and his family, after brother Prince William recently met with President Donald Trump. King Charles is also said by the British press to have maintained a good relationship with Trump since he was last in office in 2020 and the president has expressed his support for both.
The Archewell Foundation, the California-based non-profit started by Harry and Meghan in 2020, doled out $146,500 to Jiore Craig in 2023, an independent media strategist who has been called the Democrats’ “go-to” for “countering disinformation,” according to a report.
The charity’s funding of progressive Democratic causes has raised eyebrows. Nile Gardiner, a fellow at conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation, has called for Archewell’s donations to be scrutinized by Congress.
“Harry and Meghan still retain royal titles and should not be engaging in any way in political activity,” said Gardiner. “It’s actually outrageous.”
Archewell’s biggest donation — $250,000 — was to the Women’s Wellness Space, a Pennsylvania-based charity set up by Ashley Biden, daughter of former President Biden, in 2023. The charity’s mission is to help women impacted by trauma, according to reports. It opened its doors in 2024.
Archewell also doled out $155,050 to Herlihy Loughran, a firm run by two former Buckingham Palace aides, Beth Herlihy and Clara Loughran, also for “programmatic strategic services.”
A spokesperson for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex told The Post: “It’s important to note The Duke and Duchess did not endorse any candidate in the [2024 presidential] election, and to suggest they’re trying to curry favor with the Democratic Party — simply because a donation went to Ashley Biden’s nonpartisan nonprofit focused on women’s mental health, or because they hired a consultant specializing in digital safety — is misguided.
“The Duke and Duchess are committed to investing in people and initiatives that truly make a difference.”
Meghan’s political aspirations have long been rumored, with her and Harry flying to New York to meet prominent Democrats including Governor Kathy Hochul and then-mayor Bill DeBlasio in 2021.
She and Harry also had a “secret summit” video call with California gov. Gavin Newsom the same year, according to reports.
Members of the monarchy in Britain have long practiced political neutrality and generally avoid showing favor to any politician or party publicly.
Archewell also gave $90,000 to Markup News Inc., a New York-based non-profit also funded by Craigslist founder Craig Newmark and controversial billionaire and Democratic mega-donor George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.
One of company’s digital strategies during the last election cycle was to counter narratives about Joe Biden’s age and negative comments about his family, according to reports.
Craig boasts about what she can bring to projects online, saying she “designed and deployed Smart Social Listening – strategies for political candidates, public officials, community leaders, and corporate leaders to stay on offense,” on her LinkedIn profile.

Meanwhile, President Trump has been dismissive of both Harry and Meghan, recently saying he wouldn’t look into claims Harry lied on his application to live in the US.
“I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible,” he recently told The Post.
Our tax dollars are being used to support Prince Harry and his wife's lifestyle!

The lawsuit over Harry's visa is still in the works.
Biden admin ordered to turn over Prince Harry's immigration records amid preferential treatment claim.
A federal judge on Tuesday gave the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) one week to deal with requests for Prince Harry's immigration records after the agency was sued by the Heritage Foundation.
The Biden administration appeared in a federal court Tuesday after the conservative think tank filed a lawsuit demanding DHS release Prince Harry's immigration records, alleging the administration gave him "preferential treatment" in allowing entry to the U.S.
The suit claimed that the Biden administration allowed the prince to enter the U.S. despite his admission of illegal drug use – a factor that would usually be enough to deny other people entry.
Entities within DHS, including Border Patrol, denied the group's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the documents, but DHS headquarters had yet to make a decision on the requests.
D.C. District Court Judge Carl Nichols gave DHS until June 13 to notify the court on whether it will expedite or respond to a request for the records.
Heritage filed the original FOIA requests for the documents following the release of Prince Harry's bestselling memoir, "Spare," in which he admitted to using cocaine, psychedelics and marijuana.
When filling out a visa application, those drug abuses are supposed to be documented in detail, and would normally trigger a special review if not rejection of the application. However, the group is suspicious that Prince Harry was either not honest on his visa application, or that the Biden administration gave him preferential treatment.
DHS entities rejected the original FOIA request, citing privacy concerns for the British royal, who moved to Montecito, California, with his wife Meghan Markle in 2020. Lawyers for the agency also leveled that argument in court Tuesday.
Nile Gardiner, director of the foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center, told Fox News Digital Wednesday the judge's urging of a swift decision from the administration is a "very positive development."
"This matter is being treated very seriously," he said.
Gardiner said there is "strong public interest for the release of Prince Harry's immigration records, especially in light of his widespread admission and drug use in ‘Spare,’ his memoir."
"We believe that it is important that the public is aware of what he actually put in his immigration application. Did he outline in detail all his drug use as he was supposed to do? We also want to know whether he received any kind of preferential treatment for U.S. officials with regard to his visa application. So if there was any dishonesty on the application, that would be perjury and a criminal offense." he added.
"The situation with Prince Harry's immigration application was that it was, it appears, to have been so fast-tracked, while most people wait many months, years to have their applications process. So it is in the public interest for immigration law to be applied fairly to everyone who applies without a favor or bias and so this is why there is a big public interest here," Gardiner said.
Heritage said in its lawsuit that while this case "focuses on the widespread public and press interest on the specific issue of whether DHS acted, and is acting, appropriately as regards the Duke of Sussex, it cannot be separated from its broader context."
"The press and congressional hearing rooms are replete with detailed accusations that DHS is deliberately refusing to enforce the country’s immigration laws and is responsible for the current crisis at the border," the lawsuit said.
"[T]he broader controversy is so grave that Articles of Impeachment have been filed against DHS Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas and Secretary Mayorkas has taken the extraordinary step of retaining private counsel to represent him in impeachment proceedings," it said.

MARDI 9 MAI 2023 (Billet 1 / 4)

A Londres…

Et chez nous...
NB Les sets avec les petits pompons de couleur nous ont été offerts par nos amis Mostéfa et Fatiah.

This is why Invictus added First Responders to their platform AND the reason for the bogus Pat Tillman "award."
Prince Harry's visa file to be made public after bombshell ruling by judge amid claims he lied about drug use: MARCH 18th 2025
Prince Harry’s visa files must be made public by Tuesday at the latest, a judge has ruled.
Judge Carl Nichols set the deadline to release the files which will give the clearest indication yet as to whether the Duke of Sussex lied on his immigration paperwork.
The judge, who sits in Washington, approved the redactions suggested by the Department of Homeland Security and said they were ‘appropriate’.
While it is not clear what material will be released, it could include forms which indicate whether Harry said ‘no’ when asked if he was a drug user.
Lawyers for DHS have previously said that three items will be released with redactions but a fourth must remain private.
The right-wing Heritage Foundation sued the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) last year after the agency, which oversees immigration in America, refused a Freedom of Information request for Harry’s files.
Heritage claims that Harry may have lied on the forms under the section which asks if he had been a drug user.
In both his memoir, Spare, and his Netflix TV series Harry talked about using cannabis, cocaine and magic mushrooms.
In his order, Judge Nichols, who was appointed by Donald Trump, said: ‘The government has provided the court with its proposed redactions to the documents…those redactions appearing appropriate, the government is ORDERED to lodge on the docket the redacted versions of those documents no later than March 18, 2025’.
The case has caused embarrassment and consternation for Harry and raised questions about whether he could be deported if he was found to have lied.
But President Trump recently said he would not order him out of the country, while taking a swipe at Meghan, who he called 'terrible'.
Trump said he was only giving Harry a break because ‘he’s got enough problems with his wife’.
In September Judge Nichols had refused the request from Heritage to release all the documents because the Duke had a right to privacy.
But after a hearing he reconsidered and said he wanted to reveal as much as he could.
‘In my view that has to happen’, Judge Nichols said during a previous hearing adding that wanted to make the ‘maximum amount’ of material public that he could.
Judge Nichols did however say he did not want to reveal Harry’s immigration status, meaning that there could be heavy redactions on some files.
Speaking after that hearing, Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at Heritage, appealed to Trump to make the files public.
The president had put ‘border security and the application of the rule of law a top priority’.
In the past Harry has been frank about his drug use and once said that cannabis helped heal the trauma of the death of his mother, Princess Diana.
The Duke said that using ayahuasca, a psychedelic drug, he realized that his mother wanted him to be ‘happy’.
That means Harry’s US visa application in March 2020 could show he ticked the ‘no’ box on questions about his drug use, Heritage claims.
In previous legal filings, DHS said that the records at issue are ‘particularly sensitive’ because they would ‘reveal Harry’s (immigration) status in the United States’.
DHS wrote: ‘Even though he is a public figure, Prince Harry still maintains a privacy interest in these types of records and in his immigration or visa status generally.
‘Even if public figures may have a diminished expectation of privacy, they do not surrender their privacy interests entirely’,
The filing added that ‘were this not the case, a requester could go on a fishing expedition for (government) records for any celebrity at all’.
The original request sought to reveal whether Harry, who moved to the US after quitting being a working member of the British royal family, was getting ‘preferential treatment’.
Heritage has merely ‘recounted a litany of allegedly suspicious circumstances (that) lacked any substantiation’, DHS said.
DHS has also dismissed the Heritage Foundation’s claims as a ‘bare suspicion of government misconduct’ and making Harry’s paperwork public would not shed any ‘meaningful light’ on how it operates.

Clever Julie Burchill in Spiked: Harold "memorably recalled having a conversation with a toilet while out of his box on magic mushrooms though he may have confused this with his first date with Meghan Markle." by u/Von_und_zu_
Clever Julie Burchill in Spiked: Harold "memorably recalled having a conversation with a toilet while out of his box on magic mushrooms, though he may have confused this with his first date with Meghan Markle." Trump has the measure of Harry and MeghanDeporting the peevish princeling would only fuel the couple’s sense of victimhood.Brilliant. In pertinent part:As Trump does not care whether people poke fun at him, so he is similarly keen to deal it out. This weekend, the New York Post reported that the POTUS has decided against attempting to have Prince Harry deported. This is despite the peevish princeling being the subject of litigation, as the Heritage Foundation has alleged that his past use of recreational drugs should have disqualified him from obtaining the US visa that allows him to live in Montecito, California.Anyone who has read – or rather, suffered through – Harry’s autobiography, Spare, will know of his fondness for marijuana and the occasional foray into psychedelic drugs. He memorably recalled having a conversation with a toilet while out of his box on magic mushrooms, though he may have confused this with his first date with Meghan Markle. Rather than own his drug use, he once came up with the absolute howler of a theory that he became a druggie pretty much because the press said he was one*. ‘You’re then either the “playboy prince”, the “failure”, the “dropout” or, in my case, the “thicko”, the “cheat”, the “underage drinker”, the “irresponsible drug-taker”’, he said during one of his many court cases (this one in 2023). ‘I thought that, if [the media] are printing this rubbish about me and people were believing it, I may as well “do the crime”, so to speak.’*Whatever Harry’s reason for doing more blow than a Love Island love rat, Heritage’s Nile Gardiner was quite right to tell the Telegraph: ‘Anyone who applies to the United States has to be truthful on their application, and it is not clear that is the case with Prince Harry.’ He went on to suggest that the Biden administration might have turned a blind eye due to the doleful duo’s support of the Democrats (that went well!). But rather than react in a punitive manner, Trump told the New York Post that he has no intention of ordering Hazza never to darken the Staten Island doors again. ‘I don’t want to do that’, smirked The Donald. ‘I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.’ In the past, Trump has also opined that ‘poor Harry is being led around by the nose’.Trump knows how much this depiction, in particular, of Meghan will annoy her. She has several images of herself, from siren to saint, feminist to femme fatale, but middle-aged (her official age is 43) owner of a hen-pecked husband probably isn’t one of them. I strongly doubt she took Hilda Ogden, Sybil Fawlty, Hyacinth Bucket or Yootha Joyce’s Mildred as role models when a girl. The stereotype ruins her sexual capital somewhat, which has always been her strongest currency. [Stereotype or .... Archetype?!]I can’t help thinking that there’s a part of each of the Sussexes that would actually relish being deported, but for vastly different reasons: Harry so he can see his mates again; Meghan so she can cast herself as a tragic, persecuted heroine. But thanks to Trump’s intervention on Harry’s visa, Meghan’s hen-pecker-in-chief image will stick with her now, and their marriage will continue to go from romcom to sitcom.https://ift.tt/xEsvXnz post link: https://ift.tt/FLW2qK3 author: Von_und_zu_ submitted: February 14, 2025 at 02:47PM via SaintMeghanMarkle on Reddit disclaimer: all views + opinions expressed by the author of this post, as well as any comments and reblogs, are solely the author's own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of the administrator of this Tumblr blog. 'High-level extortionists': Calls to ban Prince Harry and Meghan from coronation
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been exposed as "high-level extortionists" who ought to be "cast into the wilderness" over their attempts to undermine the monarchy, according to British conservative commentator Nile Gardiner.
