Can we see more of Jeff and Toby also is Ben and Ej I’m the comic of not what are your headcanons for them??
Jeff and Toby have always been my favs since I was a kid, so you'll definitely be seeing more of them!
As for the comic, the whole thing is more of snippets and peeks into my interpretation of Creepypasta instead of a solid, sequential storyline, so not a whole lot is concrete, and I won't be posting a whole, fleshed out comic since it's very time consuming. I'm definitely sure Ben and EJ would show up though, especially during Jeff's directionless wanderings
Anyways, Woe! Headcanons be upon ye!
Eyeless Jack
Tumblr media
Jack Nyras is a man just trying to survive after he had been left disabled and transformed from putting his trust in the wrong people. Even as the demon contorts and shapes it's host as if it were trying to fit itself it's host's own flesh, Jack remains conscious, all too aware of what is happening to him and the dizzying, maddening hunger that drives him forward
He's gone from a 5'6"-ish guy to a whole 6 foot something of a man after the incident. The demon disfigured and stretched his body to "make itself at home", though it isn't too obvious with his shitty posture and what he wears
He used to go to medschool and was about to graduate as a Valedictorian.
He carries a roll of surgical knives in his hoodie pocket! (My best friend gave me this idea :)))
Burn scars over his eyes! Hot tar does that to you ig, and it harmed him enough to last despite his new form's accelerated regeneration
He's still sane enough to have morals (or at least, he believes he's sane enough), so though he isn't exactly picky, he prefers kidneys since his victims would usually survive with only one, and he strikes at night when his "patients" are sleeping
He's good friends with Jeff (even if neither would admit it, ESPECIALLY not Jeff). They first started out as seeing each other as nothing more than "easy body disposal" and "free meal provider", but each time they bump into each other, they've began to get along past their perceived usefulness
Tumblr media
BEN drowned
Tumblr media
An angry, vindictive spirit that's been freed from the confines of where he had been sealed. Even still, he can't remember his own face, so despite his newfound freedom, he had taken the form of the model he had been using during his digital imprisonment to manifest. He now wanders the world, vengeful and curious, yearning for a peace he might never get.
His face is stuck between 2 expressions: the calm, neutral look of the elegy of emptiness (which is his usual), or a more expressive- albeit heavily distorted face- during moments of heightened emotion like anger, sadness, etc. Nothing changes from his expression, not even his mouth moves.
The latter is also a reference to how fans usually drew Ben, along with just... .EXE characters in general-
His clothes are always soggy :(
He can manipulate and change his physical form, but the binary scarred into on his calf stays no matter what he does, whether that be changing forms entirely or removing the limb from his "model", in which case the binary moves elsewhere.
Ben is telepathic. He can choose who can understand him at any given moment, whether it be a group, a pair, or a singular person. Everyone else outside of the conversation could hear only gargling, wheezing and coughing.
Avoids areas where water is usually found in large amounts. I.e, lakes, rivers, bathrooms, etc.

MY GIRLFRIEND (2)
(1)
Pairing: Choi Beomgyu x reader
Genre: Fluff, crack
Warning: Established relationship, cursing , idol! au, Hueningkai is referred to as only kai because I didn't know his spelling (lol), a brief mention of Yeonjun's gf
"Me and (y/n)'s going on a date this Saturday," Beomgyu announced, entering the room with eyes on his phone where he was probably texting his girlfriend.
"This Saturday? I thought we were all going out together to get ramen at the old shop again," Soobin chimed, looking up from his phone.
"Yeah," Yeonjun added, " we haven't been there in a while. You remember how we used to go there when we were trainees?"
"With sweat and bruises on my knees, yes, I do remember." Taehyun added, earning a few chuckles from the boy beside him.
"The owner invited us. Who knows, we might get a free meal," Kai resorted.
"We're not saying you should cancel the date but -," Yeonjun said and grinned," unless you wanna miss the heavenly ramen."
"No, it's okay," Beomgyu said, flopping beside Soobin," (y/n) would be mad if I cancelled with you guys. "
"Wouldn't she be more mad that you cancelled on the date?" Taehyun questioned, raising a brow. Beomgyu shook his head, picking up his phone to send you a text.
"No, actually, " he said, eyes on the phone and fingers typing, " She actually got more mad when I cancel on you guys. Says I should bond with my "boys" often. " He chuckled, mind wandering back to the moment.
"She's so sweet. Such an angel." Kai added, resting his head on Beomgyu's shoulder to peer at his phone.
"So you mean she doesn't get angry often?" Yeonjun asked, looking pretty surprised at the statement.
"No, she's really patient," Beomgyu smiled," she usually tolerates everything."
"Unlike you." Soobin snickered followed by the others.
"So, like, you guys don't argue? " Yeonjun questioned, now looking really shocked as if Beomgyu had suddenly asked for both of his kidneys, " Me and my girl argue over the smallest of things. She hasn't talked to me in 3 days and maybe I should apologize."
Beomgyu turned off his phone and looked at Yeonjun, " Me and my girl don't argue. She tells me to shut the fuck up and I do," he added, pointing his phone towards him.
"You never shut up when we tell you to," Soobin countered, "That's cause she's my girlfriend. She gets privileges, " He replied, getting up to walk out the door.
"Your corny. Get out of my sight. " Taehyun mocked, pushing Beomgyu out by the shoulder.
"I don't wanna be with singles like you people either. I'm gonna go face time with (y/n)!! " He exclaimed, shoving Taehyun off his shoulder.
"Tell (y/n) noona I said hi," Kai adds, peeking over Taehyun's shoulder.
"Get out already," Soobin shouted earning a glare from Beomgyu.
"Fine! I am going to my room," He shouted angrily, loud enough to wake up a person sleeping if there were any," don't you dare come in at midnight to snatch your charger or snacks or socks or I'm gonna lock you in the closet till morning, get it?!" His voice was still clear even though he was out of the room and was walking in the hallway.
"Goodnight, hyung!," Kai shouted from the door.
And from the other side of the room they could hear Beomgyu yell," I'm only wishing a goodnight to (y/n), rest of you can have nightmares!!"
And with that, a door slammed shut and laughter erupted in the room.
"Gosh, he's down so bad," Soobin laughed, slapping his hand on Yeonjun 's shoulder.
"He wouldn't survive a day without (y/n). " Taehyun said, shaking his head.
"We wouldn't survive a day without (y/n). Apparently, she's the only one who can keep his ego in check and make him shut up without having to stuff tissue papers into his mouth," Yeonjun concluded, the other nod.
"But, they look so happy," Huening smiled.
"Yeah, sure they do. Maybe I should also start shutting up when my girl tells me to," Yeonjun said, earning a laugh from everyone. Then they heard another laughter joining them from the other room.
"Only (y/n) can make Beomgyu laugh like that. "

The premium version of human is here to wreck house, mfs.
[Twst x Obey Me!AFAB!reader]
CHP.3
CW: Same as before.
PREVIOUS CHAPTER: PROLOGUE 2
FUN FACT: You were just about to remove your unbelievable amount of jewelry and go to sleep when the dark carriage appeared in the middle of your room.
You didn't notice because you were busy tryna reach for your bangles but then you were suddenly yanked by the hair into the carriage where you quickly lost consciousness from the strong sleeping magic inside. That horse got no chill, wtf..
Tumblr media
This is one of those times where you need to channel out your inner Belphegor.
Be loveably infuriatingly bratty and murderous at the same time.
Turns out, you were yanked by the hair and shoved into the carriage by that creepy looking horse because you were "chosen" by the dark mirror to attend their oh-so-prestigious college. (Move out the way Harry Potter, there's a new chosen one in town—)
So you decided to stress these fuckers into bringing you back to where their unhinged horse first took you.
You don't have to be a genius to know that if any of the brothers notice your disappearance, there can either be a war or a bloodbath. It's either one of those things or both of them.
So as you were freed and guided in front of the mirror by the bird-man who you've come to find out was the headmaster of this oh-so-grand college that you've never even heard of.. you side-eye the Mr. Boutta-sell-yo-kidneys guy that tried to take your bangles before you faced the mirror.
'...Hmm? Who's this?' You think, as you look at the person half-hiding behind the mirror.
They seemed to be quite nervous as they gave you a small wave, earning them a smile from you.
The headmaster seemed to be confused about them for a second but quickly remembered something as they called upon that person.
It seems that Yuu, quite a confusing name they've got also desires to be sent back to their home as they said they had responsibilities they must fulfill.
Nice.
Twinning with your problems fr.
It's like you two looked at each other and something just clicked.
Like, Omg we're both kidnapped by a school filled with hot men and forced to be their unpaid therapists, Slay gurly~ 💅🏼 sry it's your inner asmo talking.
You decide to let Yuu be the first to face the mirror so that they'll get home first.
Ah, aren't you so kind and patient?
You don't know anything about that mirror, so it's best that you let someone else have a go first to see if it's safe.
Sorry Yuu, we may have clicked but I don't know if I can trust any of you right now.
It's too risky.
If we ever meet again, I'll treat you to a meal in hell's kitchen as compensation.
Thank Belphie for my trust issues.
...
...Huh.. The place that Yuu belongs to "doesn't exist"?
What a strange response... This damn mirror better not give you the same words lest it wants to be melted out of existence via hellfire.
You can see the dudes behind y'all who turned out to be the housewardens of the dorms of this school start whispering to each other like some nosy aunties on a regular sunday morning.
You gave reassuring pats on Yuu's shoulder after they went back beside you, getting a shaky smile in return.
"I'm sure that it'll be okay.. Their dark carriage took you so it must have the capabilities to take you back, right?" You whispered to Yuu, trying to keep them from panicking as you notice their breaths starting to quicken.
"People in distress are prone to being exploited and manipulated by others. Breathe slowly and calm your mind." You lean closer to their ear, rubbing small circles on their back.
Panicking won't help anyone. You had to learn that from experience. Now you just want to make sure that Yuu doesn't have to.
You may be alright with using this new acquaintance of yours to verify the safety of the mirror, but you won't stand by and watch them expose their vulnerability to a group of people that haven't really made a show of good morals they might possess.
As the headmaster guy started going on a rant about how "tHiS hAvE nEvEr hApPenEd bEfoRe" you keep an eye on the five housewardens dudes, seeing as those guys were eyeing you and Yuu lmao💀 like they were looking at some weird... thing.
Except for the shady mf who's looking straight at you with his weird-ass smile.
Really giving you the impulse to sock him in the face again.
(Oh, and also that tablet that kept taking pictures of you thinking that they were slick when you can hear the click every time a pic was taken.)
The headmaster then guided you to the mirror, mumbling pleas for the reflective object to work properly.
"I... I seem to be unable to reach the place that you call home.."
The mirror spoke, troubled and seemingly confused.
Yuu peeks at your face, before paling and trying to get closer to comfort you the way that you did for them, only to full on try to tackle you when you bring out your staff to try and break the damned thing.
If you can't bring me home then maybe I can take your power and do it myself.
MEANWHILE...
"There are traces of what seems to be teleportation magic as well as a smidgen of sleeping magic mixed in, on center of MC's room."
Solomon stated, glancing at the people sitting around the big oval table inside Diavolo's castle.
If anyone else saw the attendance in this little meeting of theirs, they'd have a heart attack.
I mean, when will you ever see representatives of the celestial realm mingling with those of the devildom, the human world and the grim reaper in such a serious manner?
You'd think there's an intergalactic threat on the loose if you ever see their expressions..
But that's the thing.
You weren't there to see them.
That's the problem.
Someone or something took you away from them.
Those connected to you via pact can still feel your emotions and connections through your pact marks but nothing more.
At this rate, they worry that you're too far to reach because they couldn't get to you through their pacts. Where could you be?
The only reassurance they have that you're fine, is your candle in Thirteen's hands.
The last string of reason they have that is keeping them from drowning in their grief and anger.
The burning flame of your candle gave them comfort and fueled their determination to bring you back into their arms.
Don't worry MC, we'll bring you back.
No matter what it takes.

I see a lot of patient x therapist in sarumi but it's illegal, so I propose a much more interesting plot: Urologist!Yata x Patient!Fushimi.
Could Yata even handle being a urologist XD Maybe he initially started studying when someone suggested it as a way to deal with his girl issues, like hey maybe you’ll be less nervous around girls if you think of them only in clinical terms (this backfires though, Yata can now handle seeing a girl with her pants off but he only thinks about health things, and meanwhile women in low cut shirts still make him blush and stutter). Fushimi is also the type who definitely avoids doctors and normally would never see a specialist, he probably had to be forced into it. Like Fushimi works for a private detective force and due to his bad diet he has frequent health issues. At some point he’s dealing with significant issues going to the bathroom and having pain, all of which he’s blithely trying to ignore, until his boss Munakata makes him an appointment and gives him no choice but to either go to the doctor or be fired (and while Fushimi would love to be like good I quit he does need this job, because he’s not going groveling back to his parents for money and his bad personality makes it hard to be hired by anyone besides someone who is in their own way equally twisted).
Fushimi ends up in the urologist office all hunched and grumpy on the examination table, waiting for the doctor to show up. When Yata walks in Fushimi’s all ‘I thought I was seeing a doctor, not a shrimp who’s still in high school.’ Yata’s immediately like shut up I’m a med student in college asshole, and I’m totally capable of handling your problems. Fushimi finds it pretty funny that his doctor is being so foul mouthed, like does your school know you talk to patients like this. Yata stutters and quickly tries to move on, like can we just discuss your medical history. Fushimi’s much more relaxed now, he doesn’t particularly want to discuss any of his medical issues (mainly because he never goes to a doctor so he doesn’t actually know what most of those are) but he can at least have some fun with this. Poor Yata is having trouble keeping up, he’s doing his best but this guy keeps being such an asshole it’s hard to maintain a professional demeanor. He does manage to get some info from Fushimi about the problem and assumes it’s a urinary tract infection, he prescribes some medicine and is happy to get that jerk out of his office.
Except the medicine doesn’t work and Fushimi reluctantly shows back up at Yata’s office mocking him for being such a shitty student that he couldn’t fix the problem. Yata grumbles like well if you weren’t being such a jerk maybe I could have examined you properly. Fushimi’s like you’re shirking your duty Misaki, Yata covers his name badge with a hand all that’s doctor Yata you bastard. Yata threatens Fushimi with a rectal exam and Fushimi’s like oh are you that interested in me. For the first time in a long while Yata gets all red, he thought he’d gotten over being embarrassed about doing this kind of thing but Fushimi just keeps throwing him off balance. He does need to do some examinations that require Fushimi to take his pants off though and it’s suddenly so awkward, like normally Yata always sees this as just medicine but now for the first time he feels like he’s really looking at another guy’s dick and he’s flustered.
It eventually turns out that Fushimi has like kidney stones, Yata can remove them but of course this requires more of Fushimi lying down with no pants on. Yata manages to fumble his way through the whole thing and afterward he’s trying to be professional again, discussing diet and such, and that’s when he finds out that Fushimi eats like a four year old. Yata starts lecturing him on proper nutrition and Fushimi clicks his tongue all ‘don’t want to,’ without even thinking Yata slips out a ‘if I have to I’ll go over to your place and make you healthy meals myself.’ Fushimi responds with ‘fine, come over then,’ intending to say it in mocking tones but it just comes out as a blunt acceptance of Yata’s inadvertent invitation. The two of them stare at each other, both thinking they should take that back but of course neither one is willing to swallow their pride and go back on those words, so Yata’s like ‘o-okay…where do you live?’. After Fushimi leaves Yata’s immediately freaking out like did I just ask that total jerk out on a date, and meanwhile Fushimi is outside the office all irritated at himself and thinking about how stupid he is, why would he want that shrimp to come over and make him dinner. He tells himself well maybe I can just tease him and it will be entertaining, not willing to in any way think further on why for once he’s actually showing interest in another person.

The Mediterranean diet contains nutrients that are known to enhance longevity and has other health benefits that are backed by peer-reviewed, scientific studies. Broccoli is one of nature's most nutrient-dense foods, with only 30 calories per cup and contains fibre and polyphenols antioxidants that detoxify cell-damaging chemicals in your bodying.
A Spanish study found a Mediterranean diet supplemented with extra-virgin olive oil reduced the incidence of major cardiovascular events among patients with a history of heart disease.
Quinoa contains a good dose of protein to help build muscle. Yet including any type of whole grain in your diet — from barley to brown rice — will aid in weight loss by filling you up for fewer calories.
Blueberries is a kind of superfood because studies have shown they aid in everything from fighting cancer to lowering cholesterol. But all berries, including raspberries, strawberries and blackberries, contain antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Studies show that eating a handful of nuts several times a week can prevent heart disease and ultimately help you shed pounds since they fill you up and stop you from snacking on other things. Almonds, in particular, contain lots of monounsaturated fats and fibre.
Salmon is also a good source of lean protein. With this diet, doctors suggest eating fish at least two times a week. Salmon provides a high dose of omega-3 fatty acids, which studies show significantly lower the risk of heart disease. Omega-3 fatty acids fight back by reducing inflammation and slowing the rate of plaque buildup in blood vessels.
Black, kidney, white and garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas) are good for fibre and protein. They fill you up and provide muscle-building material without any of the fat that meat can add to your meal.
Eating a breakfast high in protein is a good way to keep hunger at bay throughout the day. Eggs are full of choline, a nutrient that helps block fat from being absorbed in the liver. Choline may also help in preventing memory loss.
Spinach is a great source of iron, which is a key component in red blood cells that fuel our muscles with oxygen for energy. But researchers in Sweden identified another way in which these greens might keep you charged: Compounds found in spinach actually increase the efficiency of our mitochondria, the energy-producing factories inside our cells.
Walnuts are packed with tryptophan, an amino acid your body needs to create serotonin. They're digested slowly which contributes to mood stability and can help you tolerate stress.
Asparagus is one of the best sources of folate, a B vitamin that could help keep you out of a mental slump. Folate is important for the synthesis of the neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine; all of these are crucial for mood.

oh wow I am so sorry to hear about your daughter having EOE - that sounds really rough. How do you navigate that?
At this point, with a lot of flailing.
It took 3.5 years to even get her properly diagnosed, not through lack of trying-- it's just a hard thing to differentiate, and the specialists that can actually do the test are dealing with a huge number of patients so they're always backed up. We're lucky: we live only an hour from the state children's hospital where they can do the diagnostic procedures, and it has a dedicated EOE specialty clinic that's one of the best in the country. It still takes 2 months to get an appointment as an established patient, and it took even longer to get her in on the initial referral. We're also lucky that she was able to explain to us what she was experiencing in a way that a doctor could take seriously and act on, and we're lucky that her primary care doctor did so.
But generally speaking, things suck spectacularly for pediatric EOE and GERD patients right now, at least in the US. The best medicine for treating it is omeprazole (prilosec), and there was exactly one manufacturer that made it in a suspension that small children could take. Well, that manufacturer decided it wasn't profitable enough, so they quit making it altogether. So now the next best, lansoprazole (prevacid), is on national back order for months because every child that was on the other one is now needing to switch.
So my daughter is currently on the next next best thing, because it was that or nothing, and it's just not working great for her. It keeps her from the worst of the pain, but she's back to not wanting to eat anything but bagels, one specific brand of cereal, and string cheese.
Back when she was officially diagnosed, her doctor gave us the option of going on a super dose of PPI meds, jumping straight to the steroids, or doing a full elimination diet with a nutritionist. For a kid, none of those options are great.
The PPIs reduce absorption of nutrients, which are already few and far between for a growing person with only a few tolerated foods. The steroids may have effects on a growing liver and kidneys, and also make you more prone to fungal infections and upper respiratory illnesses. Both have to be routinely dose-adjusted because the child is growing constantly, but you have to get an official weight/height check at the specialist to do so, which is always backed up. Then the elimination diet is...well, it's hard, to put it mildly, and it takes a really long time because of how delayed the reactions can be. Plus when you already don't like eating and only have a few 'safe foods', it's hard to cut back. Most people with EOE also have more than one trigger, so you have to eliminate a ton of things and hope you get them all, and you can't be on any medication while you're doing it because you have to be able to identify the point at which symptoms get better and then return.
In short, all the options suck.
We eventually decided on trying to get it under control enough with the meds to hopefully expand the foods she was willing to eat, in preparation for doing the elimination diet. It was working. Then the forced medication switch blew that all up. So we're just gonna grit our teeth and go with the elimination diet unless her specialist has another option for us.
But aside from that, it's been a lot of phone tag and appointment waiting, and a lot of readjusting the way we look at food and eating.
For her, whatever she will eat is a win. We've taken pressure off her to try new things. We still offer it, but we don't press if she's not feeling up to it. Reducing stress around the concept of trying new foods is super important, because she's already up against the stress of wondering whether it'll 'get stuck' or feel yucky or make 'the fires' worse.
We've also had to make sure we don't fall into the trap of trying to dictate how much she eats and when. Unless a meal is coming within the half hour, we let her have a snack when she's hungry-- wait too long, and she's in pain. Plus we want her to kind of train herself to respond to those hunger cues because her appetite can get so drastically reduced at times, every instance of her listening to an 'I'm hungry' is a win.
We also had to abandon the idea of the 'perfectly' balanced diet. Proteins are a struggle for her. Leafy greens are a struggle. So are other calcium containing foods like dairy and dairy alternatives. She really only likes carbs, mostly bread and fruit. But it's not like she can help it. Nobody purposefully restricts their diet just to be difficult-- a "picky eater" is someone who is struggling and needs accommodation, not judgement.
So we let her eat what she will eat, and work to find options that can get her the stuff she needs. Protein bars are a big hit with her right now, for example. A better texture than meat, they come in 'treat' flavors, and there are options that don't have all the added sugar that's gonna trigger the acid flareup. We make sure we get enriched flour and bread products so she gets at least some iron. We pick varieties that have added protein and calcium. We get juice with added vitamins and minerals. We stock the pantry with things that cater to her capabilities and needs wherever the two overlap. The goal is nutrition, whatever form that takes and whatever it looks like right now. Getting it "right" will come later. For now, we just need her to be comfortable with food and to learn how to work with her body.
This has also meant teaching her about nutrition, so we can help her take charge of her body's needs and help us think of ways to meet them. That's hard for a 3 year old, but there's a show called Storybots on Netflix, and they have a great episode on nutrition called "Why can't I eat dessert all the time?" Super accessible for kids, and has a catchy song describing macronutrient categories and why we need lots of different kinds of food, not just one kind. It was a perfect starting point, and we just kept at the explanations. Like when we would eat an apple with breakfast, we'd talk about how it has Vitamin C to help her cells be strong, fiber to help her tummy and intestines work well, and carbohydrates to help her have energy. Every time we try a new food, we talk about what's in it to help her body. That includes things like chips and cake--we're big on the concept of "all food has value, it's just some has more than others, so we eat the most of those."
So now, when she's had a "just bread" day we remind her that her body needs more than just carbs, and we can't get all our protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals from bread, so we should probably have something else too. 9 times out of 10, she'll add something to her request, like some blueberries or carrots. She might not eat a ton of it, but she tries, and that's what counts.
I know this is a mile long and probably way more than you were asking, but it's just one of those things that I have a lot to say about. I could talk all day about accessible eating and nutrition, as well as Going Off on our current medical system in the US, so if anyone has further questions, feel free to reach out.

I absolutely want to see them
Okay! Okay I gottem! I gottem! Alright, alright, check it!
*he pulls out 3 very high definition photographs, the horrific sights depicted on them enough to make one’s stomach churn*
These ones are my- my favorite ones! I have like, a ttonn more of em but it’d take like, fooreverr to show you guys all of them!
*he taps on the first one*
Okay, okay, this- this is my first evver serious one! Like, I’d done bad things to my patients before but I never properly like, kidnapped them or anything!! Anyways, I like, kept him alive like this for- for months!!
*the image depicted a completely nude ‘man’ in a practically pitch black room, only illuminated by the flash of a camera. His eyes were milky and unseeing, violently red around the edges and brimming with tears, staring straight into the camera lens. Upon closer inspection, one could see the scars above his eyes where his eyelids had been cut off. His mouth was held unnaturally wide by bulky medical equipment, the divots in his gums where teeth should be bleeding profusely , his lack of tongue evident as the wound gushed blood. His face was smushed into the ground as he had no arms to keep such from happening, his legs tied together by a long strand of rope.*
I’d- ha! I’d make him use ‘echolocation’ to- to find his meals! It was fuckin hilarious seeing him squirm around on the floor, screaming like- like a total idiot to find his next meal!
*💢 bursts into giggles for a moment before pointing to the next picture*
This one- oh! I didn’t - didn’t even plan on doing this one! Was supposed to be just- just a kidney transplant! But she was such a bitch to me the whole f-fuckin time! And you know the saying ‘kill them with kindness’? Well I decided to take that to heart for once!
*The photograph depicted a woman propped up against the wall with a gaping hole in her gut, her innards and an uncomfortable amount of kidneys spilling out of it. Her eyes were rolled up back into the back of her head and her cheeks were a sickly green, her entire front coated in vomit and blood.*
47 kidneys. That’s - that’s how many I managed to stuff in her before like, her stitches popped and it all came spilling out of her! It was - oh it was just so mmuch fun! She’s where I got my passion for like, being so generous and helpful from! Ha!
And- and last but not least!
*He held out the final photograph, and it might’ve been the worst one yet. A woman stood in the middle of a room, well, not really ‘stood’ considering she had no legs, more like held up by 4 metallic poles that stabbed into her legless torso. She had no arms either, just a stick jabbed into one of the bloody wounds where an arm should be. Her mouth was stitched shut and her head was shaved, hot spiking wires peaked from her various wounds, and most prominent was the large hole in her chest, in which the display of a slot machine was. At the bottom of the photograph there was a message, scribbled in angry red pen was the words ‘happy fucking 2 year anniversary’*
Poor little miss Amber Marrie! Couldn’t keep her hands off- her hands off of my ‘boyfriend’! Lluckily for her, I was never the jealous type! So I helped her become the ppperfect girl for him! Aren’t I just the kindest gal you’ve ever met?
The best- the best part? She was completely rigged! Each- each slide thing had- had completely different drawings on it! There was no way to win her!!!
*💢 bursts into laughter, unable to stop as xe doubles over. His manic laughter quickly turning into a coughing fit, the pictures spilling from his hands and onto the floor as he beat his chest with his fist*

3x11: Adam's Ribs
Dear Dad,
Remember that flu season back in ’32? When it felt like you were gone every night jumping to every single household with a kid in it because everyone all got sick all at once? And how it was after mom died but you decided that I was old enough to stay home alone, only for you to come back on that Tuesday to find me throwing up my guts all over the floor?
Good times. Terrible times, actually, but despite my pacifistic tendencies, I’d fucking kill to go through that again than the fresh hell that is my current hell. I nearly wrote you this letter from the latrines, which is terrible on multiple levels, especially considering I was actually looking forward to write to you this time.
I’ve said before that one of these days I’m finally going to snap, and even though I’m still in one piece, I’m not convinced that it’s an uncracked one. Eleven days. Eleven straight days of liver of fish, making our own damn never ending season of seafood up in Maine truly dwarf in size. Eleven straight days and I’m half convinced that each subsequent day was just the previous one’s leftovers! The fact that they’re serving us kidney at all blows my fucking mind, and over a week and a half of it for every meal has me half convinced that I’ve dreamt it all up.
They don’t tell you about how every grueling day feels like a dream, same motions, same food, same jokes, just different supporting actors underneath my scalpel.
On the seventh day God rested, and on the eleventh day Hawkeye Pierce fucking cracked. Like I said, there’s only so many days where a man can eat liver of fish. Trap and I made this ridiculous plan—honestly, dad, I didn’t think about it working or not. I just needed something to break up the monotony. Anything. ANYTHING.
You know the place in Chicago I told you about however many years ago? The one that had the best barbequed ribs in the entire country? Couldn’t remember the name at first, but it’s Adam’s Ribs.
Adam’s Goddamn Ribs.
A couple of pulled strings and a hell of a lot of favors somehow managed to bring us back to Chicago. Or I guess Chicago to us. It doesn’t matter- the only thing that mattered is that we somehow fucking managed to get Adam’s Ribs in the worst corner of all of Korea and Igor cooked them up and hell dad, they were the best damn things I think I’ve ever smelled in my life.
Course, ambulances poured in the second I had my hands on them, but it made for a hell of an OR session. That’s how they should be teaching speed for MASH surgeons. Nevermind the live rounds and constant shelling, just put the idea of tantalizing, edible food on a stick right above a surgeon and you’d get the fastest cutters in the West. East.
But, oh father, I know what you’re thinking now: why the reminder of the great flu season of 1932 when so far the only thing your dear child has spoken about has been spare ribs from the great state of Illinois?
Here’s where the story gets good. And by good, I mean fucking terrible.
Great OR session, by the way. Took out enough shrapnel out of intestines to build a full new bomb, and not a single patient lost. Igor reheated the ribs for me and Trap and we had what could only be described as the greatest midnight snack in the history of the entire war. Or not just in the war, but in the history of the entire world. We headed back to our bunks more full than after a Thanksgiving spread, and not even Frank’s sniveling could change a thing.
That is before a solid and conscience five minutes had passed.
Five minutes. Five lousy minutes of euphoria that just nearly made me forget about the terrible place that I’d been forced into. And then I spent the next hour and a half, throwing up every single bit of edible food. Made the worst flu pale in comparison, I’ll tell you that much. Couldn’t even make it to the latrine the first time, and I think I scared the wits outta Trapper since it probably sounded like I was vomiting up my organs right outside his side of the tent.
He’s a good man, Trap. Picked me up off the ground like you would’ve and helped me stumble to the latrines where I could continue throwing up every bit of goodness that I had managed to make for myself in this camp. Practically held my hair back like I was his girl, believe it or not.
I’m writing this letter from post-op, you know. Trap’s got himself convinced that I managed to get food poisoning from the long trip that the ribs made in order to get from us. Not sure how he’s reached that conclusion given that he has exactly zero symptoms, but hell, I’m not volunteering any other explanations to him.
Between you and me, I think I’ve become a bit of a cuckoo, if you can read between the lines there.
I mean, what sane person would practically stage a mutiny just to get food from a specific restaurant that he couldn’t even remember the name of in the first place? If Henry was just 2% more done with my shit, he could’ve gotten me in real trouble. Hell, if Henry was any other CO, I’d probably be on trial with a death sentence looming over my head for the shit I pulled just to get the first real food I’d have since stepping foot on that plane.
All that just to throw it up a few minutes later. I may not have snapped quite yet, but I’m cracking, dad.
I hope next flu season is kind to you up there.
Love, Hawkeye

How does Ratchet React to People (Especially Drift) Calling him floofy?
ALSO I love that your Ratchet is the embodiment of Kind caring medic but will absolutely shoot a bitch if someone messes with his patients or family
Drift doesn't call Ratchet fluffy though :'3
It's usually Doc, Ron or occasionally Higuma (Bear, specifically the Ussuri Brown species due to Ratch's brown salt/pepper hair. This is as close as he'll get to a nickname like 'fluffy')
Ratch would probably be a bit baffled by anyone calling him fluffy like sure, it's cute! But boy he's just come off a 72hr shift, his last three meals have been Count Chocula cereal bars and coffee, the bags under his eyes can carry groceries and he ain'f feelin' cute but he appreciates the thought? He thinks???
Man classifies himself as a Battlefield Medic for a reason! And he will weaponise scalpels and kidney dishes to do damage if you fucking try him and get within striking range!

A Comprehensive 1-Year Baby Food Chart
Introducing your one-year-old to a variety of foods is an exciting milestone. At this age, babies are transitioning from breast milk or formula to eating a wide range of family foods. Ensuring they receive balanced nutrition is crucial for their growth, development, and overall health. Here is a detailed baby food chart to guide you in planning your little one’s meals, along with helpful tips to keep their diet nutritious and enjoyable.
Why a Baby Food Chart Matters
At one year, a baby’s nutritional needs increase significantly as they grow more active and start to develop new skills. A food chart helps:
Ensure a balanced diet with all essential nutrients.
Introduce a variety of flavors and textures.
Establish healthy eating habits early on.
Track any allergies or food intolerances.
Nutritional Needs of a 1-Year-Old
Before diving into the chart, it’s essential to understand the key nutrients required for your child:
Proteins: Crucial for growth and repair, found in eggs, poultry, fish, lentils, and dairy.
Carbohydrates: Provide energy, available in grains, fruits, and vegetables.
Fats: Support brain development, found in avocado, nuts (as butter or finely powdered), and full-fat dairy.
Iron and Zinc: Important for cognitive and physical development; sources include meat, beans, and fortified cereals.
Calcium and Vitamin D: Vital for strong bones and teeth; found in dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods.
Fiber: Aids digestion, found in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Vitamin C: Boosts immunity and aids iron absorption; citrus fruits and tomatoes are good sources.
Sample 1-Year Baby Food Chart
Morning (6:30 – 7:00 AM): Breast Milk or Formula
Many toddlers still nurse or take a bottle upon waking. This provides a comforting and nutrient-rich start to their day.
Breakfast (8:30 – 9:00 AM)
Option 1: Mashed banana or avocado with a slice of whole-grain toast.
Option 2: Oatmeal cooked with milk and a dash of cinnamon.
Option 3: Scrambled eggs with small pieces of steamed vegetables.
Mid-Morning Snack (10:30 – 11:00 AM)
Fresh fruit slices like apple, pear, or watermelon.
Yogurt with a small sprinkle of chia seeds.
A handful of puffed rice or whole-grain crackers.
Lunch (12:30 – 1:00 PM)
Option 1: Soft-cooked rice, dal (lentil soup), and a steamed vegetable like carrots or beans.
Option 2: Small chapati (flatbread) with vegetable curry and yogurt.
Option 3: Pasta cooked with tomato and vegetable sauce.
Afternoon Snack (3:00 – 3:30 PM)
A boiled egg or paneer (cottage cheese) cubes.
Smoothie made with milk, banana, and spinach.
A small handful of soft cheese cubes and fruit.
Evening (5:00 – 5:30 PM)
A small bowl of vegetable soup.
A piece of steamed sweet potato or boiled potato.
Roasted chickpeas (ensure they’re soft enough to chew).
Dinner (7:00 – 7:30 PM)
Option 1: Khichdi (a mix of rice and lentils) with ghee.
Option 2: Minced chicken or fish with mashed vegetables and rice.
Option 3: Idli (steamed rice cakes) with coconut chutney.
Before Bedtime (8:30 PM): Breast Milk or Formula
Ending the day with breast milk or formula can provide comfort and ensure they feel full overnight.
Tips for Feeding a 1-Year-Old
Introduce Variety Gradually: Offer different foods to broaden your child’s palate, but introduce them one at a time to monitor for allergies.
Avoid Added Sugar and Salt: Their kidneys are still developing, so keep processed foods and seasonings to a minimum.
Encourage Self-Feeding: Provide finger foods to help develop motor skills and independence.
Stay Hydrated: Offer small sips of water throughout the day, especially if your child is active.
Maintain Mealtime Routine: Consistency helps children know what to expect and establishes healthy eating habits.
Be Patient with New Foods: It may take several attempts before your child accepts a new food. Don’t give up!
Foods to Avoid
Certain foods should still be avoided due to potential health risks:
Honey: Risk of botulism in children under 1.5 years.
Whole Nuts: Choking hazard; offer as nut butter or finely powdered.
Hard Candies and Popcorn: Another choking hazard.
Excessively Spicy or Fried Foods: Difficult for young digestive systems.
Sugary Drinks: Opt for water or milk instead of fruit juices or sodas.
Tracking Allergies and Intolerances
When introducing new foods, wait for 3-5 days before trying another. This way, you can monitor for:
Skin rashes
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Unusual fussiness
If you suspect an allergy, consult your pediatrician immediately.

Gastric Problems: Causes, Symptoms & Treatment – What Every Adult Should Know!
Today, many people, adults, and kids, have gas or stomach issues. They are facing this problem due to their lifestyles.
The problem of gas does not sound big, but only the one who faces it can know the problems it causes.
Sometimes, even small children start having gas problems. In such a situation, they cry a lot. The main causes of gas in the stomach are poor eating habits and stomach issues.
If you have a gas problem and you are very troubled by it, then come and learn its causes from Dr. Monga Clinic.
This is due to unhealthy eating and a lack of exercise. This is the reason why the problem of gas troubles many people.
Tumblr media
What is a Gastric Problem
Gastric problems are issues in the stomach and upper digestive system. These problems harm our health. They also hurt our enjoyment of food and daily routines.
Common gastric problems include bloating, acid reflux, and indigestion. More serious issues include gastritis and ulcers.
Gastric problems can arise from many factors, including diet, stress, and health issues.
Gastric problems can be bothersome. If you've felt full or had heartburn after a meal, you know.
Symptoms of Gastric Problems
Recognizing the symptoms of gastric problems can help you address them without delay. Some common symptoms include:
Bloating is a painful fullness in your abdomen. It can come from gas or certain foods.
Heartburn is a burning feeling in your chest. It can happen when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus.
Indigestion: It often causes discomfort or pain in the stomach after eating.
Nausea: Sometimes, gastric issues can lead to feelings of sickness or the urge to vomit.
Gas: It's common to pass gas through belching or flatulence. It can sometimes be called digestive issues.
These symptoms can vary in severity, and it’s essential to pay attention to the patterns you notice in your body. For instance, some foods might trigger your symptoms. Noting these can help you manage your gastric health.
Causes of Gastric Problems
Stomach gas comes mainly from swallowing air while eating or drinking. You release most of the stomach gas when you burp. Bacteria ferment carbohydrates, fiber, some starches, and some sugars in your small intestine. Undigested food remains in your large intestine, where gas is formed. Some of that gas is also consumed by bacteria. When you pass gas, the bacteria release the remaining gas.
Causes of Constipation and GERD
Constipation and GERD can cause stomach gas. It is most important to understand gastritis. Gastroesophageal reflux disease occurs when acidity builds up in the stomach many times. Stomach acid sometimes goes back into the tube that connects the mouth and the stomach. Acid reflux can irritate the lining of the esophagus. Patients suffering from this problem need to consult their specialist immediately.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome:
Irritable bowel syndrome is the cause of frequent gas formation in the stomach. Bacteria present in the small intestine are responsible for this. This causes gas formation. Due to this, bacteria start growing more in the small intestine. This condition causes gas in the stomach. It can also cause discomfort, stomach pain, and bloating. Gastric problems seem to be a very common term, but if seen, they are widespread in themselves.
Problem of Stones in the Stomach
Stones can also be a reason behind frequent gas problems in the stomach. Stones not only cause stomach pain, but gas also starts forming in large quantities. In that case, you need an ultrasound. It will find your stomach stone. Stones in the stomach can occur in the gallbladder, kidneys, and urinary tract. In such a situation, you may need treatment in time. This is also a major reason.
Consumption of High Carbohydrate Diet
Our food is first connected to our stomach. Thus, whatever we eat, its reaction starts. In such a situation, the consumption of foods with high carbohydrates can be harmful at times. Ineffective breakdown of carbs leads to indigestion in the stomach or colon. Then the intestinal bacteria start fermenting it; they form gas and cause flatulence. In such a case, remember to chew oats, bananas, sweet potatoes, and oranges well before eating. Chew roti with care. You should do exercise and physical activities after taking a high-carbohydrate diet.
High Fructose Foods
High-fructose foods cause gas. Fructose is usually absorbed in the small intestine. However, excessive fructose can harm the body. Bacteria ferment fructose. This releases hydrogen and methane gas, causing pain, bloating, flatulence, and diarrhea. Eating fruits like apples, grapes, and watermelon also causes this. Apart from this, consuming many sweet things is also harmful to the body.
Eating Processed Food
Eating processed food can cause gas. Along with the symptoms of gastritis, we should also pay more attention to its causes so that we can prevent it. Processed foods such as packaged bread, snacks, cereals, and chocolates cause gas. They contain a variety of ingredients, including fructose and lactose. This combination can increase gas. This can lead to digestive problems and diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Eating them in large quantities or quickly can overload the system and give more food to bacteria, which leads to gas. This condition can cause discomfort by producing gas and bloating.
Lactose Containing Foods
People with lactose intolerance have trouble with anything made from milk. The body sometimes cannot fully digest the proteins and sugars found in milk. As a result, they have diarrhea, gas, and bloating after consuming dairy products. The body cannot digest the lactose present in it. This causes problems.
Eating or Drinking too Fast
Eating or drinking too fast can cause aerophagia. Swallowing excess air can lead to gas. This can cause bloating in the body. Bloating can also be a problem. This is usually caused by eating or drinking fast, chewing gum, or smoking. Therefore, it is important to understand the nature of gastritis. Also, burping is how most of the swallowed air escapes the stomach. The small intestine absorbs the remaining gas. A small amount passes into the large intestine before being expelled through the rectum.
Treatment of Gastric Problems
Treating gastric problems involves a combination of dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and, in some situations, medical intervention. Here are some strategies:
Dietary Changes: Start by identifying food triggers and adjusting your diet accordingly. Keep a food diary if you need to!
Hydration: Drinking plenty of water can help with digestion and minimize gas.
Over-the-counter remedies: Products like antacids or simethicone can provide quick relief from symptoms such as bloating and gas.
Probiotics: Introducing probiotics into your diet may help balance gut bacteria and improve digestion.
Stress Management: Techniques like yoga or mindfulness can reduce stress, which is often a hidden factor in gastric problems.
Consultation with a Doctor: If issues persist, your healthcare provider might recommend tests or prescribe medications to help manage your symptoms.
Having dealt with my own share of gastric hiccups, I’ve found that a simple elimination diet can be eye-opening. It allowed me to discover which foods really did not sit well with me.
In conclusion, your well-being needs to check your gastric health. If you notice any symptoms or patterns that concern you, it's never too late to take action! Always feel empowered to seek help and make changes that lead to a happier, healthier tummy.
