supernatural s15e14 last holiday (w. jeremy adams)
DEAN Hmm. Ah, Jack come out of his room yet? SAM No. I mean, can you blame him? His soul is back. Everything is hitting him. Everything he’s done. Everything he has to do. Amara. DEAN Yeah. Well, I mean Billie said it, to kill Chuck, you gotta kill Amara, too.
handy that sam has that very experience, post-soulless guilt. also questioning the fact they need to kill amara. billie hasn't had all the right answers, but it's like a) chuck said can't kill me because of balance which hello of course he's slightly biased on the reasons he can't be killed b) logical conclusion wiping out amara and then apparently confirmed by billie? sure whatever. i'm not buying it :p
this whole restarting the bunker sequence has weird dialogue for dean. i'm telling you this season feels off in a million different directions.
good grief. well, i'm glad the production draft dialogue didn't make it to screen.
DEAN Ha-ha! Victory! Now… burger time. Meat man! Comin’ to town!
but no meat for sam, apparently
mrs butters / roseanne s3e21 meagen fay as kathy bowman
ah, meagan fay! she's been a ton of things but i'm pretty sure i know her from roseanne. man, i loved that show. goddamned shame roseanne herself turned out to be a fucking awful person. best quality image i could get was someone recording from their tv lol
DEAN Well, I was walking into my room, about to, uh, dive into my Dean Deluxe. I look up, and there she is, folding my, uh, underthings. SAM Your underthings?
why wouldn't he just say boxers or underwear. he could have been awkward about it with those too. going to look to see what i thought of jeremy adams's other episodes and it was the scooby one (cowriter) 13x16 and sam's soul wound whatever thing and eileen 15x07 and i wasn't terribly enthused about either of those episodes so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
MRS. BUTTERS No, I was more of a helper. I, uh, took care of the cleaning and laundry and the cooking. The Men of Letters, though highly intelligent, were oblivious to the necessities of life. But they were my boys. My family. DEAN Well, that’s very progressive
i am open to enjoying this episode (trying to, at least) but the premise is just. a lot to swallow.
she literally saw dean walk into his room with a homemade burger yet commenting on the home cooked meal. and i'm just not buying that their clothes/they stink. i would when they were young and literally barely scraping by and living on the road, but not now
DEAN He’ll be fine. I mean, I’ve been through worse. Look at me, I’m the picture of health. SAM Ignoring your trauma doesn’t make you healthy. DEAN Sure it does.
not sure we've seen sam really processing much either, though he's sort of talked about dealing with it
like... this is reading more like not great fic than an episode. oof
obligatory head shaking of random music choice that sounds like it should be in star wars or something to indicate foreboding drama at the end of this conversation where dean says jack just needs some time/space (jay gruska ofc)
open mind, nic. open mind
this is... i don't even know what. give jackles an inch and he'll ham it up for a mile and it's not my kind of humor and the fucking cap, it's just so over the top. and then flashing sam and him gagging. like. sigh. not my jam, to put it lightly
no words
he kept mjolnir? i don't remember that episode at all honestly
it's all very cartoonish. i'm sure the conflict is sure to follow shortly
so the docile mommy indentured servant magical creature was also useful for killing people, gasp
DEAN Oh, wow. Somebody’s shopping at Abercrombie and Bitch. MRS. BUTTERS Oh! Language! DEAN Well – MRS. BUTTERS Don’t you listen to him. You look very handsome. SAM Eileen’s in town. So I thought, after everything that’s happened, you know, we could go out on a date. Dinner and privacy, something. DEAN Heavy on the something!
all right. guess they're gonna try again
so this random wood nymph lady was able to basically power down jack, who everyone says is basically the most powerful being out there, with some magical ingredient containing smoothies. sure.
why the archangel blade, who knows. since apparently it only works to kill archangels when wielded by one, right? but jack's a whatever anyway
SAM Why didn’t you call me? DEAN Well. I mean, I, you know, figured you were “practicing your sign language.” SAM And that’s more important than coming to save you? DEAN Hmm.. SAM Dean? DEAN It’s been a while for you, man, you know?
😐 not like dean trying to get sam laid is a new thing, he's been on that train since s1. but for some reason it's weirding me out with eileen. well, maybe it's always kind of weirded me out but now I have even more complicated feelings about them so it's increased the weirdness
DEAN Okay, I’m just going to say this, okay? Just get it out there. Jack. I’m trying, okay? I really am. But what you did, that’s not easy to forget. Now I was angry with you, for a while. And maybe I still am a little bit, okay? But I’m not gonna let some evil Mary Poppins take you out. Do you understand?
well, that was nice. glad they had that moment at least
ripping off sam's fingernails, great. didn't the gods in the christmas episode do that to him too?
welp. undid some brainwashing and she's out. whatever, man. woof.
who lights the candle first then puts it in the cake lol
little hint of the dads and their kid sweet dynamic they had in the before times. followed up by ominous music.

The Debut of Carol & Co. - March 31, 1990
More than a decade after Carol Burnett’s classic television series took its final bow, she returned with new company in the Disney series Carol & Co. Similar to the legendary The Carol Burnett Show, the new series featured sketch comedy with an ensemble cast . But gone were the veteran comedians Vicki Lawrence, Harvey Korman and Tim Conway, and a brand-new group of young talent was introduced, including Meagen Fay, Terry Kiser, Richard Kind, Anita Barone, Peter Krause, and Jeremy Piven. The show ran for two seasons on NBC.

SPN Season 15 Spoiler Sheet, update 10/3
Lots and lots of updates abound. I took out some old general stuff because this monster is huge (but it will only get shorter, sniff sniff) Spoilery goodness under the cut.
DISCLAIMER: This is gathered info from various sources. This is not confirmed information. Stuff in this WILL be wrong. Don’t take this too seriously. This is for fun. Also, if you use this info for another publication, please let me know as a courtesy. Don’t be a dick. It's all out there, but it hurts to see my same phrasing on other publications after all the work I’ve done to consolidate it…
General Info (oldest to newest). This is a blend of pre-COVID and post COVID, so some might change.
In an interview, Kripe indicated that the series ending would have “peace” for Sam and Dean
Misha will be in 15 out of 20 episodes this season (he’s missed 3 so far and I suspect will miss 14. Unclear about 16, 19, and 20).
Dean and Amara’s connection will be explored
JaxCon/Vegas Con spoilers:
Misha said the ending was “happier than he expected” but also had some sadness. He later used “sad and redemptive”
Misha mentioned that Claire will be mentioned on the show, but as of yet not appear.
Dean says the line “stop killing my people” (to god?)
Jensen said he doesn’t see how the story could continue past this season, but Jared said its more of “a see you later”
Al Cal posted a pic of a “thrown away” call sheet that seem to indicate Micheal, Lucifer, and a character named “Betty” interacting in the bunker. Unclear as to the validity, could be from 19 based on casting
Charlie (original flavor) will return
Filming resumed on Aug 18th. Per Canadian policy, they must quarantine for two weeks. Those quarantining seemed to include:
Fairly Clear: Jared, Jensen, Jake Abel (Micheal), Rob Benedict (Chuck/God) Mark Pelligrino (Lucifer), Al Cal (didn't need to quarantine, but he is definitely on set), Jim Beaver (Bobby)
Unclear/Rumored: Misha (he is being deliberately cagey), Osric Chau (Kevin- but likely for another project, he was a week ahead of everyone else)
Reasons Unlikely: Sam Smith (chemo treatment), Kim Rhodes (working at a camp during quarantine), Ruth Connell (posted from Malibu the entire time)
No idea: Shoshannah Stern
Jensen said sp 19 is more of a season finale, while 20 is a series finale. Repeated in interviews/livestreams.
Megan Fitz. complimented both Dabb’s and Glynn’s writing on twitter. Not sure if it is in reference to rewrites or the special retrospective that is planned.
Jensen indicated that the ending did change per COVID protocols. Later interviews (Variety) confirmed this, but it seemed to indicate the changes were in regards to how many people filmed at once (crowd scenes, recurring characters returning)
Misha is being very, very cagey about where he was. Some live streams seem to indicate he is not at home, but he has yet to confirm- his presence in 19/20 is hard to track. In an interview with Metaverse, he was in bed in a hotel looking space and you could see mountains in the background. He was not on set for the first week of filming, so he could be a week behind.
Misha has thrown around the words “final” and “what he <Misha> would have wanted” per Cas’ ending. “Sad/Proud” and “poignant” were also used. His latest line is “sad but satisfying”
The final episodes will premier October 8th. The finale will air Nov 19th in conjunction with an hour long special.
Dabb confirmed to TV line the episode 19/20 explanation Jensen’s mentioned- For the most part, we wrap up a big chunk of our mythology in Episode 19,Episode 20 is more character-based and is more concerned with Sam, Dean and this family they’ve built around them than it is with figuring out the Case of the Week.
When talking about the lightheartedness of returning on ep 14, Dabb said deeply depressing and upsetting episodes are coming (USAToday). He also said we would see “new sides” of Jack, Cas, and Billie. A revisit of Chuck and Amara’s “sibling issues” as well is on tap. Jared said sacrifices are coming.
From TV Line- re the battle with Chuck. Allies will return, buit was repeated several times in the article that is comes down to Sam and Dean. Jack will struggle with getting his soul back but will be helped by Cas.
It was confirmed there will be no appearances by mamma and papa Winchester, possible due to COVID. (TVLine)

Looks like we get Dean in a robe!
They filmed at Rooster’s Sunrise Hotel for 3 days/nights
This is the flashback ep
From TVLine- “It worked not only as a case right now, but also as something that informed the journey Sam and Dean have taken, where they started as kids, how they kind of came together and then how that has [led up] to the point that they are, emotionally, when the episode airs. So it ended up being a really good reflection of our guys now, telling a story about our guys then, which, to me, are always the best versions of those types of flashback stories.”
Episode 15x17
Title: Unity
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: ONE WAY OR ANOTHER – Dean (Jensen Ackles) hits the road with Jack (Alexander Calvert) who needs to complete a final ritual in the quest to beat Chuck (guest star Rob Benedict). An really emotional scene was filmed with Misha and Jensen. Jared was definitely not there, but Alex was on the flight they took with Rich, so its possible he was too. This was revealed at a con in which the four of them were on a plane that had an in-flight problem.
Filming watchers saw a bro hug
Tape Ball posted a shot of field that looks like where dean came back from hell
Misha indicated this was his “favorite episode” in a recent interview
Episode 15x19
Title: Inherit the Earth
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:
Written by: bucklelimg
Director: John Showalter
Filming Dates:: 3/12-3/23/cancelled for COVID and then 8/18-8/27
Airdate: Nov 12th
Photos:
Promo:
Sneak Peak:
Castiel ? unknown Jack ? yes
Guest stars: Jake Abel (Micheal), Mark Pelligrino (Lucifer)
Other Spoilers/info:
Production shut down as a precaution for coronavirus on 3/13, two days into filming. It is scheduled to start again on Aug 18th.
Jensen indicated there might be some re-writes for this ep to account for COVID protocols.
When they started filming, they indicated they were on day two. So maybe they could only use some of the scenes they shot? Then they added an extra day all called it day 9. COVID protocols makes things take longer
AlCal was definitely on set.
Jake Abel is definitely on set, and he posted an instagram story with his trailer and Lucifer’s (Mark Pelligrino)
Some filming was done at a gas station called Showalter’s (name of the director) with Jared, Jensen, and Alex
Jake “Spoiler King” Abel filmed a video showing chairs for Jared, Jensen, and Alex as well as Rob Benedict (Chuck/God). They were filming near a lake with a mountain view (that looked similar to where Cas died in season 13)
Rob Benedict posted it was his last day in Vancouver, indicating we won't see Chuck past this episode? Or very very briefly in 20? Jake Abel posted a similar message, also baiting fans about Misha’s whereabouts
Scene “28” took several days and seemed to go across both 19 and 20? So they might have done some combo filming?
Episode 15x20
Title: Carry On
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:

Director: Bob Singer
Filming Dates: 8/28- 9/10
Airdate: November 19th

Sneak Peak:
Castiel ? maaaaybe? Jack ? maaaaybe?
Guest stars: Jim Beaver
Other Spoilers/info:
Jensen indicated filming would take two weeks, longer than usual (looks like a 9 day shoot, with a day off for Labor Day)
According to Superwiki, 9/3 was the last day on the bunker set, the final days are on location.
Scene “28” took several days and seemed to go across both 19 and 20? So they might have done some combo filming?
Filming locations seemed to include a barn (pic with a stunt guy showed wooden walls and straw) and a lake (not the mountain lake from 19), and a forest. Filming signs spotted at Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve.
Jim Beaver confirmed his appearance on Twitter
There was a pic of J2 with baby on a bridge. Baby had her original plates. They seem to be wearing the same clothes they were in the pilot. There may be grey (??) In their hair, but that could be lighting
Misha posted some creation videos, saying he had been on an impromptu camping trip. He was back in his house. They were posted on the last day of filming and he had pretty decent scruff. He also mentioned that it was the last day of filming and he wasn't up there.
The show officially wrapped at 6:25 on 9/10
Jared said “the last time Sam and Dean see each other is the last time Jared and Jensen film together” but seem to imply that was not the final scene? It was a confusing answer to a question about filming the final scene.
IMDB credits a vampire?

Is it possible that Harry and Meagan are moving to Canada to get away from the paparazzi? Sure. But it seems far more likely that the Queen has sent them to supplant the Governor General as viceregal and slowly take control of Canadian politics so it becomes a de fact British colony that the royal family can seek refuge in because Diana’s and Dodi Al-Fayed’s secret child is about to emerge from 23 years of hiding in France with an army to invade Britain and take back what he sees as rightfully his.

(Pittsfield, MA) Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in Downtown Pittsfield, MA under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, is proud to announce the return of The Creative Place International/And Theatre Company production of Kunstler by Jeffrey Sweet, from September 13 – 24 at the St. Germain Stage at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center (36 Linden Street).
Directed by Meagan Fay, Kunstler stars BSC veteran Jeff McCarthy (BSC’s Broadway Bounty Hunter, All My Sons, Sweeney Todd) as the self-described “radical lawyer” and civil rights activist, William Kunstler and Erin Roché (BSC debut) as the whip-smart student who opposes him. The colorful, perpetually rumpled defense lawyer whose best-known clients include the Chicago Seven, inmates involved in the Attica prison riots, and members of the American Indian Movement, makes a case for his often unconventional style, in this wise and revealing play.
(Read Barbara Waldinger’s review of the production when it ran in May, 2017 at BSC.)
An American Civil Rights pioneer and attorney so famous he played himself on “Law & Order,” William Kunstler’s career defending “social outcasts” was as colorful as the man himself. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the ACLU from 1964 – 1972, he gained prominence serving as defense attorney for the Freedom Riders and the Chicago Seven as well as members of the Black Panther Party, Attica Prison rioters, the American Indian Movement, and Weather Underground. As an attorney in private practice in NYC, he continued to court headlines with controversial clients, from defending Omar Abdel-Rahman for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing to notorious mafia figures like John Gotti.

Barrington Stage Company is a professional award-winning Equity regional theatre located in the heart of the Berkshires, in Pittsfield, MA. It was co-founded in 1995 by Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and has a three-fold mission: to present top-notch, compelling work; to develop new plays and musicals; and to find fresh, bold ways of bringing new audiences into the theatre—especially young people. Barrington Stage garnered national attention in 2004 when it premiered William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin’s musical hit The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee which later transferred to Broadway where it won two Tony Awards. In 2009, Mark St. Germain’s Freud’s Last Session ran more than ten weeks on Stage 2 and later moved Off Broadway and played for two years. St. Germain’s Becoming Dr. Ruth (which premiered at BSC as Dr. Ruth, All the Way in 2012) played Off Broadway at the Westside Theatre in fall 2013. BSC’s all-time record-breaking musical, On the Town, was originally produced at BSC in 2013. In 2014, it opened on Broadway with BSC as a co-producer, where it was nominated for four Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival. In 2016, Barrington Stage swept the first Annual Berkshire Theatre Awards by winning 20 out of the 25 awards. In 2016, BSC produced three World Premieres; Presto Change-O, Broadway Bounty Hunter, and American Son, which won the Laurents/Hatcher Award for Best New Play.

Tea or Dare // Fred Weasley
Pairing: Fred Weasley X Reader
Type: Fluff? Going on smutty (the end is pretty much smut) but not really? Idk. It’s not sweet but it’s not too nasty either so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Description: Y/N is definitely not a party girl, but here friends managed to drag her to an insane party at who knows where. When the small group arrived at the massive party, it's as though every student from their fifth year up is there, and everyone has gone crazy. Y/N, being very reserved and shy, is completely out of her element. She’s uncomfortable and wanting to leave, that is… until she runs into Fred Weasley, who’s two years ahead of her and warms her up to the whole scene.
A/N: I dont really write stuff like this, so like... lmk if you guys want more smutty stuff like this or nah. Sorrt if this sucks :/
Warnings: A little graphic at some parts? Mostly skin/extremely low-intensity nudity. Weed- smoking & edibles, Alchohol- drinking and getting drunk etc. Pretty much a high school party but one that got out of hand? Idk. It’s not pretty, but it’s not ugly. Don’t say I didn’t warn you… I guess?
Even from outside the estate, you could hear the bass, could feel it shaking the house before you could even set foot in it. Music was pounding through the walls as you follow your friends into the manor. Within minutes, you had lost them, and you were stranded by yourself in the sea of Hogwarts students. It was the final party of the summer, the one right before you started your fifth year. You were a stranger to parties, they weren’t really your scene, especially ones where nearly half the school was in attendance.
Muggle music was blasting so loud you’d have to yell just to say a word to someone. Strangely enough, without our house robes on, no one seemed to care about your status. You were pushing through people when you noticed that “mud-bloods” and pure-bloods were grinding on each other. You couldn’t be sure if they knew what they were doing, the smell of alcohol in the air was prominent and an indicator that they could very well be drunk. It wasn’t the warm, sweet smell of butterbeer, no, this was bitter and foul. Vodka, tequila, fireball, gin... the list could go on, but if you were drinking, you were drinking. If you weren’t drinking, you were getting high. You could almost tell which house a person was from by their preference, Gryffindors and Slytherins were the drinkers, Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws were the stoners.
You’d never seen this side of Hogwarts students before. It was surprising to you truly, you’d never expect such foul behavior from the well-rounded students from your school. People were kissing sloppily, others laughing loudly, some even sobbing. You had definitely gotten there late because the party was in full swing, and you seemed to be the only level-headed one there.
You’d worked your way past masses of bodies to the corner of the dining room where the tenants of the room had just finished a game of beer-pong and were now insisting that Su Li and Fay Dunbar allow some of the boys to do body shots off of them. Of course, they agreed, laying down on the table. You couldn’t stand to watch. You had looked up to Fay in a way. She was kind and caring, and seeing her like this made your stomach flip. As you tore your eyes away, you saw him. He was coming into the room just then, his eyes scanning over everyone there when his eyes met yours. He smirked as you looked away, but you didn’t get to see his expression.
Fred Weasley.
You had to admit, you’d had a massive crush on him since you’d first met him when you were younger. Being best friends with Ginny and all, you saw him all the time, but you’d never had the courage to speak to him on your own time. Either way, he’s going into his seventh year. He probably sees you as a child. At least that’s what you’ve told yourself time and time again.
“I never thought I’d see you in a place like this.” He spoke as he approached you. The only response you could muster was a small smile.
“I never thought I’d be in a place like this to be perfectly honest with you.” You shouted over the music. He gave you a knowing smile.
“I’ve been to plenty of these.” He spoke, his shoulders back and his smirk planted on his lips. “Best place to pull pranks. The best place to make bets. the best place to play a little game of truth or dare?” It took you a second of him giving you a questioning eyebrow raise for you to understand he was asking you to join a game of truth or dare. Wanting to seem fearless, you cracked a nervous smile and nodded. “Wicked.” He stated with a devious smirk. You began to wonder if you were going to regret this.
The people who wanted to play truth or dare all sat lazily in a circle on the floor in the upstairs hallway where there were fewer people and the music was more muted. It quickly came to your attention that it was only 7th years. Your throat began to dry out.
“Meagan.” A tall black haired boy spoke, “Truth or dare.” The face of the beautiful girl scrunched up, and you noticed Fred crack a smile out of the corner of your eye. You swallowed your jealousy. It wasn’t fair of you to be jealous. You didn’t have a chance.
“Dare.” She giggled drunkenly. The boy scanned the faces of the circle, landing on Fred. He chuckled to himself before he spoke.
“I dare you to give Freddy a lap dance.” Your face lit up red and your chest burned with anger and sadness. He instantly stood and chuckled, peeling the sweatshirt he wore off his shoulders.
“Let’s see what you got Meggy, girl.” He smirked as she stood, someone, grabbing a rolling chair from a nearby room. Fred took a seat, motioning for her to begin. She started facing away from him, stretching, as though preparing for a workout. She leaned down to touch her toes, bits of her lace panties being exposed from beneath her short shorts. Fred’s back was mostly towards you. You couldn’t see his reactions. When she started taking her shirt off and seductively was your breaking point.
George watched you as you stood, smoothing your hair and the front of your adorable pink skater dress, your eyes wet. You walked away, pulling at the sleeves of your sweater as you did. Once you were out of sight George looked back to Fred. Is it working? he mouthed to his brother.
“I think you just broke the poor girl's heart, Freddy,” George said loud and clear. Meagan hopped off him and looked at her friend sadly.
“I’m sorry Fred. We all thought it would work.” She spoke softly, everyone else in the circle agreeing, trying to make him feel better as he stared that the spot that you had once occupied.
Ginny’s best friend senses must have been going crazy because she burst into the room where you were balling your eyes out of their sockets.
“Y/N!” She exclaimed, scrambling across the room to be by your side. “What the hell happened? Hermione told me she just saw you running in here crying!” You had hidden away in the only bedroom that was on the first floor. You knew it wouldn’t be occupied. Too much risk of someone walking in on you and no one would walk in simply due to the fear of walking in on someone. You just shook your head.
“I-I-I j-just want to go ho-o-o-ome-e-e-e” The words came out as sobs, the end of your last word crumbled into a symphony of sobs and hiccups. She nodded. You’d been staying with the Weasley’s for the summer. You weren’t sure if you were glad it would be over soon.
“Just lay down and try to rest the best you can okay? I’m going to try and owl my mum and dad to see if we can go home.” She tucked you under the sheets, dashing out of the room once your sobs had quieted.
There were a few days before you all had to go off to Hogwarts and start your next year of classes. It was late, everyone else had gone up to bed, but your head was filled to the brim with thoughts, and to clean the mind, clean the home. You were elbows deep in sudsy water. Your fingers were pruned and your nails were softened. You had a record on the player, a soft classical piece by Mozart. His composures always calmed you down.
“Do you need some help?” A voice came from the right of you. You gasped loudly, jumping where you stood, the plate you were scrubbing clean plummeted to the bottom of the sink. Fred stood there right beside you. You backed away from him and averted your eyes.
“Oh no I’m okay thank you, there’s no need I like it anyway.” You chuckled awkwardly, your hands dripping on the floor. Though when you realized it was happening you grabbed a dishcloth and dried your arms. “If you’d like to do it, I can go tidy the lounge.” He nodded, rolling up his sleeves and getting to work. You backed away, then turned around quickly and began tidying the lounge, folding knitted blankets and fluffing pillows, tossing a log on the fire because despite the summer weather, the temperature dropped uncomfortably at night. You sat down on the carpet in front of the fire, leaning your back against the bottom of the couch.
“Tea?” You jumped once again as the tall redhead leaned down and handed you a cup of tea. You accepted it hesitantly. He sat beside you, your shoulders touching. It caused you to shudder. “Chilly?” He asked you, all you could do was nod. He wrapped his arm around you and moved closer. This is out of kindness. you told yourself, he would do the same for Ginny. You sipped your tea.
He traced his fingers lightly over your shoulder, through your sweater. You were nearly sure you weren’t supposed to notice.
“You’ve been quite quiet of the late. Has everything been okay?” His voice was soft and brotherly.
“Oh yes. Just ready for school.” You said quickly, then sipped your tea.
“And leave the burrow? No one ever wants to do that.” He swayed you back and forth jokingly. “We’re all family here. And there are no professors.” He winked. You stared into the fire, sipping your tea again.
“I don’t mind it.” You said boldly, placing your tea by your side, resting your head on his shoulder. You hoped it wouldn’t be off-putting, but this was probably the closest you’d ever get to him.
“Are you tired, darling?” He asked you softly, running his hand lightly against the sleeve of your sweater. Once again you knew you weren’t supposed to feel it. You weren’t sure why he was doing it in the first place.
“Well yes, but I’ve not been sleeping well anyway.” You chuckled, “Bad dreams and such.” You peaked up at him from under your eyelashes, and he was looking down at you, concerned.
“What about?” His eyebrows furrowed together. You. You wanted to say, You and Meagan. It rang in your head.
“Oh, you know. This and that.” You shrugged, looking back to the fire.
“Are you okay love? What’s wrong?” He rubbed your arm, as though to warm you up. You sighed, turning to face him, building the will to speak.
“I fancy you.” You spoke softly, looking down at your fingers. He pulled away and came into your line of view.
“Come again?” He looked completely shocked. His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes widened. You cleared your throat and looked him in the eye.
“I fancy you.” You spoke in a more solid tone this time. You tore your eyes away immediately. Suddenly flooded with embarrassment, your cheeks burning red. He stayed silent. “That’s all.” You said softly, standing up, taking your cup of tea with you, and darting to flee up the stairs, where you would lock yourself in the bathroom, wishing you could stay there for ages.
Fred remained frozen as a statue sitting there on the den floor, staring at the space you had just occupied. Dumbfounded and slackjawed, he stayed there for longer than he should have, thinking about what had just happened.
It was the next morning that he told George all about it.
“Well, that’s amazing!” His twin brother exclaimed.
“Not really.” Fred mumbled, his head falling into his hands, “Poor thing seems terrified of me. I should never have tried to make her jealous at that stupid party.” He let out a loud, frustrated groan. “I’m going to go check on her.” He stood from where he was sat, walking out of the room.
“Good luck mate.” His brother called after him.
“Y/N?” He called into the ever-so-slightly- cracked guest room door. No response. “Y/N darling?” His voice was soft, trying not to intimidate her. He held his breath, and pushed the door open, just enough to peak his head in. You were nowhere to be found. He stepped through the threshold, that's when he noticed the light radiating from the bathroom.
Every bone in his body was screaming fiercely at him to turn around and get the hell out of there. Yet his muscles had him moving over to the door.
Articles of your clothing were dispersed along the floor. Your panties.
He didn’t know what he was doing, but he knelt before the keyhole to the door. He didn’t want to risk peeking through the space that she had left between the door and its threshold. His eyes widened once he realized what he was seeing.
You sat nude on the counter, your legs open, your hand roaming.
His breath caught in his throat. His and twitched to his trousers, pushing them down.
He watched you as your left hand found its way to one of your beautiful breasts. Your head lulled back. Your other hand... it was... pleasing you.
He felt like he couldn’t breathe as your lips parted and his name slipped past them.
He never thought of you as a girl who would do this.
He felt himself... building. It wasn’t long before he couldn’t take it. He reached forward, trying to prepare himself for what was about to transpire. The door flew open and he fell through.
You shrieked, grabbing the nearest towel and covering yourself.
He looked up at you and apologized furiously, trying to put himself away - and failing miserably due to the enlargement of his member.
You watched for a second before you were covered by an eerie calm.
Aware of every move you were making, you let the towel fall, slid off the counter, and approached him.
You looked up at him.
“All these years...” You spoke, “I’ve been saving myself for you.” His face was pure white. “Will you take me now?”
He cracked that trademark Weasley smile, and grabbed your hand, leading you back into the room.
“It would be an honor.”

Supernatural Season 15 Episode 14: Last Holiday Review
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
WARNING: This Supernatural review contains SPOILERS!
Supernatural Season 15 Episode 14
The Final Countdown Begins. Supernatural is back, baby, and there are only seven episodes left until the end.
The previous episode of Supernatural aired all the way back on March 23, 2020. A little over six months later, the highly anticipated fifteenth season continues with “Last Holiday,” a mostly light hearted affair—and very nearly a bottle episode—that brings the boys out of quarantine and back into our lives.
We discussed the meaning of a “bottle episode” as evidenced so brilliantly in the episode “Baby,” a Season 11 highlight that cleverly told a story centered around the titular ‘67 Impala. A bottle episode restricts the number of actors, sets, and other production essentials in order to make a cheaper standalone piece. “Baby” was a bottle episode because it was set only in the Impala. “Last Holiday” primarily restricts our characters to the bunker, save for a few hilarious cutaways showing the boys kicking down monster’s doors with more and more force, and the simple mentioning of Sam’s date with Eileen. We never get to see Eileen or the date itself, but it makes sense. That scene was not necessary, though it would be nice to see Shoshannah Stern once more before the series ends.
Ever since television productions ground to a halt earlier this year, shows like Supernatural who were lucky enough to return to production rather than being cancelled had new challenges to face. COVID-19 compliance for television productions require certain changes in how a production runs, notably how many people can be in the same vicinity. How then does a season planned pre-pandemic carry on while following such guidelines?
Showrunner Andrew Dabb in an interview with TV Line said that some small tweaks and changes had to occur for the remaining episodes this season, including streamlining scenes to feature less characters. It is likely the rest of the episodes will not be as bottled as “Last Holiday,” but that does lead to speculation on how scaled down the finale might be. Dabb indicated though that in terms of plot and character, nothing was fundamentally changed. That raw, emotional ending is still coming for all Supernatural fans.
The episode tonight was a delightful return, with numerous fun gags as Dean, Sam, and Jack interact with their new bunker guest Ms. Butters. This led to a couple of wardrobe and prop related gags that are fun at first, and gain new meaning as they callback to season’s past.
Dean’s robe in this episode is a direct callback to his nightgown on “Scoobynatural,” a purplish affair with a slit on the side, V-neck, and long trailing hat with a puffball end. You might also have noticed that in Dean’s “underthings” are a pair of boxers featuring Scooby and Shaggy. The writers of this show have always been keen to give fans something to latch onto, and this item of wardrobe will not be the last.
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
We might also note that Sam wields Mjolnir in the last in a series of monster hunts while Dean brandishes an automatic weapon reminiscent of the time of fast-talking gangster movies. Thor’s hammer last appeared in Season 8, semingingly falling out of the Winchester’s possession. It was discovered amongst Cuthbert Sinclair’s treasures in the Season 9 episode “Blade Runners.” It’s a blink-and-you-miss-it production design detail hidden amongst the other objects. The moment that corroborates this detail? The Road So Far intro that mentions Cuthbert Sinclair. They set this joke up on purpose. It’s no coincidence that this psycho Man of Letters who kept a personal zoo of monsters in his collection was mentioned here, and it’s not just due to Ms. Butters being kept in the bunker for over 50 years like the monsters in his zoo. This is definitely the season for eagle-eyed viewers. Fans should expect more little inside jokes like the Scooby Doo references and the random props from other seasons as the final episodes tick away.
Meagan Fay wonderfully portrayed the equal parts delightful and slightly creepy wood nymph Ms. Butters. She can be likened to being part wholesome Mary Poppins, part snappy Candy from Wonder Woman and maybe a smidge Mommie Dearest. The way she prances around displaying her Christmas cookies, causing Dean to get that school boy grin and declare they were keeping her around was so disarming. Doesn’t everyone need such a ball of positivity in their lives when they go to fight their monsters? Asking for a friend.
Equally disarming were the quips thrown in here and there. When Ms. Butter’s tone darkens as she sees Jack and asks “What are you?” Dean arrives just in time with “He’s a Millennial! Don’t let that throw you, he’s a good kid.” The second best line of the episode though went to Sam, who told his brother as if he’s done it a thousand times, “Ignoring your trauma doesn’t make you healthy.” Wise words for all.
Also poignant was the moment where Butters declares she needs to make the bunker safe again. It should more accurately be written Make Bunker Safe Again, as she goes on to describe destroying all the monsters in the world. The real-world jabs here can be felt.
Butters seeking to help rid the world of monsters also makes commentary on exclusionary practices, especially when it comes to this wood nymph, technically a monster herself, being forced to jump on the Men of Letters’ monster-hunting bandwagon. As Supernatural has brilliantly displayed before — not all monsters are actually bad, and Butters is simply a wood nymph led astray by those she considered her family.
This episode cantered along at a good pace, with the quick cut comedic timing that reminded us this was a funny episode, with the sprinkling of darkness that solidified it was still Supernatural returning for an ending that awaits around the corner.
Are the general good vibes of the episode just due to Miss Butter’s influence on the boys lives— packing them bag lunches, prepping their hunts, worrying about their wellbeing like a certain missing maternal figure—or is it also due to the long wait and the bittersweet march towards the end? In any case, this reviewer found a smile on her face throughout the episode.
Despite Miss Butters’ turn towards the homicidal, the Winchesters and Jack were certainly affected by her more positive influences. Dean in fact, has to retrain himself to curse, becoming furious with himself when he accidentally belts out “Dangit!” instead of “Damnit!” On the other hand, the opportunity to kick back and enjoy life has certainly given the boys a little more to fight for, and perhaps the smallest reward for saving people and hunting things for their whole lives.
Butters does bring up a possible story point for later—that of the Interdimensional Geoscope, the unexplained telescope we’ve seen in the Men of Letters bunker all this time. Dean says he looked in it and didn’t say anything, and Butters explained that wasn’t good. Was this reference the only purpose for this ‘scope? To point out that the other dimensions are gone? Has Chuck finished his destruction of the multiverse? I’d like to argue that this device will become important again, but it could still play out to be an offhand remark to tune us back into the seriousness of the situation at hand. Jack has to kill God and Amara to save the world. That’s a big job.
So here’s counting down to the final six episodes. The series finale is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 19 as part of a two hour event on the CW. The CW will air Supernatural: The Long Road Home retrospective special prior to the final episode.

STEPPING OUT
January 11, 1987
STEPPING OUT is a play by Richard Harris about eight individuals who attend the same weekly tap dance class in a dingy North London church hall. At first the students show little coordination, but they later develop a level of skill and cohesiveness that allows them to present a successful performances. Harris says that the play was inspired by his late wife, a dancer who kept involved by taking local classes. She invited her husband to observe in the hopes he would find the group inspiration for a play.
The play premiered in Leatherhead, England, in 1984 and moved to London's West End where it ran nearly three years, winning the Evening Standard Award for Best Comedy. The play opened on Broadway in 1987. A musical version, Stepping Out the Musical, also by Richard Harris opened in England in 1996. The show has been adapted for American audiences by Astrid Ronning and Nina Seely as One Night A Week. STEPPING OUT was produced as a film in 1991.
STEPPING OUT began performances at Broadway’s John Golden Theatre on Christmas Eve 1986 and played a total of 73 regular performances and 21 previews. It was directed by Tommy Tune with choreographic assistance of Marge Champion. The play starred Don Amendolia (Geoffrey), Victoria Boothby (Mrs. Fraser), Janet Eilber (Andy), Meagan Fay (Vera), Cherry Jones (Lynne), Marcell Rosenblatt (Dorothy), Cheryl Sciro (Sylvia), Pamela Sousa (Mavis), Carol Woods (Rose), and Carole Shelley (Maxine), who was nominated for a 1987 Tony Award for the role.
During my stay in England during the summer of 1985, I somehow never got around to seeing STEPPING OUT, perhaps feeling it was a silly farce (that's what the ads looked like), or that it was a dance show (which I am not fond of). I also thought for a long time that playwright Richard Harris and film actor Richard Harris were one in the same. But when it came to New York City two years later I was feeling sentimental about London (it takes place near where I lived), and got a half price ticket to see it. I was really glad I did! It was a fun, if somewhat predictable show.
In 1987 I had no idea that Cherry Jones (making her Broadway debut) would become one of Broadway (and TV's) most respected actors. I was more interested in Carole Shelley, a name I recognized and one of the few genuine Brits in the company. When the film was made in 1991, Carol Woods was the only member off the Broadway cast to recreate her role, alongside Broadway up-and-comers Jane Krakowski (Grand Hotel), Bill Irwin (Largely New York), Andrea Martin (Pippin), and Ellen Greene (Little Shop of Horrors), not to mention certified film stars Liza Minnelli and Shelley Winters.
In writing this I have begun to see parallels between The Full Monty and STEPPING OUT:
Both are about dancers;
Both end in a big performance after a lot of struggle;
Both were later re-interpreted as musicals;
Both were originally set in England, but then relocated to Buffalo, New York;
Both feature cantankerous old lady accompanists!
