MUN: G! To quote one of the submissions, because she’s iconic! G has jumped right in with characters to stir the pot, throw parties, and make their mark on Swynlake. We love having G and her characters around!  CHARACTER: VIDIA! Vidia was highlighted for her fairy crown plot and how it’s involved pretty much all of our fairies and beyond! Everyone is interested to see the repercussions and see where her character grows from here. We love a girl who brings the drama! THREAD: HAPPILY EVER AFTER - SIMBER! Our members overwhelmingly highlighted this send off highlighting the end of an era for two staples of the Swynlake community.  We loved to see pieces of them and how they will continue to grow off screen! We’d say we wish them a happily ever after…but L and C have already assured us that they’ll have one!  TASK: EVERYONE’S PLAYLISTS! Everyone’s playlist tasks were so wonderful! Plot: Buster gets his actual tarot read with real cards. Saying something generic like wanting to know about the future of his business now that he has moved to Swyn Lake - quickly turned into something way deeper. Reading the cards one by one Majke tore through the walls he thought he kept so perfectly guarded. Immediately hitting him and unraveling his recent loss of his entire family and his over powering nature.

Plot: While touring venues, Pacifica and Ollie find out that the perfect Saturday in May is available this year. Deciding to take it, Pacifica starts to pull all of her friends into accelerated wedding planning to pull this off before they leave.

Gérer les hommes et les femmes comme des ressources n’est ni acceptable, ni efficace. Pourtant, dans la plupart des organisations, le management des personnes et du travail demeure ancré dans des modèles de GRH et de comportement organisationnel qui ont été développés au siècle dernier et qui ne prennent pas en compte la transition sociale majeure que nous vivons. Le Management Humain constitue une alternative au modèle instrumental et financiarisé qui domine la gestion des entreprises aujourd’hui.

Management Humain poursuit trois ambitions : d’abord, réunir dans un même ouvrage deux champs de connaissances et de pratiques souvent séparés dans les manuels, alors qu’ils s’entremêlent largement dans la conduite des organisations et la gestion quotidienne des hommes et des femmes au travail : la gestion des ressources humaines, le comportement organisationnel ; ensuite, les mettre en perspective pour procéder à l’analyse critique de leurs concepts, théories et pratiques et, enfin, proposer une alternative fondée sur une vision renouvelée de l’humain, des finalités et de l’objet de son management, en soulignant la nécessité de repenser la communauté de travail.

Cette deuxième édition, fortement remaniée, actualise les données mobilisées et intègre les analyses et réflexions de travaux de recherche récents, notamment dans l’étude du rapport au travail et à l’entreprise et des enjeux déontologiques associés à l’exercice du Management Humain. En particulier, elle positionne clairement celui-ci par rapport aux politiques et pratiques traditionnelles de GRH ainsi qu’aux finalités des théories du comportement organisationnel. Elle fait ainsi du travail et de sa reconnaissance, l’objet central et la finalité du Management Humain.

Laurent Taskin est Docteur en sciences économiques et de gestion, Professeur à la Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain où il dirige le lab4Hum du LouRIM, équipe de recherche dédiée aux études critiques et humanistes du management. Il est l’auteur de nombreuses publications sur les nouvelles formes d’organisation et de management, la GRH et le travail.

Anne Dietrich est Docteur en sciences de gestion, Professeure en sciences de gestion à l’IAE Lille École Universitaire de Management-Université de Lille 1 où elle a créé le Master GRH.
