I think that all the turtles like ASMR for one reason or another.

Leo likes to listen to it when he’s falling asleep. Or when he’s having a PTSD attack after the Prison Dimension. His favourite are roleplays, particularly from Marno ASMR. Or anything by Marno ASMR really. If he needs to calm down, he’ll watch words of affirmation roleplays. He tingles pretty easily.

Raph listens to it when he gets angry. He likes soap carving the best. Or beeswax wrapping. He watches it sitting up and hugging his favourite teddies. He’s gotten tingles once or twice and he can’t recreate it and it frustrates him.

Donnie listens to it when he’s too under-stimulated to work in silence and to overstimulated to listen to his regular music or let’s plays. He has no preference over talking/no talking when he’s in that kinda mood, but he hates roleplays. He doesn’t get tingles.

Mikey loves anything by Ephemeral Rift and Goodnight Moon. Specifically ER’s Universe. He got into it for the costume designs and now he’s 40 pages in to a google doc full of notes and conspiracies.

5 ASMR Artists You Should Know

I just thought that I would make a nice appreciation post for some ASMR-ers that I particularly like. Please check them out, show them some love, and  comment or reblog with your own recommendations. Who do you like?

Lets Go:

1. Goodnight Moon- My very favorite. Her videos are so high quality, and she does a lot of immersive roleplays. She has a whole Babblebrook fantasy series and it’s just wonderful.

2. Tony Bomboni- One of the first ASMR artists that I ever watched. Sometimes a little strange and he isn’t always the most politically correct but when his videos are good, theyre very good.

3. Maddie Leigh ASMR- My most recent find. I first saw her on Tiktok but her Youtube channel is also quite good.

Mixed ASMR-  It’s a little unusual in that my favorite of her ASMR videos usually require reading, but just give them a shot. Her alien series is so unique and interesting and very very tingly. Also if you know sign language, you will def get a kick out of her videos. Just watch, and see what I mean.

4. Seafoam Kitten’s ASMR- Another creator with a wide array of very creative concepts. A lot of them will involve licking your ears though, just fair warning.

5. Marno ASMR- Actually the boyfriend of Goodnight Moon, he has his own ASMR channel. His videos are light hearted, and he has a whole series of roleplays where you don’t know what the roleplays are, which are surprisingly delightful.

i love goodnight moon asmr but it takes me so long to fall asleep watching her videos (the quality of them is AMQZING tho and her sets, characters and attention to detail is incredible)but marno asmr conks me tf out he legit hires a hitman to knock me out or sum shit i just go OUT
