Professional Recruitment Agency, Your Path to Outstanding Talent
In the modern business landscape, success hinges on having the right people on your team. Exceptional talent is the driving force behind innovation, growth, and competitive advantage. However, the process of finding and securing such talent can be complex, time-consuming, and challenging. This is where a professional recruitment agency steps in as a strategic partner, guiding your organization on a journey to discover outstanding individuals who will propel your company forward.
A Bridge to Top Talent:
An agency serves as a bridge between employers and top-tier talent. These agencies are equipped with a wealth of industry knowledge, a vast network of connections, and the expertise required to identify individuals who possess not only the necessary skills but also the right cultural fit for your organization.
Navigating the Recruitment Landscape:
The recruitment landscape has evolved dramatically in recent years. Traditional methods of posting job ads and reviewing resumes have given way to sophisticated strategies involving data analytics, digital profiling, and proactive sourcing. A professional recruitment agency stays ahead of these changes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative techniques to attract and assess potential candidates.
Expertise in Action:
One of the key advantages of partnering with an agency is the wealth of expertise they bring to the table. These agencies are staffed with seasoned professionals who understand the intricacies of different industries, job roles, and organizational cultures. They can navigate through a sea of resumes and applications, identifying candidates who not only meet the job requirements but also exhibit the potential for long-term success within your company.
Tailored Solutions for Your Needs:
Every organization is unique, and its talent needs are no exception. Headhunting recognize this and tailors its approach to align with your specific requirements. Whether you're seeking a high-level executive, a technical specialist, or a creative innovator, the agency can develop a targeted recruitment strategy to locate individuals who meet your criteria.
Time and Resource Efficiency:
Hiring is a time-sensitive process, and dedicating internal resources to the exhaustive task of recruitment can divert focus from core business operations. By outsourcing your recruitment efforts to a professional agency, you free up valuable time and resources, allowing your team to remain focused on strategic initiatives that drive your company's growth.
Beyond Hiring:
The benefits of working with a professional recruitment agency extend beyond the initial hiring process. These agencies often provide support in onboarding and integration, ensuring that the newly recruited talent smoothly transitions into their roles. Additionally, a recruitment agency can offer insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning to help you remain competitive in your talent acquisition efforts.
Conclusion:
In a world where talent acquisition is a critical factor in organizational success, Scancruit serves as a guiding light. It is your path to discovering outstanding talent that can elevate your company to new heights. By leveraging their expertise, industry knowledge, and innovative approaches, these agencies empower you to make informed hiring decisions that will shape the future of your organization. So, when you're seeking exceptional individuals to join your team, remember that a professional recruitment agency is more than just a service – it's a partner in your quest for excellence.

I wanna see something...
Sorry if you're option isn't in here! I don't have that many options available, but I'd love for you to reblog and add yours in the tags❤️
I need to find a new job and I'm trying to figure out how many hours I can manage... And at the same time to earn enough money with less than 40h to be able to not only survive, but live.
EDIT: In this poll, what I mean by "work" is "labor work / wage labour / hired labor" whatever you wanna call it. ("Lohnarbeit" in German). OF COURSE things as care work, studying at university and so on are work too. But that's not what this poll is about.

ASCII art by chatbot
I've finally found it: a use for chatGPT that I find genuinely entertaining. I enjoy its ASCII art.
I think chatGPT's ASCII art is great. And so does chatGPT.
What's going on here? The chatbots are flailing. Their ASCII art is terrible, and their ratings are based on the way ratings should sound, not based on any capacity to judge the art quality.
Am I entertained? Okay, yes, fine. But it also goes to show how internet-trained chatbots are using common patterns rather than reality. No wonder they're lousy at playing search engine.
More examples, including from bing chat and google bard, at aiweirdness.com
#chatbots#chatgpt#ascii art#automated bullshit generator#they market this as a search engine#to be fair i would also give the second unicorn a 9 out of 10

Funniest thing I've seen recently, and not funny in a ha-ha way, more funny in a "the endless entropic void gnawing at my will to live" way, was somebody asking around for alternatives to Neil Gaiman, in the light of Neil Gaiman's ongoing fall from grace. As though what we're currently sitting through isn't the collapse of the carefully curated "Good Guy Neil" image that caused people to parade Gaiman as the same kind of preferred progressive alternative to, say, Rowling. As though we won't be in the same goddamn situation in a few years or months, with some number of the new progressive sci-fi/fantasy darlings- not all of them, to be clear, but at least some of them- when their impeccably-curated marketing implodes in on itself and they're revealed to be the same kind of sex pest or abuser. Can you not see the wheel to which you are strapped. The game of human pinball you are condemning yourself to with this mindset. Maybe you do see, and you're just resigned to taking it one soul-crushing disappointment at a time, one "I never would have guessed" after another. I mean I think we all need to get resigned to that one way or another, sun's gonna go out before it stops happening
#I want to clarify that this is deeply unfair and uncharitable to the extremely specific personal context described in the post I'm vaugeing#We all process things of this nature in different ways#but it's part of a larger pattern where A.)#people ask for or present “alternatives” to the problematic media du jour as if your relationship to a piece of fiction is remotely fungibl#and B.)#if you truly understood the extent to which basically everything you love is built on a bedrock of awfulness you'd have to go become a monk#and so we search desperately for anecdotes and narratives surrounding the CREATION of media we love#to assure ourselves that it's wholesome and aligned with our values down to the bone#spoiler alert: It's an extended marketing campaign!#apologies if this is more cynical than usual I'm having a rough couple days#vent#thoughts#meta#personal

fr tho @staff why are you trying to make tumblr more like other sites why are you destroying your niche in the market please there have got to be ways to make tumblr more accessible to new users without sacrificing the very things that your existing userbase loves
#its a genuine problem... I have had friends sign up for tumblr and then not use it because they dont know how to navigate non-algorithmic sm#but come on. there have got to be ways to build up the onboarding process so that people learn how to search for blogs + content#and/or ways to create separate contained algorithmic feeds OR to create the option to turn the algorithmic feed off like it is rn#and honestly I do think tumblr's focus should be more on 'how do we convince people non-algorithmic is good'#rather than 'how do we become algorithmic'#there's gotta be a whole angle in there right??? something like emphasizing that on tumblr you find the content YOU want#not the content we want you to want#also the whole thing about drawing in new creators. have they talked to existing creators??????? bc I dont know that they want algorithms#i dont know I just think tumblr will never be able to do the algorithm better than sites like FB or tik tok or even twitter#so if they try to become algorithmic they will fail to meet the standards of new users AND they will drive away the existing userbase#its a bad look. this is your niche. play to it. thats marketing 101

The above ones we know because these pics are straight from the shooting of the movie. The below ones I'm assuming because they fit the role:
Halle Berry could play 2 roles: Angie - Lou's wife who cheats on him & Sharon - the insurance broker helping Davis. I think she'll play Sharon because it gives her more to do and scenes w all the key players Davis, Lou, and Ormon.
There are other characters, too: Money - the guy that turns Davis' robberies into cash The jewel shop owner and his brother-in-law who Davis robs:
The rich businessman coming to the family wedding with truckload of jewels that Davis aims as his final heist. The person acting as a carrier of those jewels. And the businessman's security guard:
I know everything revolves around Davis in the story but it really is Lou's story. Not even Davis has as much screentime as him, and everyone else has only 2-3 scenes each. Like I've said before, they will have to beef up Davis to justify first billing Chris. But more importantly, the fact that they've cast such good actors for all parts tells me they will surely expand on everything and give everyone meatier stuff. Excellent. Because I want more Ormon and Traci.
Something else that's interesting is everyone's age. It plays a crucial role in the story. Davis and Lou's age is never said but from context clues, Davis is supposed to be late thirties or early forties at best. He's been living this robber lifestyle a long time and it's taking a toll on him. He can't keep robbing the same area forever. He changes homes every few days, has virtually no belongings because he needs to be able to flee anywhere at the drop of a hat. Cannot keep any contact with anyone. Lies left right and center about himself, even to Traci - someone he does want more with. It's shown in the strain it puts between them.
Because Traci is supposed to be early thirties. She's participating in this on-and-off thing with him. But she can't keep doing this forever. She wants more from him. I felt for her.
Pedro Pascal was totally wrong casting for Lou. Because Lou should be early fifties and laid back. He's seen too much. He is a boring guy no one gives a second look.
Ormon's whole thing is that he is a decade younger than Davis, that's why he is better than him. Because he is 'fresher' (and so damn creepy haha).
Angie is bored of her long marriage, of boring Lou and wants excitement. I like the contrast of Lou losing his partner because she doesn't want him. And Davis losing his /because/ she wants him. And Lou is learning to be happy to let her go and choose himself. And Davis is hurting in losing Traci because she is the only person in his life of impermanence with whom he does have something to return home to.
Sharon is also supposed to be older and coming to her expiry date like Davis is. She wants to get out before she gets caught, just like him.
McGuire is Lou's younger partner, more full of life in contrast to the jaded Lou.
Money also thinks Ormon is a better alternative to the seasoned Davis because Davis is bound to get caught sooner rather than later simply because of the amount of robberies he has done in his life.

i am BEGGING mainstream media to stop crying about being vague about policy. they were both vague bc this debate is not the format to explain political policy. it's almost impossible explain your policy when you're standing there under a two minute timer. this debate is marketing for their campaigns, stop crying about not getting an impromptu two hour polysci lecture
#like are you stupid#rhetorical question#if they actually start talking about their policies the debate would have to be extended for another four hours#like let’s be so real this debate is just ideology marketing!!!#plus the average person isn’t equipped to form educated opinions on policies on the spot#like if you want to read about their policies google is free and their campaigns show up on the first page of search results for a reason#presidential debate

bing chat is trained on internet text and in an internet argument it is statisitcally probable that when challenged you double down.
So it attempts to gaslight me into thinking that I have written an AI-generated Battlestar Galactica script, claims it is on a separate newsletter that it somehow has access to, and, when pressed, fabricates a lengthy excerpt from the nonexistent blog post.
Ironically, I did write about Galactica, a chat-based "knowledge search" from Meta that had a similar habit of fabricating text.
If a search engine will find what you're asking for whether or not it exists, it's worse than useless.
More examples of bing chat fabrication on the AI Weirdness blog
