I think if you're going to ship Farcille (or Senchuck, for that matter,) within the realm of canon, then you gotta admit to yourself that it's going to be a little weird. Falin and Marcille met when Falin was 10 and Marcille was the equivalent of someone in their 18-19-early 20s. It gives "elementary student gets a crush on the TA." And even when Falin is grown and in her 20s, Marcille says that she still sees her as a kid. It is a running gag in the series that even after learning Chilchuck's true age, Senshi still thinks he's a young child and feels the need to protect his innocence.

It's a whole thing in-universe that most people of long-lived races are icked out by the thought of having a relationship with someone from the short-lived races, since they experience time and aging so differently. And some people from the short-lived races see this as discrimination against them. You can't poke fun at Otta and call her the Leo DiCaprio of Dungeon Meshi while erasing the same in-universe societal constructs for Farcille. I like the ship too! I just think it would be so much more interesting to examine how these things would affect their relationship rather than just pretend that canon doesn't directly address it.

I cordially invite you, once again, to Peb's Unhinged Halloween Party with all our favorite fictional men.

The beautiful ancient mansion is decorated festively and the music is a-blarin.

Loki, hasn't shown up yet, the diva (or maybe he has, knowing his disguise skills we may never know). Either way, I'm sure he won't be able to resist a grand entrance of some variety.

The ghost of Thomas Sharpe mingles on the vast marble dance floor, forlorned and handsome, wondering if any of these beautiful living creature would do him the honor of a waltz.

Hux, our brutal little red-headed general, has hidden himself away in the library with the best of the scotch. He's brooding about being dragged here, but I'm sure the right person could crack his shell delightfully.

One particularly villainous man with deep black eyes and the golden robes of an emperor is strutting around. When you tell him, “nice costume,” he only grins maniacally and give you a filthy laugh.

Eddie has already polished off a six pack by himself and is hanging from the chandelier dressed as Dio, and belting out Holy Diver..uh...maybe...we should help him?

I'm very honored to be your host yet again. I'm at the top of the staircase, dressed all in red as Wanda/The Scarlet Witch and holding up a glass of red wine in a toast to all of my lovely friends.

guys, my friend gave me a bag of Mexican candy and I am so fucking thrilled.

matsukawa issei the type of guy to eat while he walks. like yeah he could sit down but maybe he’s got places to be and if the craving strikes who is he to ignore it. he does all the normal ones like corndogs or things on sticks and he’ll drink a smoothie while he walks or eat the occasional fry out his takeout bag like that’s nothing to crazy. but . But. it doesn’t stop there. he’ll eat an entire burger on the go like pop it out of the bag in the middle of the sidewalk. if he’s carrying a pizza somewhere he eats it en route opens the box grabs a piece closes the box both hands full slice folded like a taco. he’ll eat shit out of tupperware containers with a fork while walking like salad noodles you name it the lack of a table is Not getting in his way. even driving his car at a stoplight he grabs a dinner plate and chopsticks from the passenger seat beside him and chows down till the light turns green. he does not let the haters stop him he will hold eye contact in the middle of the sidewalk unashamedly eating while he walks.

Thanks to those that put up with me yesterday. I appreciate you. I'm 100000% better today. A little dizzy (another side effect I'm dealing with fml) but I'm gonna sleep it off. Since there's inspection tomorrow, I'm gonna be napping and cleaning until nighttime, so I'll be online during the night. I really want to write today. I owe it to my brain.
