So, I've been thinking about S3 (as one does) recently (all the bloody time) and wondering about some potential inconspicuous (or so our Ineffables probably like to think) collaboration of these two idiots to avert the End of the World™️ (again!).

Please keep in mind that I try to stay spoiler-free for S3, so if you already know something in that vein, please don't mention it here! Thank you. 😘

Anyway, these musings reminded me once again that my LEGO babies have wanted to do a little reenactment of that famous bus ride scene from S01E01 for ages! I've been designing and collecting various parts over a long time, but never got around to actually make all the necessary modifications to my London bus to set the scene up. Until today. Wahoo! 😊

I'll add a little BTS shot of their outfits and accessories. This is one of my all-time favorite Crowley looks that really would have deserved more screen time! Rawr. I'm also amused by all the little references in Aziraphale's copy of his celestial observer (rare old books, a serpent statue, a new galaxy, lol).

Psst, I'm aware that Crowley's sunglasses aren't exactly a perfect match, but they're the closest I have, so please just enjoy Aziraphale's most nice and accurate reading glasses instead! 😉

I'm just happy to have accomplished this little photo shoot this weekend, because there are a couple of very busy weeks/months coming up and I just wanted to have a bit of fun with my LEGO babies before those taxing times. Also, I'm still waiting for some custom printed parts for my 1960s Ineffable Wives. Fingers crossed they'll turn out well. 🤞

Sharing my composite render of my version of Severus Snape (as seen in my fic Ink & Alchemy). This is a labor of love—a little Alan Rickman, a little Adam Driver, my husband’s nose (used with permission), and a few random guys from Getty Images for the hair and stubble. I might have obsessed over the skin texture a bit. About 8-9 hours in Procreate, maybe 15 min in Lightroom for post-processing. More to come!

A low hum begins to build over the ridge. They both look up.

REBEL 2

Speak of the ghost. Incoming Kenobi.

The small ship drifts into view, descending with the slow drama of a stage curtain. It lands near the courtyard edge.

The ramp lowers. Out steps Obi-Wan Kenobi—tanned robes, sturdy boots, brown undershirt, and a very deliberate man bun.

REBEL 1

Oh wow. A man bun?

REBEL 2

Wait for it.

Anakin stands from the bench, eyes already locked on Obi-Wan. They begin to walk—slowly—toward each other.

REBEL 1

Oh.

REBEL 2

Yup.

REBEL 1

They’re just… staring.

REBEL 2

Welcome to the floor show. Happens every time he comes back.

Footsteps echo behind them. REBEL 3 and REBEL 4 walk up, curious.

REBEL 3

Oh no. Don’t tell me.

You two watching the Jedi drama again?

REBEL 1

I just found out who that guy is. Apparently he used to be—

A walking death machine? Yeah.

REBEL 4

Now he’s just… cute and mysterious. It’s gross.

They’ve been like this since he got here. Every reunion starts with ten minutes of this weird telepathic stare-off.

...Wait. Are they going to hug this time?

Sometimes. Not always. But when they do, it’s a lot.

Down below, Obi-Wan and Anakin stop just inches apart. The world seems to still.

Okay, this is definitely something.

Here it comes...

Anakin lifts a hand slowly—Obi-Wan catches it halfway. And then—yes—they step in and hug. Not a pat-on-the-back hug. A full, quiet, linger-for-way-too-long kind of hug.

REBEL 2

And there it is.

REBEL 4

Force... That’s like… a cinematic finale hug.

REBEL 3

How many times have they done this?

REBEL 2

This is number eight. Or nine. Depends on if you count the “half-hug after battle wounds” one last month.
