Can you tell us about the story behind the song? The idea was to reflect this duality of feelings, where on the one hand, they tried to portray the deep sadness of losing someone so loved, and where the track quotes him with a passage of darkness and calm sadness, and on the other hand the rage and anger with which he claimed to fate, gives color to the part of the chorus, where as in the texts there are a thousand ideas that make the scene chaotic and aggressive. In essence, I tried to musically portray the lines that at the time a little girl described in her personal blog, where after the hospital regulations, she was not allowed to approach her mother while her life was slipping away from her hands. Some of the lines that I remember now and that I read at the time shocked me very much said something like: Why does the world keep turning? if for me life has stopped. There will no longer be a reason to serve two cups of coffee in the morning, because no one will drink one of them. How cruel this fate and this damned wall, which will not allow me to kiss your hands to be able to say goodbye. At that time she was a person relatively close to me, because her mother (of whom the song speaks) was working with me at the time. The title "Sin Un Adiós" translates to "Without a Goodbye" in English. How does this theme play out in the lyrics and mood of the track? The idea was to reflect this duality of feelings, where on the one hand, they tried to portray the deep sadness of losing someone so loved, and where the track quotes him with a passage of darkness and calm sadness, and on the other hand the rage and anger with which he claimed to fate, gives color to the part of the chorus, where as in the texts there are a thousand ideas that make the scene chaotic and aggressive. How would you describe the sound of "Sin Un Adiós" compared to your previous releases? Did you experiment with any new musical elements? MUVA in essence tries to walk on paths where there are no protocols, paths where we do not seek to belong to a commercial segment, but we pursue honesty and beauty, and where that freedom allows us to play with many styles that come in a little planned way to each of the tracks. Therefore, at times there are tracks that seem to be closer to some styles, as in this case that rhythmically quotes a mid eastern

atmosphere, but that does not mean that from now on the composition will lean towards some specific currents. How did the song evolve from its initial concept to the final version? Usually, and unlike what many colleagues do, in the case of MUVA, the compositions come out from a fact, which awakens in me a feeling that I think is worth reflecting on and is usually accompanied by a melody or a poem, then I generate a central idea and a general mood, which I bring to the other musicians of MUVA to propose ideas and possibilities, and once we have that, we think of a musician to invite that we feel has the interpretive qualities of what we are looking for. In this case we have the collaboration of Milena Jeliazkova. But dealing with long distance productions is always a challenge because the lines of communication are slow, and it is never easy to concretize ideas, and even more so when the communication is not so immediate. Are there any particular artists or genres that influenced the style of "Sin Un Adiós”? Not really, although the rhythmic base is selected is a bit Rai, the styles from which MUVA feeds its composition could be any. Let's say that the only guideline and influence in the general composition is the search for no borders and no protocols. The song is in Spanish. Do you feel that the language choice adds a specific emotion or cultural context to the track? The choice of language was more related to the search for a balance between the languages we usually use and to revalue the reach of Spanish (Mexican) in a more globalized environment. But yes, in this case, I wanted to quote the context and the cultural reality of today's Mexico. What was the most challenging aspect of creating "Sin Un Adiós”? On a technical level, of course the distance and the language. Because many times I tried to say something and it was interpreted in another way, and vice versa. And secondly, I wanted the proposal to respect the girl's grief, but also to portray as faithfully as possible the feelings that came out of the event. Is "Sin Un Adiós" part of an upcoming album or EP, or is it a standalone single? Yes, SIN UN ADIOS, is one of the singles that will be released prior to the release of a new album, which in this case will be with our new label Audiomaze, for 2025. How do you think your fans will react to this new release? Does it signal a new direction for MUVA's sound? So far the response in the media has been good with our public, but in Mexico it is a little difficult, because there is no scene that allows fusions with styles from around the world. But what we noticed on the other hand is that SIN UN ADIOS, has had a response from the Mexican public that lives outside of Mexico and where, like the girl in the blog, due to border issues, they don't have the opportunity to be close to their loved ones when one of them passes away. https://open.spotify.com/artist/1WPTjLdKJzvhro6bzLhk7t Are there any plans for a music video or live performances to promote "Sin Un Adiós”? We hope that we will be able to produce a video but not until 2025, and we will tour a little bit in Mexican stages during this 2024 and hopefully by 2025, we will be able to do some dates in Europe. Looking back on the production of this single, is there a particular moment or achievement that stands out to you? In the case of MUVA, the fact of making a project survive where for the government we are almost outlawed, is already a great achievement. What do you hope listeners will take away from "Sin Un Adiós”? Specifically with sin un adios, a reflection full of empathy for all those who by the vagaries of fate, often have no chance to say goodbye to a loved one at the time of leaving this plane.

Interviewer: “What made you chose z6ne instead of remaining independent?” 

It was time to sign to a label. At first none of tha’ one’s ‘dat approached me had ‘dat ‘home’ feel it was mo’ so like “we’re payin’ you so do wtf we say or your cut.” z6ne gave me tha’ freedom of creativity and ‘dats what I was lookin’ fo’ plus tha’ numbers was right so I ain’t complainin’ on that part, at all. Then my label mate’s ain’t on ‘dat “who are you”  shit it’s like everyone is open to workin’ togetha’.  

Interviewer:  “I feel you on all that artist freedom is rare with some of these labels, what inspired you to become a producer and singer? and who is some artist that’s you look up too? and what’s the source of your inspiration?”

This might sound soft but my muva’ was my biggest inspiration to chase my dreams. She was da’ one who helped me fund gettin’ my equipment or just be at each of the local events I would be in. I don’t think I would’a made it this far without ha’ and the financial state we was in told me I had to grind to get us out of ‘dat shit. I looked up to a couple producers growin’ up from Zaytoven to Darkchild and then my fave singa’s was Donnell Jones and D’angelo. Women, Sex, and Locations is how I come up with the theme’s for my songs, I find inspiration in everyday life to write about certain shit.

Interviewer:  That ain’t soft alot of us find inspiration through our parents, its normal but real shit. Speaking of everyday, what’s some things you do in your spare-time if you’re not producing a track or singing? 

I’ll be writing, working on a car, cooking, or shopping. Alot of people dont know I went to trade school to be a chef after I graduated from high school. That was definitely gonna’ be my plan if ‘dis music shit ain’t work out. Cars was somethin’ me and my pops would do together before he died awhile back, so it’s sumn I still do today to still feel close to him n’ shit. And shoppin’ is self-explanatory who don’t like to have a li’l drip on these muhfucka’s. 

Interviewer: Tell us your biggest pet peeve. 

When other people try to out somebody for jackin’ sumn somebody else did but it’s like some people just inspired by what others do and wanna pay homage to ‘dat. No need to be out’chea tryna’ bully ‘em for that. Shit, bullies and bandwagonin’ is on my pet peeve list too. I stand on my own and I ain’t lettin’ no bullyin’ go on in front of me or to me. Periot. 

Interviewer: What’s something you want to be remembered for? 

Remaining true, givin’ tha’ world some great music, and inspiring future artist to chase their dreams. Those some of the things alot of these industry niggas can’t relate too but I’ma stay solid with them 3 my whole career. 

Interviewer;  What’s one message you want to give to your fans or to those other future artist that are stagnant in what they wanna do with their lives? Also, what can we expect from you in 2019?

To my fans, I love you all and thank you so much for rocking with the kid since I came on the scene. To the future artist, keep it pushing fam you’re your biggest obstacle once you put in the work and sacrifice the results will start showing don’t doubt yourself be your own biggest fan.  For 2019, I’ll be dropping an album soon so once you see those singles start come out you know what’s next and the tracks im on this year will go crazy I been cooking up w/ alot of folks lately.

Kehlani Hits The Paparazzi-Ridden Scene With YG Again Before Revealing She's Dealt With 'Media Related PTSD' The Past 3 Years

Kehlani is venting her frustration at internet trolls (again) and revealing her 3-year battle with "media related PTSD."  Her new coupledom flicks with rapper YG and her take on why she doesn't care "if you f**k with her or not" inside.

Apparently, y'all have been working Kehlani's nerves and drove her to shave her head and move across the country last year.  Now, despite seemingly intentionally welcoming all the cameras and media into her new relationship, she hints that trolls have been coming for her again.  She went on a Twitter rant this morning to tell folks she is not going to stay "terrified" of "y'all", and her new baby girl is who helped her get her juice back.

i shaved my head & moved across the country for a year. i drew up my contracts to quit. y’all are not about to reduce my newfound healing and confidence to PR. so fuck with me, or don’t... because what matters is that i finally truly fuck with me and if you can’t tell than you know absolutely nothing about me and that finally has no control of my life, to God be the glory man.

  She also said it's not just about the internet, but folks have been railing her in real life.  It happens to most celebrities, especially those who have serial public relationships.  That's perfectly fine to do, but if you don't want criticism from trolls, maybe re-think making everything public.    Everybody from Beyoncé to Jesus receives criticism, so this shouldn't have been a surprise to her that she would receive some too after her relationships with Kyrie Irving,  and more.

Kehlani said today that her bounce back wasn't due to a manufactured PR campaign (since her random relationship with YG def had people scratching their heads), but due to her own hard work:

BABY BUMPIN' AGAIN! Christina Milian & Amber Rose Floss Their Bumps On The West Coast

Christina Milian and Amber Rose are both about to become moms again, adding a new addition to their families. See flicks of the celeb moms making their rounds with their bumps inside...

Christina Milian is gearing up for baby # 2! Oh, and she's having a boy this time around.

Just a few months ago, the 37-year-old singer and her boyfriend Matt Pokora announced they were expecting and since then, C-Milli has been spotted out and about with her bump.

The soon-to-be mom again, who shares daughter Violet with The Dream, was spotted all smiles while grabbing a drink to go as she trekked around LA in a pair of Yeezy sneakers, leggings, and an oversized t-shirt. Even dressed down, she looked good. And that glow!

Even though she's pregnant, she's still putting in work.

The Falling Inn Love actress was spotted outside of her Beignet Box Food Truck. If you haven't heard C-Milli and one of her good friends decided to open their own food truck to bring a Louisiana staple to the west coast. Beignets, of course!

And yes, chick gets in the truck to prepare some of the delectable desserts:

  TheYBF.com's Natasha Eubanks chopped it up with Christina Milian recently for the TheYBF Podcast where C-Milli dished on how the Beignet Box Food Truck even came about.

First things first, she LOVES beignets. And with her bestie being from Louisiana, they figured they would open their own food truck to bless the LA masses with the French-style doughnut.

"I do personally feel like we make the best Beignets that you'll find out there," Christina told The YBF.com. "I love Beignets!"

So, does Christina's beignets measure up to Café du Monde's renowned beignets? According to her Instagram's DMs, they're surely giving them a run for their money. It was a family outing for Amber Rose, her baby bump, boyfriend Alexander Edwards, and Amber's son, Sebastian, whom she shares with rapper Wiz Khalifa.

Dress down in black leggings, a black t-shirt with MUVA written across it and a pink hat, Amber rubbed her belly as she and her family made their way through the annual outdoor fair, Malibu Chili Cook-Off.

Cute.
