The last time [Name] and James spent Christmas together were about two years ago, especially considering how busy the pink-haired man was at that time of year. This day was therefore extremely special to [Name].

"I'm glad you were able to make it, [Name]. Uhm, please, come on in, it's pretty cold out here."

James spoke, a tinge of nervousness in his voice, as he carefully dragged the [h/c] into his residence. He then removed the male's coat and hung it up on the coat hanger that was placed by the front door.

[Name] entered the living room and took a seat on one of the couches. James then went into the kitchen to get a glass of water and returned to the room to hand it to [Name], the male silently thanking him.

"Oh, right, there was something I wanted to give you. Uhm, just wait here for a bit." Having said that, James quickly walked away from the [h/c] and went to his room. There, he took the small box off his bedside table and went back downstairs to [Name].

"Here, it's something I've been meaning to give you for a while now.." Giving [Name] the box, he murmured in a low voice. [Name] stared at the box in awe, wondering what the James Lee could have possibly bought him.

All that was inside the box when [Name] slowly started to open it was a silver ring, but it wasn't just any ring-it matched the one James was wearing.

[Name] became completely speechless at the gift James had given him as he felt his cheeks begin to warm.

"I..don't know what to say." [Name] spoke while looking up at James, a soft smile gracing his lips as he took the ring out of the box, slipping it on [Name]'s ring finger and tightly clasping the [h/c] hand into his own.

"I know it's probably early for me to ask you this..but, would you do me the honors of being mine?"

The two exchanged no further words as the pink-haired man anxiously awaited the [h/c] response, who was now a blushing mess.

"Uhm..I.." [Name] stumbled on his words, [e/c] eyes staring into James black ones, he seemed nervous about [Name]'s response.

"I..I would love to, James.." [Name] mumbled, his heart beating rapidly as James exhaled a sigh of relief, cupping [Name]'s cheek and asked him subtly if he could kiss him. James received a slow nod in response.

Soon enough, James, relieved to finally have the [h/c] to himself, took [Name]'s lips into his own.

"Merry Christmas, [Name]."

AN: I know, I know, I'm like a day late since Christmas passed, but I still wanted to write something.

IT'S TIME.

This is a year old now, and since I still owe some Old art for Repost-ber cuz i got sick + work, I HAVE to reblog this, cuz now its time for me to listen to this song on loop to release brain chemicals.

New christmas horror since i'm now absolutely horrified by the way my niece eats "baked sole" ? (Dutch: gebakken sliptong) just, baked fish (the one out of a pan not fish getting stoned, saddly for them).

And to my knowledge, and from what i've seen everyone up until yesterday do, you cut/pull off the edges since they're filled with tiny fishbones and overall not a nice experience to eat, so you go like this:

But my niece? Oh no, she has a different approach. And my mind was just thinking "what the everloving fuck are you doing???" But i thought lets not ruin the mood and simply not say anything about it.

Because how does she approach it?

She leaves the edges(?) Of the fish on it. And proceeds to try and get her knife underneath it from the middle and then she flips the flesh of the skeleton. And somehow gets the edges to stay on it. Just:
