Somewhere in your mind, you'd wonder how everything started but never recall the moment. Maybe it was that one time way back in March when she sent you a picture of pudding flavor ice cream because apparently, it reminded her of you. Or maybe it was when you ranted about how you had volleyball practice almost every day with no breaks making you lose your shit soon. The question of how you became so close with Hanni had come up in your mind from time to time but it would always end up with no answer. It's really not that big of a deal, where an answer was needed asap, no, it was like those shower thoughts or maybe those random questions coming up in your head at 3 am while listening to music on your headphones, something like that. Regardless, whatever or however the conversation started, you were very grateful for it because now you have someone on your side who would listen to your random yappings whether it was about that hallway crush or that annoying History teacher who mostly talks about his life rather than teaching the class. 

The memory recalls when that one time she asked about your MBTI which was trending off at that time for who knows why. You did it once before it became popular and didn't think much of it since you never really understood a thing. You just did it anyway because TikTok told you so. So why not? But to think of it now, you made a good life choice of taking a 15-minute survey with just two of your brain cells working. Because now you both were texting each other nonstop knowing you were matching MBTI's with her. "I knew it. You sound like an INFP" "What's that even supposed to mean" And in the very end, Hanni fell asleep in the middle of texting, debating whether fairies are real or not. 

Most of the time the text messages and everything else were random. Except for that one time when she got into a (not so) fight with her best friend, giving her the cold shoulder. It was about something that triggered her which made her feel uneasy. You remember clearly how Hanni had asked you to come to school earlier than you usually did because she wanted company. And how she confessed she wanted to get things back to how it used to be with her best friend while crying on your shoulder in the bathroom. Encouraging her to speak her feelings to her best friend, after some days she was smiling excitedly rushing her way to you, grabbing your arms, saying she finally "did it" telling her best friend how she felt, and now they're back on track. 

In class, she would be seated beside you and always giggle about small little things making you hold on for your dear life to not suddenly burst out laughing in the middle of the session because, for some reason, you were so easily affected by her. Her smile makes you smile, her laugh makes you laugh, and her cheeky grin addressed to you makes you roll your eyes and look at her in a sidelong look with a small smirk on your lips. Others would point out or look at you both with dumbfounded expressions because you both wouldn't stop giggling every 5 minutes and everyone in class already knew whose voices the giggles belonged to because of how frequently it would happen. 

It was before summer break had started and you were ranting at Hanni about how you won't be seeing each other once the break starts. "You'll miss me, right?" became a habit of yours to say in your everyday convos, and her replying with a "Will I tho?" made you smack the girl's arm as a set, and that also became another one of your (bad?) habits. You wanted to squeal and jump around hearing her respond "Of course" to your ask if you could randomly call her because of how you'd probably miss her a lot and feel sad out of the blue due to the lack of her presence. Talking on a call wasn't your thing because you only have two brain cells that don't function well and you left your vocabulary somewhere making you end up in a stuttering mess but, you'd rather be a stuttering mess to Hanni than spend 2 months without hearing her voice. 

One memory from another, you recall another happy moment with her. She was in the cheerleading team and you promised you'd see her cheer on the day of the game but sadly you got a high fever the night before and had to inform her you couldn't get to see her first cheer on her first game. You couldn't help but think about the disappointment in the girl's face especially when she was eager for you to come and watch. The temperature got a bit better the next day and you were debating to yourself. Yes, your head was panging in pain, yes your body was a bit hot, and yes you feel numb moving and basically doing anything. But will it be worth it to bear everything just so you could see Hanni's surprised happy expression when you go and watch her? Oh yes. You know damn well everything's worth it when it's about Hanni. 

There you were in a rushing mess, running around your room while trying to get dressed, finding the other lost pair of socks while holding a cooling gel sheet for your forehead in your hand. Running wasn't good for you since it'll make your temperature go high again but all the rushed efforts will go to waste if you missed it. Is there any other choice? Of course not, silly. By the time you got to the gates of the school, all you could hear was the rhythmical beat of your heart with your panting, trying to calm yourself before you entered the gym. Of course, she was the one who noticed you first. There it was. The face. The expression. The dimples that would show every time she smiled. Excitedly rushing to you and showering you with questions about your fever state. "Weren't you not feeling well? What are you doing here― are you okay? Are you about to pass out?" "I just couldn't miss your cheer. I for sure would've regretted it if I stayed home" Your (maybe not so bad) habit had definitely influenced her as you felt a gentle smack on your arm along with a soft giggle from the girl.

The leaves began to lose their vibrant colors, crisping up and slowly falling down with the cold breeze flowing by in November. You asked Hanni to go out and hang out in this cafe your friend told you that had the best pudding in town, which she happily agreed to, and now both of you were walking in circles at the same place lost. Having no sense of direction and the Google map not being useful at all, you decided to give up going to the place. But someone doesn't seem to be happy about it. "What do you mean, let's go to a different shop?" "No, it's fine we can just go in another time. Besides it's cold and you're not very good with the cold" You looked at the flushed red tip of Hanni's ears and nose as you mumbled. "I'm not giving up. You were so excited about the pudding, so we're going to eat that goddamn pudding" And now you were walking again with Hanni by your side but this time, you were holding hands to "keep me warm if you're that worried" 

"What are you smiling so giddily about?" You snap out of the memories and look at the girl looking at you with concerned looks. "You look creepy to be honest babe..." "Oh shut up" Replying with a playful snicker you stood up from your seat and walked your way to your girlfriend hugging her from the side, resting your chin on her shoulder. "Hey, do you remember how we became friends?" Shifting your gaze to her, slightly tilting your head as you asked so. "Uhh... I don't... think so..." She now looked at you with a puzzled look. "I think we just went with the flow" "Haha, wow I went with the flow and got a girlfriend? Must be a mastermind then" Smackng your arm, Hanni outed a chuckle. "Hey, remember when I used to smack you like that a lot but now we switched positions" "Oh I'm definitely influenced by you. Bad and good" You mocked an offended expression, holding your chest dramatically. "What's that supposed to mean...!?" Hanni laughed again and went back to making her coffee. "I definitely remember that one time you came to see me cheer with a fever" It was your turn to out a chuckle hearing her recall the memory. "Hey how about that one time we went out but then got lost midway?" "Yeah, and you insisted on finding the place, even making excuses to hold my hand" "Aaahhh shush! Shut up! I was 16 leave me alone!!" Hanni sheepishly laughed which made you laugh again as well. 

"We had meaningless conversations all the time, talking about random stuff" Sighing softly as you linger your thoughts about your past friendship with Hanni. "What do you mean, meaningless?" Hanni was now stirring her coffee, blowing it occasionally as she fixed her gaze at you. "All the conversations we had, meant everything to me" She took a sip of her coffee along with a sigh and stared at you again. You could feel the affection from her gaze and can't help but feel your chest get warmer every second with the small smile and the little dimples on her cheeks showing.

Every moment we spent together means more than anything to me than you'll ever know.

you have been the quietest and most introverted person in your group, along with haerin.

both of you shared the same MBTI type, but surprisingly, neither of you has really spoken to each other as often as you thought you had. and you've only noticed this once when your fans, known as bunnies, ask you about it — 'have you ever talked to haerin behind the scenes?' and ever since then, you became more aware of this issue.

well, it wasn't an issue at all, but it does concern your fans. they didn't want to misunderstand it, and neither do you want them to be too.

though unbeknownst to you, bunnies have also asked haerin about it in their phoning app. then if ever you have a chance, you would try having a long conversation or just something to interact with haerin.

still, you felt bad. you didn't think that fans would notice it and even you didn't know about it until you got told. because of this, you suddenly became aware and curious about haerin.

a couple of days later, all of you were practicing for the next music show performance with dance breaks when danielle mentioned that she wanted to have a livestream to talk to bunnies, even just for a little bit, just like they've done before.

and you made sure to sit next to haerin this time, not hesitating to take this rare opportunity. all of you sat on the floor with danielle's phone leaning to the mirror wall, facing them.

minji sat on the very left with danielle, followed by hyein, hanni, haerin and finally, you at the very right. since the live was in horizontal yet it was a small frame to fit everyone, they had to scoot closer to each other.

and of course, that meant for haerin and you to cling onto each other.

with minji starting with a cheerful greeting, the others followed suit with only you and haerin waving at the camera with small smiles. naturally, as you tried, you sat behind haerin just a bit and rested your chin on her shoulder.

as if it was natural for her, she rests her head against yours causing her strand of hair to brush your nose. you sniff before turning away from haerin abruptly to sneeze on the side, followed by a light cough.

haerin hovers her hand over your arm, "are you okay, unnie?" she asked, in a quieter tone as she moves close to you to cover your form from the camera while the others talk to their fans.

you snort lightly, your face flushes in embarrassment. "yeah, sorry.. your hair just tickles my nose." you smiled at her sheepishly, to which she responds with a short giggle.

she apologizes and gently bumps her head on your shoulder, leaning her weight to you. you laugh and pat her head, leaning your head against hers before both of you pull away to focus again to the live.

then throughout the live stream, both of you were just clinging onto each other like there's no tomorrow.

haerin, unknowingly, holds your hand and plays with your fingers gently and absentmindedly. you let her as you rest your chin on her shoulder again. you two were just stuck onto each other, and you could tell she was enjoying it with you despite the lack of communication.

nonetheless, you love your little moments with haerin like this. it only makes things feel worthy and peaceful. and safe to say, your fans were happy to see you and haerin sticking close together.

another time of your rare interactions with haerin was your solo live in the vocal room of your company. after a long day of practice for your performance, you had decided to go live alone.

in all honesty, you just wanted to take a break from everything. these days, you feel so restless and distressed that you can't make any conversation with your members at all.

thankfully, they respected that and left you alone.

back to the present, you patiently waited for your fans to see your notification and join your live as you sat on the chair and leaned your arms onto the table. you played with your fringes quietly, softly humming your group's song as you waited. after a minute, you decided to start with your introduction.

releasing your fringes, you sent a small smile towards the camera and gave a little wave. "hello, yeoreobun... i hope you guys are doing fantastic today and if not, it will be alright soon enough, promise." you raised your pinky finger to the camera before letting out a giggle and dropping your hand down.

"i am in the vocal room right now, and we just finished practicing just a minute ago, so i am really sorry because i do look hideous right now."

sheepishly letting out a chuckle, you ruffled your hair to at least make it look nicer than earlier. "where are the members? ah, minji-unnie and hanni-unnie went outside together with hyein. dani and haerin probably went home by now." you replied to the comment, a small smile was still there in your face.

you nodded at the other comment, "yeah! i ate already, and i also ate a lot of marshmallows today! earlier," you excitedly began to share what happened before the practice.

"haerin and i got to the practice room together, earlier than the other members."

"then, out of nowhere, she gave me a bag of marshmallows!" you chuckle, "and she only gave me that look— i don't know what kind of look, but it was almost like i have to eat it or else she'll force me to." you cough lightly. "ah, but i like marshmallows so i ate some. not too much 'cuz it'll be too much for my stomach." you shrug before grinning to the camera.

"haerin, recently, likes to give me different types of snacks at any time. be it a candy or the snack snack, she'll give me it." you laugh again, shaking your head. "now, i have a lot of snacks inside my drawers because of her!"

then your other phone, your personal phone, suddenly vibrated beside you on the table. you paused your sharing and looked at your screen, just to see haerin messaging you.

'can i join?'

you smiled at her message, finding it cute for her to ask even through a message. you took your phone and turn back to the camera and grins excitedly, "guys, i guess we will have a guest coming in tonight!"

you quickly sent a thumbs up and a blue heart to haerin before turning it off. "she'll be here in a minute, i suppose." you informed before a comment caught your attention.

"a quick outfit check? sure~" you stood up to show your outfit for tonight— which you wore your black sweater with a cute cat print in the front, then a long navy-blue baggy pants that you borrowed from hanni, then your favorite pair of nike shoes.

you twirled and grinned, dimples showing on the side of your lips. "i really like my style because it just looks so comfortable! especially my sweater— i borrowed these pants from hanni-unnie because surprisingly, i accidentally wore this today to the practice and thought that it was mine!"

you exclaimed- more like a protest(?) as you sat down again on the chair, "but then hanni-unnie noticed it and told me that it was hers. in my defense, i always forget what clothes i own so, often, i accidentally keep wearing their clothes everyday and i never missed the chance to get told by them that it was theirs."

you sighed, "but it suits me, so hanni-unnie gave it to me." you giggle happily, "thank you, unnie." you thanked hanni through the screen, though you weren't sure if she was watching your live, but you didn't mind it.

then a knock came from the door.

you jumped and made a weird noise as you stood and waddled over the door to open it, revealing haerin with a face mask covering her mouth.

"hi hi, haerin." you smiled at her and gestured to her to sit on the chair you were previously sitting on. she timidly entered and waved at the camera shyly as she sat down on your chair, while you took another chair on the side. "guys, our guest is our kitty cat, haerin kang!"

you clap your hands, while haerin laughs shyly and reluctantly removes her face mask. "hello, yeoreobun. i hope..." she paused as she stared at the camera, causing you to look at her in confusion. you didn't utter a word before she continued, "i hope everyone is doing well today."

you quietly giggle as you scoot next to her, close to the table to read the comments. "oh, bunnies sound so happy." haerin smiles as she reads the comments with you.

then you ask your fans, "yeoreobun... do i have a duo name with haerin?" to which haerin blinks before nodding mutely.

your eyes skillfully scanned over the comments that replied to your question, "kittyhog, eng? haey/n? too common though..." you mumble each comment you could read while haerin listens to you while looking at the comments.

"...hedrin? sounds cute but..." you pout as you want to mention why they left out your name and used your representative animal instead. and it seems that haerin knows the reason behind your point since she laughs quietly and hides her face behind your back.

"...guys, your ideas are too fancy for us to use." you chuckle sheepishly, shaking your head. "maybe something simple? not too common but just simple and cute." your lips pursed as you bat your eyes at them.

then two comments caught both you and haerin's eyes, causing you to read it in sync. "hushlyn and lynsil?" both of you blinked twice in surprise at the same time, making you two burst out of laughter in silence.

haerin leans her whole body to you while you drop your upper body onto her lap, wheezing silently and gasping for air. the comments were filled with crying emojis and laughing emojis from the fans who were watching two girlies laughing with no sound.

while you were still laughing and dying at the same time, haerin somehow managed to calm down despite letting out some short laugh with small tears in her eyes.

she pushed her hair from her face because it was getting in her way to see the comments.

"why is it hushlyn and lynsil, bunnies?" to which, in a few minutes after you got tired from laughing and just gasping for air with your body on haerin's legs, it was answered with a good, understandable answer.

"oh! hushlyn from the sound hush, and lynsil, lyn is the calm vibe and sil is silence. ohh-" haerin approves the names, giving the camera a thumbs up while you looked at the ceiling in confusion at the new names that the fans has given to you.

haerin questioned you, turning her cat-eyes at you in wonder and curiosity. you could only blink twice before smiling in agreement, though with a bit of reluctance, "i love the names! i personally like lynsil because it's easy to say it."

you teased her as you messaged your manager that you had just ended live and are with haerin right now to return back to your dorm. haerin continues to laugh before breathing to catch air.

you raised one brow at her playfully, "quite the first time, but i'm glad it made you laugh." you glanced at the time on your phone, "it's really late now. you wanna stop by the convenience store before returning back home?"

you suggested as both of you began to pack your bags, not forgetting your chargers and turning off the lights and air conditioner before closing the door behind you.

haerin nodded to your suggestion, quite excited to buy a snack and drink for tonight.

haerin smiles excitedly and nodded as she takes a basket and follows you around like a baby duck. you head first to the very back where the drinks are and turns to haerin. "you like chocolate milk, right?"

to which haerin nodded, "yeah, chocolate milk sounds good." then you drop her drink onto the basket carefully before finding other drinks for the others.

haerin was just watching and waiting for you behind you with curious cat eyes. then afterward, both of you headed towards the snack section and haerin went to get her favorite snacks.

after a little while, your basket was already filled and walked to the cashier to pay.

you handed your cash to the lady politely, "thank you so much, have a safe night." you told the lady with a smile as you linked your arms with haerin with your unoccupied arms, while the other hands were busy carrying the paper bag.

the lady laughs heartily and nodded at your way, watching both girls leaving the store.

as you were walking with haerin, she had wanted to hold hands with you so now, you're walking your way to your dorm with your hand clasped onto her hand.

Special Bond ~ Sharky

Don’t get it twisted, you loved everyone in the Beta Squad, a group of people who you now called your family.

One of The Narratives That Turned Canon

Why Jungkook not liking Jimin, when they were younger, is NOT true.

Images like this would circulate and be used as 'evidence' as to Jungkook's dislike for Jimin.

The narrative that Jungkook didn’t like Jimin and that Jimin annoyed/harassed Jungkook, always stemmed from cut off footage, jokey pictures or lack of understanding.

It needs to be remembered that the Rap Line joined Big Hit first, whilst the rest APART from Jimin joined in 2011.

Jimin was the last to join the trainees, around mid 2012. Being the last to join such an intense atmosphere of training, competition and comradery, we can understand that Jimin should have been the odd one out, the one that the trainees would have had the least shared experiences with, the least emotional bonds been the one that would have stuck out from the 'pack.'

The order of the members, as they joined Bangtan, with Jimin completing the group to form the 7 that we now know and love.

The Maknae of the group, Jungkook, had been taken under the wing of the hyung of the group, Jin, who protected him, gave him home comforts by taking him back with him to his family home, which was the closest to the dorms and treating him to meals, as the trainees had yet to make much money.

The maknae had also formed a close bond with the second youngest of the group Taehyung, who when he wanted to goof around and feel his age, he could count on him, who was the more extroverted out of the two and so would bring out different sides to Jungkook, that Jungkook couldn't display on his own and who helped in bringing the younger boy out of his shell.

For Jungkook he found cool, minor celeb underground rapper with a genius IQ and tall manly presence in Namjoon. He found the steady, unassuming presence in Yoongi, knowledgeable in the behind the scenes of music production with a pool of general knowledge also.
