Today i discovered it would be vastly easier to buy a whole new wagon for the yard then attempt to replace the tire.

What Idiot designer made it so you have to disassemble the rim to get the tire off! and the rim separates into three pieces. Three. I have to clamp them together while also making sure the nuts align. And the replacement tire doesn't fit together smoothly.

No, that would be too logical.

The nuts that hold the rim together are a half inch. the space between the rims on the new tire are three inches. The tire has to be pressed inward so that the nuts can meet. A job that should have taken one hour with basic tools, took instead five hours, two separate trips into town to the hardware store, and a specialty clamping apparatus that I had to cobble together.

And the kicker? I'm still not finished, I have to go back to the store tomorrow.
