Lymphatic health
girllsss i’ve seen so much improvement in my mental heath and my physical glow just after prioritizing lymphatic health care!!
Here are somethings i do on the daily which you can too!🎀
-i dry brush before showering
-before sleeping and after walking up, i lay my legs against the wall to promote blood circulation and excess water drainage
-i do lymphatic drainage massage on my stomach and legs from time to time, just follow a professional youtube tutorial
-at home RED LIGHT THERAPY!!
-avoid eating processed foods especially canned foods and chips and sodas. girls i know the cheetos is tempting but trust me the less you eat processed foods the less you feel inclined to eat them( from experience)
-avoid smoking anything
-replaced addictive processed foods with addictive healthy alternatives. i don’t force food on myself , i prioritize eating healthy but also tasty foods. I cook food i actually enjoy eating, i love juices and incorporate them a lot, i handpick my favorite fruits, etc. make your own fav healthy food agenda!🎀

My morning routine (time stamped)
07:00 - Wake up, get out of bed and go to the bathroom.
07:05 - Oral care routine—brush teeth, tongue scrape, floss, and mouthwash.
07:10 - Gua Sha face for lymphatic drainage. This really helps improve circulation and de-puffs the face.
07:15 - Skin care routine—cleanse, toner, eye serum, and sunscreen. I use K-beauty products and have noticed a tremendous difference in my skin texture. Let me know if you would like to know what products I use specifically.
07:20 - Get dressed for morning walk and plait hair.
07:25 - Have breakfast—30g protein minimum. No caffeine before food. My favourite breakfast has been two boiled eggs with protein yogurt, honey and fruit. I’m also trying to have more herbal teas instead of caffeinated drinks.
07:30 - Feed baby girl, get her changed and dressed for the day.
08:00 - Leave the house and go for a walk. I go for at least one hour. On Thursday’s, I walk for three hours with my friend.

I had a class last year on Lymphatic Drainage and this post was one that came up on my memories.
and so I wanted to share some information with y’all and mention some Essential Oils that would work very well when doing a Lymphatic Drainage Massage on yourself.
First off, for those who are not sure of what does a Lymphatic Drainage Massage means, here is a brief definition.
“Lymphatic drainage is a manual massage technique that works on the lymphatic system, stimulating it to work quickly by moving the lymph to the lymph nodes [throughout your body, but largely located in your neck, armpits, and groin]
There are many lymphatic drainage exit points. I have posted a picture showing you the major exiting points when massaging.
As for what ESSENTIAL OILS would assist best in a Lymphatic Drainage Massage are:
Grapefruit
Cypress
Clary Sage
Juniper Berry
Lemon
Lemongrass
Orange
Lavender
Peppermint
Ginger
Rosemary
Wintergreen
Black Pepper
Zendocrine
Wild orange (citrus EO)
Helichrysum
Oregano
Clove
Geranium
Sandalwood
Rosemary

After such a good start, back into fasting after two weeks away, I'm struggling.
The mucus problem is in overdrive.
Doesn't bother me so much during longer fasts, but it never goes away fully.
After a recommendation from a fellow resetter, I'm trying lymphatic drainage massage.
No idea if it's having any effect just yet, but I'm going to keep on with it, at least once a day.
I'm at the point now where I'll honestly try anything, as long as it's free, lol.
Most people have strongly advised me to go back to dairy free and persist with it.
But I don't want to do two things at once, or I won't know which one helped, if either of them DO help.
So I'll stick with this for a week. If ot makes no difference, I'll have to go dairy free once again.
I'm also now thinking the recent damp, muggy weather is another trigger.
Anyway, on with this new trual.
Plus I will hopefully have my results back from the hair strand bioresonance test in the next few days
I started the day with my usual bulletproof, then got moving with a good, solid upper body strength workout.
Lack of sleep, food intolerances, roller coaster blood sugars, inflammatory conditions and rubbish weather won't get in my way.
Clench those fists, look straight ahead, and keep working......

anyone else here a 17 y/o girlie with an "important lymphedema" that no one seems to find the cause of but "oh that's weird you shouldn't be suffering from this at age 17, people generally get those in their 60-70s"?
cause I personally can't do this anymore and I've been dealing with mine for just 4 months.

Has anyone gotten a lymphatic drainage massage and if so, how did you like it? I’m trying to lean more into my body care and I keep hearing about it. When I go to get a massage, is it usually booked under the name “lymphatic” or is it under another name?

If you have pain or inflammation of any kind:
1. Correct your diet & prioritize foods high in healthy fats, fiber, and chlorophyll (greens).
2. Eat & juice alkaline foods, especially leafy greens & cruciferous vegetables (anything in the cabbage family).
3. Get more oxygen into your body and cells.
I highly recommend oxygen therapy (e.g. hyperbaric oxygen chambers). If you’re local visit @aspenvalleywellness
4. Consider other anti-inflammatory therapies to further support healing like cryotherapy, red light therapy, lymphatic massages. If you’re local visit @upgradelabsriverton
Our lymphatic system is an integral part of our immune system. Detoxing & supporting this system is crucial to prevent or heal disease.

Say Goodbye to Puffy Eyes in Seconds with This Simple Massage Trick

Puffy eyes—we’ve all been there. Whether it's from a late night, a crying session, or just a rough morning, waking up with swollen, tired-looking eyes can make us feel less than our best. While makeup and cold compresses can help, what if there was a simple massage trick that could de-puff your eyes in just seconds? The good news is—there is! And the best part? You don’t need any special tools—just your fingers.
Let’s dive into why puffy eyes happen and how you can instantly refresh your look with this easy technique!
Why Do We Get Puffy Eyes?
Puffy eyes are caused by a buildup of fluid and inflammation in the delicate skin around our eyes. Some of the most common causes include:
🔹 Lack of sleep – One of the biggest culprits behind puffy eyes. 🔹 Dehydration – Not drinking enough water can cause water retention, leading to swelling. 🔹 Allergies – Seasonal allergies can lead to puffiness and irritation. 🔹 Too much salt – A salty meal before bed can cause fluid retention. 🔹 Crying – Tears contain salt, which can lead to puffiness. 🔹 Underlying health issues – Sinus infections or thyroid problems can also contribute.
Not only can puffy eyes make us look tired and older, but they can also be a sign that our body needs extra care. While addressing the root cause is important, there’s a quick fix to help you look brighter and more refreshed in just seconds.
The Simple Eye Massage Trick to De-Puff Instantly
This easy eye massage stimulates lymphatic drainage, helping to move trapped fluid away from the eye area. Here’s how to do it:
Step-by-Step Guide:
✅ Step 1: Make sure your hands are clean and dry. ✅ Step 2: Using your ring fingers, gently press on the outer corners of your eyes. ✅ Step 3: Move in a light upward and outward motion—repeat 5-7 times. ✅ Step 4: Switch to the inner corners of your eyes and repeat the same motion. ✅ Step 5: Feel the gentle drainage? That’s your lymphatic system working to clear out excess fluid!
This technique not only reduces puffiness but also boosts circulation, giving your eyes a brighter, more awake appearance.
Why This Massage Trick Works
The skin around your eyes is delicate and prone to fluid buildup. By using a gentle massage, you’re helping to:
✔ Stimulate lymphatic drainage – Removing excess fluid that causes puffiness. ✔ Boost circulation – Bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the area. ✔ Reduce inflammation – Helping calm irritated, swollen skin. ✔ Relax facial tension – Which can contribute to puffiness and fine lines.
And the best part? This takes less than a minute and can be done anytime, anywhere—before a big meeting, after a flight, or in the morning before your skincare routine.
