Luke Castellan: Pawn, Link, and the Nuance Between Hero and Villain
After rereading the Percy Jackson saga, I have reaffirmed an opinion I have always held about Luke Castellan. From the first time I read the books, I never saw him as a villain in the strict sense of the word, but neither as a hero. His role in the story is complex, ambiguous, and deeply tragic, making him one of the most fascinating characters in the series. To truly understand his impact on the narrative, it is necessary to analyze him in detail and grasp what he truly represents within the conflict between the gods and their demigod children.
Luke is not the villain of the story—Kronos is. Nor is he a hero, as he never fully commits to the cause of good. He is not the loyal friend of the protagonist, like Grover, nor the ally who challenges the gods out of a sense of justice, like Annabeth. And although he plays the role of an antagonist throughout the story, he is not an enemy by conviction but by pain. Luke is, in essence, a pawn in a game far greater than himself, but also a link between two worlds: that of the gods and that of the demigods who have been abandoned and mistreated by them. His existence within the plot serves as a bridge, allowing us to see the gap between divinity and humanity and how that distance can lead to tragedy.
From a strategic perspective, Luke is the ideal tool for Kronos' plans. However, he is not indispensable; any other demigod harboring deep resentment toward the gods could have taken his place. What makes Luke the perfect candidate is his history of suffering and abandonment. His past is marked by the gods' negligence and the absence of a true family. Hermes, his father, left him alone with a mother whose mind had shattered after seeing too much of her son’s fate. Luke grew up without real guidance, with a mother who could not protect him and a father who was entirely absent. For a child, that kind of abandonment is not only painful but formative. It is not difficult to imagine how a young boy in that situation would develop a deep resentment toward the gods, especially when his very existence seems to prove that they do not truly care about their children.
But Luke’s pain is not limited to his family. His best friend, Thalia, sacrificed herself to protect him, dying for the very cause of the gods he despised. His relationship with Annabeth, whom he took in and protected when she was a child, adds another layer of complexity to his character. To Annabeth, Luke represented a home when she had no one else, and his betrayal was one of the deepest wounds she suffered throughout the series. However, from Luke’s perspective, Annabeth was one of the few people he trusted, yet at the same time, part of the structure that bound him to Camp Half-Blood and the gods—something he deeply hated. At many points, his attitude toward her seems to blend genuine affection with manipulation, making their relationship one of the most tragic and ambiguous in the series.
His resentment extended beyond his personal history. He saw how the demigods marginalized by Olympus were treated as mere tools rather than people. Luke never had a home, neither with his mother nor at Camp Half-Blood. For him, the gods’ betrayal was not a theory but a tangible reality that shaped his childhood. This deep sense of abandonment and anger made it easy for Kronos to manipulate him. The Titan did not need to force or deceive him too much; he only had to feed the hatred that already existed within him. Luke became the perfect recruiter because he truly believed in his cause, and in a way, his pain was genuine. He even managed to plant doubt in Percy, a character whose strength lies in his unwavering sense of right and wrong.
However, understanding Luke does not mean justifying him. Despite his motivations, Luke made terrible decisions and hurt many people along the way. He manipulated Silena, used her for his own ends, and left her trapped in a moral dilemma that ultimately destroyed her. He abandoned his own fellow camper, Chris Rodríguez, to madness inside Daedalus’ Labyrinth. He betrayed his fellow demigods and justified their deaths under the idea of a greater good. His fight against Olympus was not rooted in justice but in resentment, and that led him to support absolute destruction. While his cause had merit, his methods and his willingness to sacrifice others showed that he was not a true revolutionary leader but someone consumed by hatred.
The culmination of his story comes with his final sacrifice. To some, this act may seem heroic, but in reality, it is more human than heroic. Luke did not die as a savior but as someone who, too late, realized the weight of his actions. He understood that he could not change the past or undo the damage he had caused, but he could still make one final decision to prevent an even greater catastrophe. In that moment, he does not act as a redeemed villain or as a glorified martyr. He simply does what he believes is right in the only instant he still has the power to do so.
If we talk about heroism in its purest sense, there are many characters in the story who embody that quality far better than Luke. Percy, Annabeth, Nico, the Hunters of Artemis, the satyrs, the dryads, and all the demigods who fought for the right cause, even when they had reasons to resent the gods, are the true heroes. Many of them died defending Olympus not because they were blind to its flaws, but because they understood that something greater was at stake. Luke was not part of this group because, for most of his life, he was too consumed by his pain to fight for something larger than his own vengeance.
But while Luke was not a hero, he did not end up as a villain either. In his final act, he does not seek glory or absolution. He only tries to correct, as much as possible, the damage he has caused. In the end, he does not die as a savior or a monster but simply as a demigod who made one last right choice. And, in a way, that is more than enough.

ode to a conversation stuck in your throat | luke castellan
based on this post in luke's pov.
warnings: loser!luke a little bit, percabeth crumbs and teasing from them, swear words, luke being jealous
i. i used to call you my best friend, way back before you were my everything.
"beth, you need to drop it," luke groaned, toying with the armor on his body. the young girl had been stuck on this conversation for hours now. ever since luke showed up to the athena cabin to talk strategy (there was no strategy talk, it was a ploy to get luke alone so she could knock some sense into him), annabeth had been going on and on about you and luke and your relationship.
"i'm just saying, you need to make a move."
"you have been saying that," luke checked the watch around his wrist. he tapped on the glass, "for about an hour and seventeen minutes."
"i'm sorry, but we're tired of watching you guys give googly eyes to each other and not do a thing about it," she replied, trying to keep up with luke as he walked towards the woods. luke was using his height and long legs to his advantage, hoping that she'd finally give up. (he should've known better; annabeth never actually gave up on anything.) "even percy asked me what was going on between you guys and he just got here like ten minutes ago."
"we do not give each other the googly eyes," annabeth shot him a pointed look. luke paused, pursing his lips, "fine, i give her googly eyes but she doesn't reciprocate."
"i knew you were dumb, but i didn't think you were a fucking idiot."
"hey, language," he tutted, crossing his arms over his chest. he can see the crowds of campers gearing up for capture the flag. "who taught you that word?"
she rolled her eyes, "sorry, but 'freaking' didn't have the same oomph."
"we're done with this conversation, 'kay?" luke walked away, shaking his head. under his breath, he mumbled, "fucking kids, man."
from behind him, he heard annabeth call out to him, "and you wonder where i learned the word!"
luke chuckled, twirling his sword expertly as he approached the group. he spotted you a few feet back talking to percy. the kid looked scared out of his mind, but after you reassured him that he probably wouldn't sustain any life-altering injuries, his demeanor relaxed.
luke walked over to you, immediately placing an arm around your waist. you knew that it was luke before you even got a look at him. you nudged yourself closer to him as you ended your conversation with percy.
"you'll be alright kid," you said, offering him a genuine smile. "i know clar has been giving you a hard time, but she's just like that. she'll warm up to you."
luke could tell that percy didn't really believe you based on the look on his face, but he also saw percy's eyes flicker to the lack of space between you and luke and knew that it was his time to go.
percy rubbed the back of his neck and cleared his throat, "alright, thanks, y/n. i appreciate it."
"no problem, percy. i'm sure beth wouldn't let anything happen to you anyway."
as percy walked away to find annabeth, you twisted your body to face luke. you beamed at him in a way that luke could only describe as cute. whenever you talked to him, the crinkles by your eyes appeared and your cheeks pushed up on your face, a slight tint of pink dusted over them.
"hi, luke," you greeted, "ready to win?"
"yes, ma'am," he mirrored your smile. he adjusted the strap on your armor, lightly grazing his fingers over your exposed collarbone. "you gonna show off the skills i taught you?"
"of course," you paused, "i might even be better than you now. maybe i can teach you some things."
he softly pinched your hip, making you squeal. he laughed at your reaction. "don't get cocky, dove."
"i'm just saying," you slowly peeled yourself away from him, but held his hands in yours as you moved backward. "one day the student becomes the teacher, castellan."
"that day is not today, but i'm loving this confidence."
you sent him a wink before joining your siblings. luke felt his knees buckle at the simple gesture. his heart was hammering in his chest and he was half-sure that the people around him could hear his heart thumping against the armor, like a drumbeat. he was glad that his helmet was hiding his face because annabeth and percy were now looking at him, both of their hands in a "thumbs up" gesture in the air.
ii. and it may not mean much but your plates are in his sink and your sweater's on his bed.
your team won (of course you did), but the victory came second to the claiming of percy. percy didn't make it to dinner, no doubt stuck talking to chiron and mr. d about what it all meant, but he was back in time for the celebratory bonfire.
percy found annabeth and luke grabbing some cookies on the snack table when he finally gave up trying to understand the prophecy for the night. luke threw an arm over his shoulder, "forbidden child, how you holding up?"
"i don't really want to talk about it. i honestly don't even know how i feel right now."
"that's fair," annabeth said, outstretching her hand to reveal a handful of oreo cookies. "want some?"
"thanks," percy took a cookie, his eyes scanning the bonfire for any other familiar (and kind) faces. his eyes landed on you. "i do want to talk about that, though."
luke and annabeth's eyes followed percy's to find you talking to an ares kid. you were sitting far from the fire (luke knew you hated how the smell of smoke lingered on your clothes.) luke's eyes narrowed, head tilting in question because he'd never really paid attention to the kid before. james? jackson? j-something? he was racking his brain trying to remember the kid's name.
"they look cozy," annabeth stated through a mouthful of oreos. "he's cute."
"no he's not," luke argued, looking at his sister in disbelief. "he's like okay looking, i guess, but he's nothing like special. i don't know. do you think he's cute percy?"
"dude, you have issues."
whether luke chose to ignore percy's comment or genuinely didn't hear him, didn't matter, because luke was already riled up. he shouldn't go over there, right? you were just talking to the kid. gods, he really should know his name. "plus, he's an ares kid. he's like the enemy. y/n wouldn't do that."
the two kids shared a look, trying to hold in their laughter. luke was too preoccupied with looking at you to notice them anyway. his eyes were on you like a hawk. he watched as you moved over on the log you were sitting on to make room for him. luke's eyes widened when you locked eyes with him. you smiled at him, offering a little wave, before returning to your conversation.
"did she really just do that?"
"let someone sit next to her...?" annabeth asked, dusting her hands on her pants to rid of the crumbs. "yeah, it is allowed."
luke chewed on his bottom lip, "i don't like the look of this."
percy rolled his eyes, voiced laced with sarcasm. "really? what a surprise."
iii. my baby, spare me all the rest. please just tell me that nobody else touches you like i do.
luke was going crazy. he could count on one hand the amount of interactions he's had with you over the last two weeks. at first, he tried to tell himself that you were just busy. you had a lot of things to do, but then he started noticing that you didn't seem busy when jake asked to hang out. (luke scoffed when he found out the boy's name. of course, his name was jake. typical.)
it felt like luke was getting stabbed in the heart every time he saw you walking around with jake, his arm thrown over your shoulder while you laughed at his (probably unfunny) jokes. you called off your training sessions with him to go practice your archery with jake (he wasn't even that good) his usual seat next to you during meals were suddenly occupied by the ares boy. he even saw him walk you back to your cabin one night and he wrapped his arms around you in a hug like he wasn't going to see you the next day.
luke had grown grumpy and everyone noticed it, but nobody was willing to ask him why you and him stopped being attached to the hip all of a sudden. nobody was brave enough to.
the final nail to the coffin was when he wandered into the dining hall, making his way over to chris (because that's where he sat now) and he saw you in an unfamiliar hoodie. plastered over your chest was the insignia for the ares cabin.
enough was enough.
luke stood outside your cabin while everyone else was giving their offerings to the gods. he was trying to figure out what to say to you but his brain was going a million miles an hour. all the words blurred together into a gigantic mess. he was never good with words or explaining himself when it came to you. he never really had to tell you anything before, you always just knew.
sighing, luke mustered up the courage to knock on your door with his head hanging low. when you opened the door, luke could've died in embarrassment because he just started talking, like all of the lines he prepared just spilled out of his mouth.
"please dump him," luke pushed past you to pace around the floor of your cabin. "i don't know how serious your relationship is with him but i am begging you to dump him. you belong with me. i miss you and i haven't seen you really in weeks and it's killing me, dove. i don't know what to do because you keep canceling our plans to hang out with him and i feel like i'm losing you. and-and you're wearing his clothes now? if you were cold or something, you know you could always wear mine! i literally have a drawer under my bed of things that are reserved for you. i sprayed my cologne on them and everything because i know you like it, but you went to him? i just-"
luke stopped pacing and finally looked at you. you were hiding your giggles behind your fist. luke furrowed his eyebrows in confusion before his eyes trailed down your body. oh.
you were wearing his shirt. you walked over to him, reaching up to grab his face, "are you done?"
he was calmer now, "please dump him."
"i can't do that, luke."
"why not?"
you laughed at his whiny voice, "i can't dump him because i'm not dating him."
luke blinked, "you're not?"
"no," your rubbed his face with the pad of your thumb, "we're just friends. he's actually been helping me get over my crush on you."
luke's head was spinning. he definitely read the situation so wrong. "your what?"
"oh, castellan, please," you were blushing now. "it started out with jake wanting to ask me out but i told him about my crush on you and how i felt like nothing would ever happen between me and you. he suggested that maybe i should distance myself from you, at least until my crush went away, but the longer i was away from you, the clearer it became. i'm not getting over you any time soon."
"please don't ever get over me."
"you're a dork," you teased, but you smiled at him again. that special smile you reserved for him. "i can't believe you never noticed i liked you."
"i can't believe you didn't notice i liked you."
"will you shut up and kiss me, please?"
you didn't need to tell him twice. "yes, ma'am."

okay. so i rewatched the episode to really see what I didn't like about it. and i think that its mostly just how they handled Luke's backstory reveal and talking about May Castellan. Like in this episode (which is only 30 minutes which is not doing them any favors) they just go ahead and reveal everything about May, her being a "seer" and all that. But in the books the May Castellan plot is one of the biggest reveals we get in the whole series. And in this episode we learn a watered down version of it 3rd hand from Annabeth as they're actively doing something else. It just lessens the blow of it in my opinion. Like in the books when they meet her, it's like a punch to the chest, it's scary and sad and a devastating look at her and Luke's background and relationship with the gods. And having it reduced to a side note exposition feels rushed and clunky. To me, it honestly reads like they don't think they're going to get renewed and are wanting to fit as much of the over-arching plot in as possible.
I think another thing that could be affecting it is Rick's lack of screenwriting experience. Obviously he isn't the only writer on the crew but he clearly had a large influential say in what happens, imdb even lists him as a writer in some episodes. He obviously is an extremely talented and successful writer, but he isn't a screenwriter, he's a book author, which are completely different mediums that use different techniques. Good foreshadowing in a tv show uses the "show don't tell" technique, and alludes to important things that you might miss on the first watch. But the show seems to be taking the extremely blatant exposition route with both telling on May Castellan so soon and setting Percy up to scorn the gods.
Like i feel like May could be brought up early in this season and it work well, but it has to be told by Luke. Like potentially at the end when during his reveal to Percy, with a whole "not everybody gets to go home and see their mom at the end of the summer" type of vibe. Like i think that would have been beautiful and really worked. Not as an aside from Annabeth in the middle of the Lotus Hotel.

OCEAN EYES
Summary: In which the son of the God of thieves, is head over heels in love with the daughter of the sea God.
Warnings: possible grammar mistakes.
Pairing: Luke x daughter of Poseidon x Little brother Percy
------------------------------------------------------------
Luke Catellan could remember much more than clearly the first time time he set eyes upon his precious Marella, the way all the campers ran to the Lake to watch the arrival of the God and Goddess of the sea, and in between them was a breathtaking little girl clinging on to her father and mother's hands.
Luke had never seen a goddess before but in that moment Amphitrite looked as if her heart had been torn from her chest, and Poseidon held a serious face. Luke observed from the sidelines next to Annabeth as Mr. D and Chiron went out on the deck to meet then, Chiron bowing his head in pure respect to the God of the sea.
All the campers observed the scene before them, the short exchange of words between Gods, Luke's eyes completely glued to the little girl who stood with pure elegance between her parents, a heartbroken look on her face, causing Luke's heart to pain at her displeasure.
Soon enough the Sea God passed a small bag of some sort to Chiron, as he let out a harsh sigh looking over to his wife who was on the verge of tears, he watched Poseidon fall to his knees before the little girl, stopping for a moment to touch her face before embracing the small girl in a hug, his wife cried next to him lowering herself as well pressing a kiss to her husband's bastard's face, she muttered soft words of reassurance to the girl before her husband gently began pulling her away
The entire camp watched as Mr. D offered the crying girl his hand allowing him to guid her to her Cabin, Luke watched as Poseidon and Amphitrite walked back into the lake, sad looks displayed on both of their Godly faces.
"Hey Luke, are you okay?" asked Percy Jackson his bright blue orbs looking up at him, the same eyes that would look up at him with such love and adoration any other day, as they had been heading towards lunch, "yeah, sorry about that buddy" said the Hermes boy before replacing his emotionless face with his usual bright smile.
"He's probably daydreaming about his precious Ocean Princess" said Chris with a teasing laugh, causing Luke to give him a death glare, "ocean Princess?" asked Percy, "Yeah, actually she's the reason he was late to training this morning" teased the Hermes boy.
Percy gave Luke a look of confusion causing him to sigh, "Marella, she's the daughter of the sea god" explained Luke to the young boy, "She's Poseidon's kid?" asked Percy, "I thought you said Zeus, Poseidon and Hades weren't allowed to have children."
"they aren't that's why they are called forbidden kids, Thalia was the first of them, but when Poseidon found out he felt threatened so he decided to get back at Zeus and he had a daughter as well who he made a gift to his wife" stated Chris, "So if she was gift to Amphitrite how did she end up here?" asked Percy trying to keep up with the older boys pace.
"Zeus found out and thought his brother's actions disrespectful, but when he found out the demigod was a little girl he didn't have the heart to kill her, so he demanded she be taken to camp, Amphitrite begged him not to take her away, but her sadness was more than enough punishment for Poseidon" explained Luke, stopping in his tracks a huge smile forming on his face.
Percy turned his head to look at what he was looking at, there in the water stood a girl, her hips swaying from side to side, her long curly hair passing her lower back swaying with her movements, her hands moving in graceful motions, her writs, ankles, waist and neck adorned with different types of shell bracelets and necklaces, the water around glowed and splashed along side her movements.
"Whoah" breathed out Percy, causing Chris to laugh as he watched Luke walk down to the edge on the lake, standing behind her, Percy observed the small fishes swimming around her following her movements and the soft humming passing her lips.
And soon enough the girl came to a halt slowly turning to see Luke standing there with a stupid grin on his face, Percy was quick to take notice to the way her glowing eyes soon came to a light blue shade, a spitting image of his own.
The new camper watched the girl graceful move her hand out towards the lake signaling for the fish to return to their activities, she smiled at Luke her beautiful dimples forming on both sides of her face causing Luke's heart to race, as she so gracefully made her way out of the water to where Luke stood.
Percy watched the girl raise her hand up to Luke's hight to softly sooth her thumb over Luke's scar, Percy couldn't believe his eyes as he watched his new found friend melt by just the touch of the pretty girl's fingers, she said something to Luke but Percy couldn't hear from his stance next to Chris.
He watched the short girl giggle at something his friend said before the older boy quickly ran over to where some navy blue flip-flops laid on the beach the pretty slippers also adorned with shells, he quickly placed them down for her to put on, before offering her his arm which she accepted with a smile before Luke guided her in their direction.
"He's so wiped" stated Percy, "I know" said Chris his eyes following the pair as they finally reached them, "Ella" greeted Chris doing a playful bow in respect of her, causing her to laugh, "always the jest Chris" she said her thick English accent rolling effortlessly off her tongue.
"Oh Princess, this is Percy Jackson the new camper I was telling you about, the one that killed the minotaur" explained Luke to Marella, "oh yes, the one the Ares kids have been speaking of, it is a true pleasure to finally meet you Percy" she said with a pretty smile.
“I- it’s a pleasure to meet you too, your highness?” Said Percy his mouth hanging open slightly at his lack of words, the girl simply giggled at the boys reaction, “please, just call me Ella these two are simply messing around about the princess thing” explained the girl, “well it’s nice to meet you too Ella”
——————————————————————————
The next day after Percy's incident in the bathroom he had gotten up early before his other fellow campers and made his way out to the lake, walking out to the dock Percy soon took notice to the curly haired girl seated to the very end of it with her feet hanging off the very edge into the water.
"Hey" greeted Percy causing her to turn to face him, she beamed up at him, "Good Morning sleepyhead" she greeted patting the empty space next to her, turning back to watch the sun continue to rise.
Percy smiled quickly occupying the empty space, mumbling a small good morning under his breath, "Why are you up so early?" asked the girl swirly her feet in the water. Percy glanced down and his brows lifted in surprise as he was met with the sight of baby tadpoles following her motions in the water.
"I guess I couldn't sleep, um this girl last night, Annabeth she said I was gonna help her win today?" said the unsure boy scratching the back of his head in confusion.
Ella let out a little laugh at his words, "Oh that Annabeth always three paces ahead of everyone" sighed out the ocean beauty before leaning back bracing herself on her palms, "You know her?" asked Percy, "Everyone at camp knows Annabeth she's been here for ages along with Luke, she's led the blue team into victory three straight times" stated the older girl.
"So that's what she was talking about me being on their team?" asked Percy, "Most likely" she responded, "Are you on our team? I'm just guessing because you and Luke seem very close..." rambled the young boy.
Ella chuckled at his words, "No love, I'm not allowed to part take in such sport" she explained, "Because you're a forbidden kid?" "Not really, let's just say if I was allowed it wouldn't be much of a competition" Ella shrugged, "So I'm guessing because there is no other living forbidden children here to compete with me, Chiron asked me quite politely to not take part in it" she explained.
"Oh that makes sense" said Percy take a glance at the girl before turning back to the sunrise fiddling with his fingers, "I um have a question and I really hope you don't mind me asking, but Chris told me you were raised by Poseidon and Amphitrite..." Ella took a deep breath before replying, "You wish to know how it happened?" she asked to which Percy quickly nodded.
"When my father found out of Thalia's being he thought her a threat, and felt betrayed by his brother so he decided if Zeus was calling another war, he would also have his warrior. I don't know much of my biological mother but from what my father has told me she adored the ocean and for her dedication and love to it Poseidon gifted her the opportunity to be my mother, and when the time came he took me to Atlantis and there Amphitrite took me and raised and loved me as her own, but when Zeus found out of my being, he found me a threat to his throne, he believed my father was plotting against him, so he banished me here to camp where I am not allowed to go past the border, I am forbidden to see my father but Zeus allows my mother to visit me at least once a year" spoke Ella as Percy listened intently.
"that's not fair, to have you ripped away from your family and home" stated Percy his brows now frowned in sadness, "It does not matter what is fair, the Gods do not care, either ways Zeus was smart to take me away from them, my father has been preparing me to win a war since I took my very first step, and my mother has taught me to rule, Zeus was smart with his actions, besides if I wasn't banished I wouldn't have met any of you guys" smiled the girl which Percy hesitated before returning.
"Come on now little one we must get you breakfast, after all you have have long day ahead of you” said Ella lifting her hand to rub Percy's hair causing him to laugh, maybe he could find his place here after all.
------------------------------------------------------------
Ella resigned in her cabin alone as always, a book in hand as she laid on her bed waiting patiently for Luke to come seek her out and tell her all about his win, how she adored to listen to the charming Hermes boy ramble to her about anything and everything, just having the opportunity to look at his handsome face and listen to his attractive voice was more than enough to satisfy her.
Hearing the sound of her cabin door opening she placed her her book down to the side sitting up to face the intruder, "Ella, Chiron is looking for you" spoke Annabeth from the doorway a strange look on her face, "Why, what's the matter Beth?" asked Ella.
"It's Percy he's been claimed" stated Annabeth taking short steps forward, Ella smiled to the Athena girl "That's marvelous news, but what's the matter then Beth?" asked the daughter of Poseidon to the pride of Athena "Ella... he's been claimed by Poseidon, Percy is your brother."

I'll say it once and don't ever!! make me say it again: Luke is wildly different from Octavian because while Luke was a victim of the oppressive killing machine of a system that the gods put up, Octavian not only benefited from it but reinforced the hierarchy.
Luke Catellan was a revolutionary that lost sight of what was right, but came from the right place; and at last, he understood, sacrificing himself for his people and making ammend for his mistakes.
Octavian is an opressive tyrant who never cared about anything or anyone but himself; his death was not a sacrifice but an inevitable self-destruction, caused only by his hunger for glory and power.

Apollo’s Favorite (Luke Catellan X Reader)
Summary: Reader gets called upon a quest from her father, a quest where she is destined to never return. Very much similar to Yue in Avatar the last air bender
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Warnings!: angsty ish. Fem!Apollo!reader. No happy ending sorta? Erm not proof read😔😔
Percy had just gotten to Camp yesterday. Poor boy, just lost his mother, put into a camp with a bunch of strangers. Percy was rethinking all of his life’s choices when he finally snapped out of it and realised it was all real. He was here, with the counselor of Hermes cabin learning the “Ins and the Outs” at camp.
As they walked they walked around the U shaped cabins they passed Cabin 7. Percy was very attentive and noticed how beautiful the cabin shined. How the sun reflected off of the carefully, crafted pillars of the building. As he admired the cabin..which was way better than Hermes Cabin. He read the plaque just above the doors of the cabin and he noticed a wooden bow and arrow with intricate gold detailing just above the door of the cabin and under the plaque.
“In Great Thanks to Y/n L/n…” Percy read in his head of off plaque. “Hey Luke?” Percy turned to his left,
“Yeah?” Luke answered
“Who’s Y/n L/n, sounds like she’s got a whole bunch of glory.” Percy joked
Luke thought to himself, he looked like he was reminiscing. This alarmed Percy, maybe he hit a soft spot and he didn’t know?
“Yeah she has a lot of glory. She’s known as Apollo’s Favorite”
- Last Year Around the Summer Solstice-
I was shooting arrows at the shooting range when Chiron aproached me. My bow and arrow was my most prized possession, a gift, from my father. Being Apollo’s favorite was, pressuring and nerve racking. The Gods were very bipolar, it could’ve changed in an instant. If you keep trying to understand why the Gods are the way that they are, you’ll drive yourself crazy.
“They are ready for you to choose.” Chiron continued “Follow me” he gestured and he started walking.
I wordlessly followed. I didn’t know who to choose. I knew one thing though, I wasn’t choosing him. I was terrified. The Oracle is always confusing, but this one was very crystal clear.
“One soul is destined to never return back to the place they once called home”
Everyone that attended Camp Half-Blood knew it as home. Somewhere they could belong. One of the three of us is not making it back.
As we got closer to the circle of the camps best, my stomach was churning the words of the Oracle repeating in my head. How would Luke react when I don’t pick him? We go on each others quest all the time. But this one, I just. I don’t think I could live if Luke is the one who didn’t return.
I stood there before all of them. I pointed at an Ares girl, Clarisse, I think. She’s a fierce fighter. “You….and..” I hesitated. I looked at Luke, he was looking straight back at me. “You.” I pointed to one of my half brothers that was right next to him. The look of betrayal showed on his face.
“Very well” Chiron announced. “Pack everything you will need. Your journey will begin Tomorrow morning, and your deadline is, The Summer Solstice.”
I watched as everyone walked away, everyone but Luke of course. I tried to start walking away before he could say anything to me.
I started but he followed “ What the hell was that?” He asked, he sounded furious.
“What do you mean Castellan?” I always called him by his last name.
“You know what I mean L/n” And he called me by mines.
“Because you don’t understand what’s at stake here. This quest changes everything.” I said.
“So why didn’t you choose me. We always go on eachothers quest.” He questioned.
“It doesn’t matter. I need to pack my-“ I started walked as fast as I could now. He cut my words off.
“What’s going on L/n?? What the the hell did the Oracle say to you. I don’t understand why you didn’t choose me”
At this point I was fed up. It was too much. One of us is going to die. It could be me, or it could be one of the other two.
“BECAUSE ONE OF US ISN’T GOING TO MAKE IT BACK.” I finally shouted. I could never keep anything away from Luke Castellan.
“Wha-what?” He stammered.
“One of us, isn’t. Going. To make it. The Oracle said to me. ‘One soul is destined to never return back to the place they once called home’ Don’t you get it?? One of us isn’t coming back. And I’m not going to let you onto this quest because I don’t know what I would do if you died because of me.” I finally let out with a sigh. “Now please, I need to pack.” I left him there. He didn’t say anything as I walked away.
I finally made it back to cabin 7. What if I was the one that would die? I’ve never been scared of death. I always sort of knew my father was going to give me a choice of something being his favorite and all. I never even desired glory. I just wanted to be a kid.
Everyone else was at the archery range or doing other camp activities, so the cabin was empty when I arrived. I started to pack my things. Some clothes, some medicines I had made, and other needs. Finally I looked at my bunk. Above my pillow hung my bow and arrows. Of course I was taking my bow and arrow. I carefully took it off the holder on the wall and placed it on my bag. The mist will cover it once we are in the regular world.
I was almost done when I heard a knock. I knew who it was. If it was one of my siblings they would’ve just come in. “Come in!” I shouted. I was working on making more medicine for the quest.
“Hi Castellan” I said with my back turned to him.
“Refuse the quest.” He said.
“Excuse me? I can’t refuse a quest from my father himself are you nuts?” I didn’t turn to look at him, still working on the ambrosia mixture.
“What if it’s you?” He said, I swear I heard the smallest crack in his voice.
I finally turned to look at him. He was worried I can tell.
“Then it is me. I will die a very famous glorious death.” I said half jokingly.
“This isn’t funny, you can’t die on me Y/n I need you.” He came closer.
My first name coming from him made me wince. He’d only ever called me Y/n when he wanted me to take him serious.
“Luke, everything is going to be okay.” I walked to him and grabbed his hands. “I’ll always be here for you.”
“Always?” He asked as we interlocked hands.
“Always.” I confirmed with a smile. “Come on, Dinner’s gonna begin soon, and I can’t wait for desert they’re having strawberry shortcake!” I said as I dragged him towards the door. I could finish my medicine later.
“Alright alright.” He followed…not that he had a choice or anything.
-Morning of The Quest-
“Thought you could leave without saying goodbye?” I heard Luke say.
I turned around and ran to hug him. “It was too early. I didn’t want to bother you I-“ he cut me off
“Y/n.” I finally looked at him in the eyes. Taking in all of him. If I didn’t come back, this would be the last time I would see him. “You could never bother me” he finished his sentence.
“Okay, I’m sorry, but I really need to get going” I said.
“Right, uhm. Before you go I…” he hesitated.
“You…?” I quipped to make fun of him.
“I uhm wanted to give you this.” He handed me a bracelet, it had all of my favorite colors and it was simple. Just how I liked it. I loved it. “And I have a matching one!”
“Luke, this is..” I looked up at him. “Amazing, thank you I love it. I’ll wear it for the rest of my life.” I hugged him, tighter than I ever had before. This could be our last hug after all.
“Come on!!! STOP MACKING WITH MY SISTER WE NEED TO GET GOING!!” My half brother shouted.
“Leo SHUT UP.” I shouted back.
“You should get going” he said as he hugged me.
“Yeah.” I said disappointedly. “Luke?”
“Yeah?” He looked down. And I finally looked up at him for the last time. And I kissed him. I had never kissed anyone before. But I’m glad I kissed Luke. He kissed me back, and it was like we were made for each other. Like plato had sculpted us out perfectly for eachother. After what seemed like forever we pulled apart foreheads pushed together.
“Don’t die on me. Okay?” He said as he he looked into my eyes.
“You’re never getting rid of me Castellan” I smirked as I started walking away.
And so we set off on our quest, hoping for the best. As I looked back at camp over my shoulder. I saw Luke standing there waiting for me to leave his line of sight before going back to his cabin. He waved as a looked back. And I waved too.
-Current Day, Camp Half-Blood-
“She’s the soul of the Sun now.” Luke answered monotonely. “Every century, Apollo picks a new soul to be the Sun, otherwise the Sun wouldn’t shine without a soul.” He explained to Percy. “Y/n L/n was the soul he chose to be the next Sun. We didn’t think it would be Y/n. Everyone knew she was Apollo’s favorite but, we didn’t know the reason she was, was because she was the next Sun.” He said.
“So this Y/n girl, she’s..that?” Percy said as he pointed to the sun.
“Yup.” Luke confirmed.
“She went into the quest knowing that one of them wasn’t going to make it. She knew there was a big chance it was going to be her but, she went on the quest anyway.” Luke went into detail.
“Wow she’s..really brave. I guess that’s why she has a plaque in her honor?” Percy asked.
“Yeah, her siblings fought for it to be done. She was so young you know? She was, brave, kind, and so smart. She was amazing.” Luke noticed he might’ve said a little too much when Percy questioned.
“Were you close with her?” Percy asked.
“Yeah, she was..we were..it’s complicated.” Luke muttered.
“You guys loved eachother..huh?” Percy picked up.
“Yeah,” Luke sighed. “I loved her a lot. I never got to tell her. How could I not though? She was so perfect. Down to earth. She never wanted all of the glory and monsters. You know?” Luke said. He hadn’t talked abt Y/n in ages. Of course she was always on his mind. But he never really talked about her anymore. He couldn’t bring himself to.
“Yeah. I know the feeling.” Percy felt exactly like Y/n. He didn’t want to be a half blood. He didn’t want glory. He didn’t want any of this.
“Well, uhm. We should get going, we have a tight schedule.” Luke said as he started walking away. Percy followed. As they walked together. Percy noticed Luke adjusting a bracelet on his wrist a lot after talking about Y/n.
“Yup..” Percy thought to himself “ …Definitely hit a soft spot.”

luke catellan x jackson!reader
summary : what if? thalia tree couldn't be save by the fleece but something else golden
luke and I were sent on a quest for a golden apple to save our friend thalia and we’ve both have been stopped by a god
“ares” i whispered under my breath as i stood next to luke “hey cousin…nephew” the god eyes scanned both of us “what do you want ares” luke groaned rolling his eyes in annoyance
“a fight castellan…one simple fight” ares grinned cracking his knuckles then cracking his neck “oh really then…you’re gonna regret that request uncle” luke smirked while pushing me behind him “luke n-“ i was cut off by the god laughing “not you buddy…her” his leather glove pointed out towards me making my eyes widen in fear
i’ve never gone against a god especially OF WAR
“scared now castellan…blame her brother thinking he can get away with beating me THE god of war yeah i don’t think so, time for percy to pay the price…and that means his sister” ares explained waiting for one of us to say anything “touch her and you die” luke hissed his eyes lowering like darkness was taking over him “luke stop let me do this” i stepped up from behind him trying to negotiate
“hell no y/n i am not letting you get hurt” luke argued “ill be fine…trust me please” i grab his cheek pulling him down placing a kiss on his forehead before quickly grabbing the sword from his pocket stepping forward ready to fight
“come at me you son of a bitch/zeus” i yelled holding up my sword “you dumb girl” ares said before charging at me full force as i did the same
when we finally reached each other ares swung his sword at my neck barely missing my throat but enough to make me wince im pain at the mark the blade left “I’m gonna kill you-“ luke started to charge at ares when i got up stopping him “luke stay back” i groaned taking my hand of the wound letting blood smear on my neck “come on i know you can do better…cuz” i smirked as ares got angrier going in for another swipe to my neck when i dodged it sliding on my knees under him getting grass stains on my jeans
i stood up behind him slicing his leg deep making him yelp in pain as gold liquid spilled out the fresh cut i gave him “not so fun isn’t it” i asked spinning my sword in my hand stabbing him in the back
i quickly pulled out my blade before walking in front of him as he was still down “give us the apple…coward” i bent down to his ear level whispering making him groan in annoyance he then reached in his pocket pulling out a shiny gold fruit handing it to me. Sitting up he got up in his legs again making me step back a little “more mouthy then your brother” ares commented using his sword as a cane to hold himself up as he compared me to my brother “get it from my mom” i said grinning as luke stood next to me wrapping his arm around my waist pulling me closer “we have to get back to camp now uncle” luke said grabbing the apple from my hand tossing it as we stood grassy grown
𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐅 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐃
we finally made it back to camp with minor cuts a scraps “ready” luke turned to me holding my hand “ready as ill ever be..but we did this for thalia” i reminded him “i know now lets go” he said turning his head towards the entrance
we stepped through the portal making a woosh noise when abrupt claps came from the campers cheering us on when someone brought me in a tight squeeze making me let my hand let go if luke’s
“i’m so glad you guys aren’t dead” annabeth whispered squeezing me even tighter “ann your killing me” i said running out of air she quickly pulled away “sorry i’m just glad you guys are back” she smiled grover and percy coming up behind her “percy” i yelped relief of seeing my baby brother hugging him “hey sis i missed you” he said hugging me back before pulling apart “can’t wait for you to tell me all about the quest” he said giving me a small smile
All the campers stood around the tree Chiron and Mr D infront with me Luke Annabeth Percy and Grover “luke the apple” Chiron said nodding his head towards the tree queuing Luke to squeeze the apple
Luke pulled the apple apart squeezing the juice on the bark making it glowing yellow “what’s happening” percy asked “it’s working” I said luke holding me by my waist when we hear a groan
“where am i?” a voice spoke getting all if our attention
“thalia?”

“How are you holding up?” I heard Luke asking so I looked at him for a while.
“I was better…Why Chris picked me?” I mumbled and he kneeled in front of me. “Why does he think I’m stronger than anyone?”
“Because you are.” He tried to smile at me but I just shook my head. “You probably don’t remember because all the time you had to be brave and strong was when you were with me.”
I furrowed my eyebrows and for a second stopped concentrate so the sky moved a little. “Tell me something. Anything I want to remember something.”
He smiled. It was a real smile I haven’t seen in ages. “We met on the beach…I was out of the camp…I wasn’t even bad, yet.” He chuckled but I just watched him. You were standing there with your camera and I couldn’t keep my eyes off of you.” I looked at my feet and smiled as well. The way he was talking about it. It was simply beautiful. “I wanted to talk to you but I didn’t know what to say and then you were suddenly in front of me smiling and it was like the whole world stopped.” I think I began to cry in this moment. “We were both quiet just looking at each other but it was the best moment in my life.”
“Zoë told me I need you to get my memories back.” I sniffled a little and bit my lower lip. I didn’t want to cry hard in front of him. “You’re the only one who can give them to me. It’s about you so you can do it. I remembered Chris and that he killed me when he walked here I don’t know why it’s not working with you but maybe you have to do something else.”
“Y/N.” It was my mom’s voice. I thought she was talking to me but Luke furrowed his eyebrows as if he heard it too. We turned our heads to the sound. Chris was holding my mom’s arm and was smirking at me.
Luke immediately stood up. “What do you think you’re doing?”
Chris kept quiet just walked my mom closer to Luke and me. “Mom?” I mumbled but she just smiled at me. Chris pushed her under the sky and she raised her hands without  thinking so we were there next to each other. Get out of here. I heard her but I shook my head stubbornly.
“Luke, get her out of here.” She said directly to Luke. I was still looking at her. She can’t be serious. “Now!”
Luke did as she said but I tried to fight him. Unfortunately I was tired as hell so the fight was…well it wasn’t fight at all.
He was holding me against his chest while I tried really hard not to cry. I know she did this for me but she can die just like I could and I’m not important. She’s Goddess.
I clenched my fists and turned my head to Chris who was smirking at his job. “You.” I began so he looked at me. “You killed me and now you want to kill my mother?” With the strength I have left I pushed Luke away and walked to Chris. My fist began to glow.  “I think I just let you experience it. Say hello to Hades.” I raised my hand and finally he looked scared.
“Y/N, no!” Luke and my mom said at the same time. “You’re better than him.” Luke added and I turned to him.
“What if I’m not?” I smirked. “What if I’m just like him?”
“You’re not and we both know that. You’re not like him. You’re not like me. That’s why I fell in love with you.” He smiled and stood up just a foot away from me. “I fell in love with the most beautiful and the kindness girl I’ve ever met. You saw the light in my darkness. You always see the good in everyone. You would never hurt anyone. You’re not like this.” I began to cry. He was right. He really has to love me.
I looked into his eyes for a second before I leaned in to plant small kiss on his lips. I pulled away with a smile but his look changed. He was watching me with furrowed eyebrows and after like a minute of staring at me he cupped my cheeks and kissed me.
I was shocked at first but something was telling me to kiss him back. Kissing him just felt right. But I pulled away.
“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have.” He began to apologize but I stopped him when I put my hand on his cheek.
“Don’t be. It’s just…my mom is here.” I chuckled. “But I supposed she can see everything and every time so…” I shrugged my shoulders and pulled him to me again. We both smiled into the kiss while my hands sneaked around his neck and his around my waist. “I love you.” Suddenly I whispered and immediately pulled away because my head decided to start to remember.
I fell on my knees and both of my hands put on my head. I really wonder why it hurt but I really hard tried not to scream. It all came back. In a second they were back. I looked up to him and wanted to say something but nothing came out. I was just watching him like a fool.
“Are you okay?” He asked and I shook my head.
“How could you?” I stated and stood up. “Why the hell would you let Kronos rise again?” I pushed him in the chest. “You can’t be serious!”
“It really worked.” My mom whispered so I turned to her with furrowed eyebrows.
“You remember me?” Luke asked and turned me him. I nodded. “How?” He turned to my mom.
“She told you she loved you.” She tried to smile. “And she meant it. It was mistake to take you away from her. You two really belong to one another.” She half smiled and my eyes widened.  But who knows why I was glad.
“Y/N.” Luke whispered so I looked at him. “Are you okay?” He seriously doubted? After all this time?
I smiled and nodded my head. “More than I ever will be.” I stated and kissed him again not caring about my mom.

Here is my personal list of young characters who, from my perspective, suffer from parentification or play parental roles, whether for their siblings or even their own parents. Some cases are more obvious than others, and in some cases it is necessary to analyze their history and context to fully understand their situation. There is no specific order, I just list them as they come to mind. Maybe at some point I'll go into more detail about why I selected each one, but for now, this is simply a list. Some may even be half Headcanon, so don't despair:
Fiona Gallagher (Shameless)
Lip Gallagher (Shameless)
Katara (Avatar)
Bianca Di Angelo (Percy Jackson - Rick Riordan)
Hylla Ramírez-Arellano (Los Héroes del Olimpo - Rick Riordan)
Katniss Everdeen (The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins)
Beth March (Little Woman - Louisa May Alcott)
Stiles Stilinski (Teen Wolf)
Dean Winchester (Supernatural)
Thalia Grace (Percy Jackson - Rick Riodan)
Tyler Galpin (Wednesday - Netflix)
Luke Catellan (Percy Jackson - Rick Riordan - pero al principio, antes de llegar al campamento)
Lord Anthony Bridgerton (The Bridgerton - Julia Quinn)
Sirius Black (Los Merodeadores - Fanon)
Lord Ned Stark (A Song of Ice and Fire - George R. R. Martin)
Dick Grayson (Batman - DC)
Elsa (Frozen - Disney)
Tadashi Hamada (Big Heroe 6 - Disney)
Nani (Lilo & Stitch - Disney)
Brandon Foster (The Fosters)
Tory Nichols (Cobra Kai)
Ruby Matthews (Sex Education)
Maeve Wiley (Sex Education)
Matilda Wormwood (Matilda)
Jack Frost (Rise of the Guardians)
At this moment I can't think of more, I will continue adding as I think of more characters.

MY KIND OF WOMAN
WARNINGS: grammar mistakes, sexual content! MDNI PAIRING: Luke Catellan x daughter of Nyx
Luke Castellan wasn't quite sure when his obsession with the new girl had began, but what he did know was that it wouldn't be finding it's end until he had his fill of her.
The son of Hermes had thought the few days she had spent in the Hermes cabin a true gift from the gods, from the moment he had laid his eyes on her, Luke's had not been able to get her out of his head.
The demigod swung his sword at the younger demigod, Percy being quick to duck avoiding the Hermes boy attack, "Good, that's it, now strike back, eyes on the feet and weapon always, you have to be ready for anything" instructed Luke as his dark eyes studied Percy's moments.
The young boy nodded his head at Luke's words, his eyes following the movements Luke's sword, Percy ducked from Luke's reach attempting to strike on Luke's lower half, failing miserably as Luke predicted the attack, their sword clashing, Luke pushing the young demigod to the forest floor.
"That was a nice try I've gotta admit but way too predictable, Percy" said Luke with a grin, standing up straight to offer Percy his hand, which the young boy accepted, allowing Luke to pull him up to his feet with ease.
"We'll try again tomorrow" said Luke as he placed a hand on Percy's shoulder, "Yeah I think I'm getting the hang of it, slowly" said Percy with a soft smile, his eyes filled with admiration as he looked up at Luke, "It's getting late, we should head back before it get's dark" suggested Percy as he put away riptide, placing the thin pen back into his pocket.
"I- um you go ahead, I have some things to take care of first I'll meet you back in the cabin" said Luke as he took a good look around the now dim forest, Percy studied the Hermes boy for second before shrugging off the strange feeling he had in the pit of his stomach.
Luke watched as Percy turned on his heals making his way out of the forest, as he was out of sight Luke sighed out, tilting his head back to observe the sky, as the darkness of night covered the bright blue of the day, the Hermes boy would never admit it out loud but he loved the darkness of the night, when other people found fear and terror in it's being, Luke found comfort.
At night the gods no longer ruled, Zeus himself had not true power over such darkness, but she did, "What do think he'll do when he find out the truth?" Luke's eyes shut at the sound of her voice, the Hermes boy taking a deep breath as he felt her.
The smoke of her Darkness hovering around him, Luke's breath caught in his throat as he felt her breath fanning on his neck, her smoke becoming much more intense as it turned from smoke to arms that wrapped around him from behind.
"He'll be mad, but he needs to understand why" breathed out the son of Hermes, "Mmm there is still the possibility of turning him on our side, his father has yet failed to acknowledge him" she said her lips grazing over his hear, and Luke was more than sure she was standing on the tips of her toes.
"The gods do not deserve their children" said Luke in a pathetic whisper, his voice flattering for a second as he felt her hands find the hem of his shirt, the tips of her fingers tracing the veins of his lower abdomen, Luke's heart raced as her hand trailed further down into his pants, directing themselves to his stiff cock.
"No one deserves you, sweet boy" Luke stuttered out a breath at her words, his uneven breaths becoming more frequent, she brushed her hands over the base of his length as she began to press soft kisses to his neck taking her time to suck at his sweet spot.
"Please" moaned out Luke in a pathetic voice, the demigod could feel her grin into his neck, her touch disappearing for a second as she faded into her smoke, reappearing in front of him, "I want you to look at me, sweet boy" she said as she undid his jeans.
Luke opening his eyes slowly, tilting his head downwards to observe the sight before him, there she sat so perfectly on her knees, bare, her round breast of full display for him, Luke's weeping cock twitched desperately in it's contain begging for attention.
She smiled up at him brightly, Luke almost melting at the sight, her dimples appearing on both sides of her face, the same exact dimples she had on her lower back, right above her ass.
Luke's eyes studies her movements as she lowered her head to where his clothed cock was contained by his boxers, her silver orbs meeting his as she licked his thick cock over his underwear, Luke gasped at the feeling, the sound provoking her to giggle.
His hips bucking into her face more desperate than ever, Luke watching her with pleading eyes, finally she lifted her hands to the top of his boxers to finally pull them down, his hard cock falling from it's contain, standing tall and proud, the tip dripping with precum, as red as ever.
"Aw my poor boy, I had you wait so long and you needed me this badly" Luke nodded instantly at her words, "No worries now, I'll take care of you, my sweet" she said finally wrapping her cold hands around his warm cock, Luke gasping at the feeling, as she began stroking him, before she finally put his cock into her wet mouth.
Luke moaned out her name at the sensation his eyes snapping shut once more, her head bobbing back and forth as she sucked him off, the mixture of his precum and her saliva dripping from her full breasts to the forest floor.
Loud moans of praises could be hear echoing in the dark forest, the wet sound of his cock fucking her mouth was much more than evident, Luke's hand finding the back of her head to properly fuck her face however he desired.
A deep moan leaving Luke's throat as he pushed his cock to the very back of her throat, her tongue moving skilled over his base as she gagged, allowing him to trembled out his orgasm.
The feeling of his warm cum filling her mouth to the brim causing her core to dampen even more than before, she was more than sure her sleekness was dripping down her thighs by now, as she eagerly swallowed Luke's warm cum, removing his thick cock from her sore throat, taking the opportunity to lick him clean.
Luke stood breathless his curly hair falling into his face, some of his curls sticking to his face due to the sweat, his lower abdomen shining with the filthy mixture of cum, saliva and sweat, and his pretty girl sat before him with a smile as she finished cleaning off his damp twitching cock, the sight of her lubricated breast, only making him hard again.
She chuckled as she felt his cock begin to harden once more in her hand, "I believe it's my turn to get something isn't it love?" Luke nodded down at her, his lust filled gaze trailing her body shamelessly.
Luke waisted no time in bending town down to pick up the petite girl with ease, his strong arms holding her up from under her thighs, the heat of her bare core hovering over his now hard cock, his lips finally met hers, his tongue making itself at home in her mouth as the taste of his cum filled his taste buds. The demigod pressed them onto a nearby tree, eagerly grabbing his cock and pushing in into her wet core.

Such a fluffy fun read
ode to a conversation stuck in your throat | luke castellan
based on this post in luke's pov.
warnings: loser!luke a little bit, percabeth crumbs and teasing from them, swear words, luke being jealous
i. i used to call you my best friend, way back before you were my everything.
