Asra He makes the best sandwiches/subs/hoagies/paninis you’ve ever had! There’s a reason why he went looking for that sandwich he left on the counter before he left, and it’s cause it was fabulous as shit! This one knows just what ingredients will match with what type of bread, if it needs to be hot or cold, if it needs a side or is better without. When Asra makes you a sandwich, you don’t just get a tasty meal, you get a fucking experience!

Nadia She doesn’t have to cook her own meals obviously, but the few she decides to are out of this world delicious!! Of course she can handle her favorite Prakran Swordfish when the right ingredients are available, but she can also manage a pretty mean side of couscous with veggies, maybe a carefully seasoned kabob with carefully spiced rice or something like that. Perfect spice is the name of the game for this queen

Julian Okay, so we’ve established that with most things he’s a disaster in the kitchen, but you can’t tell me this man hasn’t gone through the trouble to learn at least one of his staple favs. Things like his favored lobster claws and other seafoods are easy enough when bought fresh, and whenever he does bother, he does it right! He also loves his soups, so he’d likely be able to make a really good lobster bisque or clam/seafood chowder. Gotta pair it with either some tasty steamed veggies or maybe some garlic bread, or maybe both! Stay healthy on those rough seas babes!

Portia COMFORT FOOD QUEEN!!! (my small chat group is american + mixed race, so our ideas of comfort food are limited) Biscuits and Gravy with sausage, hearty soups in home made bread bowls, layers of delectable lasagna, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, grilled cheese with tomato soup on garlic bread, french toast and pancakes... Any comfort food you can imagine, she’d make it a point to learn to make it perfectly just for you!! Muriel He hates that he’s on par with Julian about cooking up fish, but the poor baby can’t run from the truth XDDD Muriel uses different stuff more often than not though, especially when he learned that lemons+fish= Chef’s Kiss. Pair it with some savory rice and veggies and you got a meal that will crack a smile on our shy mountain man. Fish is a big one on the menu a lot, along with things like venison and rabbit, and other herbs and things he can find in the forest to keep himself strong and healthy.

Lucio Issues with land sharks aside, if the king cooks, it has to be done right and with style! Full Hawaiian style pork roast baby! Digging out the hole, setting up the spit and keeping the meat rotating with pineapples and other regionally found stuff is key! And of course, the right booze can help liven up just about anything if paired right! You think this man doesn’t know that a perfect fish can not only be paired with the right white wine, but also cooked with it for more flavor!? SHAME!! I mean, of course someone else should do all the work. He’s very important and has a lot going on, but if he wants it done right, sometimes he rolls up those sleeves and has to show why he’s not only the boss of everyone, but also the kitchen!

Ey, good to know that the headcanon requests are open! I was wondering if you could do one of the main 6 as MC's best friend? Like, what kind of stuff would they enjoy doing with them, how would that relationship feel like, stuff like that!

Bonus point if you write about how would they act towards an MC who has a crush/is on a relationship with someone else, I am mostly thinking about the other 5. I don't know if this may sound weirdly specific, I just think it's cute to imagine for example Julian giving you relationship advice for, like, Muriel or Nadia haha.

Asra

Y’all are already besties but you get even closer 

Asra has THE BEST sleepovers. Even when you two live with one another you can tell when it’s sleepover time

Makes AMAZING snacks and tea, you two make a pillow fort and stay up super late talking. Faust loves burrowing through the fort

Oooh boy we’ll say he gives advice about Muriel. Since they are also best friends and ugh this was one of my fav parts of Muriel’s route (when it was flushed out well)

Um, you liking Muriel?! He would die. Tell him EVERYTHING! Did you kiss yet? A date? Does he like you?

100% would help you plan dates and gifts. Wears the worst disguises to follow behind at restaurants for the story and to make sure his two best friends are doing okay

One of the best advice givers. One of the worst advice followers. Keeps a secret like he’s a safe. Always says he loves you, draws out the words but he means it because he does love you

Nadia

Nadia is the best one out of the main six for friendship. The BEST

You two go on shopping sprees, hang around the palace, she loves going out with you as friends and just talking 

All of the main six have sleepovers with their friends. Do not come for me, I will die on this hill. Nadia’s sleepovers rival Asra’s. 

Pillow fights, long baths, long talks, a ton of gossip and just talking. She loves talking with you, about anything and everything. Adores hearing about your love life

When she hears how you like Portia sleepover is canceled and it’s operation get the MC and Portia together 

She gives the best advice (and follows advice) and has the best ideas for gifts. And you better tell her what happened on your date with Portia. 

Nadia is a very loving and warm friend. She (and Portia) give the best hugs as well.

Muriel

Awww so Muriel would take a little bit to warm up to you with friendship 

Once he does it’s soft friendship hours. Sleepovers don’t happen super often unless you two were doing something and it got late

Very soft friend. Stiff hugs. Takes him a little while to warm up to hugging but once he does you’re being lifted off the ground in a breathtaking bear hug

Quiet listener. Doesn’t really do advice but will listen to you talk. Figuring out you like Asra was no trouble 

He’s protective of you and Asra so he’d give Asra the same “hurt them if you dare” talk he gives you. But after…

Advice advice ADVICE! He knows what Asra likes and would have fun planning little dates and gifts with you. Loves seeing his friend’s in love. Would tease Asra a little as well.

He is like a SAFE. Better than a safe even! Best secret keeper. The BEST. He’s a quiet friend, but a warm one as well. 

Portia

Portia and Nadia are some of the best friends you could ever ask for. Portia gives you food she’s made at random times

Sleepovers every week when you two aren’t exhausted. Pepi loves playing with you when you come over 

She’s not the best advice giver but boy is she loving and protective. If someone hurts you you’d better hide the shovel otherwise Portia will be digging a grave

Her hugs are the best. The actual best. If you’re taller she pulls you down to bury your face in her shoulder. World cold. Portia titty soft and warm kind of thing. Pats your head at random times. Boops your nose. All the platonic touches

Loves love life talk. Loves crush talk. She’s like the main character’s friend in a teen romcom, all the gossip about her friend’s crush. So it turns out yours is Lucio. 

It’s uhh...a shock to her. You like...Lucio?

The most chill out of the main six with crushes. Squeals, but let’s you do your own thing for a majority of it. She helps when you struggle or ask. Teaches you to make cookies to give to Lucio

She gives you so many baking lessons. Most of which ending up with the two of you passing out in the pillow pile due to the amount of sugar you take in.

Also a safe. Way better than her brother. Locks her lips and throws away the key. 

Lucio

The type of friend to burst into your house like: “wake up bitch you will NEVER guess what just happened”

Not the best listener. Sorry, he really likes to talk. You’d have to shut him up. He loves listening to your problems (laying on his stomach with his legs up lol) but he just runs his mouth

Also one of the worst secret keepers.  He seems fine at first but then he lets things spill at the WORST TIMES

Talking about crushes really brings out his whole romantic side

Finds out you like Julian and he will bitch, moan, and laugh

He’s so meannnnnnn. But in the friend way that makes you smash his face with a pillow. 

Yes he would help you with dates. He would want to dress you. And help you pay for gifts. Knows Julian pretty well but rocky relationship so he does his best to let you do your own thing

You two wreak havoc upon the palace at night

Sliding around the floors in your socks with Mercedes and Melchior charging at your heels

He never fails to make you laugh when you feel down though. He’s amazing emotional support.

Lucifer and Belial are twins meets Lucifer, Lucio, and Lucilius as triplets, go!

OH MY GOD.

I don't know how i can even try to work it out...!

Lucifer and Belial as twins is my fav HC/AU because of the whole dynamic they already have, the fact that Belial has such an inferiority complex turned into pure hostility toward Lucifer while Lucifer only cares for him. I have spent countless of time thinking about what it would bring them like this one post i made about Resurected!Lucifer and Crewmember!Belial, which probably already highlight how much i love this HC.

I also love it in pure AUs type where we can't exactly work into the whole fact that since they're primals the way we work on their family bond is up to us, which i just find really funny.

And on top of that this is also a way to manage to work out Belial's feelings for Lucilius into the plot without making it weird(er than it already is) (disclaimer tho: especially in pure AUs that are totally disconnected to GBF, my opinion is that Lucilius is more a backstory to Belial than a love interest. My end game for Belial is to push him into Sariel's arms. In this sort of specific AUs it is meant for Belial to grow past his affliction for Lucilius as i don't want them to be endgame, but this is an "obligated path" for Belial to take if we want to keep Belial close to his canon self.) (that being said i think it's important to note that in a modern AU we discussed a lot with @nadejdaro but never did anything with, we made Lucilius Belial&Lucifer (they were twins/roommates) 's angry cat who would lacerate Sandalphon's hand everytime he sees him, and Belial being jealous that Lucifer is getting all of the cat's love and attention. We are serious AU worldbuilder.)

Meanwhile most of my interest in the Triplet Luci AU is based on the way Bahamut treats them, so it's just the funny way God Himself made Lucifer his favorite.

But i do love the idea of the triplets as in i think Lucio would be the most insufferable big brother he would be, Lucilius is in constant family rebellion but affectionate toward Lucifer, while Lucifer is completely oblivious to the strife in the family and just want everyone to get along.

But i don't nearly have this much in mind to say because the fact we never saw Lucio and Lucifer interreact haunts my dreams. But i think it's also funny because it means Lucio would be hitting on Sandalphon for Lucifer but in a complete different way as i imagine Belial doing it, so there's that.

BUT THEN TO GET BACK TO YOUR ASK... trying to mashes in both idea is a disaster in the making. of course, granblue's canon allow the whole idea but my god.

For starter it means even more people abandonning Lucifer and it's a bummer. Then, it's taken into consideration that it adds more people for Belial to be in competition with. And that involving the Lucilius thing only work as long as we remain into canon's bond and nowhere else.

But i mean man Belial is already having an inferiority complex out of Lucifer being the Golden Child, what if he has to think about how what's facing in this scenario is The Right Hand of God and The Man Who Would Be God. AND learning that still Lucifer is the most loved of them all while Belial is supposed to be on more equal ground with him knowing he'll never get this kind of love. Madness in the making.

It could however add a whole dynamic to Belial and Lucio of both being insufferable teases while also knowing that Lucio has shown a lot of distaste for Belial (he hates snakes, i rest my case). Lucio having a fake smile around Belial before being mean to him and Belial having a wicked smile because he can be worse if he wanted to, only to have Lucifer trying to stop them to kill each other (while Lucilius is just "no please let them").

SO YEAH the ask is all over the place but yeah. Even if i love the idea of the Luci-triplets especially as the event makes the whole Baha thing hilarious, i'm too far gone in the Lucifer&Belial twin HC hole to manage to get out of it and put all of those ideas back together, and i ended up rambling.

But man. I love this cast yaknow? there'd be a sitcom about the wmtsb angel trying to live as roommates in the same flat and i'd watch the hell out of it. Have them keep their powers for spice and see how long it takes for Sandalphon to blow up the building. I need it so bad.

I'm the anon who asked what the arcana was. I just started the game at your suggestion. When julian (i recognized him from your posts) first meet mc and mc says "my master is gone" and he answers something along the lines of "i don't wanna know the state of your relationship" i audibly laughed for 1 minute straight. I think i'm gonna like this game

LMFAO YES there's so many dialogues throughout that gave me a genuine laugh! mostly from julian, king and icon that he is

Arcana anon who just started the game: i just finished book 1 to 5 and i don't who to choose next between nadia, julian, and lucio which seems very messy, and i don't like what that says about me

oh god i feel so seen hahaha these three are my favs too (and portia, i think it's her and lucio tied for third, nadia second, and julian first for me. nadia and portia are very respectable but god i feel like a clown for simping for julian and lucio hjskdf) sometimes a family can be me, my disaster bi goth pirate plague doctor boyfriend, his sister my functional bi cottagecore girlfriend, my distinguished bi countess-slash-princess girlfriend, and her ex-husband my disaster bi ghost villain boyfriend

anyway of those 3, definitely just follow your heart for who you want to do first but if you're seriously torn and want a second opinion, i'd recommend going for either nadia or julian first and saving lucio for later because nadia and julian's routes are both the "original" story that iirc will give you the fullest information about the various mysteries, whereas lucio's veers off in a very different direction (i'm sure it still hits all the major reveals though - i can't really remember bc i played all 6 routes in such quick succession haha) also lucio in his own route is a uh. pretty different person than lucio in everyone else's routes so i saved his for last so i wouldn't get "not evil anymore i want to be loved now.......evil again" whiplash hdkjfgh but between nadia and julian you really can't go wrong either way because again they both have all the major reveals, there's just different topics that each route goes into more detail about (for example, julian's has more info about the plague and nadia's has more about the courtiers, and then obviously their various personal issues and family stuff)

both these asks made me laugh so much so please do continue keeping me posted as you play! i'm so excited you're being introduced to all my beloveds :')

Your least fav to most fav arcana LIs? And why?

hooooo i love answering questions that aren’t tied to anything in particular :D thank you so much for asking ~ i squealed with excitement (ah yes i know im 12 years old)

Lucio is my least favorite and that’s not to diss him or people who like him, he’s just personally not my cup of tea. I’m interested to see his route and I’ve defintely written a bunch of things for him, but I would personally never date him because tbh I’m a huge baby and he would offend me on a daily basis. He’s a hilarious character and I like the humor he brings to the table

Julian is a difficult one – if we’re talking on LIs to date, he’s second to last because literally I am also a self depreciating Pisces with self esteem problems. That would be a disaster if I was dating him because we would both be sad messes all the time. In terms of characters, he’s up there pretty high because I like his character development and his humor is funny as well as I love his expression sprites. 

Muriel character wise is great but I’m sorry I’m so gay for the others – his blushy expressions are the cutest and I love seeing his growth that’s already occurring. Again, tbh I like being the one being cared for but I can also care for others. I also hate the outdoors and need to be around people, which both Muriel dislikes, so I’m not sure we’d be that compatible. However, I love his stoic nature in the face of danger, his protectiveness, and his charisma, which at first glance isn’t noticable but is there.

Portia is so adorable and I would LOVE going on adventures with her. tbh I’m kind of a lazy ass so trying to get myself to go on adventures would take a bit of coaxing but could happen. She just seems like the type of person that you would never get bored around and I love her will, curiousity, and good natured personality.

Nadia is just so amazing. I love her luxurious tastes tbh, I also share that trait sort of – I love good food that tastes heavenly, and while I’m no fashionista, wearing fancy things is a lot of fun for me. Tbh, I’d suck at running a country, but I think I’d be a good supporter. I love Nadia’s intuition, and the depth of her emotions – she truly is a Cancer – as well as how she gives all her affection to the apprentice and you can feel how much she cares about you. I really enjoyed how her story had a lot of plot.

Asra will forever be my bae, I love him so so so much, he would be a great type of partner for me because I love how he changes himself to fit a mood. He’s kind of secretive, but I can respect that seeing I have mine too lol. When I first started the game, he was the character that I was like omg i love you from day 1. Asra is someone that loves you so deeply and does everything for you – one day when I find someone to spend the rest of my life with, I hope I can find someone as devoted as Asra is to the apprentice.

Bonus: Valerius – out of the non dateable characters, he’s my favorite, and he’s the one I would probably petition a route for lol. His character development was spectacular in Nadia’s route specifically, and he makes me laugh lol. @ask-valerius is one of my favorite ask arcana character blogs, @metazensae‘s Valerius/Izzy fantastic comics [x] [x] [x] [x] are just s o great, and I just think his taste for fine wine is also adorable. Had he been one of the dateables, he would’ve been my second favorite, after Asra.

Wow so me, I’m most compatible with Asra, who is my least favorite (but I don’t hate) and Lucio is least and he’s my fav. Also Althaea is now an Aries who is least with Julian. My character choices are just horrible 😂😂😂 thx so much for opening my eyes even more!

Like I said, compatibility is only part of the equation. Your sun signs might draw you together (or not), but you’re a whole person, and everyone represents their chart - and their signs - differently. I’ve touched on it a little bit before, but signs have core values that manifest in all kinds of ways.
