Kylie Minogue sadly seemed finished in the 90's. Luckily, Pet Shop Boys saved her. While she did collaborate with them on one of their most highly debatable albums, Nightlife, the work she did there got noticed by their label and the rest is – as we shall see – history. Of course, I do ask myself why this tune was not released as a single. The subject matter of the piece still remains quite rare for a pop song and the way Minogue duets with Tennant shows a possibility that also hasn't been returned to since, though there is still a chance I assume. Moreover, the fact she achieved her biggest successes after their collaborations? Hm, Tennant and Lowe must be apparently great at giving advices or maybe I'm just exaggerating their influence on her later triumphs …
