Anyone else have a lofted bed for their toddler, or am I the only lunatic?

I picked this one out and was so excited to get it set up, and then seeing it in his room and seeing him on it today made me super nervous. There was also nothing in the bed description or listing at all when I bought it specifying a minimum age, and I was shocked to see a sticker on it today stating no less than 6 years old?? I guess that’s for lofts and bunk beds regardless of height. It makes me feel crazy, but there are so many reviews of this particular bed being purchased for three and four year olds. I didn’t even think twice about it until today. Holden seems to understand our rules around the bed, the ladder, the slide, etc., so that’s making me feel a bit better. Thoughts, friends?

Hey does anyone know where the ever loving FUCK I might find like a reverse loft bed or like woodworking plans to build one. I have spent every instant of downtime today scouring the internet and I’m out of fuckin ideas

The dream is to have a loft bed so I can have my desk under but the loft bed supports three plus people so I can keep the polycule afloat

Up until recently, every time i wanted to use my pc, yes, even when streaming, i had to sit on the floor because i didn't have a desk.(i didn't really think ahead when i built the pc).

A little bit of life advice, sitting on hardwood floor for hours on end is really fucking shit

So i bought a desk, a loft bed with a desk underneath to save space.

Due to me being me, my brother didn't trust me to build it and not die

This shit took 2 fucking days to build. 18 steps. 2. Days. I had put all of my plushies in one big pile, and slept on that

I slept on it for the first time last night, and im not gonna lie. I. Was. Fucking. Scared. Mama did, in fact, raise a little bitch.

So last night, as i stared up at the ceiling, 3 feet above me, 2 thoughts filled my mind.

1. 18 steps felt like not enough steps for making a loft bed with a desk

2. A few pieces of wood were the only thing between me and either possible death or the loss of several hundred dollars because my pc was underneath me

To be honest, the latter scared me way more
