Tony Bobulinski:
Joe Biden Was ‘the Brand’
Excerpts from the written testimony of Hunter Biden’s business partner.
These are excerpts from the written testimony of Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, submitted to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee Tuesday. Mr. Bobulinski is scheduled to testify before the committee Wednesday. Joe, Hunter and Jim Biden have disputed some of Mr. Bobulinski’s allegations.
I want to be crystal clear: From my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was “the Brand” being sold by the Biden family. His family’s foreign influence peddling operation—from China to Ukraine and elsewhere—sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.
Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.
If there is no evidence of corruption—if Joe’s conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper—then why are they so dishonest about it? Not just slight misrepresentations of fact but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise.
Hunter Biden gave his transcribed interview to the House Oversight Committee on February 28 and lied throughout his testimony. Here are just three key examples of his perjury:
1. In Hunter’s transcript (Page 42), he states, “I officially began to do work for CEFC when the—when I received a retainer from CEFC in early—or spring of 2017.”
Why, then, did Hunter yell at CEFC Executive Director Zang in front of his entourage as I sat right next to him in New York City on Sunday May 7th, 2017? Hunter was adamant that he was owed the rest of the $20 Million CEFC had committed to paying for the work he had claimed he had done in prior years.
2. On Page 48 of his transcript, Hunter is asked, “He’s never interacted with any of your business associates. Is that correct?” The “He’s” is a reference to Joe Biden.
Hunter responds, “Yes.”
Hunter arranged the meeting between his father and me at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on May 2, 2017. The sole reason Hunter wanted me to meet his father was because I was the CEO of Sinohawk, the Bidens’ partnership with CEFC. I was a business associate. In his transcript, Hunter confirms that that meeting with Joe took place and incriminates his Uncle Jim for perjury by confirming it.
3. Hunter also lied to the Committee about important details concerning his money demands and threats to CEFC on July 30 and July 31, 2017. He leveraged his father’s presence next to him in that infamous text in order to strong-arm CEFC into paying Hunter immediately, and in the process defrauded the partners of Sinohawk Holdings LLC and Oneida Holdings LLC. The threat worked, as a few days later the Chinese wired $5 million dollars into a company of which Hunter owned 50%. It’s important to remember that the CEFC considered this money an interest-free loan to the “Biden family,” and planned to send more. I have the email from CEFC to prove it.
Jim Biden also lied extensively throughout his transcribed interview before the Oversight Committee on February 21, and ironically, Hunter Biden—in his own testimony as outlined above—confirmed that Jim Biden perjured himself:
1. Jim has been selling “plausible deniability” for so many years he can’t tell truth from the lies. On Page 100 of his transcript, he is asked: “Do you recall having a meeting with Hunter Biden, and Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden?”
Jim’s response: “Absolutely not.”
The Committee was so shocked by his perjury they tried to ask the question again in a slightly different way:
“It’s your testimony here today that meeting never took place?”
Jim responds, “Yes sir,” “that I was present for.”
The Committee tried again: “Do you recall whether you were at the bar with Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden?”
Jim responds: “That I know did not happen.”
Jim adds further, “But my brother was never there.”
On Page 134, delusional Jim Biden reiterates his untruthful answer again after the Committee showed him messages confirming I met with Joe Biden.
Jim Biden states, “Joe Biden never met with Tony Bobulinski.”
That is just a flat-out lie.
2. On Page 124 of his transcript, Jim Biden states, “It was Hunter Biden, myself, Gilliar. I don’t know. It was the five. Okay? And everybody was 20 percent. Okay? You know what was never executed. It was never signed.”
Jim was then presented with a fully executed copy of the Oneida Holdings operating agreement that he and I had both signed along with Hunter Biden, Mr. James Gilliar and Mr. Robert Walker. On Page 132, Jim tries to claim he was not a member of Oneida Holdings.
Jim is so dedicated to his lies that he describes the Oneida document, a large legal document signed by the Biden business partners, as something that I might have come up with after drinking a “quart of gin” (Page 124). It’s absurd.
3. Jim Biden further lies by claiming “Bobulinski was trying to usurp and replace Hunter Biden.” (Page 123)
Hunter Biden, Robert Walker, James Gilliar and Jim Biden asked me to step in as CEO of the business. I did not ask them. I tried to walk away from Sinohawk multiple times only to be convinced to stay on, including on one occasion by Jim Biden himself. The company was controlled by a Board of which the 4 of them could out-vote me on anything. They had control of the company. . . .
Why is Joe Biden blatantly lying to the American people? . . . If he were doing nothing wrong, why go through this insane exercise of obstructing and denying obvious facts? . . .
The reason is because the Biden family’s profiting of tens of millions of dollars from our strategic opponents and corrupt individuals and entities around the world—without delivering any goods or services and while putting in minimal effort and work—causes Americans to rightly question any policies from this administration that apparently benefit those same strategic opponents and corrupt individuals and entities. Just read the latest motion by the Department of Justice related to Hunter Biden’s criminal indictments in California; the DOJ states that he made large sums of money for very little work.

Excuse me, I was just curious if the Chinese post you’re working through for the MXTX interview in Subaru magazine has the Japanese source text available. Ladder translations get messy very quickly and I’m been worried if anything major got lost in along the way.
The interview was conducted in Mandarin. The source text is in Mandarin.
Risa Wataya (or I guess Wataya Risa is the proper way to put her name in Japanese) interviewed MXTX in Mandarin. MXTX praised her Mandarin skill at the end of the interview.
The interview was recorded, transcribed, and translated from Mandarin to Japanese by Subaru's Chinese staff. These staff eventually posted the full Mandarin transcript on Weibo.
The first to third parts of my translation was worked mostly from a scan of a magazine page. Subsequent parts were from the Mandarin transcript. I'm editing and proofreading the entire translation and standardizing the quality of all parts.
I do have the full Mandarin transcript. Although I have been told that my posting this transcript might be iffy legally speaking, so I hesitate to post it.

Toronto MP Han Dong says he is taking legal action over a media report that alleged he spoke to a Chinese diplomat in February 2021 about delaying the release of two Canadians detained in China at the time. Global News reported this month that Dong told the Chinese consul general to Toronto that keeping Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor in prison would be politically damaging to the opposition Conservatives – an allegation Dong vehemently denies. The network attributed the information to two unnamed national security officials. CTV News has not verified the allegation.
[...]
A separate report in The Globe and Mail said the Prime Minister’s Office has examined a transcript of Dong’s call with the diplomat and found it contained no “actionable evidence."

[transcript: aaron chen does stand-up in a theater.
chen: an elderly chinese lady, she walks up to the front of the plane and i knew could only be for me. and she starts speaking to me in chinese. but she doesn't even know i'm chinese. but she knows.
[audience laughs]
and she's like, come fill out my customs form for me. so i'm filling out her customs form. [audience laughs] and it's quite frustrating because she doesn't know any of the answers off the top of her head. but halfway through, a flight attendant, she comes over and she's like, hey, you actually don't need to fill that out for her. there are people at sydney airport who can do that for her. they speak chinese as well, and it's their job. you're actually not supposed to fill it out, 'cause it's a legal document.
so i'm relieved. i go back to my seat. i didn't have to fill out the customs form and i got to show off that i could speak chinese. [audience laughs] but then the plane goes to night mode, right. all the blinds are down, and the flight attendants, they're back in their cabins and the curtains are drawn. the elderly chinese lady walks back up to me and says, she's gone. [audience laughs] so i'm filling out her customs form. [audience laughs and claps]
we get to the bit where you have to tick all the things you're bringing into the country. and she has all of them. we got, like, meats, dairy, parts of plants. but then we get to a question, it says, are you bringing into the country $10,000 or more in AUD or an equivalent currency? and she looks up at me and she's like, i've got $15,000. what do i do? [audience laughs]
and it's like, i don't know what to do? 'cause i've never been in that situation before? [audience laughs] but i explain to her what i think will happen. i'm like, if you tick yes, they might tax a portion of it or take a bit of it away. but if you tick no, they might find it under all the meat and dairy. [audience laughs]
so she's staring at this customs form. she's, like, doing maths and flow charts in her mind. and i'm just staring at her, 'cause i'm excited to see what she ticks. [audience laughs] but then about three minutes pass. she looks up at me and she's like, [serious tone] take $5,000 into the country for me. [audience gasps] and i'm like... s-sorry, i don't speak chinese.
just kidding, i would never disrespect my culture like that. i am meeting her after this show. [he lifts his shirt to show stacks of money taped around his chest as the audience cheers and claps, then he starts to walk off.] hey, good on you, guys. keep it easy, take care, and live your best lives and, um, take care of yourselves and, um, have a good. um, yeah, good luck!

First tweet from @rrezixq:
PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE #Philippines‼️ #AtinAngWestPhilippineSea
these past few days china's movement towards the philippines is bothering and as filipino its not right. PLS SPREAD THE WORD SO THE WORLD WILL KNOW. thank you!
Attached short explainer by @BAMBYWRLD in the first tweet:
What is happening in the West Philippine Sea?
Even though the Philippines won the arbitral case in the 2016 Hague Ruling against China's controversial "nine-dash line" claim over the West Philippine Sea, the Chinese government continues to disregard international law by displaying aggression in the region, directly affecting the lives of Filipino people and our marine biodiversity.
Recently, there have been reports of incidents involving Chinese Coast Guard personnel displaying aggressive behavior towards Filipino vessels in the Ayungin Shoal. The Chinese personnel reportedly used knives, an axe, and pointed sticks to intimidate and prevent Philippine Navy rubber boats from delivering necessities to Filipino troops stationed at the shoal.
Furthermore, Filipino fisherfolk are pleading for help as their livelihoods are at risk because of China's aggression, provocation, and violence. Filipinos are feeling unfairly accused as thieves even though they are legally allowed to access and fish in the Philippines' EEZ. They simply want to be able to sail and catch fish without facing any form of harassment in our own country.
Second tweet from @rrezixq:
Philippines Military: "Our troops fought back with everything that they had"
"The Chinese were armed with swords, spears & knives."
A Filipino soldier lost his thumb when a China Coast Guard inflatable boat rammed into a Philippine boat in a melee during a resupply mission to-
guys even if you’re not filipino please read and reblog!! what china is doing right now to the philippines is not okay!!

Legalizing US Documents for Use in China with China Apostille Service
Tumblr media
In an increasingly interconnected world, the need for efficient and streamlined processes for international transactions has become paramount. Whether it's for business endeavors, educational pursuits, or personal matters, ensuring the authenticity and legality of documents across borders is crucial. One common scenario where this need arises is when individuals or entities from the United States require their documents to be recognized and accepted in China. This process, known as legalization, involves obtaining an apostille or authentication to validate the legitimacy of the documents in the eyes of the foreign jurisdiction. In the case of US documents destined for China, utilizing a China Apostille service can simplify and expedite this often complex procedure.
China, like many other countries, is a signatory to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, commonly referred to as the Apostille Convention. Under this convention, member countries agree to recognize apostilles issued by other member countries, thereby streamlining the legalization process for documents intended for use abroad. However, navigating the intricacies of obtaining an apostille for US documents can be daunting, especially for those unfamiliar with the legal requirements and procedures involved.
This is where a China Apostille service proves invaluable. These specialized services are dedicated to facilitating the legalization of documents for use in China, offering expertise and assistance every step of the way. Whether it's a birth certificate, marriage license, academic transcript, or corporate document, a China Apostille service can guide individuals and businesses through the necessary procedures to ensure their documents meet the requirements for acceptance in China.
One of the primary benefits of using a China Apostille service is the convenience it offers. Rather than individuals having to navigate the bureaucratic maze of various government agencies to obtain the required endorsements and certifications, a China Apostille service handles all aspects of the legalization process on their behalf. This not only saves time and effort but also minimizes the risk of errors or omissions that could lead to delays or rejections.
Moreover, China Apostille services are well-versed in the specific requirements and procedures mandated by Chinese authorities. This expertise is invaluable in ensuring that documents are prepared and processed correctly, thereby avoiding potential complications or setbacks. Whether it's translating documents into Mandarin, obtaining additional certifications, or liaising with Chinese consulates or embassies, a China Apostille service has the knowledge and experience to navigate these intricacies efficiently.
Furthermore, utilizing a China Apostille service provides individuals and businesses with peace of mind knowing that their documents comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This is particularly important in matters of business or legal significance, where the validity and authenticity of documents can have far-reaching implications. By entrusting the legalization process to professionals well-versed in Chinese legal procedures, individuals and businesses can proceed with confidence in their international transactions.
In conclusion, the legalization of US documents for use in China is a critical step in facilitating international transactions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. By leveraging the services of a dedicated China Apostille service, individuals and businesses can streamline this process, saving time and effort while ensuring the validity and authenticity of their documents. With expertise in Chinese legal procedures and a commitment to excellence, a China Apostille service simplifies the complexities of cross-border document legalization, enabling seamless international transactions in an interconnected world.

[Image Description:
Screenshot of an article titled "Chinese workers in Israel sign no-sex contract," published by The Guardian on 24 December 2003.
Transcription:
Chinese workers at a company in Israel have been forced to agree not to have sex with or marry Israelis as a condition of getting a job.
According to a contact they are required to sign, male workers may not have any contact with Israeli women - including prostitutes, a police spokesman, Rafi Yaffe, said.
He said there was nothing illegal about the requirement and that no investigation had been opened.
An Israeli lawyer who did not want to be named said while the contract might appear legal, it would be rejected if challenged in court. "The point is that a Chinese worker will agree to anything and then will not have anyone to help them if there is a problem," he said.
The labourers are also forbidden from engaging in any religious or political activity. The contract states that offenders will be sent back to China at their own expense.
About 260,000 foreigners work in Israel, having replaced Palestinian labourers during three years of fighting. When the government first allowed the entrance of the foreign workers in the late 1990s, ministers warned of a "social timebomb" caused by their assimilation with Israelis.
More than half the workers are in the country illegally. Israeli police have increased efforts to deport those working without permits because of rising Israeli unemployment, which has reached 11% in recent months.
Advocates of foreign workers, who also come from Thailand, the Philippines and Romania, say they are subject to almost slave conditions, and their employers often take away their passports and refuse to pay them.

The Malawi government has finally spoken out on the arrest of Malawian farm workers in Israel, clarifying that 12 out of 40 individuals detained are from the country. According to Minister of Information Moses Kunkuyu, the 40 individuals, representing 13 nationalities, were arrested for leaving their designated work stations and seeking employment in town without proper authorization. Kunkuyu revealed that the group, including the 12 Malawians, had abandoned their farm work to seek jobs at a bakery in Bnei Brak, violating Israel’s labor laws and regulations.
Malawi and Israel signed a labor export deal in 2022, allowing Malawi to send unskilled laborers to Israel to work in various sectors, including agriculture and construction. The deal aimed to generate more foreign exchange revenue for Malawi and provide employment opportunities for its citizens. Under the deal, Malawian workers are expected to work in Israel for a maximum of 5 years, with a minimum salary of $1,500 per month. The deal also includes provisions for workers’ safety, health insurance, and protection from exploitation. However, the deal has faced criticism and controversy, with some opposition politicians and human rights organizations expressing concerns about the secrecy surrounding the deal and the potential risks to workers’ safety.
The arrest of the Malawian workers has raised concerns about the treatment of foreign workers in Israel and the effectiveness of the labor deal in protecting their rights. Human rights organizations have called on the Malawian government to take action to ensure the safe return of the detained workers and to review the labor deal to prevent similar incidents in the future. The incident has also sparked debate about the benefits and risks of labor export deals and the need for greater transparency and accountability in such agreements.
The mistreatment of foreign workers in Israel is well documented and would explain why the 45 workers escaped the farm to look for work elsewhere

PM Promises to End Illegal Boat Migration in UK Waters
Tumblr media
Exact transcript of the speech delivered outside Number 9 Downing Street
Today we are introducing new legislation to keep my promise to you – to stop the boats. My policy is very simple, it is this country—and your government—who should decide who comes here, not criminal gangs. The first step is understanding the nature—and scale—of what we are dealing with. The number of people entering the UK illegally in small boats has more than quadrupled in the last two years. Those illegally crossing the Channel are not directly fleeing a war-torn country… or persecution… or an imminent threat to life. They have travelled through safe, European countries. They are paying people smugglers huge sums to make this dangerous, and sometimes tragic, journey. The reason that criminal gangs continue to bring small boats over here is because they know that our system can be exploited… ….that once here…illegal migrants can make a multitude of asylum, modern slavery and spurious human rights claims to frustrate their removal. And the risk remains that those individuals just disappear into the black economy. That is the reality we must deal with… And with 100 million people displaced around the world… ….if we do not deal with it now, the situation will just get worse and worse. People must know that if they come here illegally it will result in their detention and swift removal. Once this happens – and they know it will happen – they will not come, and the boats will stop. That is why today we are introducing legislation to make clear that if you come here illegally you can’t claim asylum… …you can’t benefit from our modern slavery protections… ….you can’t make spurious human rights claims …and you can’t stay. We will detain those who come here illegally and then remove them in weeks, either to their own country if it is safe to do so, or to a safe third country like Rwanda. And once you are removed, you will be banned—as you are in America and Australia—from ever re-entering our country. This is how we will break the business model of the people smugglers; this is how we will take back control of our borders. Now, this Bill provides the legal framework needed to deliver this in a way that no other legislation has done before. This is tough but it is necessary and it is fair. This legislation will be retrospective. If you come on a small boat today, the measures in this bill will apply to you. And this is just part of what we are doing. I’ve always been clear this is a complex problem that can’t be solved overnight and will require us to use every tool at our disposal. That’s why I’ve already secured the largest ever small boats deal with France. And patrols on French beaches are already up 40 per cent. I also promised progress on enforcement and we’ve increased raids on illegal working by 50 per cent. I’ve also negotiated a new deal with Albania, which accounted for a third of all small boats arrivals. And that’s already delivering. We’ve returned 500 illegal migrants to Albania and we are seeing far fewer come as a result. This shows that there is nothing inevitable about illegal migration. Deterrence works, and with will and determination, the government can get on top of it—and we will. Now, this will always be a compassionate and generous country. It is something that we’re all rightly proud of. Just look at how we have welcomed Ukrainians, Syrians from refugee camps, and embraced Hong Kongers fleeing the Chinese clampdown. But the current situation is neither moral nor sustainable. It cannot go on. It’s completely unfair on the British people… ….who have opened their homes to genuine refugees… ….but are now having to spend nearly £6 million a day to put up illegal migrants in hotels. It’s unfair on the people who have come to this country legally to see others skipping the queue. And it’s devastatingly unfair on those who most need our help but can’t get it as our asylum system is being overwhelmed by those travelling illegally across the Channel. If we can’t stop the boats, our ability to help genuine refugees in future will be constrained. Full control of our borders will allow us to decide who to help, and to provide safe and legal routes for those most in need. I understand there will be debate about the toughness of these measures… all I can say is that we have tried it every other way… and it has not worked. So I say again: my policy is very simple, it is this country—and your government—who should decide who comes here, not criminal gangs. And I will do whatever is necessary to achieve that.   Sources: THX News, Prime Minister's Office, 10 Downing Street & The Rt Hon Rishi Sunak MP. Read the full article
