Quick thought: similarities between Hunter and Obi-Wan
Something that struck me after the season finale of TBB - I think Hunter shares some similar qualities with Obi-Wan in how they form attachments and how they lead others. SPOILERS BELOW:
Both of them are very stoic, stalwart leaders who keep many of their inner thoughts and turmoil to themselves. They love deeply but also keep a tight grip on their emotions, especially around others.
And they both are quite good at "handling" (bottling up, or at the very least not fully dealing with) loss—until it’s the person closest to them.
Obi-Wan lost Qui-Gon, lost Satine, lost Ahsoka…and he didn't break until he lost Anakin.
Hunter loses his home, loses Crosshair, loses Tech…but he doesn’t fully break until he loses Omega.
And I would argue they both have some blind spots that maybe could have been filled in by those around them, if they weren't so reticent to share their burdens with others. There might have been ways to help them not get to this point.
What do you all think? It will be interesting to see how Hunter channels this loss and what he's willing to do to get both Omega and hopefully Crosshair back going forward.

I wanna see a coffee shop AU where Vegeta and Raditz work together, but Raditz got promoted to Assistant Manager because of his "leadership qualities" (being tall) and also because Vegeta has an attitude problem (being a gremlin). Also, Nappa has a Real Job (selling fake NFTs) and makes 22% more money than either of them.
I will accept Gege having a tsundere with just about anyone who regularly visits the shop. Bulma, Goku, Yamcha with the scruffy facial hair, I don't care. All three, if need be. Pump the drama like the caramel syrup into that fucking macchiato.
I kinda need Raditz to invent a seasonal chestnut latte, though. For a special promotion. :3

What Makes a Leader? Discovering the Leadership Multiplier Effect
Tumblr media
What defines a great leader? Is leadership an innate trait or a skill that can be developed over time? In "Leadership Multiplier," a powerful program by Santosh Nair, India's top Sales, Motivation, and Confidence Guru, we discover that leadership is not just about personal success but about inspiring and multiplying success in others. Through 14 essential leadership lessons, Nair outlines the key traits that define a leader and provides a roadmap to leadership multiplication—the process of creating more leaders within an organization. In this blog, we will explore the secrets of leadership shared by Santosh Nair and how his Leadership Multiplier program can help you become an inspiring leader who cultivates lasting success within your team.
The Leadership Multiplier: What Makes a Leader? Santosh Nair defines a leader as someone who inspires others to go to places they wouldn’t go by themselves. Leaders do not merely guide or manage; they transform people and organizations. In the Leadership Multiplier program, Nair discusses the core elements of leadership, highlighting that true leaders are manufactured through dedication, learning, and experience. He explains that a leader’s role is not just to lead but to multiply leadership within the organization, enabling more individuals to step into leadership roles and drive growth. This process is what Nair refers to as the Leadership Multiplier Effect.
The Characteristics of a Leader Santosh Nair identifies several key traits that all effective leaders possess. These traits form the foundation for influencing others, fostering engagement, and creating a culture of excellence. Some of the essential characteristics include: Visionary Thinking: Leaders have a clear vision of the future and inspire others to work toward that vision. Confidence: They exude confidence in their decisions and actions, instilling trust in their team. Adaptability: Leaders are flexible and thrive in ambiguity, adjusting to changing circumstances with ease. Resilience: They show perseverance, bouncing back from failures and learning from mistakes. These traits are not only essential for personal success but are also crucial for multiplying leadership within a team, enabling others to develop and thrive.
The Concept of Leadership Multiplication One of the most intriguing aspects of Nair’s program is the concept of Leadership Multiplication. According to Nair, a true leader’s success is not measured by personal achievements but by the number of leaders they create. This multiplier effect is essential for building long-lasting success within an organization. Nair emphasizes that leadership is about empowering others, helping team members recognize their potential, and providing them with the tools and guidance they need to grow into leaders themselves. By doing so, leaders ensure that the organization continues to thrive even in their absence.
The Three Types of Employees and Six Levels of Engagement A critical part of leadership, according to Santosh Nair, is understanding the types of employees that exist in an organization and how they engage with their work. Nair identifies three categories of employees: Engaged: Highly motivated and committed to the organization’s success. Not Engaged: Perform their duties but lack passion and drive. Actively Disengaged: Disconnected and even harmful to the organization’s culture. Each of these employee types operates at different levels of engagement, which directly impacts their performance and contribution to the organization. Nair outlines six levels of engagement, ranging from employees who are fully invested in the organization’s goals to those who are disconnected and resistant to change. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for a leader. By recognizing the type of employees they have and their engagement levels, leaders can tailor their leadership approach to meet the needs of their team and drive higher performance.
The Five Levels of Leadership To effectively lead and inspire others, Santosh Nair explains that leaders must ascend through five levels of leadership. Each level represents a deeper understanding of leadership and a greater ability to influence and transform others. The five levels include: Positional Leadership: Leading based on position or title. Relational Leadership: Building trust and forming connections with the team. Production Leadership: Driving results through effective team management. Developmental Leadership: Creating more leaders by empowering and mentoring team members. Pinnacle Leadership: Becoming a visionary leader whose influence extends beyond the organization. By climbing these levels, leaders can have a profound impact on their team and organization, ensuring sustained growth and success.
The 14 Predominant Leadership Lessons Santosh Nair's Leadership Multiplier program is structured around 14 key lessons that every leader should master. These lessons provide practical insights into how leaders can navigate the complexities of today’s business environment, inspire their teams, and achieve lasting success. Below is a summary of these lessons: Leaders Show Up: Leaders are always present and engaged, ready to take on challenges. Leaders Love the Mess: They thrive in chaotic and ambiguous situations, seeing them as opportunities for growth. Leaders Groove on Ambiguity: They embrace uncertainty and make decisions with confidence. Leaders Re-do: They are not afraid to start over and constantly seek improvement. Leaders Make Big Mistakes & Learn From Them: They see failure as a stepping stone to success. Leaders Are Angry: They use their passion and anger constructively to drive change. Leaders Ensure Optimum Understanding: They communicate clearly and ensure that their vision is understood by everyone. Leaders Influence: They have the ability to inspire and influence others to take action. These lessons, when applied consistently, enable leaders to build strong teams, foster engagement, and create an environment where leadership thrives at every level.
Becoming a Leadership Multiplier: Embrace Your Role In conclusion, Santosh Nair’s Leadership Multiplier program provides a comprehensive guide to understanding what makes a leader and how leadership multiplies within an organization. The program teaches us that leadership is not just about personal success but about empowering others, developing their potential, and creating a culture of leadership that endures. By applying the T.I.G.E.R. approach to leadership, mastering the 14 leadership lessons, and focusing on developing key leadership traits, you can transform not only your own career but also the lives of those you lead. Remember, leadership is not about commanding—it’s about influencing, inspiring, and multiplying leadership across the organization. When you become a Leadership Multiplier, you pave the way for a future filled with innovation, growth, and excellence.
