Tony Lucido is the reigning ACM bassist of the year— and for good reason. He puts all of his heart, soul and creativity into every bass part that he plays. Tony has played live or in the studio for Darius Rucker, Kenny Chesney, Lady A, Mat Kearney, Lauren Daigle, Dierks Bentley, Steven Tyler, Keith Urban, Kid Rock, Doobie Brothers, Francesca Batistelli, Cam, Kelly Clarkson, Amy Grant, Dave Barnes, Marc Broussard, Chris Tomlin, TobyMac and so many more. Happy One Year Anniversary!

Hello, my little babies (gaybies, if you will) (I'm so sorry), today is a very exciting day!

Today (well, actually yesterday, unforeseeable circumstances delayed this) marks this blog's one year anniversary! A whole year! It's been an exciting year for me personally, but what a year it's been for all of us together! Regardless of if you're been following this blog for the whole year, we have shared this past year as humans, and it has not been an easy one! Truly, King George in Hamilton was correct when he said 'oceans rise, empires fall, we have seen each other through it all'. Give yourself a pat on the back that you've made it this far!

Now, when dailypocsix celebrated their one year anniversary earlier this year, they did so with custom art. I've talked at length about this blog and what getting to run it means to me, so I won't bore you all with the whole spiel again, but just suffice to say that this blog means a lot to me, and being able to run it and share all these ideas and this celebration of the LGBT+ community and maybe some hope and some joy with you all means a lot.

The newest episode of That Vampire Show is out now! 

Episode 2: “Carpe The Shit Out Of That Damn Diem,” picks up where episode one left off -- Kat has just found out she won a fan fiction contest she never entered and has to deal with the implications of that. Does she take the prize anyways? And what does that mean for her plan to become new, cool, not fangirl Kat when she heads to college? 

Meanwhile, Warren tries to remember why he wrote “Bloodlines” in the first place. He searches for answers in old “Bloodlines” episodes, and in a character who is sure to be some of your instant blorbos: Freddy Graves. 

This episode is also one of our writers’ first ever audio writing credits! Please welcome Cassidy Lu Jones into the community -- we think they did an amazing job, and we love this episode so much.

As usual, slight ramble below, but you should know what you’re in for by now, there’s a slight running commentary appearing occasionally. I’m not sure if anyone else tagged me in one of these though!

1) Name/Nickname? - Iris. My real name isn’t half as interesting, I’ve only told a selection of people that though.

2) Gender? - Female

3) Star sign? - Pisces sun, Aquarius moon, Virgo rising.

7) Favorite bands? - ABBA, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, The Fray, The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Fleetwood Mac, TOTO (my taste in music is so random, jeez)

8) Favorite solo artists? - Hailee Steinfeld, Sabrina Carpenter, Lorde, Taylor Swift, Mat Kearney, Shawn Mendes, Mitski, Paul Simon, Dodie (yup, again, I’m a mishmash, but at the same time, I struggle picking favourites and shit, so had to hunt through my Spotify.)

9) Song stuck in your head? - Currently, alternates between Sweet Child O’Mine, Lily the Pink, Bright and a lot more! I went through a phase of replaying certain songs so I’ve memorised a lot.

10) Last movie? - All The Bright Places, yet again need complete silence to watch stuff and need to be focused enough. Both criteria are rarely met.

11) Last show? - Santa Clarita Diet, yes it was the same the last time I did one of these, problem? I’m in a really sarcastic mood currently and think I’m so funny, so yeah. But short answer, attention span is very messed up, most of the time can’t focus without floating off, so most of the time can’t be bothered watching stuff, and need subtitles on all TV, can’t always pick stuff up if there’s background music/extra noise or other people. Need complete silence to watch stuff, which is so rare that I just don’t, or look up spoilers so I know what’s happening.

12) When did you create this blog? - 19th Oct 2018 (That’s probably when I started being more active, did make it before then, but lurked for quite a bit x)

13) What do you post? - LITG, positivity and whatever the heck else I want to dump into the void.

16) Do you get asks? - Yep, it’s mostly @kiki-the-creator @oneflewoverthecuckoos and @hyperspacial along with a couple of others. I don’t get many anons, and asks themselves are usually pretty rare if they’re not from my core group of askers!

17) Why you chose your url? - I had a Lauren Orlando fan account on Instagram in 2017, which went through a lot of name changes. That ended up being lovely.Laurennoelle, then bubblelaureno eventually. Then made another Instagram the same year, called that ultravxlet, then changed to laurelcstillo, then needed another switch, so bubblelaureno it was! Then I just changed nearly all my accs to the same user so I could keep track. Bubble came from the trend at the time of making all users something laureno in the fandom, so I thought of bubblelaureno.

18) Following? - 3362 (Yep, it’s a ridiculous amount, I know, nope I don’t keep up with everything!)

19) Followers? - 231, which is so much more than I expected, what the heck!

20) Average hours of sleep? - Eh. That varies between 4-8/9. Depending on depressive/anxious spirals, then my sleep amount rockets up.

Our next match is the for the WEC Transgender Championship as Sarina Valentina our current champion takes on our owner,’Sabrina K. Michael. Should be interesting.

Right now, both women are in their respective locker rooms getting ready for the fight.

Katie Kearney is backstage with the challenger: Sabrina K. Michael.

“Sabrina, do you really think it’s a good idea for you to step in the ring with Sarina?”

“I’ve been asked this question a million times, I’m sure! Sarina still has her cock, I still have mine. This’ll be an interesting fight!” Sabrina says, walking away.

Sabrina K. Michael makes her way to the ring. She’s wearing a black bra and matching full back panties.

Sabrina enters the ring & stands in her corner.

Katie Kearney is backstage with the champion: Sarina Valentina!

“Sarina, what are your thoughts on facing Sabrina?”

“Sabrina? Or do you mean, Steve? See, Katie, I’m truly transgender, ‘Sabrina’ as he calls himself is nothing but a man in drag. I’m going to shove my girly cock down his pretty little mouth tonight!” Sarina says, kissing Katie on the cheek, and walking away.

Now, ring announcer Cathy Kelley enters the ring to make the official introductions.

“Ladies & gentlemen! The following contest is scheduled for one fall & it is for the WEC Transgender Division Championship!

“Introducing first: from: New Jersey…please welcome the owner of the WEC…SABRINA!”

Sabrina smiles for the crowd.

“Her opponent: from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania…she is the reigning…defending…WEC TRANSGENDER CHAMPION…please welcome…SARINA VALENTINA!”

Sarina also smiles for the crowd.

Both women meet in the middle of the ring, and surprisingly, both women shake hands.

Sarina tries to slap Sabrina, but Sabrina blocks & answers with a of her own, knocking Sarina to the mat. Sarina lays there, clutching her cheek crying.

Sabrina looks down, extends her hand & pulls Sarina to her feet.

Sabrina mouths the words: ‘Stop the match!’ to the referee.

The bell rings &’the match is ruled a no contest! Sarina Valentina is STILL Transgender champion.

Sabrina takes her blonde wig off and becomes Steve again.

He walks backstage where Cali ‘GI’ Danger is waiting for him.

As soon as he enters the backstage area, Cali jumps in his arms.

“I’m so proud of you!” She whispers in his ear.

With that, Katie Kearney comes over.

“Steve, care to comment on what just happened?”

“Katie, I was pressured to compete in the ring, it’s bad enough I had a 2 on 1 match against Lauren Phillips & Alice Merchesi! I cancelled a match against Holly Sonders. And I could’ve really hurt Sarina. I’ll never compete again and from now on, I’m Steve. That’s all, Katie, you’re excused!” Steve says, his arm around Cali.
