i wish i could just turn off my hearing at will so i would not get triggered into meltdown by stupid noises out of my control its so embarassing. earplugs are a sensory hell of their own and music doesnt help cover up sounds when i need there to be no sounds bc literally any noise starts being a problem at that point. i need it to be quiet and there not to be shit shoved in and/or over my ears. why is everything and everyone so loud why do i have to hear it always and as a bonus not auditory process it correctly. yet another part of my autism curse its so frustrating. meltdowns are so humiliating even when i am alone i feel like a bratty todler lol
