[Worldbuilding] Just one of each

I have been worldbuilding the last few months instead of actually gaming. The Glimmermark still does not feel ready to actually play in, I am still trying to figure out how to fit the building blocks I have into a coherent whole.

One of the core building blocks is this principle: there’s only going to be one of each.

Which means there will not be oodles of huge monsters just walking…

Are we ever going to have fanstasy movies that are this level of good quality again? Because I miss the times when movies acully felt magical.

And NO this is not just my childhood nostalgia talking, because I didn't see Pan's labyrinth, Jim hensons labyrinth, Neverending story, the princess bride or fully watched the Lord of the rings movies until I was in my early twenties, I just wish that more movies cloud be as whimsical because it's sad that we dont have movies that embraces the fairytale anymore.
