His power output is also dependent on whatever external source he’s drawing from. NOW HEHE SELF-INDULGENT TIME: In the Ew Stay AU, Eduardo has been stockpiling his powers for a while now and is able to comfortably use them. Edd and Eduardo find out that Eduardo is able to coax some sort of reaction from Edd’s powers if he: 1.) Uses his powers on Edd, 2.) Uses his powers while in physical contact with Edd.  Using his powers on Edd gives more range but has a lower power output, while physical contact gives Edd less range, of course, but a higher power output.  Is this just an excuse for me to make them have as much physical contact as possible??? idk who told you that?? not me?????
