#LMK zine

We're very excited to announce that the interest check for this LMK zine is now open! The interest check will run from now until August 31st, please let us know your thoughts so we can get this thing moving along :)

"But what is this zine about?" we hear you ask! Well, it's essentially to thank and acknowledge those who created the show, and to those who continue to work on it! These silly little characters are not easy to animate, and it takes quite the talented team to be able to do so. FlyingBark passed the torch to WildBrain, and we're eternally grateful that this story can continue due to their tough decision to switch animation studios. This zine is a little "Farewell and thank you to those who came before us, and welcome in those who took on the challenge for our small but mighty fanbase". 

There's no particular theme to this zine, really just anything LMK related can be included- from fanart, screenshot redraws, writing pieces, etc.,!

Its been a super cool experience working with such amazingly talented people--the artwork and writing that are in this zine are INCREDIBLE and the merch included in the bundles spark such joy. Its been my first time being part of a zine and ngl its been a good first experience to have.

She dared not step too close to her sister anymore since she would only be turned to ash and the whole affair was so tiring. But it wasn't a big deal anymore, she wanted to be alone when she ate herself alive because what else could she possibly do? The insignificant creature she existed as was being consumed and reformed like clay into something new, a crude imitation of her former self, and nopony says anything but it's not like they're scared to it's just because they think it's funny that little sisters are worth even less than invisible gods. And every night she could feel fangs boring holes through her head and could hardly think through the moments of blinding pain but it was kind of unremarkable. It was a familiar feeling like she had waited all her life for this moment she was destined for. It was painful and it was beautiful and she was nothing at all.

Zine Announcement!

Howdy folks! Welcome to the Farewell Flyingbark, Welcome Wildbrain LMK Zine! (we know its a mouthful but it makes sense). This zine is a sort of thank you to both Flyingbark and Wildbrain! We are a small but mighty fandom and we are ever grateful for all Flyingbark has done for us AND for Wildbrain taking on and continuing the project of our beloved Lego Monkey Kid!

We'll be posting updates about the zine, including an interest check, on this blog so go ahead and give us a follow to keep in the loop about this project! It is being managed by @spoofyleaf and @bearjam
