Yeah exactly! To add to this: as a disabled person, I very much understanding needing to sit, but the safety factor is important here. I'd recommend finding some place out of the way to sit, with your back against a wall or something, so that you're not close to the flow of traffic and can't obstruct people.

If you need to sit while you're on a train and there's no seats left, try asking somebody if they'd be willing to let you sit. Admittedly this can be awkward and kind of hard if you don't "look disabled enough" for people to want to offer, but if it's for the sake of your health then you don't really have many other options.

This is also why I'm always in favour of public transit adding more benches for people waiting at stations, and thank you to everybody who offers to stand when you see somebody who might need to sit on a public train!
