If it's ok with you, I'm sending some hs recommendations of my own but the dynamics and pacing are a bit all over the place lol. But I really like all of them so yeah

Skip to Loafer (the pacing is yummy and protagonist is awesome. The guy is ok. There's anime!)

Yubisaki to Renren (mc is deaf and super cute and ml is hot. Dinamic is nice and art style is god like)

Megane, Tokidoki, Yankee-kun (ml is Chad and a brat at the same time)

Your Smile Is a Trap (dinamic the way I like it, a bit of wait till the romance starts tho)

The Guy She Was Interested in Wasn't a Guy at All (the girls are cool and hot and the art style is chef kisses)

Tsuiraku JK to Haijin Kyoushi (slow paced but call me Pidgeon the way I eat those romance crumbs)

I wasn't finished with the info but Tumblr was being annoying so have Atari's info:

The rookie, part-timer detective of the Spacetime Detective Agency. Though passionate in her field, she tends to throw herself head-first into everything.

Ahoge: Unlike Ringo, she actually has it for a reason.

Berserk Button: Don't eat her food. Zero's Bark-Bots learn this the hard way.

Big Eater: To the point that she needs to stuff her own mouth with Onigiri to resist Lemres' customary (and usually widely scorned) offer of candy. She can apparently eat two dozen Onigiri for breakfast with space left for seconds.

Atari: Just who do you think you are, Sir! You cannot entice me with second-rate food! Only first rate food will do that! *nomming sounds*

Raffina: You do realize that you don’t sound very persuasive with your mouth full of food, right!?

Atari: I can’t help it, these Puyo Battles always make me so hungry! *nomnomnom* Would you guys like some Onigiri too?

Clueless Detective: Bordering on Inspector Lestrade. She certainly understands the basics of what it means to investigate, but her Hot-Blooded nature gets in the way of her actually executing them properly.

"Do It Yourself" Theme Tune: Her voice actress (Saran Tajima) is the one who sings the game's opening song, and, unlike when Ringo's voice actress did the same for Puyo Puyo 7, does so in-character, with Atari using the second verse of the song as an opportunity to introduce herself and her friends and coworkers.

Hot-Blooded: When she gets going, she gets going. Her passion for her job is both her biggest asset and greatest weakness.

Idiot Hero: Downplayed, but her non-sequiturs and general antics are enough to render even Amitie (who is usually The Ditz) baffled and speechless.

Japanese Politeness: She tries to speak respectfully and politely to her superiors and "clients", but often slips up and will frequently add a "desu" to her sentences two seconds too late.

Muscles Are Meaningless: While she doesn't look it, she is physically a tank, what with her being able to keep up with the likes of Raffina in terms of endurance and strong enough to single-handedly wrestle down her co-worker Roquier (a grown man a head taller than herself).

Suketoudara: I wasn’t told that that lady was a regular Hercules! Lemme off this wild ride!!

Older Than They Look: Thanks to the series' current artstyle, she looks about the same age as Amitie, Ringo (both of whom are canonically in their early/mid-teens) and Arle (who is canonically in her late teens, with a usually confirmed age of 16). However, the fact that she is a working woman and makes references to having graduated from high school implies that she is 19 at her youngest.

Rookie Red Ranger: She is a Naïve Newcomer to both the previous Puyo Puyo cast and her own colleagues. Seo tends to treat her as a Disposable Intern.

Samaritan Syndrome: She will gladly ignore cases she actually gets paid for just to do unpaid odd-jobs and help others.

Plucky Girl: No matter how many lemons are thrown at her, be it in the form of her boss' rather unreasonable expectations, her "clients'" odd requests or even just her own incompetence, she always keeps a smile on her face, remaining enthusiastic and ready for action.

Punny Name: The name "Atari" can mean a multitude of things in Japanese (just for example: strike, success, guess, tackle, jackpot, target, etc.), many of which describe Atari's general character pretty well. She is aware of this and will frequently point it out or make puns with her own name.

Pursue the Dream Job: Becoming a detective like those in her favorite TV shows and mystery novels was her childhood dream.

Trademark Favorite Food: Onigiri. She'll even get angry over someone else eating it in some cases, such as on her first mission, when she tries giving some to everyone else, only for the Bark-bots that Zero had sent after them to eat all of it.

Yellow Is Cheerful: Atari is a Plucky Girl whose outfits usually have yellow in them, her main outfit features her wearing a yellow jacket, and has a card color of yellow.

So while characters change outfits almost every film, like how they do in the games, certain things gotta stay the same. Arle, for example, canonically wears the same outfit every game save the ones where she's a little kid, but that outfit has a ton of different designs.

So in this series Arle has a total of 7 outfits. The ARS outfit is in flashbacks

Okay guys, I have this really dumb headcanon that Thorley IS a lemon. I was just imagining that since he likes lemon bars and he talks with pursed lips like he’s constantly eating lemons that he just BECAME a lemon one day. XD Like, if you had to assign him a fruit it would 100% no doubt be a lemon. He’s such a sour asshole sometimes cause he wants to be charming but all he is IS AN AWKWARD LEMON.
