Well, this kdrama was highly rated everywhere and I saw everyone mention how sad it was so I got curious and decided to start watching. I think the overall premise of the show is very interesting and I was instantly hooked as I could relate to it to a certain extent.

However, I think that's what made me more critical, since I lost my mom at a young age I couldn't help but not agree with how things were portrayed from time to time. This made me get even more personal with how the story was developed so bare in mind that it is a good show, this review is just heavily influenced by my life experiences.

I would like to go more in depth on why I dislike it but I fear I would just end up spoiling it but to summarize it (and I'm literally only mentioning things from the first episode): I don't appreciate how the mother is just erased from the daughters life, I understand the need for stability but lying and pretending she never existed literally enraged me.

Moreover, some characters lacked personality and that took points off from acting, even though its not their fault though. I must say that it's just the character they were given.

I have to disagree with the opinion of some on the ending being bad, I think it was needed and it made sense, I understand some people would have liked it to pan out a different way but it wouldn't have made sense. But it is not good. And this is for my personal reasons as well, not because of how it was played out.

No but you don't understand I LOVE them!!

So excited about the Phantom Singer tour - 14 performances in 11 cities is an incredible opportunity. Plus, Jinho is one of the best live performers I have seen irl; they are going to utterly charm everyone.

(And maybe, hopefully, make some $$, and maybe, hopefully, bring some of those fans back to Pentagon, and maybe hopefully figure out how to make CREZL continue forever, and maybe, hopefully, there will be fancams.)

(Also, I don't think this tour necessarily means no Pentagon comeback until it's over: Jinho literally finished the PS dinner at 6am --must have been FUN btw-- and then was in the makeup chair the next day for their festival performance at 5pm, and THEN did a weverse live. He can miss a MuCore, it's fine.)
