(Pulls his Head Back Up as He Looks Down at the Stack of Multiplication Homework His Parents, Ky and Dizzy, Gave Him) I've been coped up in here all day today and I'm STILL stuck on the first page. Sin: (Sighs While Slouching his Upper Body Down a Bit) Yeeup. My math teacher says my grades has started slipping, so he convinced mom and dad to put me on a study/homework plan to catch up, starting with multiplications. It's so dumb.......

Testament: (Gives Their Grandson a Light Parental Glare) Now, Sin, you know they're only doing this to help improve your education in the long run, right?

Sin: Yeah, i know, but I've been working on it since first thing in the morning and it already got me stressed and bored outta my mind ever since.

Jack-O: ('Sigh') Stress and boredom. Two emotions I keep getting far too often these days......

Jack-O: Worse. I had to do stacks of paperwork, mountain sets of them, some of which were tall enough to create a mini fort around my own desk!

Both grannies stare at Sin for a few seconds before letting out relaxed, defeat sounding sighs.

Dizzy: (Giggles Some More) I find that more silly if anything, dear~(Smiles Softly as She Leans the Side of her Head Over to her Husband's Shoulder) But it makes me happy to see to that our family is getting along these days.

-Ky’s a little nervous about the whole situation. He’s always had long hair, and although he trusts Dizzy and the reader, the idea of cutting it is still daunting. He tries to hide it with small talk, but it’s pretty obvious.

- Dizzy, with her naturally calming presence, gently instructs the reader on how to handle the scissors. She has a soft smile as she reminisces about how long Ky’s hair used to be, sharing some sweet stories about how she helped him take care of it.

- As the reader and Dizzy work together, there’s a lot of playful teasing. Maybe the reader jokes about Ky looking too much like a prince with his long hair, and Dizzy adds in how he’s still her knight in shining armor, regardless of his hairstyle.

- Dizzy and the reader find themselves laughing as they work in tandem. One of them holds Ky’s hair while the other carefully snips away. Ky tries to sit still, but it’s clear he’s fidgeting, making the task both fun and a little challenging.

-There’s a quiet moment where Ky closes his eyes and simply enjoys the feeling of trust. He’s always been one to shoulder responsibility, but here, in this intimate setting, he feels the care and love surrounding him.

-Once his hair is cut, Ky’s relieved to feel the weight lifted, both physically and emotionally. Dizzy lovingly runs her fingers through his newly shortened locks, and the reader might joke that it’s going to take him a while to get used to it.

Yahooo! So, so, sudden. thought- I don't know if you do angst, but what about Ky and Dizzy suddenly losing their third partner due to an accident? How would they cope? How would they move on, would they even...ever?

-Both of them would be heartbroken, crying in each others embrace as they were kneeled before your grave. It had been a horrible incident, you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Your ceremony had ended hours ago, but both of them were still kneeled before your grave. Their cheeks wet with tears, holding each other.

-Once, they got back to their place, they saw a picture of you on the desktop. Smiling, and being full of energy. Ky couldn't bear to look at it, he turned the picture towards the table, as he walked past it. Dizzy walked to the kitchen wanting to make tea, only to see your favorite brand. She wasn't in the mood for tea.

-It took both of them weeks, to get over your absence. You not being in the bed with them, not eating with them, not being... There with them. Ky started working more and more, trying fill the hole you left with work. Dizzy became more quiet and pessimistic.

-After some time, Ky and Dizzy decoded to visit your grave. Dizzy hold a bouquet of flowers in her other hand, other holding Ky's hand. Dizzy placed the flowers to your grave, as Ky was holding back tears. Dizzy held onto his arm. As they stood there, they realized you wouldn't want them to wallow forever. You'd want to them to live their best. Soon, after this visit their life went on. But, they did notice your absence, in their day to day life. There was times, they missed you more and less. They did do regular visits to your grave, Ky even had a small statue made in your honor to decorate the kingdom.

Glad to see that I have had such an impact. It really is a shame more people don't write for Testament, both the character and the songs made by their namesake are pretty neat. I recommend Perilous Nation quite a bit.

Dizzy and Ky watched Testament lay sideways upon the couch in the fetal position, tears streaming down their face as they gazed off into the middle distance.

“Dizzy… uh… what’s going on?” Ky quietly asked the blue haired Gear standing next to him.

“It… seems that, if what I was able to glean from them in between their broken sobs is true, they are distraught about not being able to find an anniversary gift for their beloved.” Dizzy quietly answered.

A shocked expression crossed Ky’s face.

“Testament is dating someone!?” Ky quietly exclaimed.

“Yes, and soon to be engaged.” Dizzy answered, her head still spinning due to the information that had all been piled on her at once.

Ky did a spit take.

“I know, it's shocking.” Dizzy muttered.

“Do you think they were ever going to tell us?” Ky asked.

Ky briefly recalled the close calls he had with Testament’s scythe when Dizzy still had a bounty on her head.

“Yes… I do.” Ky muttered before looking at Testament once more.

For a moment the pair watched the raven haired Gear.

“Dizzy, we’ve got to do something this is-” Ky began before Dizzy cut him off.

“Sad? Pathetic? Depressing? Like seeing a kicked puppy?” Dizzy asked, holding a finger up for each option.

“I… yes.” Ky conceded, agreeing with Dizzy.

“Then we better hope we can help Testament find a gift.” Dizzy stated.

“Did Testament tell you anything about this person?” Ky asked.

“Just that they were the single most wonderful person they had ever met, that they made their heart skip a beat every time they looked them in the eyes, and that they loved to listen to them rant about all of their hobbies.” Dizzy answered.

“That is not a lot to go on… Perhaps a long vacation?” Ky suggested.

Dizzy shook her head before speaking ���No, Testament said they want to give them something that will last forever.”

Ky closed his eyes in thought.

“Oh! Perhaps a pair of lockets! One for Testament and one for their love.” Ky said to Dizzy, slamming his fist into his open palm.

Dizzy looked at Ky with a smile before saying “I think that may just work.”

even through your doubts, you chose to accept aces invitation in the end. perhaps this meeting will help clear up said doubts, who knows? plus, you suppose it wouldn’t hurt too much to pay the octatrio a little surprise visit.

upon entering the mirror chamber you immediately notice the ginger waiting for you by the octavinelle mirror, fiddling with his phone angrily. probably texting deuce, you assume. once he takes notice of your nearing footsteps he looks up and immediately brightens when his eyes land on you. “[name]! i didn’t think you would actually come!”

“.. that would be really rude. sounds more like something you would do.”

he winces momentarily, then after a moment, he nods in understanding, “can’t say i blame you for thinking that. shall we go?�� 

ace holds his arm out for you to take, which you glance at warily, only to walk past him and through the mirror.

it’s not that you don’t trust ace, you’ve been through a bunch of shit during your time in nrc together, but you don’t really want to be seen arm-locked with him, either. people might get the wrong idea, or something (you fail to realize you’re literally going on something that looks like a “date” to outsiders). 

after a short mirror trip you find yourself outside the magical octavinelle dorm building. due to the dizziness the mirrors effects still have on you, you stumble a bit upon landing and immediately feel aces hand on your arm to help you steady yourself. after the first couple months you spent here, your friends have all learned the mirror makes you dizzy, and there’s always someone reaching a helping hand out whenever you use it. ace himself has done it a million times before.

so why is your heart racing just a tad faster this one time?

“jadey my dearest!”

“seven save me,” was all the eel got to utter before getting body slammed.

“oh, how i missed you so! i’m so happy to see you’re finally back from war!” you say, wiping some fake tears from your cheeks.

“he is not ‘at war’. he is simply ‘working’. as all humans should, because some clearly have way too much time on their hands.”

“zuzu! … go back to war, i did not miss you.”

azuls expression was a hilarious mix of flabbergasted and backstabbed and you wish you had a free hand to take a picture, but it seems floyd had you covered when you notice his flash go off.

“what’re ya here for today, shrimpy? .. oh, crabby is here too! here for a squeeze?”

“no. nope. absolutely not,” out of the corner of your eye you could see ace slowly backing away from floyd, who wore his signature menacing grin–

“c’mon floyd, back to work you go.”

–before azul (who was still pouting) hauled him away. to this day you still don’t understand how he can do that.

“ohhh my god i can’t believe this, man,” you finally took a drink of the smoothie jade placed on your table about 30 minutes ago, “your childhood days were fucking wild.”

“yeah,” he copied you by also drinking from his drink, “how about yours? if you want to share that is, i understand that’s a.. sensitive topic right now.”

“no, no, it's fine. umm.. let me think..” swirling the contents of the glass before you, you thought deep and far back into your memories, until you found something appropriate, “oh, i stabbed myself with scissors once,” ace nearly chokes on his drink, “intentionally, i think? we were making some christmas cutouts with my mom when i was 7 and she left me unsupervised for 5 minutes. i started playing with the scissors pretending they were planes and the plane was supposed to crash into a mountain, which was my knee, and yeah. boom. scissors i my knee, blood everywhere, mom screaming bloody murder, and im just staring with my stupid little blank face.”

you look up from your smoothie and ace is staring at you like you just told him you ate your foot raw.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

To any outsiders that see you two together it might seem like she doesn’t care about you but truthfully she’s both too shy and unsure with herself on how to show her affection. She goes to Elphelt to get some information on what to do to show you her affection. Unfortunately for her everything Elphelt recommends is over the top and something she doesn’t really see herself doing so she goes for Dizzy instead. For her anything you do is enough to make her blush and get her heart racing. Quality time is something she appreciates the most though especially if you take her out to places she hasn’t been to before. With that she is able to study and learn more about her emotions, it also makes her happy being taken out to places and being treated to nice food (burgers it's always burgers).

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

She would be silent but caring in her own way. Constantly inviting you out to try new burger joints with her or simply asking you questions she doesn’t feel like her sister or other family/friends could answer for her. These are all things she would do in a romantic relationship anyway.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

At the start of the relationship you would need to initiate any sort of physical affection. At first she simply didn’t show any signs of wanting to be held and you respected her space but soon enough she would start dropping small hints your way. You two would be watching a romantic movie, something she recommended for studying and the love interests would hold each other in a tender embrace, during this scene Ramlethal would begin to sneak a few glances at you. Catching the hint you would open your arms and she would walk over and simply drop into your embrace, placing her head onto your chest and curling up into a ball. It's hard for her to express her needs and wants but she loves being held by you.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Ramlethal can't really make a decision like this just yet with her more limited knowledge of everything. Though from what Elphlet has Explained to her the idea of settling down isn't something she’s against in fact she kinda likes the idea just needs more time before she can make it. She does treat you as a second parent with her dog.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

She would be blunt and straightforward with her breakup. For her to really lose interest in someone after opening up you must have done something wrong by her. She wouldn’t show much emotion breaking up with you but would probably be more emotional by herself or with Elphelt.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

For Ramlethal, opening herself up and learning about others is massively important and so is this relationship with you. To put it simply, you're locked in. She usually does what she sees Ky and Dizzy do together and tries to replicate that so she treats your relationship as if you were already married. She wants to experience everything with you and she hopes it stays that way, might not even realize the real difference between simply dating and marriage.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Ramlethal is aware of her own strength and the fact that she could crush you instantly. Even though she knows that she could, she would never do anything that could harm you and treats you gently. She always tries to be kind when talking with you. Do expect a lot of questions about your hobbies, likes and dislikes.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

She loves being hugged but won't initiate it at the beginning of the relationship and would need you to pick up on her cues. But once she starts becoming comfortable in the relationship she would begin to initiate the hugs. Her hugs are tight and secure. If you're taller than her she rests her head on your chest and holds you close but if you're shorter than her she rests her chin on top of your head.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

She doesn’t say it for a long time, even when she knows she loves you it's still something she stops herself from saying out loud. She doesn’t really understand why she waits. But when she feels ready she asks for you to meet her in her room because she has something important to tell you.

“I never really understood why my heart would race when near you, or why my heart tightened when I saw you speak with another, but…. I know that I love you and I want you to know that as well” You have never seen her smile that bright before.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

She gets silently jealous. She won't say anything and it's only something she will admit or talk about if you ask her about it. The first time she ever got jealous was when she brought you to meet her sister and Sin. Elphelt wasn’t aware that either of you were seeing each other and asked you to marry her. Ramlethal gave her the silent treatment for 2 days. She doesn’t understand her jealousy at first but later understands the feeling more when she speaks to Dizzy about the heaviness she felt when the incident happened. But if someone is openly flirting with you she just appears in the middle of the both of you and asks the person to leave you alone.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

She gives small quick kisses at first, later down the line she starts giving longer more aggressive kisses. She’s needy in the way she kisses, grasping at your face, licking and sucking on your lips. When she gets really into it she might bite your lips which gives you quite a scare especially with those sharp teeth of hers. She likes kissing your lips most and likes it when you kiss her shoulders especially if she's curled herself into a ball while you're cuddling with her.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

She is fine when it comes to interacting with children. Plays around with them in a child-like way and simply goes along with their wishes. Doesn’t mind the idea of having them just gets scared at the idea of losing an eye.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

She’s silent when she wakes up. Trying not to make any sudden noises or movements to wake you up but when there’s no missions for her you go to she likes to simply lay down and stare at you till you wake up.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

In bed watching TV with blankets and snacks, usually just dozing off to sleep with the TV still on whatever movie you both decided to binge.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

At the start of the relationship she opens up about mostly everything about herself other than her past. But once she truly comes to realize how much she loves you the dam breaks and she starts to tell you everything about, from the universal will to her true nature as a valentine, she just vents out everything she’s been wanting to tell you since the beginning. If you hear all of this and stay by her side then you will have a very happy girlfriend

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

She’s very patient with you and in turn you have to be patient with her.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?

She remembers everything about you. You mentioned a food you liked once she will get it for you. Do you like this book series? She’s gonna read the entire series at night just to talk to you about it. Everything you say or she can dig up will be memorized perfectly.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

For your first month anniversary (Elphelt told Ramlethal how much of an accomplishment this was and she wanted to do something for it) you both planned to visit every burger joint you could find and eat at. Seeing you plan something like that for her made her feel like her heart was about to burst. The entire night she had her eyes on you (and the burgers ) you could practically feel the love radiating off of her.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

She knows the strength difference between the both of you. She does everything to protect you, if there's an enemy nearby she always stands in front of you to make sure you're safe. Inturn she enjoys having you check up on her after she has been in a battle.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

She gives it her all no matter what holiday it is. She might not fully understand it all but she does her best to research everything that she can do for you.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

She doesn’t understand much when it comes to emotions/feelings and can’t really express herself in the way she would want. At times you might think she doesn’t really like you and she wouldn’t truly be able to pick up on that and would need outside help such as Elphelt and Dizzy (mostly Dizzy). But she always tries to make it up to and promises to learn more and be better as expressing how much you mean to her.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

She doesn’t put much work into her appearance, just a natural beauty. Though her sister tends to help her pick more stylish clothing.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Once you become a huge part of her life she enjoys having you by her side 24/7. Everytime you go over to visit her she always offers to let you stay the night (in an innocent manner). She wants you to be near her all the time to see everything she sees.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

She sometimes catches herself talking about you towards her friends and family. If someone brings up something that relates to something the both of you have done together she would bring it into the conversation and soon completely take over the conversation. Most people are fine with her doing this, Elphelt and Sin love seeing her happy so it doesn’t bother them.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

Basic things for her. Someone that is a jackass or borderline jerk. She doesn’t have much specifics.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

She sleeps like a rock. It takes a long time for her to actually get into the motion of cuddling especially with another person. The dog definitely sleeps in the bed with the both of you.
