Favorite Things: Cutie Pie

This series starts with the pain and is an undercurrent through the entire story. Yes, they are in desperate need for some clear communication, but their insecurities and fears are what cause them to tragically misunderstanding each other. This lack of understanding causes them to unintentionally hurting each other, even as they get closer and become even more desperate for the other to return their love.

The pain makes the sweet even sweeter and we love it so much! This was a re-watch for both of us and it won't be the last time. The story was really well done and the acting was great. Both really know how to bring the pain.

Even though Cutie Pie had lots of cute and silly, that wasn't what they lead with and they didn't pull any punches when it came to the tears and pain. We couldn't stop thinking about some of these beautifully acted scenes and put them together in a post:

We love how this entire show is built on the misunderstanding that neither believes the other loves them. It's easy to feel like some effective communication could have cleared this up and prevented a lot of pain, but their fear and insecurities would have stopped them from being able to accept the truth.

I absolutely love this drama❤️❤️💕💕❤️❤️💕💕. I have never laughed so hard that I almost wet myself, Never cried so much that my eyes are puffy and Never screamed so loud that my neighbours knocked on my door to check if I'm ok ....... Everything about this drama was perfect 🤗😘🤗😘🤗😘. Oh and foei is my spirit animal for sure I just love him🤩

This scene honestly made me tear up a bit, it was so filled with emotion and lust. I know they've done it before, but LianKuea have been waiting for this special night for a while. You can see the sparkle in Lians eyes while the fondness he has for Kuea surfaces slowly. Kueas genuine love shows with the tear in his eye while being completely vulnerable. The trust and affection they have for one another in this scene is so strong it's kinda overwhelming (in a good way), it's what really sets the emotional value of the two. ZeeNunew really outdid themselves showing the audience the true love and passion they have for each other. 🙂‍↕️

This was so romantic, this is why Zee is king (he's tied with Mile and Khun Sam)

While watching bed friends, I thought the boss was way too familiar. Then i realised it's kinn

One of the things that bothers/terrifies Lian the most is the knowledge that the entire university ships Kuea and Diao.

People chronicle every interaction between them.

There are fanfics written about them.

There is an entire WEBPAGE devoted to the theory that they're secretly lovers.

The university built a whole-ass ship around Kuea and Diao and how hands-on snuggly they are with each other.
