Cultists who have expressed concern over their cults actions or who have begun questioning the cult's authority will often be offered the opportunity to don an Arcanine veil as a sudden promotion; an honor that few would refuse given its revered status. Upon merging their souls, the cultist's concerns are quietly quelled as their newfound canine loyalty takes, rebirthing dissenters into the most devout zealots of their cults and a powerful tool for internal propaganda.
