Knob Creek bourbon is used to make this classic Mint Julep, which is great for drinking on a hot summer day.

Ingredients: 2 oz Knob Creek bourbon. 1/2 oz simple syrup. 6-8 fresh mint leaves. Crushed ice.

Instructions: Mix the mint leaves and simple syrup together in a julep cup or glass. Put crushed ice in the cup. Boil Knob Creek bourbon and pour it over the ice. Mix everything together slowly. Add a sprig of mint as a garnish. Serve right away.
