it’s starting to get chilly in the evenings and sadly my place is at maximum capacity for cats so i got a soft snuggly pet blanket for my porch so the cats who live in my yard have a warm soft place to curl up
mustache isn’t so sure about new things so i threw in a little a catnip to entice him to try it out at first… i think he likes it :)
I finally relented to my recurring thought of using a rolling pin on my muscles, and now I wonder why I didn't before! It is a little harder to be precise, especially on someone else when you can't feel the muscles under your hands. Also I usually use my lovely wooden pin for gingerbread at Christmas, and I'm unsure if it would be polite to give it dual purpose.
Anyway the ergonomics are great for my hypermobile hands (it's a single piece of soft, smooth wood that tapers to a gentle point at each end, so you have a wide grip), as I can use the force of both arms on a single area and never have to use my fingers or thumbs for applying pressure and thus don't stress my joints!! Also my hands get a little rolly massage too.
Now I've been kneaded and rolled out I'm just going to get nice and warm in bed and hopefully rise all lovely and soft and shapely shape in the morning
