You watched her from the doorway, observing as she struggled to balance several bags of baby supplies. “Hectic day?” you asked with a playful giggle.

“Oh yes,” she replied, exhaling wearily as she gently patted her very prominent belly. “Baby Ahri isn’t making it any easier. She’s so active these days!”

“I can imagine,” you said, leaning down and speaking in a high-pitched, playful tone. “Her due date is in just two weeks, you know. We’re all eagerly waiting to meet you, Baby Ahri.”

Minseo nodded with a tired smile, then asked, “Is Mingyu still not home?”

You glanced towards the window where Sooyoon, who had been waiting by the car, waved at you. “No, he’s still at the studio,” you replied. “But he texted me that he’ll be home soon and that he can’t wait to see his niece.”

Minseo rolled her eyes with a smirk. “He’s totally smitten with her. Sometimes, I think he’s more excited than I am!”

“Well, who can blame him?” you said with a reassuring smile. “Every kid can be a handful, but as long as she’s sweet with us, we’ll manage.” You pulled her into a warm hug. “Thanks again for everything, Y/N.”

Minseo smiled gratefully. “Enjoy your time in Busan!” she called as she headed toward the car, her hands full of baby supplies.

As you closed the door behind her, you called out, “Danbiii! Where’s my sweet little bean?” Your eyes scanned the room until you spotted her small pink slippers peeking out from beneath the curtain.

This had become a cherished ritual between the two of you. Whenever Danbi visited, you’d play a little game of hide-and-seek.

“Mmm, my little bean is hiding so well,” you said, feigning frustration. You heard a faint beep from the direction of the curtain. “Oh, I’m getting closer,” you said, tiptoeing toward it.

With a dramatic flourish, you pulled the curtain aside and exclaimed, “Got you!” You lifted Danbi into the air, and her delighted squeal filled the room.

"I need to tell the boys, they need to know" he said grabbing his phone "we could tell them at the company dinner on Saturday" you suggested and he nodded excited "oh I cant wait to see their faces"

The two of you made your way towards the small Greek Restaurant hand in hand while Mingyu carried your bag.

He was dressed in a Dark Blue Dress shirt, combined with some Black slacks and some black dress shoes.

You wore a matching Dark Blue Satin dress with some heels.

"who do you think will be the most excited?" Mingyu asked "I think Wonwoo, but he wont show it too much, probably Seungkwan and Josh, they´re gonna cry, oh and Debby will cry, and then she will tell Wonwoo to show some emotion" you giggled at the thought.

As the group of over 20 people ate in peace the smell of the Moussaka suddenly went not to well with your stomach.

Your chair screeched along the floor as you rushed towards the toilet, you hated this.

After you were done Mingyu gave you the small toothbrush from your Bag for emergencies and you quickly brushed your teeth.

The two of you walked back to the table and Seungkwan looked at you with concern written all over his features.

"are you okay?" he whispered and you nodded "actually we wanted to tell you all some exciting news" you smiled and Debby gasped.

"we´re going to be parents" Mingyu and you said grinning.

and they all gasped "NO WAY" Joshua got up and Seungkwan directly began to cry "oh my god finally" all of them hugged you and you saw Wonwoo wiping some tears away.

"nonu" you said feeling the tears sting your eyes.

and he opened his arms "I´m so happy for the two of you, you fought so long for this" he kissed your head and you hugged him tight.

"actually Wonu, I wanted to ask you something" Mingyu said giving him a small box, Wonwoo took it with furrowed eyebrows. His slightly shaky hands pulled the lid off and he gasped looking at his best friend with wide eyes.

"no way" the tears in Wonwoos eyes were getting more and more "of course Gyu" he hugged him tight.

the little box asked him 'do you wanna be my godfather? - Baby Kim'

Wonwoo pulled you into the circle and you could not stop the tears.

"I´m so happy for the two of you, baby Kim will have the best parents" he said.

The trainees entered the auditorium, filling out the seats in the middle section. Cheetah walked on stage to the cheer of the trainees. She told them that she would be announcing the groups for the concept evaluation.

“Now I’ll announce the eleven trainees who will be in our fifth group,” Cheetah said. “The seven remaining trainees will be our sixth group. Starting with Kim Nabi from JYP Entertainment, who got the 100 000 vote benefit.”

Eve walked onto the stage, standing as more trainees got called to join her.

“Please go to your practice studio now.”

The girls walked to their practice room, sitting down when they got in. Haesol peeled off the sticker covering the song they’d perform, revealing it to be 1 000%.

“Why don’t we choose our centre now?” Eve suggested when they were going over the song.

Haeun sighed. “Here it comes.”

“This could be our last time being the centre,” Haesol said, “so whoever wants to be the centre, speak now.”

The girls volunteered for the centre position, ultimately deciding on Haesol and Sooyoon. They decided Haesol and Chiyori would be the main vocalists.

“Here’s the fifth place trainee,” Seunggi announced during the ranking announcement. “She did the group battle evaluation with the song Very, Very, Very. She did her part as the dance position for the evaluation.”

Eve turned to Eunbi. “Unnie, it’s you.”

“No.” Eunbi shook her head.

“No, unnie I think it’s you,” Sooyoon agreed with Eve.

“The trainee is,” Seunggi began, pausing for dramatic effect. “Kwon Eunbi from Woollim Entertainment.”

Eve jumped up in excitement for her friend. “I told you!” She hugged her after Eunbi hugged everyone else.

Eunbi walked to her chair on the stairs after saying her speech and sat down.

Eve sat down, placing her hands in her lap. “It doesn’t look like I’m making it,” she commented.

Sooyoon shook her head. “No, unnie. We’re going to make it. Be optimistic!”

“The only places left to be announced are the first, second, third and fourth,” Seunggi announced. “They are the four most loved trainees by the National Producers. Who will have the honour of getting first place?” He asked, looking at the trainees. “I will now show you the four nominees for the first place voted by the National Producers. Let’s check it out on the screen.”

Everybody waited with baited breath for the trainees to be revealed.

“Nabi unnie still hasn’t been called,” Haeun noted.

Wang Ke turned to look behind her. “Nabi unnie is still here? She must be in the top four.”

Seunggi cleared his throat. “Please reveal the four nominees for first place.”

The screen showed the four trainees nominated for first place, Eve being one of them, however she was looking at her fingers in her lap as she played with them so she didn’t notice.

”Nabi unnie!” Haesol exclaimed, gaining Eve’s attention. “You’re on the screen!”

“What?” Eve asked, looking up at the screen. “Oh!” She exclaimed in shock. She turned to Sooyoon, both girls shocked.

“There is the first place among the four trainees for the second ranking announcement,” Seunggi said. “The nominees for first place are really unexpected. Kim Nabi from JYP Entertainment, you are a nominee for first place. What are you thinking right now?”

Eve shifted her hands on the microphone. “When my name hadn’t been called earlier, I was preparing myself to go home,” she admitted. “I’m really shocked to be a candidate for first place and I’m thankful to National Producers that they got me this far.”

The trainees in ranks four and three were revealed, Eve being neither of them.

“We have two trainees who are waiting to find out who will get the honourable position of first place. It’s Kim Nabi from JYP Entertainment and Jang Wonyoung from Starship Entertainment. Please come up to the stage.”

Eve stood up from her seat, high fiving trainees as she walked to the stage. When she got there, she got up on her box as Seunggi began speaking again.

“Here are the two nominees for first place. Kim Nabi from JYP Entertainment, you were in thirteenth place in the second week, ninth place in the third week and eighth place in the fourth week,” Seunggi told her, the trainees gasping at her consistent high ranking. “You’re now a nominee for first place. You are getting a lot of support from National Producers.”

He also talked about Wonyoung, mentioning her rank progression.

“I will announce first place now,” he said. “Who is the new first place trainee? We’ll reveal it shortly.”

Eve wringed her fingers together as she waited for Seunggi to announce the first place trainee.

“The trainee in first place is… Kim Nabi from JYP Entertainment.”

Eve’s eyes widened as she turned to look at Seunggi, who continued speaking.

“She received 1 010 555 votes in total out of 27 553 709.”

Eve’s 1 000% teammates began to cheer for her, causing her to blush.

“Tell me how you feel to be in first place,” Seunggi prompted Eve.

“Being in first place is something I hoped I could accomplish, but never thought I actually would. To my Into The New World team, thank you for trusting me to be the centre. To my 1 000% team, I wish more of us made it through, but know that I love you guys so much. Thank you to National Producers for supporting me and allowing me to continue to work towards my debut. I’ll continue to work hard and put my best into everything. Thank you.” She bowed.

Eve walked up the stairs, stopping every so often to receive hugs from other trainees. She hugged Eunbi the longest, squeezing the older girl extra tight.

“I’m so happy you weren’t eliminated,” Eunbi said into the hug.

Eve nodded her head. “Me too,” she agreed.

When they pulled apart, she continued walking until she reached the top of the stairs. She sat down, squealing in excitement.

“It’s so high up here,” she said to herself.

AOE wants to share the recent condition of James|ANNOUNCEMENT

We are sending our new year’s greeting to all RP’s fans around the world.

Thank you for all your continuous love and support for RP and we truly hope 2017 will be a year of health and peace for everyone.

Today, we would like to take the opportunity to explain the recent condition and the future course of James

On June 11, 2015, James has gotten into an unexpected and tragic accident which caused an immense shock and wound to James himself, his beloved family, all members of Apple of the Eye and his precious fans.

Despite the circumstances, all three members of RP were determined in their belief in not giving up on each other and continuing in their musical career. Until recently, RP was continuing in their official activities and were enthusiastically preparing for their new album which is to be released in 2017.

Since the accident, James had to receive numerous surgeries on his wrist yet the nerves and functions have not been recovered till now.  Shattered bones on his writs had been rotten away and distorted due to avascular necrosis and James had been suffering excessive pains day and night. However James had been taken his lumps and patiently did his best in hope till now.  

Nonetheless, the pain was not only in his hand but started expand to other parts of his body. James especially had often pleaded about headache. Also, the posttraumatic stress had reached extreme level that James had no choice but needed to be at absolute rest.

In end of March, 2016, James visited his hometown, LA to receive better treatment for his injury and consulted with many specialists there. However, due to strong oppose of the inflictor, the plan had been foundered. Thus, he had to return to Korea to take reoperation and had been traveling to three to four hospitals for rehabilitation to continue in his recovery.  

In mid-January, 2017 James proceeded examination to find reason for the severe headache and received seriously apprehensive news that doctors have found blood clot on his brain.

Apple of the Eye has decided that stability and peace of mind shall be the first priority to James and recommend that James shall return to LA where his family is at as soon as possible.

However, James has to remain in Korea a bit longer for the currently on going lawsuit for indemnification for damage and physical examination for the court case with the inflictor (Samchully Energy. Chai 797). James will be provisionally taking a leave from all his professional activities and focus on his recovery and lawsuits.

James is at a state of fragile and this is the time for all of us to put our hands and hearts together to pray for and support James that he can be back to the healthy and strong James as he was.

All of us at AOE respect the difficult decision James has made and will continuously pray and awaits for James that he will regain himself and meet back with all his fans at whenever he can.

All members of RP have faced many obstacles and pains of life since they were young.

However, none of the hardship could have stopped them from their passion for music and separated them from the fans who loved their music. Moon and Soo Yoon had never stopped and patiently walked through the difficult seasons and they will do their best in continue to so to take up the part of James in RP. We ask for your continuous support for Moon and Soo Yoon as they strive on their new journey

Apple of the Eye believes that RP will become stronger and more mature through this process of complete healing and restoration and we wish for RP to return to you soon.

We appreciate all of you who are cheering and praying for RP with all your heart and we sincerely promise to return all your love and support back to you.
