Twenty One Pilots. Panic! At The Disco.. and don't hate on me but like xxxtentacion. but not his really upbeat and hype music definitely his slower songs. like i feel like his music taste ranges but no where near as much as Mina. he has a very select taste but is open to listen to others genres (unlike Bakugo).

Melanie Martinez. i KNOW she listens to her, especially Mad Hatter. i think toga is definitely very open to any music, as long as she likes it she doesnt care. i kind of get a Hyperpop kind of feeling for her. but idrk. if you gave her a music recommendation and she liked you, i think it'd be the only thing she listened to until she knew the artists every single song and every single lyric.

RUMI USAGIYAMA (MIRKO)

idk y i get very... like hype Bruno Mars. like 24k Magic typa vibe. but i also get a very rap type vibe from her. like i cant really explain it. like if she listens to rap it wont be no slow shit she is listening to the most upbeat and fast sound she can find and will sit there and listen to it like its fuckin classical music and tap her foot on the floor very gently like its a nice little tune.

same for him, im not quite sure. cause like i feel like it wouldnt be completely alternative but it wouldnt be anything like pop either. i think when hes alone he listens to Adele ngl. but as for when he's with people? he just simply doesnt listen to music. i think i could imagine him listening to some Mother Mother songs or possibly The Cranberries lol.

erm. its like a mix of Bruno Mars, but not hype Bruno like Mirko, sad Bruno like Grenade and like if there was a mix of Cigarettes After Sex and Hozier. i've always gotten that vibe from him weirdly enough. again, i dont think hes super open with music recommendations unless he liked you and you specifically told him it'd make you happy if he gave it a try.

I like a lot of things with funky rhythms and melodies, both the drummer and the pianist in me crave it. Dr. Sunshine is Dead by Will Wood and the Tapeworms is like, a decent example of the kinda stuff I typically like? (my taste in music is BATSHIT, i really am the friend who will listen to anything and I mean that so genuinely). my adhd ass needs like…. i dont think ‘busy’ or ‘complex’ are the right words but i like a lot of Sounds in a layered but pieced together kinda way…? sorry ive somehow lost the ability to form coherent sentences

also i like a lot of musical theater shit, which is the homosexual in me, and a lot of older 50s-60s songs, which is…. probably also the homosexual in me if im being honest, but definitely also the choir kid. and also classical pieces and instrumental stuff because that’s just what happens when you’re thrown into playing piano at five.

Soulmates turned to myth, with less recorded history and more verbal tales, until most of the world forgot that soulmates had ever been a proven, biological phenomenon. By the time Evan Buckley researches the theory of romance, soulmates have been reduced to little more than a movie plot.

Then, on an otherwise normal LA day, Eddie Diaz starts his first shift as a firefighter at the 118.

Buck buys a plane ticket for two weeks from now and pretends he isn’t running away.

He isn’t. Definitely not. He just needs a change of scenery. This is what he tells himself as he checks his email for the purchase confirmation. One week somewhere far away from the place his life ended and began again, then he’ll be okay. When he gets back, he’ll be able to look in the mirror and see himself again. He’ll recognize the eyes looking back at him.

It’s safer to sing without trying, safer to mess up the words and change the tune, because that makes his family laugh. It’s safer to rely on their amusement. Buck doesn’t think he would know what to do if he sang for them and they didn’t like it.

So he memorizes a Kesha song, and he sings half the words wrong. He changes the pacing right in the middle, and beams like sunshine when Chimney groans and flings a plastic fork at him. He adds a little bit of twang at the end, and his heart skips a beat when it makes Eddie laugh. Hen shakes her head at him, a smile on her lips, and Buck tucks the feeling away somewhere deep in his chest. He pulls the feeling out much later when he’s alone in his loft, spins it around, then memorializes it in words that he hides away under his bed. He doesn’t even sing the words to himself, too afraid that it might turn the feeling sour, and pushes the ghost of his mother’s voice away.

Buck knows he can’t sing, but he can write, and so he does.

1: Of the ones you've written, which romantic relationship has developed the fastest? How fast is it?

Technically Jayssandra, because most of their development happened off-screen (off-page?) due to the story being from Siv's POV and her being trapped in the Negative Speed Force for four years.

5: Do you have any works where you refuse to reach a certain relationship landmark, for one reason or another?

Not really. I've never been to a wedding, and I actively hate babies (yes I know I'm a heartless monster lol), so I don't write either of those very much, but otherwise, I think I just kinda do "anything goes". I'm a pantster, not a planner.

6: Have you ever started to write a relationship and had it develop differently than you expected? How so?

Well, originally, I was just shipping Qiara and Marie, with Liah as a third wheel, then I was like "Holy crap they'd be so cute together" and now they're all a throuple.

I'm gonna answer this for Kyle and Max bc I haven't really talked about them much.

Already, they were on two different sides, with Kyle working to protect the city, and Max building more and more elaborate mech suits to impress his boyfriend terrorize the city, so if we remove that little spark of attraction between them, there's definitely going to be chaos. Between Kyle's electric powers and Max's prodigious abilities in robotics, Central CIty would be torn to shreds.

11: [Couple] has just stumbled into a fairy ring, and they've forgotten they ever knew each other! What happens now?

Qiara and Liah immediately hit it off due to their respective golden retriever and cinnamon roll personalities, and they feel sorry for Marie because she's so pathetic and cranky. Marie, not having the others to keep her in check, goes full-on Borg Queen and tries to take over the galaxy, until Qiara remembers that, oh yeah, she's an all-powerful space god, and puts things the way they were supposed to be.

12: [Couple] has just found an interdimensional portal, and one of them just walked in! Does the other go after them?

After Jay makes his way through the portal, Cassandra immediately follows after him, since she needs to make sure his idiot ass doesn't get eaten by some kind of interdimensional cosmic horror.

Ember and Siv were distant at first, given that they had an employer/employee relationship. However, Ember soon realized that Siv was really lonely and in need of a mentor figure, so she became the "mom friend". The two have been inseparable ever since (and Siv definitely doesn't think of them as the emotionally stable parental figure they never had).

Definitely Siv and her dad. They are so petty, angry, and ridiculous, it's honestly pathetic.
