Lastly for those of you specifically that are struggling with depression I am specifically getting the depressed group of this pile, is head. What would make you feel better is head. I’m picking up the song 8 by Kehlani. Some of you may have tattoos in general, or tattoos on the inner part of your leg or thighs. Pulp Fiction could be significant for some of you, I’m not sure why but I’m picking that up so I’ll say it. But, you may need the type of head that is overstimulating, where your person keeps going after you cum. You may also be craving that type of head where you are cumming multiple times until you cry or can’t take it anymore or are literally physically exhausted from getting head. Specifically for afab with clits, you may crave it to be sucked on really hard without stopping or this is what will make you feel better. Sex therapy is a thing for a reason. For others and a small few of you, what would make you feel better is sunlight and going for walks more, opening your windows or blinds in the day time to let the sun in. For a lot of my babies in this pile, you’re depressed. Depression could be kicking your ass, or seasonal depression is creeping back up with the changing seasons, or this is just an ongoing thing. I am picking up Zoloft so maybe what would make you feel better is medication. You may need it, to give you energy that you literally can’t give yourself. Some of you could be grieving a pet, or a loss no matter how long ago it was; and it doesn’t always mean the loss of someone in a physical sense; it could be a relationship or anything. I’m picking up the song World of Sunshine by JoJo, so what would make you feel better is if you cleaned your room. It would give you a boost of energy even though you currently may not have the motivation to clean it; afterwards you’ll be so happy you did it and you’ll feel like you can conquer the world. Lastly, a creative hobby and light exercise will make you feel better. Something that allows you to use your body, and utilize colors, or express your sensuality. The best types of exercises are ones that tire you out, walking in place, cardio, walking upstairs for those of you that are frustrated. For those of you anxious and depressed yoga and Pilates may do you well, and light walking but it must be gentle.
This pile may need a f*ck buddy or a friend’s with benefits. I’m picking up Promise me by Kiana Lede, and Diamond Boy by SZA. Idk why Kehlani is significant but she’s popping up, so maybe you listen to her often. But anyway, you need routine sex, because I do see long periods of celibacy make you fall into depression or it makes it all worse. Your love language may be physical touch, and you may need it to thrive. You need it consistently, with someone that will stick around and give it to you the way you need it. You guys could be fire signs, water signs, air signs. Tauruses or Geminis. Or you have those signs or elements somewhere in your chart and it causes crankiness if stifled or not satisfied in the way you need it. I do see you have a tendency to get overstimulated, antsy and cranky as fuck and it really is because you need your ass ate or something lmao. It doesn’t have to be a relationship if that’s not what you want right now but it needs to be something that’s consistent because this is essential to your well being. You get very stressed and high strung. You are the type of person that likes to keep it going, meaning you stick to it if it works for you; you’re a if it ain’t broke don’t fix it type of person. You prefer it to be long term no matter the circumstances, you like to be able to have something that’s safe enough to get attached to whether it’s a relationship or not, you don’t want it to end. You want someone learning your body and you theirs and to keep it that way. I’m picking up for a lot of you this is why you fuck your ex still because it’s consistent, and you don’t like going without especially if it’s just the way you like it and it does not mean you want a relationship with them or even like them still but it something that I do see you need. For others what might make you feel better is having sex with your ex as a friends with benefits situation. You’re grown and there’s nothing wrong with that. This isn’t for those that your ex is a genuinely horrible person and an insufferable shit bag. Or for your past abusers if you have any. Hi my pile 2 babies, what would make you feel better is w33d, or shrooms. I’m picking up the song smoke by Victoria Monet. You guys are stoners, and possibly emotionally dysregulated and it helps you in a medicinal way. Herbs could make you feel better, if you are not into shrooms and w33d because of its intensity, you can get the same effect from herbal blunts, and herbal teas. Do research on what herbs will give you the same effect. Lavender specifically may do wonders as well as mugwort, mint and/or rose. Be careful with mugwort, it is a period inducing herb if you’re a woman so if you are pregnant or trying to be, be careful with that one specifically.
For others a bath will make you feel better. Making this a routine will do wonders for your mood and energy. Specifically I do see that you should add epsom salt or essential oils, you may need a monthly metal detoxing bath it could be making you moody and that is what will make you feel better. For others you need to wash. Wash your hair, your clothes, your body. You may need to do any cleaning that involves water. That will make you feel better. Essential oils will make you feel better, aromatherapy. A essential oil humidifier for your room, an air purifier for your room. The air may be stuffy in your bedroom and it’s making you cranky, and giving you headaches, so the things mentioned will make you feel better. Plants will make you feel better, specifically plants that promote oxygen and purify the air and open your lungs. Drinking mullein tea, or smoking the herb may make you feel better. Supplements that aim to help you regulate your hormones may make you feel better. For a very small few of you medication may make you feel better, some of you are bipolar, or have depression and your moods have been cranky lately. Some of you stopped taking your meds because of whatever reason, getting back on them will make you feel better or finding the holistic supplement version (Google it) of whatever medication you were taking will make you feel better. I’m channeling Chapel Roan, so some of you have Pisces in your chart, Aquarius or Taurus. You could have BPD. I’m picking up the Seroquel medication. Some of have sleeping issues, and were taking that but stopped, I do see taking it again will make you feel better. Some of you have nightmares. For some of you that want natural routes, I do see magnesium supplements or spray will make you feel better, it may help your mood, your sleep, and your dreams. For others, subliminals on YouTube will make you feel better. Specifically aimed at mental health, emotional healing, clearing subconscious issues or emotions/trauma/negativity mood, positive thinking, and peaceful sleep/dreams. You’re a bit cranky my loves. For others one glass of red wine a day or a week will make you feel better. (Look up the benefits) I’m picking up Sangria wine.
For others, reading fiction will make you feel better specifically fantasy, science fiction, fanfiction, romance and maybe a little smut. Quirky romances like monster romance, etc will make you feel better. Writing these types of fiction stories will make you feel better. Watching anime, and movies and shows will make you feel better. K Dramas, fantasy, romance, mystery specifically. Also, reality tv and live music performances of your favorite songs on platforms like YouTube will make you feel better. Or concerts. Music will make you feel better in whatever way you love to experience it, or do it; for some. Gaming will make you feel better, specifically sims. I’m hearing legend of zelda, walking dead etc. Games that tell stories and allow you to go on journeys and are based on fictional worlds. I am channeling Genshin Impact. Game of thrones could be significant even though that’s a show, that goes back to fantasy shows will make you feel better. The game Tetris and Minecraft may make you feel better. Some of you have PTSD and are neurodivergent and these things help you as well as card games idk why that’s coming up. I’m also picking up on Ariana Grande’s love for her little iPad games and she’s very much traumatized so this confirms what I’m saying. Gaming may help you. I am picking up COD games and GTA. Some of you play GTA on the Netflix app and it’s making you feel better, or you play it online and do heists with your friends and that makes you feel better or will. Or online friends are who you play with or will play with if you start doing this. That’s all I have for you my pile 2 babies. Love you! I hope you feel better bookies. Hi my pile 3 babies, what would make you feel better is some love and companionship. A romantic relationship is what I’m picking up mostly, could be a very close friendship but for most if not all of this pile, it’s a romantic relationship. You may actually have a lot of friends but it’s not deep enough for you, for some you have no friends at all and you’re a hermit; which isn’t a bad thing at all, I don’t see this being a situation where you isolate yourself. You do better with a smaller circle, and that’s totally okay and in most cases safer in these times. But you feel empty, dead inside and apathetic; and it’s because of the lack of connection in your life. You are uninterested in everything and you’re just walking around blankly with a haunting feeling of indifference and it could be making you a tad bit miserable even if you are very jovial, lively, pleasant and positive in the eyes of others. You are empty inside when you are finally by yourself, when you lay your head down at night in the bed by yourself. You may masturbate often and when you cum you may cry or have a dysphoric moment of sadness and emptiness, it’s to the point where you are starting to not really like it because you get so emotionally unsettled when you cum. You do it anyway because you need it when you’re pent up. An intimate, emotionally safe connection is what would make you feel better. Someone you can be with everyday and they aren’t bored or tired of you, someone that you can truly tell all of your secrets to. Someone who is just as emotionally intense and doesn’t scare easily when it comes to truly opening up, connecting, and giving each other an exclusive tour of each others closets where all of the skeletons are laying. Someone who truly loves you and means it when they say forever however long God allows that to be as far your life here on earth. Someone you can trust and laugh with. That is what will make you feel better. Someone who isn’t a prude, who does not judge you in the bedroom, someone who doesn’t kiss and tell; that is what would make you feel better. Someone you can truly be nasty with and they reciprocate that energy; to have it be a very emotionally connected experience as opposed to something quick, or disconnected and you’re just there to cum and then go. That would make you feel better. I do see that you crave to kiss. Having a good make out session within an intimate connection will make you feel better. Putting yourself out there in a gentle way that makes you comfortable, will draw this to you. I do see that you don’t really care what goes in the connection, of course you have boundaries and dealbreakers, as you should. But, what I’m getting is that you don’t give a damn if you and this person fuss all day it doesn’t matter, what matters is if it’s real, emotionally vulnerable and loyal. Someone that reserves all of their love for you, all of their me time for you, all of their emotional intimacy just for you is what will make you feel better. A person that is all yours, with no ill intentions, and a heart that bleeds for you is what will make you feel better. A true loving genuine connection and person that truly gets you and doesn’t judge is what will make you feel better. Your heart is completely ready, you’re not just someone who likes the idea of it and will run when you receive it and it starts getting intense. You’ll mean what you say and a person that is the same in this way will make you feel better.

I do see if you put yourself out there in your own way, a way that you’re most comfortable with; you will find this very quickly, if you don’t already have this person around you or in mind. Hi my pile 4 babies, what would make you feel better is starting from scratch. I channeled a song called Tru by Lloyd for this pile. Specifically the line where he says “had to find a new approach to an old dream.” So, you may have a dream, or something you’re known for or have had previous success with; or just in general you have a dream. You may have gotten far, or made progress and then life took a turn and you started to go through life’s hardships and stopped everything for a long time. For some of you it’s been years. What would make you feel better is starting over from scratch to get back to yourself, to not abandon this dream or what you’ve always wanted but to try it again differently. You may know better now, you are smarter and wiser, and more skilled and knowledgeable. You know what to do and what not to do, what traps not to fall into and what to avoid and look for. For example, I am channeling an interview that Jayda Wayda did on her hair business she started before she had her clothing brand, and it was successful; it made her millions but she said it was a messy experience, she didn’t run it correctly, she didn’t get a warehouse or have employees so she shut it down. Took a break, and now she has a clothing line brand and it’s just as successful as the last business was but it can be sustained because she knows better ways to actually manage it so it doesn’t get overwhelming. That is what I’m picking up for this pile and this can be with anything, maybe you’re filing bankrupt because your credit is messed up, but the good news is you know better now so with this new start you’ll never fuck your credit up again. It could be with any goal or dream you’ve had or done that could have actually been doing well or maybe it wasn’t, but for whatever reason you’ve stopped; or maybe you didn’t know everything you know now. You may say to yourself a lot like if I could go back I would do this instead of this etc etc. But what you need to know is you don’t have to go back because the opportunity is not missed, you can do it again or start something again with a new approach or a new way or for some with a new person or a new approach with the same person if it’s still on your heart, this isn’t for those that genuinely want to move on, in that case it’s definitely a new person. That is what will make you feel better. What this thing specifically is, is different for all of you but you will know when you read this. As long as no permanently life altering decisions were made, you can always revise and start it over in a new way if that’s what’s on your heart. If it is still on your heart after all this time, it’s something that’s meant for you to have and it’s something that you genuinely want to have. God placed it in your heart for a reason, it is your destiny, your purpose, your gift, your reason and the key to you being truly happy and of course you MUST know that you deserve that. Happiness and to feel better. For some getting into working out and becoming more active will make you feel better. You may have become inactive and have lost yourself or you feel like and it’s making you feel shitty or cranky. For some searching for regimens that work for your mental health will feel better. There’s an energy of shedding all that isn’t you and coming home to yourself. Becoming the version of you that was most happiest before this hardship came along. Removing all of your tattoos will make you feel better if you have any. You will feel like yourself again. Dying your hair back to its original color that you were born with will make you feel better. Anything physically that you modified when you weren’t in your right mind may need to be removed or shed, or altered back into your purest most natural form that you had when you at your most happiest. That will make you feel better. You feel out of whack, and out of place and maybe not at home in your body because of this. This includes implants.
If you have any implants that is. A new skincare regimen that works for you and sticking to it without buying things that are advertised bc you’ve found what works will make you feel better. Finding a signature nail color that you stick will make you feel better. Or going back to what you loved getting on your nails, for some this is black, will make you feel better. (could be any color, that was simply a specific message for someone). Shedding, and simplifying and going back to the basics is what will make you fill better. Whatever the basics are for you. If you’ve taken your nose ring out, putting it back in will make you feel better if this was a signature of yours and you took it out for a reason that isn’t authentic. Sticking to who you are and what you like regardless of trends and what’s going on around you will make you feel better. New eyeglass will make you feel better if you wear them is what I’m hearing. I’m specifically getting to repeat over and over to stick with whatever these things are. Do NOT abandon your signatures bc you’ll be abandoning who you are and will be back at square one. These things keep you centered, and grounded. They are the one thing you’re allowed to have control over in a life that is often sporadic and anxiety inducing. This could also be the reason for your anxiety bc you’ve abandoned these things and bc you’ve abandoned these little signatures you feel scattered and lost bc you don’t actually like anything else, but you force yourself to bc chaotic people are bullying you into thinking you gotta switch shit up, just like people keep telling Beyoncé to change her hair color. That’s her signature, it’s what we all love about her. It’s what makes her feel the prettiest. It’s one thing she has control over, and she sticks to it. Doing that will make you feel better. You have a more grounded, loyal personality, straying from that messes up your equilibrium. Chaos is so normalized that a person sticking to something is foreign. It’s a sad reality, but don’t change up your tried and trues. That’s what has landed you in this position of having to start from scratch in the first place.
For a small few you dated the same person for years or that’s all you wanted and you let chaotic people and probably jealous ppl or simply people who projected their own values onto you convince you that what you were doing was wrong bc you’re too young to settle down and you should be trying different people out in the bedroom. But that’s not you, and you didn’t want to. I’m hearing Be with you by Beyoncé the specific line “I ain’t going nowhere, I’m happy with you, you got me baby. I ain’t thinking bout nobody but you baby.” You were happy and satisfied, and you may have hurt someone or abandoned someone because of this and you’re wondering why you feel uninterested in everything and it’s because you don’t want anything else. Don’t let the trend of non commitment and hookups deter you from who you are. So, approaching this specific relationship again and revising and rectifying it (if that let you) will make you feel better. If this was them and not you then take it how it fits, but you’ll know. all you’ve got to do is pick one activity to do tomorrow. One thing to look forward to. Find a new movie or tv show you want to watch. Check out if there are any local bands playing gigs nearby. Find a random new skill to teach yourself. Do your grocery shopping at a different supermarket. Play stardew valley with someone. Find a new recipe to learn how to cook. See what movies are in cinemas near you. Find a niche museum or community centre in your town. Explore a new park. Go to a thrift store. Go sit in the library for a few hours. Get coffee with a loved one. You can’t leave yet, you’ve got that activity to go do. Keep picking activities. I love you. Stay safe.
