I've told the others about this too, he is stating that as soon as Sonia's briefcase is collected; he's going to step down from his position and prepare for his retirement, get everything ready for his successor, meaning that he won't be leading Future Foundation anymore by the end of October.

So does that mean will either have Kyosuke, Makoto or Masa take over?

Looks like it, while I know that we are investigating Hope's Peak Academy - I rather he not do anything reckless, so I suggested it.

I'm of course remaining neutral, I'll mostly go with whatever is in the majority but I figure you 2 can tell Makoto and the others about this since I think he does need to know about this and I think all the Branch Heads are the ones deciding of who will lead.

Right, I suppose that for myself, Mio and Ernesto - will need to decide who's going to take over.

Honestly between the 3 candidates; I rather vote for Kyosuke, I don't think Makoto is exactly qualify to lead while Masa is a bit too unpredictable for my liking.
