🐨 It has been a while. We recently celebrated our 11th anniversary, but I couldn't even leave a short message due to being so busy. Ha ha ha. A month ago, "Come Back to Me" was released, and three weeks ago, "RPWP" came out. I had planned to enlist with Hoseok last April, but I kept delaying it. Finally, I enlisted* alongside my younger members. It feels like I spent the entire year of 2023 only working and drinking. I envy my friend who now has the rank of Sergeant, but I have no regrets. (Haha) This has been my first job where I couldn’t share my thoughts directly with you. I have a lot to say, but it's all written in the album... It's an album where I struggled to be completely honest with myself. I hope you'll keep it close and read it for a long time. I request earnestly Three days ago, Jin hyung was finally discharged. I brought a saxophone for fun and played it, but I was really overwhelmed with mixed emotions. I wondered if he felt lonely and struggled, being the first to go. How did he feel? Eighteen months is fair to everyone here. We're living through what Jin hyung experienced in the past. Coming out after a long time, I realize that time flows differently outside. Gravity even feels different... Everyone is living well without me, and everything is moving along fine. Although I feel a bit empty, I was so happy that we, the members, could gather and have a heartfelt conversation over a drink for the first time in almost ten months (though more than half of the conversation was about military life... LOL). No wonder I’ve missed these people so much. I’ve even called them occasionally just to ask how they are doing out of the blue. Jin hyung always used to say he missed the members a lot and that we would feel the same. Living somewhere in Gangwon-do, far apart from each other, I deeply understand that now. Seeing their faces and talking to them made me realize that some things never change, where I belong, and who I am. It’s been a precious and meaningful time for all of us. Where might we be wandering next? What faces will we have at our 12th anniversary next year? I miss you all, and because I miss you, I picture you. It's already been eleven years. It will be just another year counting down the days. I entrust the future to Jin hyung and Hobi, who have returned to your embrace. I just realize that many people still haven't forgotten us, are waiting for us, and love us. The outpouring of love. As always, I'll just think of the members and all of you, and live each day well. yn pulled to go pet bam since he was staring at her and whimpering this entire time. she sat down and cuddled with bam on the floor and laughed as he continued his live.

“me and yn want to back some brownies. even though its 2 am” he mentioned as she stood up. walking up to him and stating “ Kookie was hungry and thats all he has in his house” laughing as she walked back into the camera.

as much as he thought this wasnt going to work, it was going smoothly. they were baking and interacting with army as if this was normal. but the only problem was that, jungkook loved putting his hands on any part of yn. she liked doing the same. since being on live they haven’t really touched and he misses it.

On writing

@kooyabooya asks: what made you want to start writing about kpop ggs in the first place (this could aka what inspires you to write in terms of dynamics, tone, prose, imagery, etc etc...)

Hi Koo! Thank you for the question! :-) I think – like you’re indicating – there’s a couple of parts to this:

(1) and most inherently: COVID changed me. I went from legitimately adverse to kpop to perusing the genre to #ONCE Forever in maybe 6 months LOL. I seriously blame the physically disgusting amount of League I was playing (there was a player on ladder who always shit on me with Dahyun as their ID) but more realistically think it was just fandom at work! I wanted more content eventually, and it didn’t take me long to stumble onto the kpop-latent writersphere.

(2) Neatly from above: I think the kpop-latent writersphere is one of the most rich and rife communities out there; to a sizable degree: I write because of you! I am surrounded by great writers, am always reading something that is funky and/or makes me feel some type of way every month, and I think because of that, have similar stories to tell!

The Hyewon was my first piece of smut, longform, evocative writing (everything in between, really), and I credit all of that to the community. As long as you continue to enjoy my stuff, push the bar yourself, and re-invest in the space along the way, I think I’ll be here for a while!

(3) Bong Joon Ho says something to the effect of art needing to scare you. I believe in this so viscerally, and think it’s why I fundamentally write so… annoyingly descriptive… recursively metaphorical… pithy? I think I spend a lot of time understanding a character in and out; I’ll always have a Weverse Live going on when I’m writing — just to catch the quirks — because I really want you to believe that, even for a moment, what you’re reading is real. I think parasocialism can lend itself to a hauntingly beautiful form of want, and to me, if I can tell a story so true to life that it lingers — leaves a lasting impression on you that makes you feel something, even if just for a moment — that is awesome.

Hi Miggy, hiiiiii major ^_^, and hi major's friend! I think my very unqualified advice here doesn’t stray far from: be bored and don’t do what you don’t want.

Above is just a screenshot-worthy sneak peek of what my current drafts look like — the slate totals up to maybe ~15 pieces that I’ve worked on on and off, and though are in many states, all of them unfinished. The haunting voice in the back of my head hates this: that I have so many drafts that I should finish, that I must go back and put out all of these stories, that I have an obligation to do these things… but the better part of me knows that is contradictory.

Creation is iteration — when @capslocked wants to be smart, he has a sweet turn of phrase that goes “writing is rewriting” — and I think it’s fundamentally inconsequential to have to create.

Get words out of your system, play around with an idea for a timeframe, get bored of it, chase a new premise that you start a completely different draft for, then do it over again — eventually, to me, this ends up coalescing to something that I can put out: I’m ALWAYS looking back at drafts and exercises to Frankenstein them into other pieces (“I really liked this pacing from here” … “Ooh, and then this metaphor I think sits nicely with this other one” … Eunseo was a combination of lots of unrelated drafts before it).

Also: you are so opinionated! Reading something, I form an opinion almost immediately of a writing voice: what I don’t like, what I do, and how I’d do an idea myself. I think this instinctive editorial motion is great when applied to the above exercise: I’ll start a new doc in the direct middle of a one-shot, riff off something I saw somewhere else, or just play with a metaphor that I really really like — none of these are ever intentional of a story I’ll write, but I do think it continues to keep writing instinctive and, like above, almost always becomes recycled into something that eventually does make it out.

In short, I think the remedy to writer’s block is time, and continuing to nurture the muscle is what makes overcoming the hurdle easier and easier when you inevitably come back to it. To me, any hacks, additional fire under your ass, or other things to speed up the process are inconducive of actual Craft, and most likely do not let you enjoy doing what you initially set out to!

Has this ever happened to you, where you noticed your writing style change, or you pick up some stuff from new writers you've discovered? Oh yeah, like I mentioned, I’m very new to the space (and this voice of writing in general), so I’m definitely always :notee:-ing. 

I’m not reading enough these days, and if I am, it really is strategy-latent nonfiction, but for here:

@yieldtotemptation easily has the most fun-laced voice and ideas — we could be several thousand words deep into an otherwise raunchy piece, and I'd still find myself putting my phone down to laugh at a disarming line of dialogue or perfectly packaged, real-life metaphor. Gray has inadvertently taught me a lot about having fun with my stuff, and I think I'm trying to take myself less seriously because of them!

@majorblinks is my blueprint, and genuinely, viscerally, in-real-life annoys me. Completely straight: I think Major is the bar for storytelling. We're both on the same wavelength when it comes to the stories we'd like to try, but only one of us has gone out and done it (see: DOWNRIGHT ICONIC), and I think that makes all of the difference. I'll spare you the brainworm: there's writing for writing's sake, and then there's writing with a purpose. DOWNRIGHT ICONIC as an example is a fundamentally masterful understanding of how smut and its readers work as a vehicle**, and I think everyone would benefit by taking a sliver of Craft that it literally oozes out.

@capslocked is a pioneer of many, many things in this space, but I think doesn't get enough credit for how technically crafty he is. My drafts are guilty of overusing "And" to start new sequences, and it's not until I've re-read a Caps piece that I go back and fix them. Caps has an expertly-crafted, seriously refreshing style of paragraphing, structure and usage that I'm always looking to for inspiration, and easily is the writer that dumbfounds me the most with how rudimentary / fundamental his phrasing feels — it's always a mix of "oh wow!" and "of course!" if that makes sense!

Hi very, very kind Anons! I have two in the slow cooker that I'd really like to see come out. Sneak peeks at both of them below!

(1) is this Julie piece from last summer that I put on pause. There was a week where I put on Mother (Letterboxd), Perfect Days (Letterboxd), and Shoplifters (Letterboxd) on back to back to back, and this came from that!

There's something about noir and darker themes that I think expert directors understand lend themselves well to the one long take that feels more and more intrusive as it stays on a character / scene, for example, and this piece really tries to encapsulate that into writing.

It's a more condescending and smartass character compared to what I'm used to, and the draft for it sits squarely on top of the framing that idol Julie becomes Oedipus Rex. Written in the style of a tragedy, rife with callbacks to Greek Classics; could be really sexy.

(2) is a Chaeryeong piece that I tried to put out for @passingnotions.

It's legitimately some of the raunchiest stuff I've written, and all sits on the premise that you haven't seen gross yet — I have each of the seven deadly sins in the document LOL; I genuinely always feel guilty when I re-read some of the stuff in here...

I cannot imagine that it will be the same iteration of WJSN if they do, but I think (and hope) so — the socials are decently active, and will 100% be a gimme for headlines!

It's truly such a sonic loss! I'll find the time to put it into words one of these days, but I really think underdog-y, just under the surface energy is what leads to experimentation within any genre. Music is trendy, and kpop is no stranger of the "regression to the popular grey" — groups like WJSN who don't have enough clout to conform must zag... and then you get shit like Last Sequence.

Long pause moment in recent memory came from a conversation I had with some friends — among many tidbits: "I want complete control over something ... and then will want control of my control" + "where is the line between full trust in yourself and mistrust in anyone else?"

... think I've come to a place where it's actively harmful for me to not let go a little bit more, so hopefully in 2025: less so default white-knuckle about things!

Other than that, probably getting back into music production in one way or another, and eating majorblinks alive! ^_^

2024 was a great year for moments up my alley in general — I feel like I've been quite prolific about the more adult idols drum (which only becomes more real with time), and I think I can point to content coming out of Jeongyeon, Chaeyeon, Eunbi, Haewon, Shuhua, Youngji/Eunji as probably some of my more memorable moments of the year!

🐨 To everyone who will be coming to Busan tomorrow, it's raining all throughout to tomorrow, so I think it's going to be quite cold ㅜ Since it might rain, I think it'll be good to dress warmly and wear a rain coat! (Since it's an outdoor venue..) Always missing you, always grateful Director Seokjun spent a lot of time with us last year, pretty much living with us, so we really filmed everything (thinking that we might not even release it later..) Rewatching AYS for the nth time (lost count by now) I just find it endearing how Jimin and Jungkook always look at each other whenever they experience something (e.g. eat something delicious, see something interesting, etc) then support each other with something they want to do (e.g. eat more, do something), decide together, and check if the other is happy.

The closer we get to their military discharge, the more unhinged/rabid people seem to get. I know this might be unlikely, but 1 to 2 eps of AYS or a Jikook subunit is all I need. If not, a Jikook live would be amazing!

Same! Their instinct to look at each other first, like they’re silently checking in and sharing the moment, is just so endearing. It’s one of those little things that make their dynamic feel so natural and effortless. I also love how Jimin kept checking in with Jungkook to see if he was happy or having fun. Even though the show and all the activities were meant for both of them, it’s pretty clear that Jimin picked quite a few with Jungkook specifically in mind.

I was thinking of making a post about how that subgroup of haters seems to be losing it more and more each day. They keep bringing up things from the past—things that are already crystal clear—just to try and deny them or twist the narrative in ways that just aren’t true.

We’ve joked about how we think Jimin and Jungkook will behave once they finish their military service, and how they’ll act like they did post-Japan but on steroids. But, being a bit serious about it, if they really do act like that—at least at the beginning—I have no idea what that subgroup will do (and at this point, I’m including Solos from both sides too). It’s actually a little worrying. Even if Jimin and Jungkook don’t come back with post-Japan vibes, it’s pretty much impossible for them not to mention things from their service or stuff that directly involve the other. And honestly? I don’t know how that subgroup will react. I have an idea, of course, but I’m scared it’ll be worse. Like, what will they do? What new hashtag will they trend? Hopefully, Jimin and Jungkook won’t pay them any attention—doesn’t seem like they have in the past, so fingers crossed they keep it that way when they’re back.

You know what would be amazing? A vlog of them in Busan. I still think it’s such a shame they didn’t take Tae’s suggestion to go there for AYS. So, if we’re not getting another season for now, a Busan vlog would be perfect. A multi-part vlog, thank you very much. But honestly, I’d be happy if they just did one long Wlive, the kind Jungkook loves doing. 😂 Maybe not on the day they’re discharged (I still think they’ll get out privately and won’t do a Wlive like Jin and Hobi did, and probably like Tae and Joon will do. They’ll probably just post a message on Weverse, maybe with a photo), but one a few days later would be great.

A song together would be everyone’s dream come true, but I feel like that’s wishing for too much.

At this point, anything would be a gift!

Y/N pushed the covers off her bed and laid next to her husband, who was reading away his new book. She let out a small laugh as she pulled the covers over her big belly. The sudden noise made Namjoon look up and gave her a small smile, “Do you need help?” 

“No, I’m an independent woman.” 

“So, you don’t want me to rub your feet?

She pouted at this as Namjoon smirked at her, “No...I want that still.” 

“Just as I thought. How’s the baby?” 

“He’s doing great. Kicking me with all his might.” 

Namjoon frowned at this and pulled the covers off of her. He moved up her shirt to show off her roundness. He placed a gentle kiss and she watched with soft eyes, “Stop giving your mom a hard time. We want to meet you just as much as you want to meet us. Please be patient, baby.”

She ran her fingers through his hair as she tilted her head at the scene, “You know…we haven’t given him a name yet.”

“I thought we liked Dae-Hyun?”

“It’s good but I haven’t settled on it...I want a unique name or something that matches us.”

Namjoon placed another kiss on her stomach and pulled her shirt down. He leaned back into his pillows, “We’ll figure it out.” 

“Joon, I’m literally nine months pregnant. Time is ticking.” 

“For now, let’s go to bed. Stressing about it won’t do you good, if anything it will make you sick.”

She sighed, hating how he was always right, “Fine. Goodnight love.”

He smiled at this and leaned forward placing a kiss on the tip of her nose, “Goodnight love.” 

Y/N and Namjoon Kim have been together for nine years and married for two of those years. Y/N and Namjoon met by accident. Y/N was working at the cafe by the old Bighit building when they first met. He just turned nineteen and she was eighteen, the two had no idea that they would get married when he walked in that day. Namjoon and Yoongi came in looking for caffeine after a long night of practice. It was a long night for Namjoon because at the time he wasn’t that confident in his dancing and felt like he was holding the group back. Y/N noticed that he looked stressed and asked if he was alright, the rest was history. 

Y/N was there since the beginning of Bts and would play their music in the cafe whenever she had the chance. Namjoon would go into the small cafe every day to see her and the rest of the members picked up that he had a crush. Jimin and Hoseok were the ones that helped him to ask her out. She always knew they would get big because she believed in their talents and with her support, they did just that. 

In their sixth year of being together, Y/N and Namjoon were trying for a baby. They were newly engaged and thought it was time to have a baby. They were both healthy and financially stable, the only thing that was missing was a baby. After a year of trying, Y/N went to see a fertility specialist to see if there were any problems. Even though she was healthy, it was just taking a long time for the couple to conceive. She was upset about this but told Namjoon, whatever happens, happens. With help planning and scheduling thanks to the fertility specialist the two conceived. Now two years later, she is finally pregnant and married. 

Even though Namjoon was a husband and father, the world didn’t know that. He didn’t want the world to know about his life at home, he wanted privacy at the time. Y/N was sensitive and had health scares because of her pregnancy, he didn’t want to stress her out even more. It wasn’t until he was live on Weverse one day that he accidentally left the crib in his studio. It didn’t take long for Army to take notice and ask questions. He released a statement that he was married and having a child with his partner, saying sorry that he kept this hidden. It was a good reaction, something that shocked him. He wouldn’t show Y/N or his son’s face but he felt better that he could share this part of his life. 

“Noona are you okay?” 

Y/N smiled at Jungkook and nodded her head, “I’m okay, just fat.” 

Namjoon shook his head and walked up to her with a water bottle in his hand, “Baby, not fat. You have a human being in your stomach.”

She sighed and rubbed her stomach gently, “I know, I know.” 

Today she was watching the guys practice their dance for a video. The song was Run and it was fun to watch all of them dance together. The song was a high-energy song, something she wished she had. Namjoon wanted her to be with him at all times in case she gave birth, so she agreed to this. Her doctor told her walking is good for her and can even induce labor. 

She took the water bottle and took a sip. She was feeling nauseous all morning and Jin was the one that helped her to the chair. Namjoon was busy making a makeshift footstool for her. Yoongi handed her a piece of bread and frowned, “Are you sure you're okay?” 

“I’m okay, just pregnant.” 

Jimin smiled at this and looked at Jungkook with excitement, “Are you excited for the FIFA World Cup Kook?” 

Jungkook nodded but looked at Y/N with a frown, “Do you want me to go? I can change my mind on it.”

Y/N shook her head and gave him a small smile, “No, kook. You should go, you’ve taken care of me more than I can ask. I’ll be okay.”

Taehyung looked at Namjoon and frowned, “Don’t you have the trip to New York?”

Namjoon nodded and grabbed Y/N’s hand, “I didn’t want to go but Y/N told me I should go.”

“Of course I did. It’s for your album, babe. You need to go. Seokjin, Hoseok, and Yoongi will be there for me.” 

“Yah, what about me!?” 

She let out a small laugh and looked at Jimin, “I don’t think you can handle it.”

Namjoon sighed and shook his head, “I hate being away from you. I want to see everything and be involved.” 

“You can’t help it, that’s life babe. It will be okay no matter what. Just think that way, please.” 

“I guess...it’s not easy.”

“But it's necessary.” 

Hoseok kissed the top of her head and handed her another piece of bread, “We’ll take care of her Joon. Let’s get back to practicing.”

Namjoon stayed in his place while everyone left. He turned his head to look at her with a small smile, “I love you so much, Y/N.”

“I love you so much, Namjoon. It will be okay, as long as we're together, it will be okay.” 

“That’s the problem, I won’t be there.”

She sighed and shook her head, “You will be there. I have a ring on my hand and a phone that can doFacetime. It will be okay.” 

He let out a small laugh and quickly pecked her lips, “Whatever you say, love.” 

“Namjoon, get into position!” 

“Okay, Hyung! I love you.” 

“I love you more.” 

She watched him leave and she bit her lip. She was super nervous because she knew this would have happened but she couldn’t show Namjoon that was feeling super nervous. She knew how important his new album was and she wanted him to finish it since he's been working so hard on it. It will be okay...

Namjoon was gone and Y/N was in their home not feeling the best. Every hour, Namjoon would call to check on her until Jin got annoyed and told him if he called one more time he was going to fly to New York to hit him. It’s only been three days since Namjoon left and she wasn’t feeling so good. She lied telling Namjoon that she was just super tired but Hoseok knew that was a lie. The moment Hoseok came in to check in on her, she was throwing up pure acid. She couldn’t eat anything nor could she stand up, it was really bad. Yoongi even tried getting her to eat bread but she didn’t even have the strength to eat it. 

Today it was Hoseok’s turn to watch her and she was glad that he was there. Today, she was feeling pain in her lower back and stomach. Her heating pad was doing its best to make her feel better. She was also constantly going back and forth to the bathroom but nothing was coming out. It was super frustrating. 

Hoseok handed her a banana and gave her a small smile, “Do you want some juice?” 

“Honestly, I don’t know what I want. No matter what I eat or drink, it makes me feel horrible, hobi.” 

He frowned at this and pushed some hair back from her forehead, “Remember what the doctor said, to get some walking. We can take a little walk to Namjoon's studio.” 

“It’s so hard though, hobi!”

“I know but it can help, okay.”  

She nodded her head and Hoseok gently helped her out of the bed. She felt like her stomach dropped but she couldn’t tell if her stomach didn’t agree with the bread or she had to go to the bathroom. She decided to keep walking to see if the feeling goes away. Hoseok held on to her tightly as she slowly walked into the hallway. It wasn’t until halfway she stopped and she let out a loud groan, “Y/N?” 

“Hoseok, I-I think my water just broke.” 

The silence hit him as he stood there with pure confusion, “Wh-What?” 

“We need to go now!” 

This was the fastest Hoseok has ever moved in his life. He grabbed the bag that she put together in her closet and grabbed some other things as Y/N sat in the chair breathing in and out. He grabbed his phone and dialed the dad as fast as he could, “Hoseok is-”

“Y/N’S WATER BROKE AND I’M GOING TO THE HOSPITAL!” 

“Wait...what?”

“NAMJOON, HER WATER BROKE! YOU NEED TO GET HERE AND FAST!” 

“OH SHIT! I-I’LL GET ON THE NEXT FLIGHT! CALL JIN AND YOONGI-HYUNG!”

“OKAY!” 

“HOSEOK! STOP FUCKING YELLING IN MY HOUSE AND TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!” 

Hoseok ended the call and put his phone in his pocket. He rushed towards Y/N and gently grabbed her hand, “Okay, we’ll go to the hospital. Namjoon is getting on the next plane and should be here tomorrow.” 

“That’s nice and all but I’m going to be mean, I really don’t care about that. Take this child out of me.” 

“O-Okay.” 

The trip to the hospital was hectic but Hoseok didn’t mind. His best friend is giving birth, he knew what he was getting himself into. He called everyone that was in Korea to head to the hospital, something Y/N wanted. Y/N sat in the room groaning in pain as the other members watched with hopeless looks.

Seokjin picked up a piece of ice and placed it in her mouth, “Anything from Namjoon?”

“No.” 

Y/N turned her head and stared at him with a scared look, “I’m not having this baby without him.”

“I-I know but listen Y/N-”

“No, you listen! I’m holding this baby-oh, shit.”

She gripped on the railing as tight as she could and Jin looked at Yoongi, “Go get the doctor.”

“No, I’m not-”

“Noona, if you have to give birth then you have to. It’s not healthy for you to keep him in.”

She frowned at Taehyung and looked at Yoongi. She gave him a small nod, “Go get the doctor.” 

Yoongi quickly made his way out of the room as Y/N started crying. Jimin grabbed her hand and started to rub her knuckles gently, “It’s okay. Noona, we’re here for you. We’ll call Namjoon.”

“Pro-Promise.”

“We promise noona.”

“Okay.”

“Namjoon, it's okay.”

“No, it’s not, I missed my son getting delivered.”

“About that-”

Before Yoongi could finish his sentence, Namjoon opened his door to see Y/N holding their son. He smiled at this and dropped his bag in the corner. He quickly made his way as Y/N looked up at him with her tired eyes, “Joonie.”

“I’m sorry baby, the plane-”

“I don’t care about that, Meet our daughter.”

“Da-Daughter?”

Y/N gently moved the blanket around her face and Namjoon felt his heart get heavy. She was so small and fragile, her little eyelashes going in different directions. Her plump lips matched his and her nose matched Y/N’s, the perfect combination of the two. He gently touched her cheek and let a tear escape, “She’s so cute. What’s her name?”

“Su-jin.”

“Perfect.”

You were currently seated on the couch in your living room with your phone in your hands. You were staring at a blank spot on the wall with no thoughts in your mind and an almost numb body. Maybe that was the reason you didn’t hear the main door unlock or Namjoon calling you out as soon as he entered. Maybe that was also the reason your eyes didn’t focus on him even though he was standing right in front of you and calling out your name.

He kneeled in front of you lightly tapping your shoulder and then your cheek which seemed to work as you finally shifted your gaze to him.

‘What is it, baby?’, he said softly.

‘Hm? What is it?’, you questioned back like he wasn’t asking you a completely sensible question.

‘That’s what I’m asking you baby. You seemed to be lost in your own thoughts since I came home.’

‘Oh that…’, you pondered your thoughts trying to find a way to tell him what you had seen. After what felt like a good fifteen minutes, you spoke, ‘You know, I was scrolling through Weverse this morning and saw the notice…’

Namjoon now seemed to understand what had been troubling you. Your reaction now made sense to him since the notice had taken everyone by surprise.

‘Baby…’

‘Joon’, you muttered before tears started spilling down your cheeks and you didn’t say anything else.

He hugged you against his chest, kissed whatever part of your head he could reach while you sobbed in his arms. He knew how you were feeling for he had felt the same while he watched his elder members enlist.

After a few minutes, your breathing evened out. You looked up at him with glassy and exhausted eyes and said, ‘Joon, will it be okay?’

And he didn’t know what it meant. Did it mean him in the military? Did it mean you while he was away or did it mean you guys together and what you had with each other?

What he did know was all that was stated above was going to be okay. It had to be.

‘I’ll make it be okay, baby for you, for us.’

That was all the comfort you needed at the moment because all you did was hug him tighter than before. At that moment, the sudden urge to kiss you overtook him. And he did. His kiss was slow and gentle just like your first kiss outside your apartment.

You knew then, that not having him around for so long wouldn’t be easy by any chance but you were willing to try.
