Also as noted in Kyra's post, this vet bill is from a post on a facebook group where it was stolen from and is being used for this scam here on tumblr. If you want proof, DM @kyra45 for it.

3 - 'send the money through friends and family'

Never send money to someone through friends and family unless you know them personally. If you send them (a scammer) money through friends and family, once they're found out to be a scammer, you cannot request this money to be returned to you due to it being considered a personal gift.

this same Ryle Jomelle Flores paypal account (which is based in the Philippines, instead of Illinois, the location of the animal hospital guillan-pie claims is treating their dog based on their pictures) is currently being used by another proven tumblr scammer, crusadingcross, who is asking for money by saying their cat Louie has cancer and needs to be euthanized. based on the pictures crusadingcross uses in their scam, the animal hospital treating their sick pet is in Minnesota
