Jimmy Durante (It Happened in Brooklyn, The Man Who Came To Dinner, Land Without Music)—Anybody whose nickname was 'Schnozzle' is a Scrungly Little Guy. He leaned into his scrungliness and became everyone's favourite Little Guy With A Big Heart. He even sounds scrungly.
Agnes Moorehead (Citizen Kane, Pollyanna)— she’s just walking around saying things. being insane. not at all glammed up. what’s scrunglier than vaguely off putting muttering
This is round 1 of the contest. All other polls in this bracket can be found here. If you're confused on what a scrungle is, or any of the rules of the contest, click here.
[additional submitted propaganda + scrungly videos under the cut]

Agnes Moorehead:
She's who you cast if you want some scrungle! who better as a foil to Hailey Mills in Pollyanna? sometimes you need some vinegar to cut through the sweetness and that is what Agnes brings

Jimmy Durante - Frosty the Snowman: The Original Rankin/Bass Soundtrack Recording (MGM, 1970) - Design by Mushi Production and Rankin/Bass
This came out around the same time as MGM's release of the Santa Claus is Comin' to Town soundtrack, and like that album contains the audio portion of the special in its entirety. Interestingly, this includes June Foray's original performance as Karen; later airings replaced her voice entirely.
As with Santa, the soundtrack made its way to CD in 2002. It was actually paired with said soundtrack on a single CD.
Posted this one early for consistency's sake.
