When Blacks tried to escape, Jewish slave owners used the newspapers to track them down. Jews acting as slave auctioneers, slave shippers, and insurers of enslaved Blacks also placed ads. Jews bought and sold whole plantations—slaves and all—and they marketed slaves who ranged in age from infants to the elderly.

In addition, Jewish merchants arranged bank financing for the purchasers of Black men, women, and children—Black slaves on layaway.

My amygdala, otherwise known as the region of the right brain, is all fucked up. I don’t know whether I’m depressed or just frustrated. I know that Jesus was rejected by his own people. This doesn’t mean that I have a Messianic complex or a slight case of megalomania. I just feel bad.

I have been locked out of yet another anarchist message board. They must think I am a Cyber troll or an agent of the state. I have been locked out of other political message boards, too. From Twitter to FaceBook, I am buried in obscurity. My videos on YouTube have a low viewership. So, what now?

Should I blame myself? Conservatives would say yes, however, my logic says no. The type of Anarchists we have now are bourgeois, Millennial, white kids who started their careers playing video games on the Internet. As with any movement, the youth are the most enthusiastic and vibrant members. This incurs resentment by the preceding, older generation, which is a normal occurrence. Back in the day, we had a generation gap between the old Leftists and the new Left. I know I’ve said this before and I say it again here: The old Left declared, “Your long hair will alienate the working class!” Well, in a way, it did. The working class “Hard Hats” of New York City attacked Hippie, anti-war protesters circa 1970. A decade later, Hard Hats and major league baseball pitchers sported long hair! Truth be told, the old Left was opposed to identity politics. They used to say to us Yippies that homosexuality was not in the interest of the working class. Well, they changed their tune in the 70’s!

Today’s kids may dislike Baby Boomers, but the conservative Millennials have been brain-washed by Boomer Conservatives and routinely use their rhetoric to attack the so-called “Woke.” The stereotype of woke is not only cringe, but outright retarded and stupid! This is the real reason I am sad. The reality is that some Zoomers dislike me as a Boomer. It’s stupidity on their part, however. One day, they’ll realize who the real enemy is.

So, I am theoretically retired. I’ve promised myself to quit the Anarchist movement and do some charity work, or travel around the planet to see the natural beauty that it has to offer. Maybe explore the essence of inner peace and the soul of just being. Meditate by a waterfall and watch beavers gather up branches to build a dam across a river. Yeah, I might just stick my head in the sand or hug a Redwood tree.

All I wanted to do was to show the younger generation how corrupt American corporate culture is and the phoniness of Evangelical Christianity; how they advocate for personal liberty and then, on the other hand, want you to conform to capitalist classicism. I wanted to impress upon the youth that the Anti-Authoritarian left is different than the Authoritarian left, or just better than the Authoritarian right.

Maybe 200 years from now, there will be an Anarchist revolution. I think the only way America will have one is if Fascism does come to the USA, and the state’s suppression will push the youth into armed struggle. We are getting close. The ignorance of the working class is helping to bring forth this Fascist state, whether it be Christian theocracy or white nationalism. When the totalitarian state is established, the white working class will realize that the Fascist state will not improve their lives. In fact, it will make it worse. They will realize that Jesus is not coming back and the only way to survive is to sell Meth. They will realize that the Feminists, Blacks, illegal aliens, socialists, Islam, fake news, and rich Jews are not their enemies, but that it is the white men in corporate boardrooms and pastors behind the pulpit that are doing them in. Alas, they will find out when it’s too late!

As for me. My love of my life, Pamela, and I will live out our lives into our golden years with love, happiness, and freedom and, hopefully, peace. I will make damn sure that nobody hurts us!

ON WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Why the hell is this a thing?

From the vantage point of a Black person, Whoopi is spot-on.

"Race" is an abstract construct; we're all humans. However, you can clearly see the differences in skin colour. In the US, African Americans were literally kidnapped, tortured, raped, murdered; all to benefit rich white-skinned folk and they got away with it because the Bible condones slavery AND because slaves were Blacks from Africa (mostly because the local native tribes didn't make good slaves because they knew the local area and could flee to safety while Africans had ZERO hope of ever returning home again). Having a clear, visible difference made it easier to sell slavery to the colonials and later Americans because Africans could be marketed as another race. It's what they wanted to hear and believe so they could get away with it (sort of like those @$$holes who ignore the 'well regulated militia' bits in the 2nd Amendment; they ignore that and only hear what they WANT to hear and are often the same @$$holes who are racist today).

When it came to the Holocaust, European Jews, as Goldberg pointed out, where pretty much white. While there were some physical, stereotypical tropes that made them easier to spot, for the most part there was no actual racial difference. The whole BS thing about the Aryan race is based on Nordic cultures, NOT Germanic, right off the bat. Germans were not Vikings.

Moreover, post WWI Germany was a total $hit-show and doomed to poverty. How they let a half-Jewish Austrian #uckwith rise to power was a bit of a mystery to me until Trumplefuc#stick became POTUS. Hell, Lil' Adolf was housed and fed by Jewish people in their ghettos while he was a failing, starving artist. His mother was Jewish.

Having grown up around Jewish people, even they know they're not a race but a culture and a lineage of tradition going back to their origins in northern Africa, through the time of Ramses, Moses, and the Exodus to the Palestine region.

Academically, they're no different from any other people with their own heritage. FOX News of the day, Goebbels, helped craft the Jews into the ILLUSION of being a 'race' all their own so they could be used as a focus point in which German nationalists could get behind and blame for all their woes. They were branded as "the others" and the "interlopers" and because they were white and not as easy to spot to a f'n Nazi as a Black person is to a f'wit Klansman, the Jews were forced to wear a Star of David on their clothes at all times so they'd eventually be easy to abuse, isolate and eventually rounded up, exported, enslaved and killed en masse.

We've heard the term "ETHNIC CLEANSING" before, haven't we, kids? THAT is what the Holocaust was. No, it was not racist by the (surreal) definition of what 'race' is, more or less. This was the annihilation of an ethnic culture; of people who were not radicalized "Christians" as all good little nazis were back then. They were branded as the outsiders because if you know ANY history, Jews were thrown out of many nations and once forced from Palestine by the Romans and then Christian kings and the uprising of the Islamic Faith, they became a people without a country. They didn't magically become a new or separate race.

Furthermore, while $hitbags like the KKK and Nazis have a lot of things in common, one of the big things is the fact that they're fanatical lack of understanding and vision has enabled them to ignore history, science, and ethical behavior in favour of cruelty, apathy, and the inability to take responsibility for their own ignorance and actions and that hasn't ever changed.

Letting them create and keep this ridiculous divide of 'race' alive in the public arena is childish and they'll keep using it to distract us from contending with genuine issues so that we're forced to combat them on issues that truly don't matter- like "race". It's well beyond the point that we get over, around, and past this. It's time to grow up and just accept one another as "fellow humans" and not allow for this imaginary partition to remain in place.

It's time, especially in the US, to quit crying about the past and trying to bury it by banning books and trying to stop schools from teaching actual history, especially "Critical Race Theory" (Oh, bad title! Perhaps "How the US has totally @hit on people with other-than-white skin tones after they kidnapped them, enslaved, tortured, murdered and raped them" would be more accurate.) The time to openly teach "the bad things" in our nation's past and stop pretending it didn't happen.

Think on it. Japan used the USA as THE example on how to conquer China through brute force, fear, and 'ethnic cleansing' the way Native Americans were wiped out. Most of the dictatorships in world history have looked to the US because let's face it; "we" did it first on a far grander scale, having learned from Spanish conquistadores and the British Empire. To this day, US schools STILL don't delve into racial partitions and how using a false abstract like "race" was and is still used to divide people and keep us turned against one another (typically a tool implemented by the rich the way a magician's assistant keeps everyone distracted during the actual trick). That's the point. That's why our education system has constantly suffered and is being torn down in the US. Keep people uneducated and they're easier to con and easier to get them to rally behind a very much UNEARNED sense of national pride because they've never really come to grips with the dark side of our history.

These psycho-nationalists in the US flying KKK and nazi flags everywhere are all hopped up for being white, cis, hetero "christians" and they've never EVER stopped for a moment and asked "Why am I proud to be this way?" and followed it up with any actual analysis.

I'm not, nor was I ever afraid of Black People. The same goes for anyone with less-than-pasty-white skin. We can add to this list of people that I'm not afraid of anyone who is gay or trans; that doesn't affect my life directly. Being darker in skin tone- that doesn't directly affect my life. Religious beliefs don't directly affect my life.

The people I find that truly do need fearing are my fellow all-American, natural born male, heterosexuals with a Christian background. My own Ethnic group (because it's not a goddamn race). These jerk-wads ARE the ones to fear. They're the happy, ignorant pawns of the rich and powerful; the "brown shirts" of our time, all to ready to kick downward for their rich masters because as long as their masters are in power, they'll be given cry-baby licenses to bitch about race and sex/gender issues and keep minorities and women tethered and controlled.

The dumbest, angriest, most ignorant, short-sighted @$$holes in this country (and throughout the world) are all looking for an excuse to hate on someone other than themselves. The support dark ideals and corrupt and literally evil politicians so that they can keep a status quo of getting away with the oppression and perceived mastery over those that they outnumber. Don't think for a moment that these mouth-breathers don't think they're royalty just because they're inbred. They're all the goofy, low-wit, thuggish henchmen who truly aren't aware of just how bloody stupid they are. It's why they love their guns so much. When you have a gun and the moral and legal support of "the law" on your side, there's no reason at all to have to take an inward look at your own faults, shortcomings and misconceptions. You don't have to listen to reason or look at facts.

THAT is how Germany went full-on shitshow, and how and why the US is on the same path in a global race to the bottom, all while being told "We're #1" without asking "Number One at WHAT, exactly?"

We're all to quick to judge Whoopi, especially we privileged white folk when as a Black person her definition of what race is might be a bit different than what it is for Jews, especially considering they were also white folk. She gets that there is no racial difference between any of us humans and she wants to get the record straight that this was an ETHNIC issue and it always has been. Racism is a con; it always has been and it always will be so long as it ensures that bigots can rally in hate and destruction of our national institutions.

In her interview with Colbert, she expressed a strong point that too many miss.

She made the point that if she and a Jewish person were standing on the street together talking and a wave of klansmen and nazis suddenly came marching their way, the problem here is clear: A Black person is easy enough to identify; that's a no-brainer. On the other hand, a Jewish person is typically white in the US or Europe and while a nazi scumbag might suspect this person of being a Jew, the only way to know for certain is to dig deeper and gather more information. The person's last name might be indicative, but not conclusive. Seeing them at prayer in Temple? That would do it, but again, this is a lot more work than it takes to identify someone as "Black". Goldberg... (Jewish name, now?) made it clear that she'd have to instantly run for her life in this scenario, but the Jewish friend might be ignored altogether and passed by. I would add that this Jewish friend would more likely be seen by these racist @$$holes as a "N'er lover" before being considered a Jew and it would be wise for the Jewish friend to get away as well.

i find a lot of value in your blog if not necessarily comfort. i come from a place w one of the largest muslim populations in the world, and like many organized religions comfortably in the majority & systematically benefitting from inequality, i’ve witnessed and survived a lot of prejudice and abuse that (ostensibly) stems from how certain groups interpret islam’s teachings. like you, i was raised catholic but catholicism itself in this area is very much a result of colonialism & imperialism. to this day still, i cannot seem to find it within myself to separate the actions of believers from their belief. i don’t think of myself as an adherent, but i feel lucky that i’m able to see your perspective as one. at the same time i also envy you for not being saddled w this same baggage lol. in any case i wish u peace .

Your trauma is valid. It honestly wasn't until this last year during spiritual direction that I realized how much trauma I carried myself from my upbringing in Catholic institutions. It's very difficult to reconcile faith when you've had negative experiences with it in the past. Catholicism being forced upon my ancestors was not a selling point for me. Neither was the lack of education of my religion teachers, who threatened me with poor grades if I did not take consume Eucharist in middle school. Or the discrimination I experienced being openly LGBTQ at a Catholic high school.

It took me many many years, and more than four years of university level theology classes, to finally see the worthy tenets of Catholicism. I won't say Christianity as a whole because honestly I don't have personal experience with Protestantism. Liberation theology is the religious understanding I subscribe to in regards of Catholicism. The oppressed, who will always be with us, must be aided, loved, and liberated. We will never experience true "Catholicism" if we do not aid the poor and the impoverished, fight with the oppressed and the marginalized, and time and time again choose to love one another. I understand the Bible through a historical-critical lens, and I see it as a historical testament left behind by our spiritual ancestors, but not one we should interpret literally or as the fundamental word of God.

If people feel differently, it's sort of hard to argue with them. I've met Catholics who read the Bible and use it to justify all kinds of immoral behavior, from misogyny to homophobia to Islamophobia. They simply believe these things exist in the text, without any care for historical analysis or theological education. You can even throw theological study at them and they won’t believe it, they just won’t. It’s against their interpretation. But I can assure you, I've met equally as many Catholics (especially in my work) who do indeed live trying to emulate Christ's example as an oppressed, poor man of color.

I've spent the last year doing research for a textbook about ministry from the perspectives of people of color in the Catholic Church. The same issues many non+ex-Catholics have with the Church are the same issues many current Catholics inside the Church have. From the sex abuse scandals to women's ordination, to the colonization that forcibly converted millions- Catholics nation wide have expressed their horror. Black Catholics, Hawaiian Catholics, Indigenous Catholics throughout the Americas and so on have demanded the Church acknowledge it's impact on their history. They are theologians, lay ministers, ordained clergy both male and female, teachers, and volunteers. National parish leaders around the country are crying out and demanding the Church to address gun violence, oppression against women in the Church, racism and so on. They're just as angry and upset as the people who've left the Church. I got to talk to a theologian who was blacklisted by Catholic bishops for demanding women's ordination, and I felt like I was meeting a celebrity.

Don't despair, anon. No matter what your personal religious life, I can tell you with certainty that there are Catholics (and Muslims and Jews and so on!) who genuinely feel the way you do. Criticisms and all. And all this to say, maybe one day you'll be at peace with everything. Maybe you won't. You'll discover on the journey. Neither answer is wrong.

The writer of this article was recently asked, “Why do the globalists who are supposed to be very intelligent make decisions that are so clearly wrong?”

Most don’t realize it, but Satan is behind their evil.

He has blinded them to the extent that they don’t believe the Bible is the Word of God.

They push a godless world government, world religion, same-sex marriage, tracking everyone, etc., because they are not Christians (even though some falsely claim to be good Catholics, etc.).

Many were appointed by like-minded people, not elected by voters or nations.

They wouldn’t dare have an election because they don’t believe they can get elected.

The globalists overlook what the Clintons and Bidens have done because they share similar views on the issues listed above.

Their puppets impeached Trump twice because he opposed their views.

Their prosecution of Trump supporters for what happened at the capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, while ignoring the rioting, looting, destruction of property, etc. by Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and others, should concern every conservative and Christian because when the globalists get the upper hand (and they will), they will destroy the U.S. Constitution, and persecute and destroy those that disagree with them.

When they give their Antichrist power, he will go forth conquering and to conquer (Rev. 6:1-2; 13:4-7).

The following events indicate that the latter years and latter days, globalism, global pandemics, food shortages, persecution, etc., are on the horizon.

One, concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog in the latter years and latter days: on July 20, 2021, Sen. Lindsey Graham said, “The Iranians are progressing (on their development of nuclear weapons) at a dangerous pace.”

“Israel may need to take pre-emptive military action against Iran.”

“I’ve never been more worried about Israel having to use military force to stop the program than I am right now.”

Two, also concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog: it was reported on July 21, 2021, that Israel’s military and foreign intelligence agency said Israel needs a variety of plans to sabotage, disrupt and delay Iran’s development of nuclear weapons, and they will probably be asking for the money and resources to do that.

Three, also concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog: Israeli Prime Min. Netanyahu and Russian Pres. Putin agreed that Israel would give Russia advance notice of Israeli attacks in some areas of Syria, and Russia would not intervene.

Israel jets recently fired several missiles at Iranian targets near Aleppo, Syria, and a Russian official said Syria used Russian-made anti-missile systems to shoot down all of Israel’s missiles.

On July 24, 2021, DEBKAfile, an Israeli intelligence and security news source group, reported that a Russian official confirmed that Russia has changed its policy on not intervening in Israeli attacks in some areas of Syria because Russia has received confirmation from the Biden White House that the U.S. does not condone the continuous Israeli raids.

Thus, while the Biden administration is publicly saying Israel has a right to defend itself, it is telling Russia that some of Israel’s efforts to do that are unacceptable.

The Bible clearly teaches that the merchants of Tarshish and all the young lions (perhaps includes the U.S.) will not help Israel during the Battle of Gog and Magog (Ezek. 38:13).

Corrupt world leaders, deceit, and lying are also signs of the end of the age.

Four, on July 27, 2021, i24NEWS reported that Israel has notified the Biden administration that Iran is on the verge of crossing the nuclear threshold, and it could happen at any moment.

Because Pres. Obama sent Iran a planeload of money during his administration and seems to be influencing events in the Biden administration, notifying Biden might be a waste of time.

This may help explain the belief that the U.S. will not help Israel during the Battle of Gog and Magog (Ezek. 38:13).

Five, concerning famine: it is common knowledge that the Covid-19 lockdowns disrupted the world’s food chains (farmers and farmhands were quarantined; stores ran out of toilet paper, some foods, etc.; food processors closed or cut back; some trucks stopped rolling, etc.).

On July 23, 2023, it was reported that there are still bare shelves in some food stores in the U.K., the food supply chains are “at risk of collapse,” millions of workers have been ordered to self-quarantine, the food industry is running out of workers to keep the stores supplied, and the U.K. could be just a few months away from a major crisis.

Under the guise of stopping the spread of Covid, the U.K. government may be creating “food shortages and mass famine.”

Note: It was recently reported that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell warned that there will be another lockdown in the U.S. if American citizens “don’t wise up and get vaccinated against Covid-19.”

Note: On July 28, 2021, in an interview on “Fox & Friends,” Stuart Varney said an important business group is predicting that supply shortages will last until 2023.

Some prophecy teachers believe that Covid-19 is a created crisis (a pretext, a set-up, perhaps an engineered cluster of catastrophes) that globalists are using to prepare the world for a world government.

According to the pro-liberty group, Brighteon, on July 22, 2021, “very few people are prepared to survive a multi-layered, engineered cluster of catastrophes that are unleashed on top of each other.”

God’s Seal, Trumpet, and Bowl judgments during the Tribulation Period will be multi-layered catastrophes (pandemics, famine, economic collapse, etc.) on top of each other, and very few will survive.

Note: This writer believes we could be watching the development (early stages) of those multi-layered judgments.

Six, concerning deceit: on July 20, 2021, Sen. Rand Paul said on Sean Hannity’s T.V. program, “I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral (of Dr. Anthony Fauci) because he has lied to Congress” (about the involvement of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in the research at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology).

Note: This writer does not know how to verify it but has seen reports that Fauci owns stock in one or more of the companies that have been approved to sell the Covid-19 vaccine (If true, he is likely profiting off forcing people to be vaccinated and opposing the use of Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin).

Second Note: It has been reported that Fauci could spend up to 5 years in prison, but it is the opinion of this writer that the globalists (also called the Shadow Government, Deep State, super-wealthy elitists, etc.) will protect him because they are pro-vaccination. They want him to keep using his ever-changing fake science.

Seven, concerning world government and open borders: on July 21, 2021, it was reported that keeping the U.S. border with Mexico open is costing about 3 million dollars a day in suspension and termination payments to contractors to guard steel, concrete, and other materials they have in the desert.

Eight, militant Muslims say Jews should not be allowed on the Temple Mount because the entire Temple Mount is an Islamic site and none of it belongs to Israel.

For this reason, Jewish officials have allowed Jews to visit the Temple Mount at certain times, but they have not been allowed to pray on the Temple Mount.

On July 17, 2021, the eve of Tisha B’ Av (a holiday for remembering the destruction of the first 2 Jewish Temples; July 17-18 in 2021), it was reported that Jews were praying (and some were teaching Torah, a name for the Scriptures in the first 5 books of the Bible) on the Temple Mount.

On July 20, 2021, Prime Min. Bennett came out in support of freedom of worship for Jews on the Temple Mount.

This may lead to more violence, but it is worth noting that the Jews have gone from not being allowed to pray on the Temple Mount to praying and teaching on the Temple Mount, and Israel’s new Prime Min. supports it.

According to the Bible, the Jews will eventually get permission to rebuild the Temple.

Update: On July 25, 2021, it was reported that the temporary truce between Israel and the Palestinians is fragile, may be coming unraveled, and another war could be on the horizon.

Nine, concerning pestilence: on July 22, 2021, Israeli Prime Min. Bennett said as of Aug. 8, 2021, Israeli citizens will not be allowed to enter synagogues and other facilities without a vaccine certificate or proof of a negative Covid-19 test.

U.S. citizens are not having to prove that they have been vaccinated to attend places of worship, but some companies are requiring it.

Ten, concerning natural disasters: on July 26, 2021, it was reported that June in North America was “the hottest in recorded history.”

Record high temperatures were broken in several western states.

On June 28, 2021, the temperature was 117 degrees in Salem, OR; 110 in Redmond OR; 110 in Quillayute, WA; 110 in Olympia, WA etc.

The southwest U.S. is experiencing the worst drought in 122 years.

It covers almost 90% of the southwest, and much of that is classified as severe to exceptional drought.

Reservoirs and rivers are drying up, fish are dying, wildlife is suffering, farmers and ranchers are hurting, crop and cattle production is down, some ranchers and dairy farmers are going out of business, water rationing is beginning to kick in, and more than 60 million people are impacted.

Lake Mead, a 112-mile-long water reservoir, is at its lowest level since it was built 85 years ago (It is now only 35% full).

Utah’s Great Salt Lake has reached a record low.

86 wildfires are burning in 12 states, drought conditions have made them worse, two major wildfires have merged, and more than 10,000 houses are in danger.

The long-range forecast is for the high temperatures to continue through the fall.

Call it what you want; some officials are already blaming it on global warming because it fits their globalist agenda. But natural disasters will be like birth pains (increase in frequency and intensity) at the end of the age, and this record-breaking event seems to qualify.

As I close, understand that as bad as things are right now, Satan and the Antichrist are limited or partly restrained (II Thess. 2:7-9).

But the time will come (the Tribulation Period) when Satan and the Antichrist will no longer be restrained, and the events will be worse than anything that has ever happened or ever will happen (Matt. 24:22).

If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.

This photo and caption was sent to me by a friend. But, even before it was clear that Bill DeBlasio was not practicing what he himself is preaching (notably, for the photo op with the nurses, he and his wife are not even wearing masks), it was clear DeBalsio’s tweet threatening the entire “Jewish community” in NYC with arrest was vile. While almost everyone understands DeBlasio’s concern about the lack of social distancing at the subject funeral, he could have easily addressed this concern just as effectively and without any antisemitism or encouragement of antisemitism. For example, he could have tweeted something to the effect of “yesterday there were large groups of people gathering together to watch the Blue Angels, as well as at a funeral event in Williamsburg. In both instances, important and mandatory social distancing rules were not observed. This conduct is dangerous and cannot be tolerated. Future violations of this nature will be met with arrests.” Something like that would have clearly and directly addressed the issue without calling out the 1.19 plus million Jews in NYC that didn’t violate anything. Not so hard. In case you need help seeing how absurd and wrong DeBlasio’s tweet was, ask yourself this: if a Nation of Islam group or a group of people associated with the Black Hebrew Israelites, or some other small group within the African-American community in NYC, did something either stupid, poorly planned or outright wrong, do you think DeBlasio would ever tweet a threat that calls out “the African American community” writ large? If you do, I have bridge to sell you near Williamsburg.

Georgia: Exposing The Ugly Truth Happening Inside Mosques

Imam: “there has not been another 911 such attack in America because Islam is winning and at this point another large scale attack would set their movement back 25 years.”

Taking Sun Tzu’s words to heart, a research project was launched to learn what was happening in my community.  A good friend, Dave Gaubatz, who has gone into 300+ mosques across America and over 150 internationally came into town to investigate and report on what he observed from within a couple mosques in the area.  His research is very detailed, with a defined pattern of analysis as shown in the report below.

Islamic Center of Savannah, Georgia

A:  Mosque location (neighborhood, strip mall, typical identifiable mosque structure, or Islamic Center) Keep in mind a mosque is defined as a place for Muslims to gather for prayer and strategic planning.  The place can be in the basement of a house, a garage, a room in a university, a small building structure or a mega structure) The IC of Savannah is an Islamic Center which is typical for a Sunni mosque.  The term Islamic Center is not typical for identifying Shia mosques.  They do not use this term.

B:  Number of members:  350 plus

C:  Sunni/Shia/Sufi:   This is a Sunni Wahhabi/Salafist mosque that primarily use the Hanbali Islamic school of thought.  There are four Sunni schools of thought. 1.  Hanafi 2. Maliki 3. Shafi’I 4. Hanbali.   Most counter-terrorism professionals agree the Hanbali school of thought is the most dangerous.  ISIS, Al Qaeda and other Sunni terrorist organizations follow the Hanbali school of thought.

D:  Material in mosque (such as Fiqh Us Sunnah, Riyadh Ul Salheen, Sahih Muslim, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Sahih Bukkari, Reliance of the Traveler, Maududi or Qutb material, etc…)  Fiqh US Sunnah, Riyadh Ul Salheen, Sahih Muslim and Sahih Bukkari were located in the prayer room available to all worshippers.  These manuals describe in detail for Muslims to carry out physical (fighting) Jihad,  Child marriages (authorized), Slavery (authorized),  the beating of women (authorized),  killing of non-Muslims and even Muslims  who are not Sharia compliant, informing Muslims to never take as friends Christians and Jews, killing of Apostates  of Islam (authorized  anywhere in the world), and  the describing the objective of Islam which is to establish an Islamic Ummah (nation)  worldwide and under Sharia law.  The objective can and must be established by warfare as needed.  Many other violent topics are discussed in the manuals.  Much of the material in the mosques is in Arabic.   For those Muslims who do not read Arabic they are encouraged to go online and read the materials in English which are readily available.         

E:  Conversations with worshippers:   Dave Gaubatz spoke with Islamic leaders and worshippers.   Sunni/Salafist is the predominant ideology of this mosque that the Imam tries to instill.  Copies of the Quran and two Islamic books were provided to Dave Gaubatz.  Halaco Market in Fairfax, VA, was mentioned as a source for Sunni /Salafist/Wahhabi material.  I have personally visited this Islamic market/bookstore on at least 25 occasions.   Very violent and dangerous materials are at this business.

F:  Sharia decorum in mosques (example: prayer rug/carpet) No Black Flag of jihad was observed.  The prayer rug did have the required lines on the rug for the ‘forming of the lines’.  The Wudu (cleansing of the body) was in the mosque.  The women were in a separate side away from the men.   There was a throne type seat in the front area of the prayer room.

G:  Any affiliation with CAIR, IIIT, MSA, ISNA, etc.  Brochures from IIIT and CAIR were observed.  CAIR does have an affiliation with this mosque.

H:  Sharia compliance of Islamic leaders:   The Imam and Islamic leaders Dave G. observed were Sharia compliant.

I:  How are women/children treated:  The women are not allowed contact with the men.  They are completely isolated from the men.  Children were observed in the men’s and women’s side of the prayer room.

J:  Mosque etiquette (forming of line during prayer, selling of material in mosque, etc..). The Imam paid close attention to the forming of the line before the prayer.  It is against Sharia law to openly sell materials in a mosque prayer room.  No sales were observed.

K:  Imam lecture (mention of Sharia, Jihad Qital, Punishment in the grave, Fiqh, etc…)  Sharia compliance was mentioned throughout the lecture.  Punishment in the Grave was also mentioned several times.

L:  Invited guests (out of town Islamic leaders, CAIR, etc.)  There was an Islamic leader from Chicago who was invited by the Imam to speak.  He was raising money for an Islamic school based in Chicago to prepare students to be Islamic scholars in America.  He stated thus far the program has graduated 50 students.  The program is for a period of 6 years.   

M:  Sharia compliance of non-Islamic leaders:  Many of the worshippers were not Sharia compliant in their dress, but were complaint enough to be in the mosque.  20 plus men were 100% compliant and these are the ones likely to be involved in future violence toward innocent people and/or involved in acts of terrorism against our country.

N:  Business cards shared (internet sites, businesses, emails, etc…)  Business   cards were provided to Dave Gaubatz.  These can be used for future coordination/operations if deemed feasible.

O:  Confirmed Islamic terrorists have/had not visited mosque:  No known terrorist information has been made public pertaining to any visiting the Savannah mosque, but Muslims travelling from one mosque to another is quite common. 

P:  Active duty military at mosque:  One U.S. marine and One U.S. Army member attended the mosque (males).

Q:  U.S. Govt. Civilians and/or politicians at mosque:  U.S. government stickers (passes) were observed on a few vehicles in the mosque parking lot.

R:  Local, State, Federal Law Enforcement presence:  Local city police officer conducting security.

S:  Is local govt. liberal or conservative:  Savannah govt. is predominately liberal

T:  Are U.S. military bases within 50 miles:  there are U.S. military installations within 50 miles of the mosque.

U:  Are Islamic businesses within 15 miles:   Yes, an Islamic market        and various small businesses (some medical)

V:  Is state liberal or conservative:  Georgia is a conservative state, but liberalism is increasing especially in the larger cities.

W:  Local media liberal or conservative:  Media in local area is considered liberal.

X:  Interfaith programs:  There is public information the mosque leadership are involved in interfaith activity with Christian and Jewish people/leaders.

Y:  How does mosque compare to mosques in U.S. with confirmed terrorist ties such as Dar Al Hijra mosque in Fairfax, VA):  Dave Gaubatz and his team of CT researchers have spent in excess of two weeks at Dar Al Hijra mosque in Virginia.  911 terrorists had visited the mosque.  The IC of Savannah is on the same scale as Dar Al Hijrah.  This would be a mosque that Islamic terrorists and their supporters who are travelling would feel comfortable attending.  They would be welcome at this mosque.  The Imam is Pakistani and is working to insure all aspects of Sharia are observed.

Z:  GUT feeling of qualified researcher (Very Important) This area is rated very high.  An explanation and analogy is required.   Every human and animal have internal systems fight or flight sensors that alert them to potential dangers.  This is how we survive.  Over years and years of life experiences our minds are able to fine tune this protective system.  Police officers use this safety mechanism each and every day to evaluate hundreds of potential danger signals in order to know how to respond in order to save their lives and the lives of innocent people.  In a shoot or don’t shoot situation officers sometimes have a few seconds or less to evaluate situations to best respond.  This is when their life experiences kick in and numerous things race through their mind when they are deciding to shoot (kill) or not shoot (not kill).

When evaluating the potential danger of an Islamic mosque Dave Gaubatz does the same thing as one of the 26 indicators to determine danger.  He bases over 35 years of travelling and working in Islamic based countries, visiting hundreds upon hundreds of mosques, interacting with good and bad people of the Islamic ideology, interviewing dozens of confirmed Muslim terrorists, their supporters, and reviewing thousands upon thousands of pages of their books and manuals, and in operating in dangers gang infested areas within America and in combat zones in Iraq.  Based on these experiences within a matter of minutes or less he is able to kick in his survival skills upon entering a mosque. His experiences have led him to accurately analyze and reason that all mosques are homes to potential danger, but at varying degrees.  When he worked gangs and narcotics in numerous major American cities there was little doubt a gang infested neighborhood posed likely dangers, again there were various levels of dangers based on other aspects of his experiences.  The same is true using the ITAC system.  A GUT feeling combined with 25 other important factors triggers an evaluation for danger.

Analysis:  It is the determination of Dave Gaubatz that the IC of Savannah is the home for Islamic terrorists and their supporters and is used as a training base and regional HQ for developing the strategy for meeting the well-established and very open goal of forming an Islamic caliphate in America (and world) and under strict Sharia law.  The Islamic leaders will use two forms of Jihad defined as the ‘pen and tongue��� before they will use the violent form of the ‘sword’.  The pen form of Jihad are the writings of Muslims to alter non-Muslims into accepting and believing Islam is a religion, is peaceful, and is the solution to all of the worlds problems.  This form of Jihad also includes the use of the media.  The tongue form of Jihad is of course verbal communication through Interfaith programs, open mosques for non-Muslims, and most dangerously the infiltration of the Islamic ideology into our public schools to brainwash American children into accepting Islam as the answer to all personal and worldly problems.  It is the belief of Islamic scholars that American children are the future of America and the majority of their Dawa (education and spread of Islam) is directed toward them.  Islamic terrorist groups have literature sent to American schools and libraries which are very colorful to influence their young minds.

The last form of Jihad is the use of the sword which is Jihad Qital (physical).  Islamic leaders have informed Dave Gaubatz during his various undercover operations that right now in America they (Islam and its leaders) are winning and their strategy of an Islamic caliphate in America is on pace to succeed with limited violence. 

One Imam informed Gaubatz, “there has not been another 911 such attack in America because Islam is winning and at this point another large scale attack would set their movement back 25 years.  When a large scale attack is required to further subdue Americans it will then be carried out.  The plans are already in place.  The Islamic leaders know there will be small scale terrorist attacks such as with Fort Hood, Texas, the Boston Bombings and others that will put fear into the hearts of the American people and its government.  Islamic leaders realize the liberal leaders and politicians will label these attacks as ‘Lone Wolf” attacks and disassociate them from mainstream Islam”.

It is important for readers to understand that there is no such thing as a ‘Lone Wolf’ terrorist attack.  Muslim terrorists who conduct small scale attacks are doing so in the name of Islam, Allah, and to please their Prophet Mohammed.  The attacks are carried out because their Islamic training has taught them the sure way to reach Allah and Paradise is to fight for the goal of an Islamic caliphate. Jihad Qital is one such way to achieve this goal.

RECOMMENDATION:  Provide this report to the public in a mass distribution campaign.  Then and only then will America’s senior law enforcement and politicians do the job they have sworn an oath to do (protect America and our children). Do not be fearful of personal attacks or frivolous lawsuits or the name calling (Islamaphobe, haters, racists) that will without a doubt come about.  The protection of America, our Constitution and our children should and must be the ultimate goal of all Americans.

In Amazon’s Bookstore, No Second Chances for the Third Reich

In 1998, when Amazon was an ambitious start-up, its founder, Jeff Bezos, said, “We want to make every book available — the good, the bad and the ugly.” Customers reviews, he said, would “let truth loose.”  David Duke has published several books advocating for the Ku Klux Klan, an American white supremacist hate group that argues for the purifying American society of African Americans, often based on distorted information. If you were an Amazon executive would you: (1) allow David Duke’s Klan books to be sold in honor of freedom of speech, or (2) ban Klan books by David Duke, as well as other KKK advocacy books? Why? What are the ethics underlying your decision?

Amazon is quietly canceling its Nazis.

Over the past 18 months, the retailer has removed two books by David Duke, a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, as well as several titles by George Lincoln Rockwell, the founder of the American Nazi Party. Amazon has also prohibited volumes like “The Ruling Elite: The Zionist Seizure of World Power” and “A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind.”

While few may lament the disappearance of these hate-filled books, the increasing number of banished titles has set off concern among some of the third-party booksellers who stock Amazon’s vast virtual shelves. Amazon, they said, seems to operate under vague or nonexistent rules.

“Amazon reserves the right to determine whether content provides an acceptable experience,” said one recent removal notice that the company sent to a bookseller.

Facebook, Twitter and YouTube have been roiled in recent years by controversies that pit freedom of speech against offensive content. Amazon has largely escaped this debate. But with millions of third-party merchants supplying much of what Amazon sells to tens of millions of customers, that ability to maintain a low profile may be reaching its end.

Amazon began as a bookstore and, even as it has moved on to many more lucrative projects, now controls at least two-thirds of the market for new, used and digital volumes in the United States. With its profusion of reader reviews, ability to cut prices without worrying about profitability and its control of the electronic book landscape, to name only three advantages, Amazon has immense power to shape what information people are consuming.

Yet the retailer declines to provide a list of prohibited books, say how they were chosen or even discuss the topic. “Booksellers make decisions every day about what selection of books they choose to offer,” it said in a statement.

Gregory Delzer is a Tennessee bookseller whose Amazon listings account for about a third of his sales. “They don’t tell us the rules and don’t let us have a say,” he said. “But they squeeze us for every penny.”

Nazi-themed items regularly crop up on Amazon, where they are removed under its policy on “offensive and controversial materials.” Those rules pointedly do not apply to books. Amazon merely says that books for sale on its site “should provide a positive customer experience.”

Now Amazon is becoming increasingly proactive in removing Nazi material. It even allowed its own Nazi-themed show, “The Man in the High Castle,” to be cleaned up for a tribute book. The series, which began in 2015 and concluded in November, is set in a parallel United States where the Germans and the Japanese won World War II.

“High Castle” is lavish in its use of National Socialist symbols. “There’s nothing that there isn’t a swastika on,” the actor Rufus Sewell, who played the Nazi antihero, said in a promotional video. The series promoted its portrayal of “the controlling aesthetic of Hitler” in its nomination for a special effects Emmy.

But in “The Man in the High Castle: Creating the Alt World,” published in November by Titan Books, the swastikas and eagle-and-crosses were digitally erased from Mr. Sewell’s uniform, from Times Square and the Statue of Liberty, even from scenes set in Berlin. A note on the copyright page said, “We respect, in this book, the legal and ethical responsibility of not perpetuating the distribution of the symbols of oppression.”

An Amazon spokeswoman said, “We did not make editorial edits to the images.” Titan, which wanted to market the book in Germany, where laws on Nazi imagery are strict, said Amazon approved the changes.

Some fans of the series said they found reading the book as dystopian as the show itself. “If you can’t even have swastikas shown in a book about Nazis taking over America, please do not make books ever again,” wrote one reviewer.

When Amazon drops a book from its store, it is as if it never existed. A recent Google search for David Duke’s “My Awakening: A Path to Racial Understanding” on Amazon yielded a link to a picture of an Amazon employee’s dog. Amazon sellers call these dead ends “dog pages.”

Some booksellers, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation, said they had no problem with the retailer converting as many offensive books to dog pages as it wished.

Mr. Delzer, the proprietor of a secondhand store in Nashville called Defunct Books, has a different view. “If Amazon executives are so proud of their moral high ground, they should issue memos about which books they are banning instead of keeping sellers and readers in the dark,” he said.

The bookseller said he only knew Amazon was forbidding titles because he received an automated message from the retailer, saying two used books he sold seven years ago — “Conspiracy of the Six-Pointed Star: Eye-Opening Revelations and Forbidden Knowledge About Israel, the Jews, Zionism, and the Rothschilds” and “Toward the White Republic” — were now proscribed.

“This product was identified as one that is prohibited for sale,” Amazon told him. Failure to immediately delete listings for these books, the company said, “may result in the deactivation of your selling account” and possible confiscation of any money he was owed.

Amazon said it didn’t really mean any of that about “Toward the White Republic.” “We did not intend to imply the book itself could not be listed for sale,” it said in a statement.

As for “Conspiracy of the Six-Pointed Star,” which is widely available from other online booksellers, Amazon said the book did not comply with its “content guidelines.”

Mr. Delzer said the email, which he posted on an Amazon forum, was clear and Amazon was dissembling about “White Republic.”

A bookseller since 2001, Mr. Delzer said he does not condone white supremacist material but believes people should be free to read what they want. The biggest seller in his shop at the moment is by Greta Thunberg, the young climate activist.

“Amazon wants its customers to trust Amazon,” he said. “The place that sells books doesn’t want much critical thinking.”

That expansive philosophy narrowed over the years. In 2010, when the news media discovered the self-published “Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure” on the site, the retailer’s first reaction was to hang tough.

“Amazon believes it is censorship not to sell certain books simply because we or others believe their message is objectionable,” it said at the time.

That resolution wilted in the face of a barrage of hostility and boycott threats. Amazon pulled the book.

Deborah Caldwell-Stone, director of the American Library Association’s Office for Intellectual Freedom, said Amazon has the same First Amendment right as any retailer.

“Amazon has a First Amendment right to pick and choose the materials they offer,” she said. “Despite its size, it does not have to sponsor speech it finds unacceptable.”

Physical bookstores rarely stock supremacist literature, for no other reason than it would alienate many customers. The question is whether Amazon, because of its size and power, should behave differently.

“I’m not going to argue for the wider distribution of Nazi material,” said Danny Caine of the Raven Book Store in Lawrence, Kan., who is the author of a critical pamphlet, “How to Resist Amazon and Why.” “But I still don’t trust Amazon to be the arbiters of free speech. What if Amazon decided to pull books representing a less despicable political viewpoint? Or books critical of Amazon’s practices?”

Amazon’s newfound zeal to remove “the ugly” extends beyond the Nazis. The order page for the e-book of The Nation of Islam’s “The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews” stated last week, “This title not currently available for purchase.”

“The Man in the High Castle” was based on a 1962 novel of the same name by Philip K. Dick, whose stories are often about the slippery nature of reality and how it will be controlled in the future by governments and corporations. One character in the streaming series was Mr. Rockwell, the American Nazi Party founder.

In photos in “Creating the Alt World,” the tribute book, the swastika around Mr. Rockwell’s neck was removed. The real life Mr. Rockwell has been largely removed from Amazon’s bookstore as well.

After a complaint by a member of Congress in 2018, a children’s book that Mr. Rockwell wrote disappeared from Amazon. So did his book “White Power.” Other Rockwell material, like The Stormtrooper Magazine, is described as “currently unavailable.”

Some sellers circumvent the blocks by listing titles with a word or two changed, other booksellers said. One seller said he recently received a message from Amazon that several titles by Savitri Devi, also known as “Hitler’s Priestess,” were forbidden. But they are now on the site. And a copy of “Toward the White Republic” recently popped up on Amazon, for $973 plus postage.

There is still an abundance of other Nazi material available on Amazon, much of it with favorable reviews. There is the “SS Leadership Guide,” many editions of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” and Joseph Goebbels’s “Nature and Form of National Socialism,” to name just a few.

That only underlines how hard it can be to tell exactly what Amazon’s rules are. The confusion is reinforced by AbeBooks, the biggest secondhand book platform outside of Amazon itself.

Some of the books dropped from Amazon are available on Abe. Recently, there were 18 copies of Mr. Duke’s books on Abe, at prices up to $150. Amazon, which owns Abe, declined to comment.

JUNE 21, 1923: MARCUS GARVEY SENTENCED TO A FIVE-YEAR IMPRISONMENT 

On this day, June 21, 1923, Marcus Garvey was sentenced to five years in prison after his conviction on the charges of using the mail to defraud.

Marcus Garvey was convicted on federal charges of mail fraud in connection with the sale of stock in the Universal Negro Improvement Association’s Black Star Line; however, he confirmed that those allegations were politically driven.

Marcus Mosiah Garvey was an advocate of Black Nationalism in Jamaica and the United States. He was a leader of a mass movement known as Pan-Africanism, and he founded the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA-ACL). Garvey also founded the Black Star Line, a shipping and passenger line, which promoted the return of the African diaspora to their ancestral lands. Although many American black leaders condemned his methods and his support for racial segregation, Garvey still managed to attract a large following.

When the Black Star Line went bankrupt, Garvey was imprisoned for mail fraud in the selling of its stock. This is when his movement then rapidly collapsed. Prior to the 20th century, leaders such as Prince Hall, Martin Delany, Edward Wilmot Blyden, and Henry Highland Garnet advocated the involvement of the African diaspora in African affairs. Garvey was unique in advancing a Pan-African philosophy to inspire a global mass movement and economic empowerment focusing on Africa. His movement was known as Garveyism. Promoted by the UNIA as a movement of African Redemption, Garveyism would eventually inspire others, ranging from the Nation of Islam to the Rastafari Movement, which proclaimed Marcus Garvey as a prophet. The Garveyism focused on persons of African ancestry in the diaspora to redeem the nations of Africa, and for the European colonial powers to leave the continent. His essential ideas about Africa were stated in an editorial in Negro World entitled “African Fundamentalism”, where he wrote: “Our union must know no clime, boundary, or nationality… to let us hold together under all climes and in every country.”

Sometime around November 1919, the BOI began an investigation into the activities of Garvey and the UNIA. Toward the end, the BOI hired James Edward Amos, Arthur Lowell Brent, Thomas Leon Jefferson, James Wormley Jones, and Earl Titus as its first five African-American agents. Although initial efforts by the BOI were to find grounds upon which to deport Garvey as “an undesirable alien,” a charge of mail fraud was brought against him in connection with stock sales of the Black Star Line after the U.S. Post Office and the Attorney General joined the investigation.

By the time when the trial ended on  June 23, 1923, Marcus Garvey had been sentenced to five years in prison. Garvey blamed Jewish jurors and a Jewish federal judge, Julian Mack, for his conviction. He felt that they had been biased because of their political objections to his meeting with the acting imperial wizard of the Ku Klux Klan the year before. In 1928, Garvey told a journalist: “When they wanted to get me they had a Jewish Judge try me, and a Jewish prosecutor. I would have been freed, but two Jews on the jury held out against me ten hours and succeeded in convicting me, whereupon the Jewish judge gave me the maximum penalty.”

Garvey later died in London on June 10, 1940, at the age of 52 years, having suffered from two instances of stroke.

Here’s this idea I had for a fighting game in the style of Mortal Kombat. It’s about religious larpers fighting each other. It’s meant to be violent, ridiculous and over the top.

Here are the characters:

Nordic pagan neo nazi: He is a fat dude and has old mallet he calls mjonlr. He worships the nordic gods but has a very shallow view of them and always talks about the MCU version of Thor. He projects his own biases and morality onto the nordic religion despite the fact they don’t share his modern sense of morality. He considers himself part of the master race despite being a fat fuck. He believes he will come out on top when Ragnarok happens. He wears viking helmet and has unkempt beard. He can call lightning on his opponents via his mallet. He also farts a lot. He can combine his farts with the lightning to make a fiery explosion against his opponents. His ending in the game is like King Conan where he sits on a throne. Except here his throne is made of cases of mountain dew.

Communist witch: She is a communist sex worker witch who has sickle and vibrator as weapons. She can chuck these weapons at people and call them back like a boomerang. She can cast a variety of spells. Most of her magic is mish mash of different cultures like Celtic, Choctaw Indian, Ojibwe and African she took from. She also stole bones from a graveyard in New Orleans for a ritual. She wants to make a communist dictatorship with her in charge and its utopia for her and all sex workers. She has big tits but is crazy. 7/10 would smash but regret it. Eventually gets killed by the voodoo priestess

Black Israelite: He is a fat black dude with a beard and beret. His abilities are he screams “Thats rite” and beats up people. A lot of his attacks are based on him yelling at people. He has a weird rivalry with the Hotep for enslaving his supposed Jewish ancestors. Literally culturally appropriates from jews. When he sees a real jew he goes into berserker mode.

Hotep: He is a black dude with dreadlocks and wears an ankh. He is obsessed with Egypt. He is very buff. He carries egyptian weapons like scythes and swords. He dresses like a pharaoh. The only redeeming factor about him is he believes in self improvement. He has rivalry with the Black Israelite. He believes himself to be pure Egyptian even though his ancestors come from Detroit. He is supposedly killed by the Black Israelite and dies and gets brought back as the Anubis warrior.

Anubis Warrior: He wears a similar outfit to his previous alter ego albeit a bit darker but now wears an Anubis head mask. He carries a scythe and sword. He is somehow darker in both skin tone and outfit than before. He has shadow powers and his attacks are enhanced. He can strike from the shadows and summon monsters from the egyptian underworld.

Wakanda wannabe: He is the younger brother of Hotep and wants to avenge him after the Hotep dies. Insists he is from Wakanda even though he’s from Detroit. His beliefs are this weird mishmash of Pan-African stuff and it’s even less coherent than the Hotep’s beliefs. 

He serves the Nation of Islam despite not being a muslim. He fights the Black Israelite since he think he killed his brother. The Black Israelite reveals he did not. Once this happens he fights the Anubis warrior. He knocks off the mask of the Anubis Warrior and it’s revaled to be the Wakanda Wanabe’s brother. The Anubis Warrior does not recognize the Wakanda Wannabe. The Wakanda Wannabe is horrified by this but eventually knocks him out. He learns that his boss the head of the Nation of Islam was the one who killed the Hotep and resurrected him as his servant. He reveals he created all the ideologies of the black israelite, hotep and wakanda wannabe as a way to sell a fake identity to black people and gain power over them. He’d rather rule over his own kind than serve under white people. The Wakanda Wannabe teams up with the Anubis Warrior and Black Israelite and they kill the leader of the Nation of Islam restoring honor to the organization once more.  

Then they begin to kill all the white politicians and corrupt black politicians. The Wakanda Wannabe leads a united front with the Black Israelite, and Anubis Warrior to conquer America, Israel, Egypt and Africa. He achieves true pan-africanism and justice for black people as Haile Salasse, Marcus Garvey, Malcom X and Muhammed Ali smile down from heaven.They congratulate him for achieving panafricanism and justice for all black people. After they congratulate him Africa by Toto plays at the end.

Nation of Islam leader: The Nation of Islam in this game is kind of like this games version of the Lin Kuei. The leader of this group used to be part of the black revolution but became corrupt with power. He now uses young black men for his dirty work and is an asshole. He wears a suit and military cap. His attacks include shooting people with a pistol and pointing his finger at people and firing a laser from his finger. He can also yell loudly. He prefers to have others fight for him while he plots and schemes.

Trad catholic larper: He dresses like a Teutonic Knight Templar. He has very shallow understanding of Catholocism. He only joined the religion to fill the hollow void in his heart. He larps as Crusader knight. He is hated by Catholics. His weapons are a giant broad sword and a knife. He can also pull a zweighander sword out of his ass for an ultimate attack.

Trad Orthodox larper: He dresses like an Orthodox priest. He has very shallow understanding of Orthodox Christianity. He likes the religion because its trad. He is hated by Orthodox Christians. He can use his staff to summon light rays to attack people. His prayer chants can summon bizarre angel like creatures to attack. It is unknown if these are angels or some other nefarious creatures that are manipulating him.

Zen yoga chick: She has a very poor understanding of buddhism but she thinks its peaceful. She runs a yoga studio and always says namaste when greeting people. She can stretch and dodge attacks. She can use her feet to fight. She is half German, part Chinese and part Filipino. Thinks it gives her authenticity despite being disconnected from her culture. She is very flexible with her attacks and fast. She is killed during the tournament.

New Age Hippie chick: She is the wife of the zen yoga chick. She sells healing crystals. The crystals can have different powers. She uses energy attacks from the crystals and can recharge her health by using them. She also has psionic, telekinetic and telepathic powers. Imagine her as basically if Space Godzilla was a white woman.

Fedora Atheist: While his peers were partying he studied the blade.He claims to love science and be super smart despite not being a scientist or having a college degree. He dropped out of Community College. The God Delusion is the only book he has ever read that isn’t porn. He watches anime and works at ROSS’s. He carries a Katana and twin airsoft pistols. He will charge at opponents with his katana while doing a Naruto run. He shoots his twin airsoft pistols gangster style because he thinks its tactical. Wears a fedora that can be used as weapon like Kung Lao. He is mentally a 14 year old despite being an adult.

Laveyan satanist: He doesn’t actually believe in satan and is just an edgy larper that likes pissing off christians. He carries pitchfork and wears a red suit. Despite not believing in the devil is somehow able to summon demons and hellfire. He is mentally a 14 year old despite being an adult. And he is somehow more well adjusted than the Fedora Atheist.

Islamic terrorist: He has a very shallow view of Islam. He is an arab supremacist despite being 2nd generation Iraqi american immigrant with little connection to his ancestral culture. Most arabs laugh at him as a loser. He only follows radical Islam because he is disconnected from his ancestral culture and does not fit in with Americans or Muslims. He carries a Scimitar and AK-74. His attacks include slicing people with his scimitar, shooting with his AK-74 and firing an rpg from a distance. He can blow himself up as his most powerful attack and still fight as ghost.

Voodoo priestess: She wants revenge on the communist chick for her stealing grandma’s bones from the graveyard. She can summon zombies and voodoo loa. She thinks communist chick culturally appropriated voodoo only to learn out of all the religions the communist chick appropriated voodoo was not one of them. She still kills the communist chick for grave robbery. When she wins she goes home to have a party with friends to smoke weed and eat Church’s chicken. While she is partying the song Because I got high by Afroman plays.

Trad girl: She is a weird mix of christian and germanic pagan. She is into cottagecore. She grew up in the city and hates it wants to live in country. She fails to understand how much hard work is required for farming. Uses prayer as attacks and can throw farming equipment at people. Also can use revolvers and lever acton rifles. Despite this she is kind of cute and friendly.

Megachurch pastor: He is corrupt and has a hollow view of religion. He is in it for money and has terrifying grin. He can chuck bibles, conjure snakes and speak tongues as attacks. It is speculated he is a demon in disguise but no one actually knows.

I have always been arrhythmic to the drumbeat of conformity.  To Millennials, my outlook must be quite malapropos with respect to their conception of subjective reality.  I wonder if there is a parallel universe, where other fears are concomitant to my fears.  Maybe I’ll find out one day.  Until then, it’s just the same old shit in the USA:  this versus that.  I just love the media.  They make tons of cash selling this scenario of a national Apocalypse and a future dystopia:  “Did you see those cute puppies in the Honda commercial?”  No!  I didn’t!

All my political life, I have stood in marked opposition to Conservatives, Nationalists and White Power creeps, rich Republicans, and other right wing scumbags.  They hate me and I hate them.  There is nothing original here—simply the normal arrangement of polemics and warfare.  So, what is my point? Though my adversaries have consistently touted the Right wing side of life, my biggest challenge has been a dysfunctional family known as “the Left.”

Permit me to elaborate a bit more.  According to imbeciles, we here on Earth are all unified and determined to destroy God’s favorite country, America.  We are like programmed robots, marching to the directives of rich Jews, who finance and control us.

Uh…not really.  What about the so-called Left?  The Left can’t agree on what toppings to include on a Vegan pizza!  Matter of fact, there are leftists who are as carnivorous as fuck, contrary to  stupid Conservative stereotypes. Look at me:  I am an Anti-Authoritarian Leftist who is monogamous to one woman.   Yep, no free love for me.  I am this way because of true love, not because of dictates by some God.  

Since 1969, I have been hounded and belittled by comrades of the Authoritarian Left, and by the Anti-Authoritarians, as well.  Why?  Because I don’t fit in with their prescribed dogma and methodology of activism.  I don’t say the right things and I don’t believe in New Age sensitivity.  Back in 69, while part of my SDS chapter, Trotskyites mocked me because I didn’t fit in with their Marxist belief system.  They ran the whole show!  Ten years later, in 1979, my chapter of “Rock Against Racism” was almost  seized by this weird Maoist cult, The Revolutionary Communist Party.  During my stint with the Peace and Freedom Party, the Feminist Socialist faction didn’t like me because I was an Anarchist, and on and on and so forth.  

The politically correct Droids of my past remind me of Orthodox Jews.  According to them, they were the true representatives of the Jews.  Other denominations of Jews, like Conservative and Reform, were heretics and heathens.  The Orthodox followed Jewish laws and rituals perfectly.  Their biggest adversaries were other Jews who didn’t follow their dictates. Instead of fighting Anti-Semitism or Islamic nationalists, they saved their raft for other Jews who violated the Sabbath!  Once in Israel, Orthodox Jews threw rocks at beach goers because it happened to be the Sabbath.  Yes, only the Orthodox Jew knows the true word of God!

The so-called Left—also known as the “Social Justice Warriors”--has the same orthodoxy.  What is so sad is that the Right-wingers propagandize these politically-correct Droids as the true representatives of the Left. Not!

Sometimes, I wonder if these P.C. Droids are double agents of the corporate state.  They spend a lot of time condemning other leftists for not conforming to their groupthink.  But, these P.C. monsters are fascists to the core!  “If you are a White man, then you are the evil demon that must acquiesce to the whims of the oppressed!  You must self-flagellate and take responsibility for centuries of oppressing women, gays, and non-Whites!”

Sorry.  I don’t accept that shit!  P.C. Droids make the claim that White people will always be racist no matter how much they redeem themselves.  Sort of like the “Original Sin” that practicing Catholics believe in.  You see?  I don’t sound like a conservative asshole in my criticism of Social Justice Warriors.  I hate their views!

I never did like Black Nationalism or Black Separatism, either.  Nor do I like street gangs or Gangster rap.  Am I racist?  Fuck no, I’m not!  I do like Black Anarchists.  Okay?

One thing I despise about the Authoritarian Left is that your language has to be perfect and not dare to say the wrong thing.  Otherwise, you’ll be standing in front of a multi-racial, intersectional firing squad!  What is worse than Black supremacy?  Tyrannical Feminism!  Back in the 80s, one famous Feminist, Andrea Dworkin, said that all men were rapists. Like the religious Right, she wanted to outlaw porn.  I hated that (expletive deleted)!  You know what?  I could lose my job for uttering that sentence.  But she deserved it, for making that sexist, fat shaming, and anti-Semitic remark.  Free speech, baby!  I’m glad she’s dead.  Just kidding.

I am an anti-Authoritarian Jew and I am free.  Well…I try to be.  Note one Nestor Makhno, Ukraine Anarchist leader from 1919 to 1921.  He fought the Right wing White Russian Army and the Left wing Red Army, simultaneously.  If I have to do the same thing, I will.

If you dislike arguing or constantly debating, then don’t get involved with the Left.  I got tired of it in the 90s and ventured forth on my own.  And I haven’t looked back.  I like being independent.  A lot of people resent me for being so.  To this very day, I am pelted over the Internet with anger and resentment for my unorthodox and iconoclastic views.  Does it bother me?  Does it bother me when a flea bites my ass?  Yeah, it does.

Minister Louis Farrakhan's Letter to Jewish Leaders and An Open Letter to Black Leadership

Editor’s Note: In light of controversy on social media, traditional media and in the public regarding Jewish leadership, some Black elected officials, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, we are reprinting two important letters, on pages 20-23, issued by Min. Farrakhan in 2010 that contained words of guidance and offered a way to avoid the present situation. Unfortunately the guidance in the two letters, a letter to then Anti-Defamation League president Abe Foxman and the heads of major Jewish organizations and “An Open Letter to Black Leadership,” was not followed.

The first letter contains a message to the total Jewish community regarding two important books, “The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews,” Volumes I and II. They contain truths unearthed from Jewish scholars that verified the involvement of Jewish people in the slave trade, and the control and exploitation of Black people. The books were inspired by false charges that the Minister was anti-Semitic. The books confirmed Min. Farrakhan was certainly not anti-Jewish but the thoughts and deeds of Jewish figures revealed they were anti-Black. Today Ethiopian Jews and African migrants suffer in Israel, are denied their rights, and as refugees are threatened with jail, if they refuse to leave Israel. These books were sent to influential members of the Jewish community and others.

The “Open Letter to Black Leadership,” in 2010, respectfully requested that Black leaders not allow themselves to be drawn into any conflict between influential Jews and the Nation of Islam. Black leaders were asked to allow Jewish leaders to speak for themselves. We urge you to read and study these letters and to provide thoughts, feedback and questions, which can be addressed to Min. Please accept these two books enclosed from our Historical Research Department.

The charge of anti-Semitism has been leveled against the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam for many years. For twenty-five of the thirty-three years of my rebuilding of the Nation of Islam, I and we, in the Nation of Islam have suffered under the charge of “anti-Semitism” because I have dared to be critical of what I and many others feel is Jewish behavior that has ill-affected Black people and others.

Our Nation of Islam Historical Research Team was motivated by these false charges to study the works of Jewish scholars, historians, and Rabbis, being very careful to omit any words written or spoken, no matter how truthful, by those who are considered “anti-Semitic.”

We can now present to our people and the world a true, undeniable record of the relationship between Blacks and Jews from their own mouths and pens. These scholars, Rabbis and historians have given to us an undeniable record of Jewish anti-Black behavior, starting with the horror of the trans-Atlantic slave trade, plantation slavery, Jim Crow, sharecropping, the labor movement of the North and South, the unions and the misuse of our people that continues to this very moment.

As you have constantly labeled me and done everything within your power to hinder me and us from the civilizing work that Allah (God) has given to The Honorable Elijah Muhammad and myself to do, I ask you to find one act committed by me or those who follow me that has injured one Jewish person, stopped Jews from doing business, hindered their education, injured their families, sullied or desecrated their synagogues. You will not find one. So, except for our willingness to tell the truth and our unwillingness to apologize to you for telling the truth, on what basis do you charge me and us as being “anti-Semitic”?

Armed with this knowledge from the pens of Jewish scholars, Rabbis, and historians, we could now charge you with the most vehement anti-Black behavior in the annals of our history in America and the world. We could charge you with being the most deceitful so-called friend, while your history with us shows you have been our worst enemy.

I do not write this with vitriol, hatred, bitterness, or a spirit of vengeance, because One greater than you and me has permitted this for His own wise purposes.

However, what is done is done. We cannot change the past. You and I, your children and mine, your people and mine are living in the present. Your present reality is sitting on top of the world in power, with riches and influence, while the masses of my people here in America, in the Caribbean, Central and South America and elsewhere in the world are in the worst condition of any member of the human family.

I have pleaded with you over the years for a sensible, intelligent dialogue. You have rejected me, and some Rabbis have given me terms for friendship that any self-respecting person could never accept. So with this truth in our hands and yours, and soon in the hands of tens of thousands, I again ask you for a dialogue.

You are in a position to help me in the civilizing work that The Honorable Elijah Muhammad was given to do by Allah (God), whose burden and Mission –Allah and He –has made me to share. With this historical research in your hands, you may either gather your forces for an all-out struggle against me, the Nation of Islam, and the truth that I and we speak and write, or as an intelligent and civilized people, we can sit down and carve out a way forward that can obliterate the stain of the past and render us, Jews and Blacks-before Allah (God) and the world-in a new, honorable, and mutually respectful relationship.

This is an offer asking you and the gentiles whom you influence to help me in the repair of my people from the damage that has been done by your ancestors to mine. This is a wonderful way of the present generation of Jews to escape the Judgment of Allah (God) by aiding in the repair of His people.

However, should you choose to make our struggle to civilize our people more difficult, then I respectfully warn you, in the Name of Allah (God) and His Messiah, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, that the more you fight and oppose me rather than help me to lift my people from their degraded state, Allah (God) and His Messiah will bring you and your people to disgrace and ruin and destroy your power and influence here and throughout the world.

I pray that you will make the wise and best choice.

[Editor’s note: The above letter was sent to Abraham Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League and other Jewish leaders by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan prior to his monumental lecture “Who Are the Real Children of Israel?” delivered June 26 in Atlanta, Ga. To the Spiritual, Political, Educational, and Economic Leaders and to our Sports and Entertainment Giants:

May this open letter find you well and in good spirit as we search for a solution to the many problems that we face as a people.

Most of you have benefited in some way from a relationship that you have with members of the Jewish Community. Some of you have become very wealthy and are able to live in the best manner that you choose because of this friendship. However, have you ever noticed that no matter how rich and powerful some of us have become, we have never been shown how to network with the wealthy and learned of our people, pooling our resources that we may produce for our people that which would grow us from a begging position as little children to become masters of our own destiny?

The Jewish people have maximized their wealth by networking with their people and others in America and the World, thus they have become masters in banking, trade, commerce and have parlayed their wealth to become masters in every field of human endeavor. At the same time, we as their friends amass wealth for ourselves, our families and a few people who benefit from us but never have we done anything collectively to benefit the masses of our people.

It is not that we would not desire to do this; it is because we have not been shown how. Our distrust and disunity prohibits us from doing what the Jewish people have done.

These books that the Historical Research Department of the Nation of Islam has published, “The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews: How Jews Gained Control of the Black American Economy Volume 2” and “Jews Selling Blacks” are being shared with our people to show us how we were completely undone and how others have benefited from what has happened and continues to happen to us. We cannot deal effectively with our so-called friends as men and women without this vital knowledge.

Whenever the Light of Truth has been shone on them, they reach for you to defend them against the Truth that uncovers the horror that has been done to us. They have always been successful pitting us against each other thus keeping them from facing the Truth of their real relationship with us. As they call upon you to denounce me as an anti-Semite and, because of the favor you believe you owe them for what they have done to help make life comfortable for you; I am asking you to stand down. I am asking you to read this research and then discuss it with your Jewish friends. Would you condemn me as an anti-Semite for exposing the research that shows them as being anti-Black? I am asking you to stand down and let them come out to me to defend their record and history of their relationship with us that we compiled from that which was written by their own scholars, historians, and Rabbis.

If you become an apologist for them in this hour, you will be seen by the masses of our people as a modern day Uncle Tom who believes you owe more to them than to the masses of our suffering people. If you attack me at their insistence you will be seen as an enemy of the rise of our people as well as an enemy of your own rise; for you can never be free to rise above the limitations placed on you by them until you know the absolute Truth of your relationship with them. Being an apologist for them will be dangerous for you as the masses of our people are awakening and are increasingly angry at the reality of our condition. No matter how popular you may be and desirous you may be to defend your so-called friends, it is dangerous for any of us to defend those who are the architects of White supremacy and are the architects of the destruction of us as a people.

Most of you are afraid to face such a formidable and powerful enemy. So, I implore you to stand to the side and let them come out to defend themselves and argue against the Truth that I and we speak and write.

I will prove to you and them that Allah (God) is Present and He is with me. As David went out to Goliath and defeated him in the face of the fear of King Saul and the Children of Israel, likewise, I can assure you that I will be victorious over your and my enemies with the Help of Allah (God) and His Christ (Mahdi).

Reparations – Has the Time Finally Come?

During a lull one afternoon when I was a high school student selling Black Panther Party newspapers on the streets of downtown Washington, D.C., in 1971, I sat down on the curb and opened the tabloid to the 10-point program, “What We Want; What We Believe.” The graphic assertion of “Point Number 3” particularly grabbed me:

“We believe that this racist government has robbed us and now we are demanding the overdue debt of forty acres and two mules … promised 100 years ago as restitution for slave labor and mass murder of Black people. We will accept the payment in currency which will be distributed to our many communities. The Germans are now aiding the Jews in Israel for the genocide of the Jewish people. The Germans murdered six million Jews. The American racist has taken part in the slaughter of over fifty million Black people. Therefore, we feel this is a modest demand that we make.”

The absence of justice continually flustered me because, even at that young age, I knew that Black people had been kidnapped and brought to this country to labor for free as slaves; stripped of our language, religion, and culture; raped and tortured; and then subjected to a Jim Crow-era of lynchings, police brutality, inferior education, substandard housing, and mediocre health care. I did not know then about the massacres in Rosewood, Florida, or Tulsa, Oklahoma; the merciless experimentations on defenseless Black women devoid of anesthesia that led to modern gynecology; or about the enormous profits from slavery made by corporations, insurance companies, the banking and investment industries, and academic institutions. But on a psychic level, I could feel in my bones the enslavement era’s inhumane cruelty to Black children — its destruction of kindred ties and its economic exploitation and cultural deprivation. There was an incessant gnawing in my soul for amends and redress. I was passionate about injustice, felt the idea of reparations to be reasonable and fair, and vowed to talk about the concept whenever and wherever I could.  My analysis, however, had not crystallized beyond a check. But just to mouth the word “reparations” was a starting point to its validity. Thus talk about it I did, despite my views being often rejected, ridiculed, or otherwise summarily dismissed. Standing on the street corner that afternoon nearly five decades ago, little did I realize that I would one day be in the company of leading academics, economists, historians, attorneys, psychiatrists, politicians, and more — domestically and internationally — promoting the right to, and the need for, reparations.

The Fight for Reparations Has a Long History

But that day would be far into the future.  Despite my advocacy and that of many others during my high school, college, and law school years and beyond, the issue of reparations for descendants of Africans enslaved in the United States was not fashionable, but fringe, and definitely not part of the mainstream popular discourse. Indeed, one would be branded as a militant or a revolutionary (both of which I was), or just plain crazy (which I was not), or in today’s dubious governmental surveillance parlance, a “Black Identity Extremist.” Indeed, it is almost surreal being amidst all the buzz surrounding reparations today, from universities to talk show pundits and, interestingly, to 2020 Democratic candidates vying for the presidency. Despite or perhaps because of today’s surge in attention to this longstanding issue, I feel it critical that the populace understands that the demand for reparations in the U.S. for unpaid labor during the enslavement era and post-slavery discrimination is not novel or new. The claim did not drop from the sky with Ta’Nehisi Coates’ brilliant treatise, “The Case for Reparations,” in The Atlantic, or from Randall Robinson’s impassioned book, “The Debt: What America Owes to Blacks,” both of which galvanized the issue in different decades and thrust it into national conversation.

Although there have been hills and valleys in national attention to the issue, there has been no substantial period of time when the call for redress was not passionately voiced. The first formal record of a petition for reparations in the United States was pursued and won by a formerly enslaved woman, Belinda Royall. Professor Ray Winbush’s book, “Belinda’s Petition,” describes a petition she presented to the Massachusetts General Assembly in 1783, requesting a pension from the proceeds of her enslaver’s estate — an estate partly the product of her own uncompensated labor. Belinda’s petition yielded a pension of 15 pounds and 12 shillings. Former U.S. Civil Rights Commissioner Mary Frances Berry illuminated the case of Callie House in her book, “My Face Is Black Is True.” Callie, along with Rev. Isaiah Dickerson, headed the first mass reparations movement in the United States, founded in 1898. The National Ex-Slave Mutual Relief Bounty and Pension Association had 600,000 dues-paying members who sought to obtain compensation for slavery from federal agencies. During the 1920s, Marcus Garvey and the Universal Negro Improvement Association galvanized hundreds of thousands of Black people seeking repatriation with reparation, proclaiming, “Hand back to us our own civilisation. Hand back to us that which you have robbed and exploited of us … for the last 500 years.” During the 1950s and 1960s, New York’s Queen Mother Audley Moore was perhaps the best-known advocate for reparations. As president of the Universal Association of Ethiopian Women, she presented a petition against genocide and for self-determination, land, and reparations to the United Nations in both 1957 and 1959. She was active in every major reparations movement until her death in 1996.

In his 1963 book, “Why We Can’t Wait,” Dr. Martin Luther King proposed a “Bill of Rights for the Disadvantaged,” which emphasized redress for both the historical victimization and exploitation of Blacks as well as their present-day degradation. “The ancient common law has always provided a remedy for the appropriation of labor on one human being by another,” he wrote. “This law should be made to apply for the American Negroes.”         After the Black Panther Party’s stance in 1966, the Republic of New Afrika proclaimed in its 1968 “Declaration of Independence:

“We claim no rights from the United States of America other than those rights belonging to people anywhere in the world, and these include the right to damages, reparations, due us from the grievous injuries sustained by ourselves and our ancestors by reason of United States’ lawlessness.” 

In April 1969, the “Black Manifesto” was adopted at a National Black Economic Development Conference. The manifesto, presented by civil rights activist James Forman, included a demand that white churches and synagogues pay $500 million in reparations to Blacks in the U.S. The amount was based on a calculation of $15 for each of the estimated 20 to 30 million African Americans residing in the U.S. He touted it as only the beginning of the amount owed. The following month, Forman interrupted Sunday service at Riverside Church in New York to announce the reparations demand from the “Black Manifesto.” Notably, several religious institutions did respond with financial donations. In 1972, the National Black Political Assembly Convention meeting in Gary, Indiana, adopted “The Anti-Depression Program,” an act authorizing the payment of a sum of money in reparations for slavery as well as the creation of a negotiating commission to determine kind, dates, and other details of paying reparations. Consistently, the Nation of Islam’s publications — such as Muhammad Speaks and, later, The Final Call — have demanded that the United States exempt Black people “from all taxation as long as we are deprived of equal justice.”

The Modern-Day Reparations Movement

But it was the end of the 20th century that brought broad national attention to the call for reparations for people of African descent in the United States with the founding of the National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America (NCOBRA). I was proud to be a founding member of NCOBRA at the historic gathering on Sept. 26, 1987, which brought together diverse groups under one umbrella, from the Republic of New Afrika to the National Conference of Black Lawyers. For its first decade in existence, I served as chair of NCOBRA’s legislative commission. Since the creation of NCOBRA, the demand for reparations in the United States substantially leaped forward, generating what I’ve dubbed “The Modern-Day Reparations Movement.” Inspired by and organized on the heels of the passage of the 1988 Civil Liberties Act, which granted reparations to Japanese-Americans for their unjust incarceration during World War II, NCOBRA reinvigorated the demand for reparations for African Americans and broadened the concept through public education, accompanied by legislative and litigation-based initiatives. Also encouraged by the 1988 Civil Liberties Act, Rep.  John Conyers introduced a bill in 1989 to “establish a commission to examine the institution of slavery and subsequent racial and economic discrimination against African Americans and the impact of these forces on Black people today.” This commission would be charged with making recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies. The bill’s number “H.R. 40” was in remembrance of the unfulfilled 19th-century campaign promise to give freed Blacks 40 acres and a mule. Conyers’ “Commission to Study Reparation Proposals for African Americans Act” provided the cover and vehicle to have a public policy discussion on the issue of reparations in Congress.

The 1988 Civil Liberties Act authorized the payment of $20,000 to each Japanese-American detention-camp survivor, a trust fund to be used to educate Americans about the suffering of the Japanese-Americans, a formal apology from the U.S. government, and a pardon for all those convicted of resisting detention camp incarceration. It is a sad commentary that the U.S. government has not taken formal responsibility for its role in the enslavement or post-slavery apartheid segregation of millions of Blacks. It has never attempted reparations to African Americans for the extortion of labor for many generations, deprivation of their freedom and human rights, and terrorism against them throughout the centuries. The U.S. Senate and House did pass symbolic resolutions apologizing for slavery and segregation. However, the 2009 bill passed by the Senate contained a disclaimer that those seeking reparations or cash compensation could not use the apology to support a legal claim against the U.S. Since the introduction of H.R. 40, several state legislatures and scores of city councils across the country have passed reparations-type legislation or resolutions endorsing H.R. 40. In 1990, the Louisiana House of Representatives passed a resolution in support of reparations. In 1991, legislation was introduced in the Massachusetts Senate providing for the payment of reparations for slavery, the slave trade, and individual discrimination against the people of African descent born or residing in the commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 1994, the Florida Legislature paid $150,000 to each of the 11 survivors of the 1923 Rosewood Race Massacre and created a scholarship fund for students of color. In 2001, the California State Assembly passed a resolution in support of reparations. After a four-year investigation, the Tulsa Race Riot Reconciliation Act was enacted in 2001. Oklahoma legislators settled on a scholarship fund and memorial to commemorate the June 1921 massacre that left as many as 300 Black people dead and 40 square blocks of exclusively Black businesses, homes, and schools obliterated. That same year, a bill was introduced in the New York State Assembly to create a “Commission to Quantify the Debt Owed to African Americans.” Bills are also pending within several other state legislatures, but the reparations movement isn’t just targeting state houses. City councils in the states of Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and the District of Columbia have all passed resolutions in support of H.R. 40. Reparations advocates have also challenged corporations who benefited from the profits made from trafficking in human beings during the enslavement era. Countless companies and industries benefited and were enriched from the profits made as a result of chattel slavery. There are companies that sold life insurance policies on the lives of enslaved persons, such as Aetna, New York Life, and AIG. Financial gains were accrued by the predecessor banks of financial giants like J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Others with documented ties to slavery included railroads like Norfolk Southern, CSX, Union Pacific, and Canadian National. Newspaper publishers that assisted in the capture of runaway persons include Knight Rider, Tribune, E.W. Scripps, and Gannett. The financial backers of many of the country’s top universities were wealthy slave owners, and it has been disclosed that the reason Georgetown University stands today is because the Jesuits who ran the college used profits from the sale of Black people to continue its operation. Survivors of torture by Chicago police received an unprecedented compensatory package based on a reparations ordinance passed by the Chicago City Council in 2015. Numerous civil and human rights organizations, religious groups, professional organizations, civic groups, sororities, fraternities, and labor unions have also officially endorsed the call for reparations. In 2016, the Movement for Black Lives Policy Table released its platform, which prominently featured the issue of reparations. The role that governments, corporations, industries, religious institutions, educational institutions, private estates, and other entities played in supporting the institution of slavery and its vestiges are roles that can no longer be ignored, dismissed outright, or swept under the rug. The time is now ripe that their involvement be recognized, examined, discussed, and redressed.

The Demand Deserves Serious Consideration

I am part of the inaugural cohort of commissioners on the National African American Reparations Commission (NAARC), convened by the Institute of the Black World 21st Century in 2016. The commission’s preamble asserts:

“No amount of material resources or monetary compensation can ever be sufficient restitution for the spiritual, mental, cultural and physical damages inflicted on Africans by centuries of the MAAFA, the holocaust of enslavement and the institution of chattel slavery.”

Recognizing these as “crimes against humanity,” as acknowledged by the 2001 Durban Declaration and Program of Action of the World Conference Against Racism in South Africa, the preamble goes on to assert that “the devastating damages of enslavement and systems of apartheid and de facto segregation spanned generations to negatively affect the collective well-being of Africans in America to this very moment.” NAARC has advanced a comprehensive, yet preliminary, reparations program to guide reparatory justice demands by people of African descent in the United States.      Finally, although my primary focus has been on obtaining reparations for African descendants in the United States, it is critical to recognize that our quest is part of the international movement for reparations as well. As such, I have worked closely with supporters of reparations throughout the world, recognizing that the success of the movement for reparations for diasporic Africans anywhere advances the movement for reparations by Africans and African descendants everywhere.    I am thrilled that my quest to have reparations seen as a legitimate concept for African Americans, begun nearly 50 years ago, is becoming a reality. The issue has become more precise, less rhetorical, and has entered the mainstream. And while cash payments remain an important and necessary component of any claim for damages, it is crystal clear today that a reparations settlement can be fashioned in as many ways as necessary to equitably address the countless manifestations of injury sustained from chattel slavery and its continuing vestiges. Some forms of redress may include land, economic development, or scholarships. Other amends may embrace community development, repatriation resources, or truthful textbooks. Still, other areas of reparatory justice may encompass the erection of monuments and museums, pardons for impacted prisoners from the COINTELPRO-era, and repairing the harms from the War on Drugs. Fifty years after I first entered the reparations movement, I’m optimistic. It’s hard not to be when H.R. 40 has been updated to include not just a mere study of proposals but also their development. It’s also hard not to be optimistic when a Senate companion bill to H.R. 40 has been introduced and even more astonishing when some Democratic candidates for the 2020 presidential race are saying they will sign the legislation if elected president. Despite a resurfacing of white supremacy in the U.S., I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am buoyed by the reemergence of the spirits of Belinda, Callie House, and Queen Mother Moore as well as the resilience of “Reparations Ray” Jenkins, who kept the fire alive in Rep. Conyers to introduce H.R. 40 year after year. And I am inspired by the words of the great anti-slavery orator Frederick Douglass, who poignantly instructed that “power concedes nothing without a demand.” The demand has been made and the time to seriously consider reparations has finally come.
