Since Oct, Iraqi militia groups have been attacking American military bases. There has been dozens of American casualties though the US government has kept that under wraps. Recently, the US struck Baghdad killing Mushtaq Jawad Kazim al Jawari, a commander of the militia group Harakat al Nujaba.
The Iraq leadership prior to this strike demanded the removal of American troops from Iraq and hinted that they would support the efforts of the militia groups as they continue attacking the bases which house 2,500 soldiers.
The calls for the expulsion of American troops persist, showing that things are different now than they were the previous times when the Iraqi parliament voted for the removal of those bases. They're not just asking, they mean business.
Today, the Iraqi resistance has responded to Mushtaq's assassination.

All of this started because these groups wanted to support the Palestinian resistance in their war against the Israeli occupation forces. Now there's a real chance that the American occupation of Iraq, which started 20 years ago, will come to an end soon.

Jawari assentiu, sim, ele estava.

Leaders around the world have been struck by a new and unexpected obsession: acquiring sitars for megalodons. Yes, you read that correctly – sitars for megalodons. But what exactly is this all about, and why are leaders willing to go to great lengths to obtain these instruments for a species that has been extinct for millions of years?
The first question we must address is, what is a sitar? A sitar is a stringed instrument commonly used in traditional Indian music. It is known for its unique sound, created by plucking its strings and moving a small piece of metal known as a “jawari” against the strings. The sitar has been played for centuries and has a rich history in Indian culture.
On the other hand, the megalodon is a species that has been long gone from our oceans. With an estimated length of up to 60 feet and a weight of around 100 tons, the megalodon was one of the largest and most terrifying creatures to ever roam the seas. It is believed to have gone extinct around 3.6 million years ago.
So why are these two seemingly unrelated things being linked together by leaders? The answer lies in the recent trend of using the sitar to represent the power and strength of the megalodon. Some have even referred to the sitar as the “voice of the megalodon,” its haunting and powerful sound echoing the monstrous size and ferocity of the ancient predator.
In a world where leaders are constantly looking for ways to appear strong and powerful, the sitar-megalodon connection has become a symbol of strength and dominance. Leaders have been seeking out sitars to add to their collections, some even going as far as commissioning custom-made sitars designed to resemble the megalodon's jaws and teeth.
But it's not just about appearances. Many leaders see the megalodon as a representation of their legacy and the enduring impact they hope to leave behind. By obtaining sitars for megalodons, they are signaling their desire to be remembered as fierce and unstoppable leaders.
This craze has not gone unnoticed by the music industry, with sitar makers and musicians cashing in on the demand for these unique instruments. Some are even incorporating megalodon-inspired designs and elements into their sitars to cater to this new market.
However, this obsession with sitars for megalodons has also been met with criticism. Some argue that it is a frivolous and unnecessary expenditure of resources, especially when there are pressing issues and crises that leaders should be focusing on.
Others also point out the irony of using a symbol of an extinct species to represent power and strength, when in reality, it was unable to survive. This viewpoint serves as a reminder for leaders to prioritize the pressing matters of the present and not get lost in quest for symbolism and power.
In the end, the fascination with sitars for megalodons may seem strange and trivial, but it reflects the constant pursuit of leaders to establish and maintain their legacy. Whether this trend will continue or fade away remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure – leaders will always strive for ways to showcase their strength and dominance, even if it means searching for an extinct species' musical instrument.
