I simply cannot resist creating a player house whenever I play Skyrim. I made Brii's family house and Bodran's shack, so it's only fair that Kelkemmeran gets a house of his own. This one is spectacularly glitched and I desperately need to fix the exterior navmesh so followers stop going under the house, but it's usable.

I made my first custom follower in Skyrim's Creation Kit as a hireling for Kelkemmeran. (He's wearing the light armour from the Bosmer Armour Pack mod for anyone who covets it for their own characters/followers.) This makes Pengithil Kel's sellsword or a sellsword's sellsword since my Dragonborn is a hirable errand boy, which I find terribly amusing.
