Sharon and I were into dance/techno music, techno became hugely popular for the first time during the 1990s. We knew that James Brown was still alive when this song was released but Autumn tried to convince us that he was dead.

James Brown died in 2006 and when he died I told Autumn that he was dead and I reminded her, “Remember when you were trying to convince us that he was dead in the 1990s?” and she said, “He was dead” and I said, “He can’t die twice”.
