Keine Ahnung ob es eine deutsche Duskwood/Moonvale Community hier gibt, aber ich muss mal einiges loslassen (auf Insta kann mein Beitrag nicht gepostet werden 🤡)

WAS IST DAS???

Ich hatte mir doch tatsächlich überlegt für den Releaseday Urlaub zu nehmen. Zum Glück hab ich das nicht gemacht, denn das hätte ich sooo bereut. Was ist aus Everbyte geworden? Ich hab die ganze Zeit geglaubt die wären "nicht so welche", aber jetzt? Puuuhhh, schwierig. Am besten spielt ihr die erste Episode selbst und macht euch ein komplettes Bild davon, aber hier sind mal ein paar Dinge, die mich krass stören:

1. Keine Premium Option mehr. Damals hat man glaub ich einmalig 5 oder 6 Euro bezahlt und konnte dann alle Chats, Bilder etc sehen, ohne nochmal extra zu bezahlen. Ist aber jetzt offenbar nicht mehr möglich. Bro, ich würde auch 10€ bezahlen, wenn ich dafür dann meine Ruhe hab und wieder so ein Game wie Duskwood bekomme.

2. Die Bilder und Chats sind fucking teuer??? Man bekommt zu Beginn des Spiels 30 Diamanten geschenkt. Später im Spiel kosten die Bilder so ca 25 Diamanten. Das heißt ich kann mir genau EIN BILD leisten??? Was soll das??? Da wird man ja schon fast gezwungen echtes Geld auszugeben.

3. KI generierte Bilder. Offenbar sind außer Adam und Eric noch keine realen Personen gecastet worden, denn alle anderen haben KI generierte Profilbilder. Innerhalb von 2 Jahren schafft man es nicht 3 weitere Schauspieler zu finden? ICH MELDE MICH FREIWILLIG ALS TRIBUT (auch wenn ich nicht schauspielern kann). Nein, aber mal im Ernst... dann hat man halt noch keine Schauspieler gefunden. Entweder man nimmt dann irgendein random Bild wie bei Lilly damals, oder der Release muss halt warten, bis man jemanden gefunden hat. Aber diese KI Bilder machen das Game einfach nur unrealistisch.

4. Nichts, aber auch wirklich NICHTS, macht mehr Sinn. Warum die Minigames? Warum können wir versteckte Chats lesen? In Duskwood hat das wegen Jake alles Sinn gemacht, aber jetzt ist das einfach nur noch dumm und unnötig.

5. Lootboxen. Sind wir bei Fifa oder was? Warum muss ich mir, wenn ich nur ein simples Profilbild will, so eine Kiste kaufen, die mir nur ein random Bild ausspuckt???

Wie man vielleicht merkt - ich bin mad. Und traurig. Ich hab mich echt extrem auf das Game gefreut, aber wurde leider echt enttäuscht. Das Ende von Episode 1 war das einzige, was mir noch ein bisschen Hoffnung gegeben hat. Ich hoffe ehrlich, dass sich die Entwickler das Feedback zumindest ein bisschen zu Herzen nehmen. Vielleicht bringt Episode 2 ja doch noch die eine oder andere Veränderung mit sich.

3-Satz-Ficathon 2018: Mit fragwürdig dramatischem Timing und gewohnt hoher Geschwindigkeit erreichten Thiel und Boerne in dessen Sportwagen den Tatort - an welchem sie natürlich schon erwartet wurden, denn Bulle stand mit einem wie so oft leicht verlorenem Gesichtsausdruck in der Einfahrt und wartete darauf, dass der Kommissar und der Rechtsmediziner ausstiegen, was Boerne mit seiner gewohnten Eleganz und Grazilität tat und sich dabei sogar noch mit einer Hand den Knopf seines Jacketts schloss; Thiel auf der anderen Seite tat sich bei diesen niedrigen Autos immer etwas schwerer, weshalb Boerne ohne zu zögern um den Wagen herumlief, die Tür aufhielt und Thiel einen Arm entgegenstreckte, bis dieser schließlich, tatsächlich ohne sich dabei lächerlich zu machen, indem er aus dem Auto stolperte oder gar fiel, sicher neben Boerne stand, dessen Hand dabei noch an Thiels Oberarm liegend und den Blick „alles in Ordnung?“ fragend auf ihn gerichtet, bis er nickte - wortlose Kommunikation.

Nein, das war schon wieder falsch! Vor Wut biss sie sich in die Faust. Es vergingen einige Sekunden, der Schmerz zuckte durch ihre Nervenbahnen. Erst dann öffnete sie die braunen Augen. Für einen Moment starrte sie an die rosa Tapete, dann wagte sie sich aus ihrer Ecke auf zu stehen. Sie zitterte am ganzen Leib. Vor Anstrengung. Vor Angst. Ihr Blick hob sich und sofort gesellte sich Trauer zu dem Zittern. Ihr schönes Zimmer. Kaum etwas war nach seinem Wutausbruch noch wie es sein sollte. Fotos, Poster und Bilderrahmen hatte er von der Wand gerissen. Papierfetzen, Glassplitter und anderes konnte man im Teppich erkennen. Cora schrie und der Spiegel an der Wand zersprang vollkommen in tausend winzig kleine Teile. Sie warf das Holz der Schublade hinein, doch es prallte vom Rahmen ab.

Heute, mehr als 15 Jahre später, sah sie auf das Haus ihrer Kindheit herunter. Ein Fremder aus einer Bar stand neben ihr. Bewaffnet mit Kanistern. Ihr Feuerzeug zischte, Funken sprühen, als sie die Zigarette entzündet und einen tiefen Zug nahm. Der Rauch zeigt sich weiß in der Dunkelheit der Nacht. "Zünden wir es an."

2024 - Ein benutztes!

2024 - gerade mal nicht ganz eine Woche alt, und schon erinnert man sich an die Szene, in der Jake Blues im Film "Blues Brothers" aus dem Knast entlassen wird. Der Wärter gibt ihm persönliche Gegenstände zurück, nimmt eine Pinzette, zieht ein Kondom aus der Kiste und sagt: "Ein Benutztes." So fühlt sich also 2024 an, und das schon nach 5 Tagen. Erst 5 Tage jung, aber irgendwie schon gebraucht. Sowas passiert, wenn Probleme aus dem Vorjahr mit ins neue Jahr genommen werden. Eine Kleingewerkschaft nimmt die Bahn aufs Korn. Bis Montag hält die selbstauferlegte Friedenspflicht und dann? Dann kann ein Gewerkschafterfürst das Land mal wieder ins Chaos schubsen. Die Gewerkschaft sagt, die Bahn sei die Böse. Die Bahn sagt: "Wir bieten, was wir können." Kennen wir schon, ist immer so. Die Leidtragenden sind am Ende die, die die Bahn brauchen. Die Pendler, die Geschäftsreisenden, aber auch die Gütertransporteure. War man früher gerne auf der Seite der Gewerkschaften, wird es mittlerweile schon schwierig, das Ganze noch zu verstehen. Die Bahn bietet schon einen dicken Schluck aus der Geldflasche, und das soll dann immer noch nicht reichen? Für die, die schlechtere Gehaltsabschlüsse im Kauf nehmen mussten, ein schlechter Witz. Dann schwebt da noch herum, dass es eigentlich nur darum geht, dass es Weselskys letzter Kampf ist, da dieser aufgrund seines Alters bald vom Vorstand der Gewerkschaft zurücktreten wird. Was wirklich nervt, ist, dass gefühlt bei der Bahn alle paar Wochen oder Monate etwas ist. Zwei Gewerkschaften machen hier einen auf dicke Hose, und ist mit der einen alles ausgehandelt, macht paar Wochen oder Monate die nächste Gewerkschaft ihr Fass auf. Und der Bahnkunde? Der rätselt, wie er an sein Ziel kommen soll. Ich möchte nun keiner der Gewerkschaft ihre Existenz absprechen. Aber könnte man die Gesetzgebung nicht anpassen, dass, wenn bei einem Betrieb mehrere Gewerkschaften am Werkeln sind, Tarifrunden nur mit allen Beteiligten laufen dürfen? Bahn, EVG, GdL - alle an einen Tisch, bis alles ausgehandelt ist, und dann ist über die Tariflaufzeit Ruhe. Die Bahnkunden würden es danken. Zeitgleich wollen die Bauern die Straße blockieren. Erst sollten sie wieder KfZ-Steuer für ihre Nutzfahrzeuge zahlen, dann sollte die Subventionierung des Diesels fallen. Nun ist die Regierung teils zurückgerudert und erlässt weiter die KfZ-Steuer und will die Subventionierung des Diesels statt komplett stufenweise auslaufen lassen. Dennoch wollen die Bauern weiter auf die Pauke hauen. Teilweise kann man es verstehen. Niemand will sich das, was ihm gehört, madig machen lassen. Nur aber mal ganz ehrlich: Was haben die Subventionierungen denn bewirkt? Aus meiner Sicht sind und waren die Subventionen eine Beihilfe zum "Weiter so". Nichts ändern wollen, weiter wursteln wie bisher. Und dank lautstarker Lobbyvertretungen hat sich da bisher niemand wirklich daran gemacht. Es ist auch klar: Wenn Subventionen den Erhalt sichern, hat man ja auch keine Notwendigkeit nach neuen Ideen, nach neuen Plänen zu suchen. Ich wäre nicht unglücklich, wenn man an viel mehr Stellen ran gehen würde und die Subventionen infrage stellen würde. Schließlich bezahlen wir diese alle mit unserem Steuergeld. Und wenn das eigene Geld zum Durchkommen immer knapper wird, fragt man sich schon: "Wo geht das alles hin?" Natürlich könnte ich einen Aufschrei verstehen, wenn die Bauern gegen den ganzen Papierwahn von EU, Bund und Land protestieren würden. Mancher Bauer sitzt mehr am Schreibtisch in Erfüllung der Formulare, die er an zu viele Stellen abgeben hat, als dass er das macht, was ihn eigentlich glücklich machen würde. Und da wären die Bauern auch nicht allein: Fragt mal die Ärzte, fragt mal die Pflegedienstleister oder auch nur pflegende Angehörige. Protest ist generell in Ordnung. Aber es gibt Grenzen. Sobald Gewalt ins Spiel kommt. Ein Fan von Herrn Habeck werde ich wohl in diesem Leben nicht mehr, dazu hat er schon zu viel gesagt und gemacht, was ihn für seinen Posten diskreditiert hat. Was aber nicht geht, ist, dass ein gewaltbereiter Mob an Land wartet, wenn jemand aus seinem Urlaub zurückkehrt, um sich diesen vorzunehmen. Ob es jetzt wirklich Landwirte waren oder irgendwelche Wutbürger, egal ob vom rechten, linken oder unterirdischen Spektrum, ist mir dabei egal. Bei Klimaklebern ist man da ja auch mittlerweile sehr kurz angebunden und nimmt sich diese vor Gericht zur Brust. Warum nicht auch hier? Man kann hier nur von Glück sprechen, dass nichts passiert ist. Und hier fangen auch die Probleme an. Natürlich erkennen braune Elemente, dass jeder Punkt, an dem Unzufriedenheit besteht, eine Chance ist, sich anzuhängen, sich selbst hoffähig zu machen. Was mir hier eindeutig fehlt, ist die Abgrenzung der Protestierenden. Zu zaghaft, zu leise. Hier müsste viel deutlicher ein "Wir stehen zu unseren Protesten, aber euch wollen wir nicht dabei haben." kommen. Aber irgendwie passt das zum derzeitigen Bild des Staates, der sich leider zu oft auf der Nase herumtanzen lässt. Man braucht nur auf die Gewalt gegen Polizei, Feuerwehr oder Nothelfer zu sehen. Klar, die Politik rühmt sich auch nicht gerade mit Lorbeeren. Wenn ich Herrn Lauterbachs Worte gegen den Protest von Apotheken oder wie jetzt zwischen den Jahren betreffend der Hausärzte nehme, muss ich mehr und mehr denen recht geben, dass Wissen in der Sache nicht davor schützt, dass man doch eine Fehlbesetzung für einen Posten ist. Die Arztpraxen gehen in Regularien und Papier- und Dokumentationspflichten unter. Es geht hier nicht allein ums Geld, sondern vielmehr darum, dass die Leute Sorge haben, dass sie nicht mehr ihren Job machen können, weil sie alles machen, außer die Patienten gesund. Alles Probleme aus 2023, aus 2022 und vielen Jahren davor. Eigentlich müsste der Wärter schon ein 10er-Pack benutzter Kondome aus der Kiste ziehen. Denn neu sind die Probleme nicht. Neu sind nur der Hass und die Gewalt, mit der mancher glaubt, die Probleme lösen zu können, obwohl er alle paar Jahre immer die Chance hätte, selbst mit einem Kreuz für eine andere Richtung zu sorgen oder, wenn er oder sie es glaubt, es besser zu können, sich selbst aufstellen zu lassen. Ich brauche glaube keine Reise nach Delphi, um orakeln zu können, dass sicher auch 2025 sich nach wenigen Tagen wieder mal wie "ein Benutztes" anfühlt. Album of the week: Jake Shears - Last man dancing

Track: Voices (feat. Kylie Minogue)

Vorgestern hätte ich noch felsenfest behauptet, dass Disco seit Dekaden tot sei. Gestern bekam ich Jake Shears aktuelles Album Last man dancing in die Finger und heute weiß ich Disco ist tot, lang lebe der Last Disco-man dancing. Was der ehemalige Scissors Sister Frontman auf seinem zweiten Longplayer abliefert, ist die beste Disco-Veröffentlichung seit den Studio 54 Zeiten der Mit- und Late 70ies. Auf Last man dancing ist Disco zunähst nur der rote Faden, der Einfüsse von George Michael, den Scissor Sisters, Chic  und sogar Elton John zusammenhält. Spätestens im zweiten Teil des Albums (technisch gesehen der zweiten Albumseite), schmeißt Shears die große Discokugel an, die Tracks gehen nahtlos ineinander über gnadenlos hochgepitchte Gesangsakrobatik, Disco-Streicher und ein klassischer Chic / Giorgio Moroder / Cerrone Beat dominieren. Wenn Sie sich ein bisschen mit dem Disco-Gedanken anfreunden können, sollten Sie Last man dancing - nette Analogie zu Last man standing - zumindest ab Track 7 ohne Unterbrechung und in gewisser club-kompatibler Lautstärke hören. Sie und vermutlich auch Ihre Nachbarschaft werden den Spass Ihres Lebens haben. Falls Sie zufällig noch einen Mirror-Ball zur Hand haben, diesen flugs aufgehängt und mit irgend einem Klemmspott angestrahlt und schon wirkt Last man dancing in voller Dosis. Da ich Ihnen ja immer einen Song / Tag ans Herz lege, habe ich mich tatsächlich für das knallige Voices - ein Duett mit Kylie Minogue - entschieden, zum einen weil Kylie hier ihre beste Arbeit seit mindestens 10 Jahren abliefert und zum andern soll Ihnen das Bonbon Voices das Album schmackhaft machen. Bitte aber unbedingt auch den finalen Kracher aus Last man dancing hören Diamonds don`t burn, denn der enthält auch einen Cameo-Auftritt von Ikone Iggy Pop.

The first national color broadcast (the 1954 Tournament of Roses Parade) in the US occurred on January 1, 1954. During the following ten years most network broadcasts, and nearly all local programming, continued to be in black-and-white. A color transition was announced for the fall of 1965, during which over half of all network prime-time programming would be broadcast in color. The first all-color prime-time season came just one year later. Television shows are more varied than most other forms of media due to the wide variety of formats and genres that can be presented. A show may be fictional (as in comedies and dramas), or non-fictional (as in documentary, news, and reality television). Eltern müssen wissen, dass Avatar: The Way of Water die mit Spannung erwartete Fortsetzung von James Camerons Sci-Fi-Epos Avatar aus dem Jahr 2009 ist. Es ist mehr als ein Jahrzehnt her, seit Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) die Clans der Na'vi-Indianer von Pandora vereint und sie in einer Rebellion gegen die menschlichen Kolonisatoren, die den Planeten wegen seiner Ressourcen plündern, zum Sieg geführt hat. Jake hat als Mitglied der Na'vi gelebt, nachdem er dauerhaft in seinen Avatar überführt wurde - ein Mensch/Na'vi-Hybridkörper, der von menschlichen Wissenschaftlern entwickelt wurde, um Pandora und die Na'vi-Völker zu studieren.
